I am going to make my long story short. Purchased a "Brand New" pc on 10/21... Received on 10/23 and that same day I called to notify of the issues. This PC had a CPU Temperature error and would not stay on passed 30 Seconds. I had to send it back which took another 5 days for them to receive the equipment. The equipment was received on 11/01, I was promised a 2-4 day process and a new one will be sent out. It is 11/18 on the day I write this review and I just received my first email from the company after my numeruos calls to inquire about the replacement. I ended up asking for a refund coincidentally the same day 11/11/21, they received word on the returned equipment. I was told the process would take 3-5 days... Once again its 11/18 and NOW is when this RMA was closed and I would have to wait ( you guessed it) another 3-5 days... Once this ordeal is done, I would have exactly a month to finalize a process that other companies have finalized in hours... This company promises call backs and emails, for nothing... If I could have put 0 stars, believe me I would. I honestly wish the CEO or someone from corporate were to take their time and read this message or even listen to their recorded calls... That company is a shame
I've bought three laptops from Newegg, and I really regret it. Two of the three were defective to such a degree that, after running diagnostics, the manufacturers told me to send it back for a replacement and not even bother trying to get it repaired. At this point I am suspicious that they just take refurbished or factory reject computers and sell them as "new". In any case, this is not a business to be trusted. If you do buy something from them, make sure to test your product thoroughly before the window for return closes to make sure they didn't sell you a defective item.

I've ordered the video card which cost me $725 including shipping. Eight days later I've received a notification from FedEx that the card was delivered. Not so. No card anywhere to be found.
I've contacted Newegg and started a claim. I've received a response that the seller provided "proof" with a POD FedEx order that the card was delivered. So I was instructed to contact FedEx.
The automated phone service from FedEx almost drove me insane but after 3 call attempts and 30 minutes later I finally had a Supervisor on the line who spoke English. FedEx filed a claim. Next day, the FedEx delivery guy showed up, telling me he remembered he delivered in "this neighborhood" shrugging his shoulders. As for myself;: Nothing. No card, no money.
Newegg pointed to the seller. The seller pointed to FedEx. FedEx said the package was delivered. Everyone claimed: "Not our responsibility" - One week after ordering the card I was out $725 and no merchandise.
Next, I filed a claim with Paypal asking for my money back. Newegg provided the "fake proof" POD from FedEx to PayPal, claiming the card was delivered.
I showed that signature was required on this delivery, but that was brushed under the table with a note from Newegg stating: "Additionally, we will pass on that information to our seller as they should have required a signature for the package." …. Saying in a friendly way basically: "but nothing we can do...".
Two days later, the card was suddenly in front of my door step. A kind and honest neighbor brought it by, after it was delivered to the wrong address. In summary; FedEx lied. They did NOT deliver the video card to my home. The Vendor hid behind a "fake delivery confirmation" from FedEx and Newegg shrugged their shoulders, basically claiming "Nothing we can do."
SUMMARY: No one gives a crap for you as a customer. As long as they have your money all is well. Newegg, their vendors and FedEx will blame you for the missing merchandice. In one of the correspondence Newegg suggested that is was probably stolen, so guess what? They suggested that I file a police report. If I didn't have honest neighbors, I'd be out the money with nothing to show, except the runaround, chasing after my lost money.
So you think this story is over… well, now my $425 motherboard I've ordered from Newegg is not delivered, which I've paid for two weeks ago…. I filed a claim with Newegg…I am not a mind reader, but I have a good guess what happens next...
I have spent a truckload of money over the years with Newegg. I had a bad experience last year, but thought I give them another try – BIG MISTAKE on my part.

I purchased online a $1,700 computer monitor from Newegg as NEW but the product arrived in its factory box without a shipping box or proper padding. Item box had already opened, factory seal torn, and the product did not work.
This is Newegg's issue, not mine. But Newegg expects customers to wait for the RMA return to ship back and process, and then wait again for a replacement to be shipped.
This negatively impacted my small business and we'll never shop Newegg again.

I ordered a laptop cooling pad fan, which stated delivered, but wasn't delivered. Newegg and the vendor wants to place blame on me that the shipping label was incorrect. There were two items ordered one had the correct address which I received, the other had no street number, only the street name and apt #, so, how can I be the cause for the error. I got my computer less than two months ago. No warranty from Newegg and they don't let you know that. The computer came with that problem because when I turned on took a little longer. I had to press the bottom for a few seconds and then started until it just didnt. I though I would be fine because it was just two months with me. For my surprise I called them and no warranty from them and the manufacturer. It's unbelievable. I paid $4,000 for a piece of crap.

Stay Away! Newegg and Antonline ripped me off big time. This might be illegal and I know for sure it is unethical!
I ordered a laptop from them through Newegg and was not given a shipping option. When I got a tracking number I saw that it was going to require a signature but I am at work during the day so I wouldn't be there to sign for it. I contacted UPS and Newegg and they both told me that I would have to work with Antonline to get the package.
I contacted Antonline and asked them to either change the address to my work address or leave it at a UPS location so I could pick it up. The rep told me that they couldn't (or wouldn't) change it even though UPS told me that only the sending party had the authority to change a shipment. I went back and forth with all parties several times and eventually the Antonline rep told me to just let it get returned and then order it again to a new address. Because I wasn't home to sign for the package, it automatically got returned they charged me $110 as a restock fee even though their restock policy is that you would get charged if you "refused" a package. Which I didn't! I wanted the package but the Antonline rep purposefully told me they would not help me change the address so it would come back to them.
I've contacted them numerous times and no one ever got back to me. Newegg refused to help me as well. This is unethical at the very least and possibly illegal! They basically shipped a package so no one could receive it and then refused to help so they could collect $110 from me for nothing. Please spare yourself the pain.

Newegg hands it to UPS and they travel with it FOR DAYS and then hand it over to USPS and they travel with it FOR DAYS... Then it gets dropped off at the local post office in YOUR TOWN (when UPS could have delivered it to YOU). Then THERE IT SITS... FOR DAYS... until the post office can get it to you. NEVER AGAIN.

I ordered a graphics card on August 26. It was shipped on August 27. After waiting in the cargo, it was returned to the sender on September 2 and the sender received it on September 7. In my first conversation with the customer representative, they said that your money will be sent when the product is returned. I'm still waiting since then. Despite contacting the customer representative many times, the money still has not been refunded. They tell me to wait a little longer every time I meet. They're distracting me. They say that the cargo did not reach them, but I verified that the cargo company delivered it. They do not refund my money without giving any reason. This is a scam. They create shipping label on the same day. Product will be shipped very late. Any requests to cancel will be countered with 'Cant cancel. Shipping label already created. Refunds will cost you re-stocking fee and shipping. Even for defective products. You will be asked to reach out to manufacturer to understand if it is defective or if its a feature. Scam scam scam.

I have been a customer of Newegg for about a year and a half now and I love the way they treat you and take action if something doesn't go right or if you are not satisfied with your product and anything of that nature. Personally I have never had any problems with Newegg I love the design and their shipping is amazing I ordered a monitor on sep 2nd and it got there on sep 3rd in less then 24hrs I am very appreciative of there staff and if you ever need any help just contact support they will be glad to help and resolve your problem.

I have used and trusted Newegg for years, and ignored their recent negative reviews. I must warn buyers from ordering from Newegg. If your package is reported as delivered and isn't they will send you emails asking you search your neighborhood for your delivery or to withdraw your charge-back claims with the payment company in order to receive a refund. Ultimately I had to depend on the payment company for getting my money back on Newegg's failure to deliver my under $100 purchase.

Newegg sent wrong items (funny how nobody ever gets shipped a nicer item than they paid for). Charged me the full amount and sent 5 of the complete wrong item. These are big and in clearly labeled boxes. I dont understand how anybody could get this wrong. Now I have to take care of shipping back to them and they wont process return until they receive items. Answer: The reason why i gave a bad review was because i ordered a phone for my wife, An I-phone 5 and NewEgg.com only sent a box with the manual and a charger for the phone. I called NewEgg.com and explained to them and they stated i needed to wait while they investigate, they never got back to me so i called them again. The person i talked to put me on hold then came back to me and stated she was checking this what was going on and kept putting me on hold for a total of 45 minutes to only come back and tell me that i need to send them a picture of the box and contents. I have no clue what my wife or children did with the box now i am screwed. 219.00 down the drain. This was the first and last purchase i will make until the get this straight.
