“GETTING MY MONEY BACK WAS TOUGH”

They should kindly improve their refund process if they truly want users to trust them again. Why keep our money and still made the withdrawal process hard. But one thing I liked about them was their support it was good though and I was able to get my money back regardless of all the challenges.
