We booked several flights with mytrip, however from the very first beginning everything was a nightmare. Tickets were not properly issues, but no one at mytrip was available over the phone. We tried our luck with emails, however even after 2.5 weeks no reply. In the meantime the flights had been cancelled but no information from mytrip had been given to us. I am afraid that we lost all our money with the company and we will never get any refund nor even a proper reply from them. I my humble opinion their way of acting with customers seems not to be far away from... well, some people may would name it criminal.
I would strongly advise booking direct with the airline or checking out that the booking company is easily contactable without paying premium rates.
The only way I was able to speak to someone was by calling Greece at great expense. The uk number... didn't answer and wasted a lot of time and money.
The final upset was that I paid extra for Mytrip to check me in. They failed to do this until many hours after check in started, so I got the last seat on the plane.
Please do not use this travel agent. I am sure the way my refund is being avoided by them has been done to numerous customers. Let us make them pay for this by putting them out of business too for all the frauds they have committed. Their customer service reply also showed apparently that they are playing games and trying to frustrate their customers.
They could not even find a solution for my flight cancellation, they just told me they were going to send me an email and they didn't do anything helpful at all. Very bad service, last time I am ever booking with them, it's such a shame they still working on because just reading at the reviews no one is happy with this agency at all. I will try to make my complaint as many times as needed. Service Sucks and these can go to hell for having such a cheap service industry company. $#*! you.!
This third-party airline booking site is an absolute disaster. We were greeted with incompetence right from the start. The first call put us on an eternity of hold. The second time, we encountered a so-called "professional" who was utterly useless. Our disappointment with their website knows no bounds, and we are determined to warn everyone we know to steer clear of this abysmal platform. We are so appalled that we will go out of our way to spread the word and ensure others don't fall into this pit of despair. Avoid this site like the plague; it's a disgrace.

Worst customer service i have ever experienced in my life. Cant give less than 1 Star, but it does not even deserve a single star. No response by mail and nobody picks call on customer care number. Terrible response. Airlines paid back to Mytrip but they just dont bother to even inform the status to customer.

Bought two airline tickets, supposedly flexible, changes allowed with possible fir difference. When I had to change the date of departure I realized they wanted to charge me the full fair price (same as quoted by the airline on their website) above the amount I had already paid! So basically they were pocketing the full amount and making me pay full fair for a new ticket! They would not even use the extra I had paid for specific seats, that was not transferable neither! All this after being on hold for 3 hours! NEVER will I ever go through that company! Be aware!
Bought tickets through MyTrip.com and one of my flights from British Airlines was cancelled and no replacement flight or compensation was ordered by them.
After chasing them so many times they promised to reimburse me in December and since them money has mot yet been paid.
I called them many many times and their client services is not able to provide a proper solution and they do not reply to emails.
It's a Company that has no respect with clients and will never use them again. Worse agency I have ever seen.
After introducing card credentials and confirming flight purchase, page keeps loading for a long and Mytrip sends e-mail saying there was an unexpected error and asking to try the purchase again. If you do that, afterwards you will get 2 tickets and be charged 2x. If you cancel they might refund you partly, but will keep some "fees" for them (80€ in my case). Already tried to reach them through multiple channels, but never get a proper response.
I wanted to cancel my ticket within the legal 24 hours, and they purposely delayed the request when the airline was happy to comply. They also claimed baggage booking was 50% cheaper another lie, same price at check in. I will never touch this service again. Total scam vibes.
Scammers. They will get your money and won't give your ticket. When you call them, they always ask for 48 more hours and the refund will be made, but its been more than a month already and nothing. I am seeking legal advice. Stay away from this nightmare guys!
We booked business class tickets for the whole family (business flex), the airline was Lufthansa. We had to cancel due to poor health of our child. They swallowed 40% of the total paid price. The claim that the 40% of the cash withheld was on account of "airline taxes". If you have time, patience and gumption to read reams of terms and conditions then by all means book with them. If not, then take your business elsewhere. Additionally, airlines must be aware of such predatory website, why are they allowing such bad actors to sell their tickets?
I will never ever book through mytrip again, they are really bad in terms of customer service. I'm now on hold for more than 1 call been answered twice me explaining everything and end up convert to other department.
All I need is to change my bloody ticket, which was originally cancelled my the airline and all I received from mytrip is an email which I saw it after 9 days, they even give themselves a time to call me so I can solve it strightaway.
Worse of the worse, they don't even deserve 1 star. But i have to choose it so my review be proceed.
I don't recommend it at all
Last week i called on +65 315 727 07 and was put on wait for 22 minutes with no results and again I called today 24/05/2019 and I was asked for mention booking reference number multiple times and asked to hold the call multiple times which is ok if there is any output and duration is not so long, right now I am on call for 43 minutes + (wait is still going on) and keeping on hold the call (attaching screen-shots for reference,). Is this right way of dealing with customer? There was no follow up and update on the re-fund? What are the standard operating procedures? Do you have any quality check on the services and support your customer care team is providing?
Isn't this waste of time and money of the customers waiting for half an hour to get any update?
Please reply back with answers of above-mentioned questions. I will share all this information on social media and across my all contacts if resolution of my refund is not done as well as explanation of this long wait is not done
MyTrip has a particularly bad customer services that provides no support and cannot resolve anything; on the contrary, they can create issues. I tried to cancel a flight and they cancelled my partner's flight instead by mistake and months later it is still impossible to claim back anything.
I would avoid booking with them ever again.
Mytrip is a scam if things don't go exactly the way they want.

You are extremely burdened with expense charges if you have to accidentally rebook something, so high that you can order a new return flight from skyscanner for more than twice that, while you only wanted to change a one way ticket. MYTRIP.COM does not value customer service at all, they make you wait for days after you have made multiple requests and then they are rude to you.
I am absolutely devastated, booked flights home for Christmas, flight got cancelled, not anyone else on the flight as I have a friend travelling on same flight. Tried to call and reach someone in customer service to ask about why this has happened, no contact numbers or emails working,Refund in process went from 10 to 21 days! All I wanted to be put back on the flight, or listen but no one available to do this! Very upset at this experience!
After 4 months of back and forth with MyTrip along with complaining to DOT, I have received my full refund of $ 1,1016. 05! You do not believe me, just try it yourself! All the best ladies and gentlemen... I hope every single individual booked a trip or business with Mytrip to receive their refund. It is only fair!
This company is a fraud. The hotline number charges extreme amounts. The customer service is non-existent. No response when emailing.
I had requested a flight change several times more than two weeks before my flight with no clear response. They decide to notify me that my flight was changed 24 hours before departure after I booked a hotel.
They are absolute garbage. It's not worth the frustration. Read the terrible reviews... it goes on and on.
Terrible customer service doesn't even come close to the diabolical service here. I could write for hours about the complete disaster from the start with this company. Still waiting for a refund, six months after the airline refunded them. Yes Covid blah blah blah but they refunded 1 ticket within a week and I'm still waiting for the other 6 months later. Can't get anyone to speak to, just go round in circles, no ownership, just say I need to wait. How long, 2 years, 5 years, never?

Answer: NO! They won't provide any service, unless you pay a penalty. Even if you need assistance for a situation that is outside your responsibility. This is really the type of sales an marketing organizations that ads nothing, just takes commissions and turns away when they need to deliver. Stay away!
