Customer service was wonderful; after sending my machine in to be repaired once and still having the same issue, I called again and they made it right by sending me a new machine. A pleasant experience with reasonable people who genuinely seem like they just want to help resolve the issue! I can't complain at all!
I bought an expensive coffee machine and it completely died weeks after my 1 year warranty. The company would to absolutely nothing to help me even after I spent 2 hours on the phone with their technician trying to fix it? Terrible even when they could see I order a lot of expensive pods directly from them. The tech said sorry you must of bought a lemon! What a rip off BUYER BEWARE!
I am going to destroy my machines instead of selling them because i don't want anybody else giving them business. They sell subpar machines that break after a month and don't warranty it.When you confront them they say they will honour the warranty and then no update for weeks, when you call again they don't know what you're talking about. I regret ever giving them a penny. Never again

They're lucky they have a decent product, but even so I won't be surprised if I reach a point where I refuse to do business with them. I paid for expedited shipping, it came even later then the free shipping estimated. It wasn't super pricey so I didn't feel like calling to get my money back and figured I would let it go. When you receive your machine, it comes with a coupon in the manual. Mine coupon expired in Dec. 2021 when I ordered my machine in September 2022. Now I am irritated so I call. First Lady laughs at me and says there's nothing she can do, all I wanted was an active $10 off coupon which I should have already had. Second lady acted very nice and said she applied it to my account so when I purchase more coffee/expresso it would show up at check out. She lied. Awful company. I am at a point that I want to return my machine and move on.

I had my Nespresso for 4 months and it would overflow on and off and then more often than not! Same with my frother; it would froth and then not. FINALLY, I called Nespresso and did a video chat. Even though I watched videos on how to fix these issues it was super helpful to have the expert at Nespresso walk me through the troubleshooting process and now it works great. I think her name was Veronda who also told me there is a "cheat sheet" under https://www.nespresso.com/us/en/machine-assistance/vertuo for Vertuo machines. I am a SPED teacher and I waited until spring break to call because I thought I would be tied up for hours, but they are 24/7! The agent spoke perfect English, and I could understand her directions just as well! Now if only I could get coupons for the capsules! :) Laura

What a rip off! My machine stopped working out of the blue. After 40 minutes of time wasted "troubleshooting" and speaking to an associate and supervisor I was told to basically wait one week for a loaner and to ship my machine out to them for fixing. Fast forward 1 week, I call to check on the status and apparently my request was never put in. So waste another 45 minutes speaking to Quentin who had no idea what he was doing, my request has finally been placed. Not to mention another 25 minutes I wasted speaking to supposed supervisor "Latoya". I don't understand how Nespresso justifies having such horrible customer service with the prices they charge for their product. I would give half a star if possible.
My first Citiz Nespresso machine blew up electrical fault would trigger our safety switch. Raplacement Machine starting leaking after 4 months and they wouldn't replace it said it was a cockroach infection and major repair warranty didn't not cover. No customer service, no complaints email. Don't by from this company. I do not have a cockroach problem however how could a machine do made so badly that a cockroach could get in and destroy it to not being able to repair $400 wasted.

With what Nespresso charges for their coffee pods we should be able to expect better service and Google just protects them and posts only the more positive reviews and make it difficult to write a review on a major company! Their delivery service "Deliver-It" is the worst, their chat and delivery tracking service is really bad. I sent what was supposed to be a "live chat message" 5 ½ hours ago and have never received a response. I was trying to get accurate and up to date tracking information on a Nespresso package and all I got in response was crickets… really bad service! If Nespresso continues to use Deliver-It for their shipments I will stop buying from Nespresso too!

just pick it up at the Nespresso store or give yourself weeks to get delivery. Their delivery service since COVID has gotten worse with each order an they leave a fly by night no name delivery company for their shipping.

Ordered coffee on 17/08/2021 and was told for weeks that the coffee had been dispatched. Spoke to the courier company and they had never picked up my order. Tried for week to get a refund and ended up taking the matter to Fair Trading. Nespresso advised them I would get a refund on 16/09/2021 and it would take 10 business days. Of course no refund. Took the matter to NCAT and hearing was yesterday. No one from Nespresso turned up so NCAT ordered immediate payment. Not expecting to get refund.

I recently a few months now bought a Nesspresso Vertuo Line machine. I absolutely love it! The coffee is superb compared to other brands. My machine works perfectly and heats up so fast. Price was right. I am also loving their espresso and coffee selections. They also offer so many recipes to choose from, I have not been to a Starbucks since i bought the machine.
Terrible, terrible customer service.
Made 2 orders 4 days apart. Earlier one never came. Every time I phoned they blamed Auspost, then eventually someone told me that the first order was never sent out! They organised a replacement order express post but now that hasn't arrived!
I think this order is cursed!
They had the nerve to accuse me of lying about receiving the earlier order because they had a photo of the later order having been delivered from Auspost. That really got my back up! I was trying to be nice but passive aggressive accusations from their customer service staff are surely not the way to go?
I am beyond mad now. I just want my money back but they won't give it until I receive an order that was never sent. Arghhhhhhh! I will never use my bloody stupid Nespresso machine again. A total, total waste of money, terrible, terrible customer service and an awful Nespresso Experience. I have now been waiting on live chat for a reply for over 30 mins.

My milk frothed broke after maybe 2 months and all they sent was a label to ship back no receipts then I had to call multiple times to find out what's going on they just left me hanging for a month. I thought I was gonna be out 179$ for the frothed because I didn't know what was going on. I still have no frother.
Terrible support, received a defective Gran Lattisima and coffee & frother never worked properly. I tried settings thinking this would fix the problem and to my disappointment it didn't. Called the company to replace and I have to send in for repair! No coffee for minimum 3 weeks! This is my last machine, been a member for +10 years but they are forcing me to go old school Espresso machine..
I placed an order and was told it would arrive in 1-2 days. It didn't arrive. I called customer service multiple times and was given multiple different dates of delivery. It is now 12 days later and I still have not received my order! The customer service call center is manned by the WORST representatives in the industry! I'm reporting fraud and disputing the charge!

Their rare deals are a joke. They give you one sleeve if you buy 15?! That's the best you can do for long time customers? I will enjoy this machine until it stops working. I will never buy another. I'm incredibly disappointed in the customer service and the loyalty to return customers. Their machines are expensive already. They can afford to give the consumer a better break on their pods from time to time. Shame on them.
I've had my Vertuo since 2019. It recently started leaking coffee from the bottom. Also, I ordered a descaling product. It never got to me. Then when I asked for a refund, they said there was a delay in processing it and now they are processing it again. Now I have to wait an additional 7 days. Nespresso used to be very good, but I am moving on from their overpriced product.
Poor customer service. My machine broke a little after a year. Customer service said the machine is out of warranty and won't replace it even though we spend $200 every time we order every couple months. Switching to something different and wouldn't recommend.
Coffee machine came (vertuo) with a warranty of 2 years and within the first year and a half the machine stopped working. Had to pay to send it back just for them to "fix" and resend the item in even worse condition. Now it does not work at all and they refuse to replace/refund. Customer service, especially the manager are just awful and stingy refusing to be empathetic or helpful. Worse investment ever go somewhere else for your coffee!

I ordered by mistake and paid and thereafter realized I had to make a change. No why to cancel the order and so I called their customer representative and she said she requested that my order be cancelled. Well that was not reflected on my order history and again called them. Yes, they said it was cancelled but again not reflected on my order history. So disputed their charge and now I learned my lesson no more orders on line.
This is the second time my order was not delivered and was well past the delivery time. The only resolution was for them to replace the order and you wait even longer. They should use a new courier service and get new representatives who actually want to make it right.
If you speak English & call the call center, prepare for frustration & a lot of repeating. Call center need lessons in customer service or they just don't care if you buy or not. App is full of misinformation.
Having only had my VertuoPlus for 6 months I now find that it no longer works. It shakes violently and makes a horrendous noise when making coffee before giving a solid red light.
I have had it collected once already and all that the authorised repair centre "Staffords" did was clean it and test for electrical safety. It was returned several days after being collected and on the first use had exactly the same problem. I now have arranged for a second collection for repair which hopefully will fix the problem. Something which I will have to wait and see about. I am currently not overly impressed with something that is only 6 months old and still under warranty. Surely a simple replacement machine would be better than pretending to fix it.
We had one of the original Nespresso before it finally quit after years of use. Got a new one 6 months ago(Vertuo Next) and have had trouble with the lever easily sliding over to initiate brewing. Lately we have to unplug it and restart. Sometimes several times! Call customer service - what a joke. We did as we were asked, clean and stick your hand up into the blade (yikes) and twirl it. We were asked to do several other things and call back. Doesn't seem like you should have to do all this for a cup of coffee! They refuse to have us take it back to a store and upgrade to a new one with us paying the difference. Do not purchase from this company!

Did not get an order on time; as a matter I spent over $50 just go get the order sent on time. It got sent to the wrong side of the State. After still not getting the order, I cancelled it via phone call. They told me that it would take 30 days to get a credit. Is that how they treat a 10+ year customer? I call that intimidation. I called today and they did receive the order back on the 10th and the rep said again, it could take up to 30 days for credit. No way to do business; there must be something going on in that corporation. Too bad but I ordered 120 capsules from another company at half the price and I'm just if not more happier. Placed my first online order, what a mistake! I called after 4 days because I had not yet received a conformation from them but the money was taken from my paypal account. I waited on the phone for 50 minutes. I was told that yes they had received the payment for the order but they don't send confirmation until the order goes out. I asked how much longer because I had company coming on the weekend. They said it would be at least another week before my order would go out because of the high order demand. Absolutely ridiculous... for a refund you actually have to wait for your order to come and then return it. The reason I ordered online was so I wouldn't have to deal with the mall craziness and it turns out I have to go any not to mention putting out even more money for another order.
They do not process your order for a few days, which they don't tell you at the time of ordering. They say: 1-2 day shipping. However, if you aren't actually going to ship the product right away you should just write 5 day shipping? I do not care how long it takes once it is on the truck I care how long it takes for you to process the order.
Tracking your package is impossible on their website and they do not provide a tracking number.
They use UPS so I know that they are capable of providing a tracking number.
I would expect premium customer service from this company, which would reflect their prices.
