Netflix has a rating of 2.5 stars from 1,822 reviews, indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases. Reviewers complaining about Netflix most frequently mention customer service, credit card, and good movies problems. Netflix ranks 65th among Streaming Movies sites.
Netflix is my go-to streaming service for its vast library of movies, TV shows, and original content. The user-friendly interface makes it easy to discover new favorites, and the personalized recommendations help me find content tailored to my interests. I appreciate the ability to create multiple user profiles for personalized viewing experiences. The monthly subscription fee is well worth the endless hours of entertainment
I'm disappointed that Netflix has added adds now. This was one of the major draws of a streaming service and now you have to watch adds or pay a premium to not have them. Very annoying. Also, I hate how most of the Netflix originals most of the time are not family friendly. There is often so much foul language and sexual content that the majority of the time, if I see that it is a Netflix original, I just skip over it. Shows don't have to have all of that to be good. Wish they would stop feeling like they have to add more and more of it.
I use to be able to sort by rating but they changed it without my concent. Now I have to check tons of garbage to find something to watch. Popcorn time is one option
I love netfilx but it does suck that they're going up in price and I wish they had newer movies on the netflix on xbox live rather then just movies on encore and stars.
This is the best of the best for sure. The price is just as good and the movies. They have such a great selection of movies for the individual or families.
I'm paying 15$ month for nothing I'm canceling my membership this month everything good gets taken off or it freezes I'm not the only client with these issues Hulu is looking way better
Tip for consumers:
Use hulu

How the $#*! you Take Down DJANGO …. LIKE ITS $#*!ING DJANGO YOU GOT TO PUT IT BACK UP THIER come on NETFLIX for that you getting a 1 star STOP TAKING DOWN ALL THE GOOD STUFF. YALL BETTER NOT TAKE DOWN PLAYERS CLUB FR BRUH
This is ridiculous that we can no longer use family Netflix accounts. You have lost a lot of angry customers. I will not be purchasing my own account for $20!
Spent 2 days on a holiday movie binge and never ran out of choices! Definitely worth the money. Selection is better than Hulu or Amazon, as I have all three.
Netflix just keeps getting better. Best online streaming service ever? At this point - yes. I wish some content would stay longer though, but its not a major complaint.
Almost every time I go on Netflix there is a problem. "title cannot be played". Stuck at 25%, or just won't even open. Also take forever to get new episodes
Not a really wide selection if you want to check out older classics. I usually find myself cycling through random movies hoping something will appeal, but it doesn't happen.
So unhappy with the price raise, I would be much more interested if they had better content on there besides old but classic movies we all have seen 100+ times.

As movie stores, such as Blockbusters and Movie Galleries, are becoming slim to none in existence, many people have resorted to online options to watch movies. Many people prefer the online option to view their movies because it is often times free or cheaper than renting one at a store. Also having to be home or near a tv at the exact time your favorite tv series airs its newest episode is no longer an issue with these web 2.0 tools since they have both movies and tv episodes for their users. This instant availability has definitely been a major pro for users and is probably one of the main reasons movie stores are going out of business.
I found three web 2.0 sites that people can use to watch their favorite tv shows and movies. I took into account the websites' affordability, accessibility, reliability, and more to create my reviews.
Netflix is very user friendly. A con of the website is that you have to subscribe to the monthly fee of $7.99 before even using the site which means there are no free options. However after subscribing you can watch unlimited episodes and movies online. A pro of the site is that it also offers the option of watching through PS3. Wii, Xbox, Mobile, Tablets, Smart TVs, and Bluray players. I would definitely recommend this website to a friend due to all of the options the site provides.
Hey Netflix i am still watching if I was not i would put the computer off, so cut the crap with that annoying message, otherwise I will move to another site, you are not the only game in town
Great website! I can catch up on my tv shows through my wii anytime I want. I can also get a dvd through the mail and it arrives no more than 2 days from when I asked for it! Love it!
I like netflix but it is missing A LOT of good stuff. It should update way more often
I am really not trying to ruin netflix for anybody but it is the truth so deal with it
The price increases and the shows keep leaving. TVD is gone so am I. Pretty much just about all i enjoyed on netflix has left. I will pay to stream elsewhere so i wont pay for netflix anymore.
I loooove Netflix! We stopped paying for cable a year ago and have switched to a ROKU box. Everything we watch is streaming now and Netflix has everything our heart desires! :)
Are y'all ever gonna put the next 5 or 6 seasons of NCIS it's been years now and still nothing it would be nice to be able to stay caught up with tv shows
If you want the Best Entertainment Value then a Dual Membership to Netflix is second to none.
The cost of for rights to streaming content is very competitive and expensive. Netflix still leads, and you pay $8-10/mo for streaming, I think currently about 4,000 titles, and increasingly original Netflix production.
Here's the goldmine everyone seems to be ignoring being so fixated on streaming -- If you want a great depth and breadth of content, Netflix DVD library is second to none! 93,000 titles! And access to New Releases, 9-18 months before they go to streaming, if at all. I pay $12/mo for 2 DVD's at a time. I might watch 8 DVD's month at this flat fee. If they were all new releases you could use Amazon PPV and pay $6/pop and the same 8 movies would cost you $48 in a month.
So for $20/mo I get the best streaming service@ $8/mo for one TV and 12/mo for 2 DVD's at a time. So for $20/mo I get access to 100,000 titles! No streaming service alone will ever be able to match this simply because Netflix bought DVD rights cheap for years before the competition woke up and have an incomparable library of TItles - 93,000 plus access to New Releases on DVD. Streaming is great for skimming the surface. DVD's for going deep. Can't imagine where you can spend $20/mo for a comparable value of nearly 100,000 titles! Dust of your DVD player or go buy one.
The best series, the new movies, the HD format and that's all thanks to the set of Netflix TV. Yeah, it an affordable package, so I agree to pay for this.
I love the ease of use and adding new titles. I hate that the site locks you into a handful of titles that show up over and over based on your preferences. Also frustating is when they remove titles.
Kevin hart is not a protagonist in any way shape or form. Robin was a noble man!😂😂. Indulge in the obvious you're better as a additive😳😳😳😭😭
I love TV series and Stranger Things and Black Mirror are just the best ones, both exclusive to Netflix. The service in general is fast and is not very expensive for what you get.
Netflix offers streaming movies and TV shows in addition to a DVD by mail rental service.
