Highly recommended for computer parts and electronics in general. Much wider selection than Best Buy, and better service than Fry's. Very quick standard shipping, usually arriving within 3 days. I've even purchased a few refurbished items, all of which continue to work.
Placed an order on NEWEGG, they billed my credit card and without any notice they canceled my order 7 days later. I only found out after I went to my PayPal account and saw it was canceled. I will never buy from them again. They also allow resellers on their site so you never know if the merchandise is legit or new. Buyer beware...
This company only lying customers! I bought TV from them, but get TV with inactive display. After I submitted request about TV returning, "Newegg" start playing with me games. The case is that by USA low, the seller responsible for all additional charges which is related with returning items transportation. Now I can NOT get free returning labels already two weeks.
Recommendations: Be careful with this company!
Now with websites like Amazon offering 2-day free shipping with Prime, I rarely go to Newegg. When I do, I catch myself waiting long periods of time for my parts to arrive seperately.
They have a great, extensive catalog. However, the time you have to wait for parts+ price of shipping+ price of parts not always being the lowest... it seems like a very basic service these days.

Bought a software in Dec 12, came scratched and I was unable to installed. Followed their RMA and shipped the software back for a full refund as I picked another one locally. They refused to refund me and refused to send a replacement stating the product was out of warranty! I had the software for 2 days! This is bad service, they dont stand by their merchandise and I feel that they stole my money. I will never buy from them again. To top it off, they closed my account because I filed a dispute with my credit card, total intimidation of their customers.
Newegg has False and misleading shipping and in Stock status statements on their product pages.
I found an in stock Seagate SSD-HD i ordered per over night next day delivery as well as a smaller item i didn't push a rush on.
My 21$ charge for the overnight seems to actually mean after they take 1-2 bussiness days to package it and only after this its an overnight.
So i now have to wait 3-4 days, i still pay the next day delivery option, and in the meantime, the second item, that was not put on a rush actually arrived the next day!
Customer service didn't even offer to wave the 21 $ next day delivery charge, and i still didn't receive the HD yet... after 3 days now.
I never will buy there again...

Newegg is the king of deceptive practices and poor customer support. I am stuck with an expensive product newegg sold to me without a warranty and without disclaiming that it was being sold without warranty.
Spend your money with a retailer that cares about their customers. Newegg does not.

This site use to be awesome, But lately they take like 2 weeks to get something. The user experience is still great on the site, and I often browse the site than find the product in amazon and order it there.
I purchased a monitor from Newegg and returned it because I was dissatisfied with the light bleed from the edges. Newegg deducted the return shipping and additional 15% because they classified it as product dissatisfaction. I ended up spending almost $100.00 to return a monitor that I considered defective. I have been purchasing pc equipment from them for over 20 years. I will NEVER do business with them again. You shouldn't either. Buy from Amazon or Best Buy.

Newegg often has the best prices. They also have a very fair return policy. Buyer reviews are helpful for shopping. If you are a frequent eBay buyer, I suggest when you find something on the Newegg site to see if they have it listed in their eBay store. You will get the same deal plus the eBay bucks.

Would not allow me to pickup my package citing "covid" even though there have not been covid restrictions in this area in 12 months. Now i have to wait 3 days for it to be delivered even though i live 5 miles away and am willing to come pick it up. Lazy unhelpful customer service.
I've ordered hundreds of thousands of dollars in equipment with newegg. Due to quantity limitations, they suggested I try the newegg business site. On my first order, they shipped $4K in parts but held another $8K saying my order was fraud.
Despite my reminding them of our newegg.com account number and the lengthy history with them, they insist I call them from the number associated with our card. However, that's an incoming online line and newegg is not worth the time to sort that out with our bank. Seems their fraud department has no actual brain.
I told them I would refuse the shipment they sent and charge it back. They told me if I charge it back that they will lock my account. Uh... you sort of already did.
Bye bye new egg. Plenty of other vendors out there who will love to have our business. Also, I've found Amazon is often less expensive than newegg
I have ordered & used many items over the years from New Egg & in my opinion it is always useful even if you do not buy directly from them because they generally give in great detail about their inventory to give you the best possible information about what your interested in buying. Now days I am more inclined to buy from the eBay shop because I can avoid any extra charges like tax & shipping which is exactly the same price as it is on their site just minus the S/H & tax.
I would recommend New Egg to anyone who has use for what they offer.

Only had 2 items in the entire time I have dealt with New Egg that was the wrong item & they were very professional about fixing the problems. If you want a site/company that cares about their customers & will do their best to make things right, I vouch for New Egg.
I didn't receive the Coolers I ordered. I only got only the cooler covers. The order was for Cooler + Covers. The customer service was appalling. All I asked was for the missing items to be shipped to me right away and that I would return the covers as soon as I was able. The rep said they would have to receive the return of the covers before they could send me a replacement. Why? They have my CC info and I have been a member for nearly 20 years. I think they can trust me to return 2 plastic covers. She also said they could not just send me the missing coolers even though they are packaged separately. I have got several broken and/or parts missing items from Newegg recently and I am wondering if they are still a reputable company or just a garbage dump for vendors.

First time customer. I entered the shipping address correctly, and then they took my Paypal shipping address instead. After multiple phone calls and chat conversations, they first told me to wait for the tracking number to appear (putting it on me to contact them again), then told me they couldn't do anything about it other than wait for it to go into transit, contact them (again!) to recall it, than refund me 3-5 business days later ("if it returns to us"). Meanwhile, on Amazon, I can go through a two minute automated procedure to update shipping address. This company is way behind the curve. I'm not returning and would caution you away from them. If there's another option you can buy from, consider the time you'll waste on customer service should anything go wrong!
After I placed a negative review about Newegg a Representative got in touch to try to make things right. He was very helpful and in the end I got my money back.
It still bothers me that the problem occurred in the first place but I am thankful that they made things right.

First time customer. I ordered tires (for a good price) on 1/8/18. The tires were supposed to be shipped in 1-3 days. Today was 3 days but they have not been shipped. I have tried to chat with Customer Service but always start with at least 30 people in front of me then somehow always end up getting disconnected before it's my turn. Tried texting repeatedly but never received a response. Tried calling repeatedly but can never get through. If my tires aren't going to ship tomorrow at the latest, I want to cancel the sale and have my money refunded!
1/12/18 - I finally managed to chat with someone from Customer Service and they cancelled order. Now I have to wait and see if my payment is refunded

I have used the Egg many times to buy computer hardware. Prices are often (but not always) the best you can find for a reputable online retailer. The site is well laid out, and the reviews are very helpful (as are the technical and buying tips provided by newegg on each product and product category).
I have had to return a few products, and newegg has always been a pleasure to work with under the circumstances. I once had to return a heavy computer case TWICE, and they did not hesitate to provide an advance replacement and a prepaid mailing label. Considering the heavily discounted price of the computer case, they couldn't have made much money, if any, on my purchase, but they were nothing but apologetic in regards to my troubles.

I have been a longtime Newegg customer. I recently had a return of an item.
The reason for the return was the item was not compatible with my phone as a controller. This risk was not listed in the item description. I was able to return the item but I was was not reimbursed for return shipping, which was half the cost. Newegg would not refund all my money.
I will never do business with Newegg again.

Newegg is the geeks Garden of Eden. The site offers the ability to buy individual computer parts at very low prices. One person can build a computer for as much as $300 and it be one of the best systems the have ever owned. Shipping is 1 of the sites strong points if it is free shipping it's very low priced shipping and you receive it fast. Not only do they sell computer parts but they also sell everything electronic from Tv's to gaming consoles. Newegg is #1 when it comes to buying the ltest technology.
First time customer, they not only billed my credit card but apparently billed the friend who I was sending the little present to card also! WHAT A HASSLE for both of us! Pretty poor way to encourage repeat business! Now I will be on the phone for thirty minutes trying to dispute charge and so will she!

We ordered a $1,300 ASUS laptop from newegg.com. It was rush ordered so the package arrived the next day. When we opened the package, there was no laptop inside, instead the laptop box contained a package of copy paper and a water bottle. All the paperwork was missing from the box also. We immediately contacted newegg and sent pictures of the packaging and the contents. Customer service told us they would follow up with us in a few days and offered no reassurance that we would not be charge for this order. We were already having an awful experience and newegg has made it worse with a slow response time. I will never again buy a product from newegg, this has been the worst customer service I have ever received and they clearly have issues with quality control.
Yes I place an order with this company it was my second time ordering an item with them within a week. Currently there was a problem with my order. So instead of contact me to let me know that the order didn't get placed and there was an issue. They blocked my account so I couldn't even access my account or check on my orders. When I called about it they cannot tell me why I was not notified ahead of time regarding the issue with my order. But unblock my account I've got to wait now two days before I can access my account again. Not the best customer service I've received from a company before especially being only a second time purchase with them. I would not recommend this company to anyone at this moment the service I have received in my opinion is beyond poor. When they blocked my account I could not receive an email in regards to that matter but they have no problem sending me promotional emails every day.

Considering this has no reviews I was a little slow to grab itconsidering the chance Amazon has a decent track record of bad apps, but since the permissions didn't seem outrageously out of line, I downloaded and was quick to check the app out to quickly delete it if it was fake.
