I originally wrote a terrible review about My Trip because I felt scammed when I purchased and then later needed a refund for around $500. I came to terms I would never be refunded and wrote a review saying how they scammed me, before moving on with my life. Several long months later- I woke up and looked at my bank account realizing they finally did refund me. Saw the refund finally came through so I decided to write a new review correcting my last review. They still need to be better with communicating and sending updates about the refund process. Their customer support needs a lot of improving, but I'm thankful I received my refund. I understand a lot of businesses were suffering during the huge covid-19 outbreak and if a company refunds everyone at the same time, they would go bankrupt so I have empathy... but that empathy is highlighted, mostly because I finally received my money back.
I just booked an airline and then I have some emergency and cancelled after 1 hour, I booked fee cancelling trip but they charged me 56 Dollars as they said you chose free cancellation for airline but our website charge you, dont book a flight from them, they are cunning
They will sell you tickets that don't exist then try to force you to take alternative flights. If you call them you will wait in a queue for a long time before speaking to a call centre in India who will claim that there is nothing that they can do. They will not let you talk to a manager, they will not give the phone number of their complaints department, they will not give their last names, etc.
This is first time I, So bad and unprofessional for customer service, was very hard to get in touch with them, just to reschedule the flight, it was hard to contact them, and when I paid a discrepancy for those flights, it was always a dud, and they blamed me, when obviously their websites were in trouble, this was just their ploy to take our money, You get money in an unclean way.its haram
Worst travel website. If we miss any connection flight, the support team is supposed to help with another flight or refund. When we called customer support after missing a flight due to previous flight delay, they kept on transferring calls to different depts and never addressed our concern or didnt give any refunds. We had to book another flight with double the money. It is their tactic to keep on transferring calls to different department so that customer ends up getting tired and give up which gives them advantage not to help with any refunds or change in flights. So its better to pay a little more and book through a legit website rather than booking thorugh this scam website and ending up losing double the money.
They are fraud as they steeling people money. They charged us $1600Aud and not picking the phone. My husband arrived at the airport and there was not any ticket under his name and after that I was trying to call them they are not answering my phone and put for long waiting. If they picked my phone then after listening my problem they suddenly cut the phone. Ridiculous people. Please don't trust on them and do not book flight through them. Please stop this website so that they can people fool.
They suck. They told me they booked my seat selection and waited several days to tell me that, whoops, they didn't book my seats and I would have to do it myself. They neglected to tell me that since they did the original booking, I could not book seats on line but would have to book over the phone which cost 2 1/2 times as much. They also charged me for bullsh*t extras like "premium support" which, as far as I can tell, means nothing but them taking my money (non refundable, of course). Do yourself a favor and avoid them.
Very bad costumer service. I've contacted them for a refund, submitted a formal claim as they asked. I've been told to wait for feedback within 2 months. I've contacted every month since then and they never got back to me till they closed my case. And now they asked me to submit another formal claim with no record of my previous one. RIDICOLOUS! STAY AWAY!
Desperate to get my sister out of a bad situation I Google cheap flights come across this site and jump to book,, not only now has she missed her flight because of miscommunication between this company and the airline but she's stranded at the airport. No matter how many times we try to get this resolved we are told we have to wait for another "team" to look at it and there is no time frame on when they will get back to us. Meanwhile my sister is stranded at the airport she lost her phone the night before and lost her bank card today! We tried for hours to get her flight rebooked and got the runaround. I will NEVER use this site again and I will NEVER recommend to anyone else!
MyTrip passed my name to the airline the wrong way around (surname in first name field). It took OVER A MONTH for them to respond about changing it and then tried to charge me over £900 (on a £500 flight) to do so - 2 days before flying.
The airline didn't care about the name being backwards on the system. Happens all the time.
I know it says 1 start, but honestly, they deserve negative! Spent over 40 hours on hold, with screenshots to prove for them to hang up on me or not do anything. They apparently cannot transfer to supervisors, but they stated they will talk to supervisors. That does not happen either. They won't provide anything in writing! They won't answer emails. I called and they told me to stop calling because they are limited staff, but yet they keep hanging up on me! They tell me I have to go through the airlines, but I paid them. The airlines said what this company has to do, and they wouldn't even do it! All they had to do was call and get a refund number. That is it, which they could have done on the phone. One call center says oh this team will handle, then when I speak to said team, they say it is another team who handles who I cannot speak to. WORST EVER!
Terrible customer service who are uneducated and try to scam you. I requested a refund and they tried to claim that it was impossible. Luckily, I knew of the 24 hr regulation within the US and defend myself. Because it was still pending charge, it can be canceled. They then changed their minds. Stating I could only be given a partial refund because of the airline. Then they threatened that I had to decide within the 10 mins; otherwise, I would get nothing. They incorrectly said the airline was charging me a fee but when I checked the airline they said it would be free of charge.
I booked with them and it seemed fine. The day before, there was an update and my flight status was changed. Departed 2 hours earlier. Didn't receive a notification and missed my flight.
I was able to get a reroute to another airport for free with the airline directly. Will never book with them again
My flights were changed and I was not able to catch the first flight. All the other bookings (other 3 flights) through the myTrip site were cancelled from the system. I had to buy new overpriced tickets at the airport. When I complained to myTrip cuctomer service I was informed that I have no rights for any refund. The worst experience and terrible customer service!
I got my flight cancelled and have been trying to reach you and get support for 5 HOURS. I keep on getting calls cut or getting contradictie indications (change of process, need for the airline to do a step, change of instruction, now supposedly reach the solution department but the line cut AGAIN). Can you just call me back rather than let us wait 50mn for each call which doesn't lead to a solution?! *******085
DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY EVER... booking itself was ok... but later they inform you about flight changes (that make no sense - e.g. flight change disables you to catch all connecting flights) and you only have 2 options... to accept... or decline with help of assisant and for that you need to pay a fee... and when you ask them how many changes can you still expect like this... thy sy it can be many. And every time they would charge you a fee (27/person)

I bought plane tickets on Mytrip.com that were supposed to be at 412 euros. At the time of payment, they were still displayed at 412 euros. However, when I received the confirmation email, I had the (very) bad surprise to constat that I had been charged 974 euros. Fortunately, I realized this immediately, and I was able to call your customer service on time for them to cancel. Yet, there was another bad surprise: I was said that 51 euros will be deducted from the total amount I paid. This is absolutely outrageous. Fortunately, I took screenshots during all the steps of the purchase. This website is a fraud and I really wonder how this is possible that they still exist!

If this company could have 0 on the reviews it would be so.
First of all, they did not issue a ticket to one traveler on the booking. Therefore we could not board the flight, they then tried to blame the airline for their own faults. Sending us around in circles and refusing to take responsibility. We have then managed to get one of their employees to confirm they have made errors. She said a manager will be in contact after 48-72 hours. One week later still no call! Every time you call them there are hours of waiting.
We had to rebook our flights with another company incurring massive additional costs for our holiday. We have had no refund and no call and are constantly sent around in circles.
I will continue to fight for my money until they pay us back in full and refund the additional flights we had to pay.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! HOLIDAY RUINED.
I would NEVER use this company. Our flight got cancelled due to Covid and after 2 years of emails and phone calls they are still refusing to help us. They told us on a call 6 months ago that they couldn't refund us but we would have a flight credit that didn't expire for a few years. Now that travel restrictions are gone and we are trying to book they are telling us our credit was only good for a year and its now gone. Every time we call and wait on hold for over an hour they give us a different story. The have horrible customer service. Worst company ever!

Answer: NO! They won't provide any service, unless you pay a penalty. Even if you need assistance for a situation that is outside your responsibility. This is really the type of sales an marketing organizations that ads nothing, just takes commissions and turns away when they need to deliver. Stay away!
