Absolute trash... rebooked tickets of cancelled flight on the summer. The tarif was lower that the original one, so to match The price paid we agreed on the phone to an upgrade, which allowed us to have a suitcase per person... nothing else. I paid a fee and this morning they called me to say it was a mistake, So no suitcase and refund possible. If i take a higher rate i had to pay extra but if lower they keep the money. Real thieves! Never again
Scammers. If you ring them it goes around and around... please provide booking number, then I'm putting you on hold, then I need to transfer you... repeated over and over 8 times or it drops out and then finally in despair 1 1/2 hours later, I give up.
When you ring them you can tell they want to hand you on and NEVER resolve a rebooking etc.
Booked a flight with a cancel insurance (20€ extra). Wanted to cancel the flight. Had to wait 48 MINUTES! On the phone. Canceled the flight, got a f**** voucher in return. Wanted to book a new flight, lovely voucher does not work. Sent them an email. No reply. Try this bull**** chat on their website. No reply. Do yourself a favour and do NEVER book anything over this website!
So far so good. Have used Mytrip many times. Will use as often as I could when the price is right.

Numerous scenarios. Worst could be that they rely on a certain percentage on cash flow to come from bookings that dont actually require to be paid for.
Depending on the size and reach of the service provider they could have a slush of funds that takes users up to one month to get back. Further to this there will be a percentage of these refunds thst never happen
The facts are it forced a one business trip in to being a very stressful situation

I'm currently on the phone and have been for 2 hrs now trying to get hold of My trip company. Every time I try to call, I will spend at least 1.30 hrs waitinng on the line! This is outrageous and beyond disrespectful to customers!
I'm trying to add checked baggage to my booking and their website won't let me. Airlines will not let me either because they told me I have to do with this company since I made the mistake to use their services to book my flight.
I cannot believe the amount of time I spent on the phone trying to speak to someone from this service!
Worst company ever!
They charged us $110 per person for a $35 seat and when I realized they told me it was not refundable. The guy on the phone was an idiot and kept saying those were fees, those were not fees it was pure profit
Please please please never book with them! Me and 6 friends booked with them to go to Ibiza costing over £800. This was during the time Thomas Cook stopped trading and our flights were with Thomas Cook. I had no communication from my trip or any help on the very first day of this issue but told my flights were confirmed even though it is worldwide clear they weren't. They then told me we was flying with Condor two days before our flight and to go to the airport with a cancelled flight ticket and would not send out a new confirmation, they didn't tell me if I needed to try and get a refund or help with the process of Thomas Cook no longer going ahead. The customer service is awful and do not want to help you but scam you out of money they provide no advice but to tell you your stupid!

We booked our flight ticket via mytrip.com to Brussels and back on December 2017. Alitalia Airlines shift the flight to one day earlier (which was unexpectedly!) but the most important thing was that mytrip.com didn't even inform us about it and we missed the flight! Alitalia refund our tickets and gave us a new one but 1 day later. Mytrip.com didn't help us at all and even didn't take this situation us their own fail, despite they didn't kept us inform (we provided emails to them). Very terrible situation! Very terrible service! I wouldn't recommend to anybody to use this company!
In booking a flight for 250 I was charged 100 more while paying. I repeated the booking a few times and it always asked to charge me more before confirming.

We have ordered group flight through my trip and paid for extra luggage £472 for return flight. Luggage has not been added to our booking. Airline says they never been paid for the luggage. Made 4 phone calls to Custome service, still no resolution.
If you need to make a change, you are screwed! Never use this company. You will lose your money. If you need to change the guys on the phone can't help you. Prices you get quoted by email are different than on the phone. There is no easy way to change your ticket.

Our return flight with lynx ftom Cancún to Toronto was apparently showing as cancelled when we initiated web check in
Upon further investigation with Lynx they told that the payment never went through that is why we cancelled the booking ( payment was to be done by mytrip to Lynx)
Their customer service don't let us talk to the supervisor and I was asked to wait for atleast 72 hours for next steps when I had to check out next morning with no flight to go back and with a 2 year old kid. I had to book another flight at an excalated price at the last minute. They come back and say that Lynx will only pay you back the refund minus " cancellation fee" of $56 per person and we will not return any other charges as well. Again it is upto them to return the amount.
They do not pick up the calls neither answer to any responses. I am literally down under $2000 for booking twice to come back home safely.

I have booked a ticket for India and they asked me for the flexi ticket option. I selected NO for the 1st time and then proceed to the payment. Just before the payment to confuse you they ask for the same option again to charge you more. The same happened to me I clicked yes the second time and I was charged for the flexi option. I started to call them and it took me 20 mins just to reach the customer service and within 20 mins they said they cannot change the option. This is the second time I had such a bad experience. I suggest everyone to give the bad feedback on trip advisor so that people dont book the tickets through them. I will do the same. The waiting time in the customer service is forever.
My trip is a criminal organisation
My trip is a criminal organisation! I bought a ticket from Madrid to Colombia back in April 2021. When I got to Gatwick I was denied boarding because of covid/brexit. Despite Avianca saying I have credit with them until march 2022 Mytrip have not offered me a refund or change of flight. This despite me having paid a cancellation fee. They have received communication from Avianca about my credit but are basically trying to keep my £500 without refund or offer of another flight. These are criminals. I've paid for a service and it hasn't been delivered. Criminals, don't use them. I will take them to court!
Booked with Mytrip for flights to Australia in December. Booked for a flight this May to Australia and my name was put in incorrectly. Mytrip.com have blamed me and said it's my error but I know it's not. I have read other reviews of the same thing happening to other customers. Though they kept telling me my name change was being corrected. I later found out that this was never going to happen. I cancelled my ticket with them and rebooked the same flight with a different company. I have now been charged nearly £400 for doing this. I am still waiting for my refund of £466.44. What a bunch of thieves.
They have charged me twice and do not answer to my mails regarding my reimbursement (of 715€). When you call them, they say it's not the right department and that they don't have the number of the right department. To be avoided!

Answer: NO! They won't provide any service, unless you pay a penalty. Even if you need assistance for a situation that is outside your responsibility. This is really the type of sales an marketing organizations that ads nothing, just takes commissions and turns away when they need to deliver. Stay away!
