Customer service was wonderful; after sending my machine in to be repaired once and still having the same issue, I called again and they made it right by sending me a new machine. A pleasant experience with reasonable people who genuinely seem like they just want to help resolve the issue! I can't complain at all!

Purchased a Virtual Plus about 6 months ago. Tried to return as I wasted many capsules and even when it worked left grimes at the bottom of my cup. This is their on line repsonse
"Please know that the return option isn't available. Therefore, I'm contacting the right department to see what are the options that they can provide, or if they can give you an exception to return it." Was on hold for over 30 mins waiting for the exception and decided to hang up. Earlier when I asked them about the wasted capsules they said I should of kept them for replacement. Who keeps capsules that were butchered by a defective machine?
We have had nothing but bad luck with single serving coffee makers in the last 2 years or so. In that time we have purchased 2 Keurig's, 1 Cuisinart, and now the Nespresso Vertuo pop+. None of which were under $150.00. All of which couldn't even last a year. We had to learn the hard way to make sure we had enough warranty,but yet again the Nespresso Vertuo Pop + never made it to the warranty date as it flew apart as she plugged it in to have me listen to an odd sound and strange smell, the flying parts hit her in the neck causing a minor scratch, but it could easily have been an eye injury. When I called Nespresso Canada to have them honor the warranty and replace the machine. After being shuffled around to 3 different people their response was "well what we can do for you is give you a 60 dollar credit towards the purchase of a new machine".I nearly dropped my phone, I said so what you are telling me is the best you can do is a 60 dollar credit towards the purchase of a new machine that really should be free and loaded with apologies, really? The answer again "yes, that's the best I can do sir. My next response then was " What a ****ing joke and hung up. So don't rely on your warranty or customer service because their idea of both is stick it in your $#*! and say you have been serviced.

I have the proof of purchase here but can't seem to get it to you. this review comes from a verified and pissed off consumer. What they offered me was nothing short of a $#*! slap in the face insult.

I ordered a Nespresso coffee machine with the coffee pods last year. There was an issue with my payment due to my credit card being compromised. Even though this issue has been resolved my account is still frozen. I have called customer service a total of 6 times now trying to get my account unfrozen so that I may order some coffee. They repeatedly tell me they will have someone call me back, but no one ever calls. I think its time to get a new coffee maker that is not NESPRESSO!
The nespresso machine broke within months, had a warranty. Was offered a refund and was sent a cheaper, used model. Asked for the correct replacement and never got it. Called several times and was told to wait for it. Now, 4 months later I am still struggling to get the machine replaced that I had a warranty for. Customer service could not be worse. They act helpful, but lie, leave you on hold and talk over you and don't listen. Please never do business with this fraudulent company.
Horrible customer service. They sent the wrong order. I was very reasonable with them but they sent pods for the older machine. My uncle has the Vertuo. He was very explicit and verified with customer service but they were unwavering in correcting the issue by sending the correct pods even after exclaiming they will lose 2 customers as a result. Even if our machine wasn't handed down i would toss it. Garbage company
Long Standing customer of Nespresso in excess of 13 years. Decided to move from original pods to Vertuo pods. ANYONE DOING THE SAME RECONSIDER PLEASE. The Vertuo Next machine leaked 3 times in the 15 coffees I made, covering the worktop and ruining cook books, Ive only had the machine under 4 days! I took pictures and presented to online support. Im not sure they looked at them as said had to cal technical support who then carried out a pointless video consultation and ran the coffee machine through basic tests. Of course it didn't leak as I highlighted it was sporadic. Anyway they wouldn't replace the machine or provide a refund and said if it happens again. Well Im not going to use it as it is not fit for purpose and not prepared to clean up the mess or risk anything else being damaged. Nespresso brand value is dropping.
Horrible technical and sales service. Commercial machines break down quickly, and it's impossible to get parts to fix them. The company lies about providing credit / discounts on replacement models. Everyone promises to call you back but no one does. Incredibly messed up company, and the commercial grade machines and the specialized crappy coffee pods that go with them suck! The commercial grade coffee pods fail to operate 1/3 of the time because of the design characteristics. So, in other words, you lose a lot more money than what you think you will save buying this crappy system.

Of course George Clooney doesn't drink Nespresso. If you live in Italy you should know the taste of REAL coffee - this aint it! Of the many flavours only a few taste like real coffee.
My experience with Nespresso. After 2 years my machine is broken and can only be used manually. When I order online they send it to the wrong address. Going into the store the sales assistants are more interested in gossiping with customers than serving. They make such a fuss on how to use the machines.They are not - a Barista. No level of skill is needed to operate a Nespresso machine. All you need to do is put water in a tank, a pod in the machine and press a button. They seem only interested in customers who are going to buy a machine. Those wanting to buy machines should know they are sold cheaper by other Retailers. Visiting their stores is not a "boutique" experience.

Purchased this from Nespresso for around $300. Didn't use it much. Started using it and the magnetic stick stopped working. Went to store and was told to call customer service. They offered to send a replacement when back in stock. Called back a week or so later to enquire eta and was told still out of stock but they would give me $100 off a new frother. Spoke to Yora the manager who said as the machine was out of warranty I should be thankful they were offering me anything. Definitely won't be buying anything one!
My daughter bought 4 boxes of seasonal delight from Marker Mall we opened one and didn't like it so we wanted to exchange it but unfortunately we were told that rules has changed from August and no exchange will be allowed even though they are sealed boxes. I was disappointed of this action since we are long time customers and company like this should do more effort informing customers about ew rules. I know my daughter should bought only one box to try it but she assumed that we will like it like other coffee type ot sure what to do with these bo es now
Three machines in under 4 years. Bought the original in 2020 and now working on my second replacement 2/29/2024. Love the coffee but the machines are not reliable. I will be looking at other options.

I placed an order in November and was told it would be here in 3 to 5 business days. It took a month to get here. When I called company they said they would send me a new order but all they did was make a shipping label to make me think they were sending a new box so after a month and a half I called to see where box was. Well, it was never shipped! They then told me they would send out a new box which I should receive in 3 to 5 days! I now called and was put on hold forever because supposedly they were looking up order. Didn't seem to find it. Now they say they'll have to talk to a manager about it! All lies! I will never order from them again! Customer service sucks and all they do is lie to you! Just so you know Amazon sells these coffee pods and at least you'll receive your order!
I ordered coffee capsules online - then had to make four phone calls and wasted almost an hour of my life before my order was finally delivered three weeks later. Nespresso did send me a free sleeve of coffee capsules to tide me over. That was better than nothing, but nowhere near enough to compensate me for all the hassle.

Do not order pods or any of their products online. They never show up or show up over 10 days later. What is the point of offering free shipping if spending over a minimum dollar amount and promising delivery within 1-3 days if it's NOT TRUE. I work for a carrier company. And when the shipping status says "label created" it only means Nespresso has created a shipping label on their end so that they can issue the customer a tracking number (if they remember to send you one). But Nespresso claims your order has "shipped". Customer service is trained to give the same generic answers. They're kind but do not actually help. Just make the trip to the boutique. There is only 1 in my state and it's almost an hour away. Fabulous coffee. Terrible shipping and overall satisfaction is a 1.

Totally gone downhill! Not only has their coffee become too expensive and the quality of their machines & coffee gone downhill! Mine is so loud and only works 50% of the time! My first machine was the best, now they are poor quality, as usual with these big companies!
But to make matters much much worse!…, They are part of the corporate anti-Mother's Day…,do away with women campaign! This company is anti-women! They believe that Mother's Day is too triggering and upsetting for people! I'm stuck with one of their machines, so I have to buy coffee from them. We just bought a real espresso machine, and it makes much better coffee, but it's a bit harder to use.
The Nespresso website is a disaster -- in part because it doesn't let people comment or send email to Nespresso, so they never learn what's wrong with it.
Telephoning Nespresso is a nightmare. The clerks mostly have weird accents and they insist on reading long scripts that waste the time of the customer.

I ordered my coffee and paid for premium delivery to get it on same day but never received it. When I called customer service, even they do not know that when I will get it nor they have the tracking number.
It means Nespresso is fake, making money by all these ways. Scam fraud!

Another "big" company that doesn't give any recognition to their clients. After purchasing over 1000$ in pods, a total of 3 machines vertus next, and being a client for over 2 years, I'm suggesting you NOT TO BUYING THESE MACHINES. Check online reviews before buying. You'll have the answer. They are faulty, they leak and Nespresso doesn't give any service except charging you 150$ for a repair or a 100$ discount for a new machine. They don't even try to help you over the phone. They know they are faulty by design. Look up youtube. Never buying anything from them again. Why did I buy 3 machines, because I used to enjoy the product. Now, I'm selling my leftover pods and switching to another brand. No service = Not buying anymore. Good bye.

The pods service is good, but when it comes to the machine itself and their poor service regarding faulty machines is just sad. I spent more than triple than the price of the machine in pods, and they didn't even bother helping me.

We called customer service 3 times- first time we got disconnected with no call back even though we gave our number to them at the start of the conversation. The second customer service agent was very rude and we could not hear anything due to all the back ground noise from other agents I suppose helping other customers- 7:30 pm Sunday night. The third agent, although somewhat nice but by no means friendly customer service agent did go through the trouble shooting steps and to no avail our machine was broken- under warranty yeah! But wait...Nespresso only offers you a refurbished machine to replace the new machine you bought! That is not in the warranty anywhere. I would think my machine being under warranty should have been replace with a new machine! I am not sure why they train their customer service agents to be so rude - but if I would have known this I would never have bought a Nespresso! If you buy a Nespresso be prepared for only about 8 months of use!

My 650$ machine stopped working after 6 months. And honestly worked very inconsistently before. The phone people are good at trouble shooting, but why should we have so many troubles?! Nothing could be done and they requested I send it my giant machine for servicing… which could take 6 weeks burn in hell Nespresso. If I had know they were nestle, I never would've bought one

After waiting 10 days for my order to arrive (which should take 3-5 business days), they asked me to wait 1 more day and call back if my order did not arrive. Mind you, the FedEx tracking provided by Nespresso's website shows the package has not even been received even though Nespresso says it shipped 11/19/21. When I did call the next day, they asked me to wait another day. I told them no, then asked for a refund. The representative stated I would receive an email from Nespresso in 3-5 business days asking for my credit card information. No email confirmation for the refund, which does not sit well with me when they have had well over $100 of mine for almost 2 weeks without ever actually shipping the products. At this point, I feel scammed and fairly pissed off.

I have been a Nespresso EZ delivery since July, 2021. I loved it until Oct, 2021 when they did a computer update. Now every order, which is suppose to be every 2 weeks either is late, doesn't show. I call Cust. Service, hey are very nice, but I get excuse after excuse. No one knows why the orders aren't being delivered. Blamed on shipping company, etc. Since CS is in Jamaica, if you do not call early in am EZ order det is closed. Poor Shipping, Poor Delivery.

Placed an order which was to be delivered the following day. Point of origin is less than 100 miles from my house. It is the end of day 5 and I am still waiting. Called customer service and the solution the representative offered was to cancel my original order, re-place with another order to arrive by a different delivery service that I would pay more for and wait "only" another 4 days... oh and the promotion of 1 free sleeve would no longer be available to me. The coffee isn't worth this aggravation and crappy customer service. Nespresso clearly does not value their customers so I have no further use for them
