Charged my account twice a month before I caught it and would not reverse the charges, rep said it was my fault. I liked the shows they offered but cancelled due to bad customer service
I often find myself scrolling for ages looking for a decent film to watch, and i wish they would update their lists more often. There are loads of series to see however so that's good.
Price raise and service cutbacks relegates to being in stiff competition with less known black market internet streamers. Why pay for commercials when you can have them pay for you?.!
They created a platform where you can get everything that is in your tv. It means all your programs and movies can get streamed at anytime. Their charges are fair.
My options are hulu or Netflix. Thus far Netflix takes the cake every single time. Hulu only wins on occasion with a quicker update on shows (very few of them)

My son had signed up for Netflix and forgot his login information so I called Netflix and not only did they switch the subscription from my sons name to mine but they also gave us the remainder of that month on my subscription and on top of that they gave us a free month totally love Netflix
Price keeps going up while programming gets worse. Canceled after over a decade and even though I complained about their programming for over the past year, it just continued to get worse. Bollywood and Asian films, Cooking and Reality Shows, Old-School TV shows...I can watch all of this for free on Pluto. Will be subscribing to AppleTV, and a couple Of PBS channels all for what I was paying Netflix monthly for...I need new and fresh content, otherwise why pay for a subscription for the same programming that I left cable for, Ciao Netflix
I am a long time subscriber and have used Watch Instantly for years. But whenever I have added to my queue a long running TV show, I have never been able to watch episodes from beginning to end because Netflix drops the show long before I have finished.The latest TV show just dropped by Netflix was Bones, but this has happened with numerous long running shows such as the original Law And Order which I will never be able to watch completely.
Please put twilight back on Netflix it is my favorite show and I would have to pay five dollars to watch one of them on Amazon prime so if you could be so nice and put twilight back on Netflix it would be greatly appreciated thanks

They are nothing more then yes people...unable to accomplish anything useful...why does a company like this become so unethical...corporate GREED I would guess. I was thrown into the premium account (NOT GIVEN THE CHOICE WHEN I FIRST SIGNED IN...I tried to change that within the first 24 hours once I saw that on my account...yet it took them about 10 days to change it...I was charged the premium price anyway and they promised to change it and give me a credit...LIARS! It was finally my cable company (Cox) that gave me the credit! NETFLIX IS VERY, VERY, VERY UNETHICAL!
There is a movie that NetFlix is refusing to remove. It is called "Cuties", directed by Maïmouna Doucouré. It shows 11- and 12-year-old kids twerking naked in a dance competition in front of an audience. Some scenes even show the kids' private parts. To sum it up, it's pretty pathetic that NetFlix is showing this pedophilic crapfest of a movie! They should be ashamed of themselves!
I love Netflix but I really wish they would add more to their selection. I also wish that the updates were actual updates and not just one or two new movies ever other week.
I like Netflix. You can keep the movies as long as you want. They have a bunch of old stuff. Don't have to worry about getting out to take back videos. Nice. Recommend it.
