Highly recommended for computer parts and electronics in general. Much wider selection than Best Buy, and better service than Fry's. Very quick standard shipping, usually arriving within 3 days. I've even purchased a few refurbished items, all of which continue to work.
Placed an order on NEWEGG, they billed my credit card and without any notice they canceled my order 7 days later. I only found out after I went to my PayPal account and saw it was canceled. I will never buy from them again. They also allow resellers on their site so you never know if the merchandise is legit or new. Buyer beware...
I ordered a lenovo laptop battery. What I received was an inferior product. The picture shows Lenovo though. I sent it back and a month later still no refund. I have contacted the company more than once, but they don't respond back. It was a $96.00 item, so very unhappy with company. Buyer beware.
I purchased a digital water cooling pressure tester that I received defective. I sent it back, took 6 days and now I am told I have to wait an additional 3 to 7 business days for a replacement. No Thanks. I ordered the same tester from Amazon two day and for less than Newegg.

I was a Newegg virgin up until a week ago when I placed an order for four cameras for my school. Of course I'd heard that Newegg was unbeatable in terms of its selection of new and refurbished goods as well as in its service. So it was no surprise that I also had an easy shopping experience. The cameras came in tip top condition.
I'm having a difficult time simply updating my credit a card and address change page. It didn't work properly and calling Customer Service was a waste of my time! The man didn't fix anything and I could not speak to anyone above him.
I tried buying a product for my girlfriend from NewEgg.
The product was supposed to cost $409.99, they charged my account $420.81...
A few seconds later I received an e-mail that they had cancelled my order for unknown reasons. And They'd refund my money within the next 3-5 business days... This was clearly an automatic email.
I then tried a different payment method as NewEgg is the only american site that has the product. They then charged me $427.34 For THE SAME PRODUCT.
They havn't cancelled it yet, but I now have $848.15 less on my account for trying to buy something that should only have been $409.99... This is absolutely horrendous. Will never shop there again!

I have been a happy Newegg customer for years and I happy with their company except for the company they use to ship with. There is always a delay Ontrac won't tell you why. Drop it off at the wrong address. The last order was left on the street. 200. Dollars sitting on the curb. I don't trust Ontrac Newegg uses them, I have to find a new company for my electronics needs.

I used a Gift card to make part of a payment on an item that became lost in shipping, ok that sucks but they issued a refund (yay). Refund said all payments would go back to their source. That works for me... Only the GC I used isn't working, and there is a different GC number on the refund, but no Pin number. I contacted support and they said it would be my pin from my card I used, so I have tried every combo I can of cards and pins that I have emails for and nothing works. That's $25 I will never see, because they wouldn't even pull my account to look to see what was going on.

Called Newegg just today on this. They are using sub-sellers (but fronting the purchase with Newegg logo) who are NOT shipping product but ARE charging accounts without the item shipping. Item been sitting for weeks in "shipping label created". Called Newegg for a refund and they just refer me to the sub-seller. "Yes we charge for the sale, but you have to deal with them on refunds". That is NO WAY to treat customers! If YOU want to have sub-seller outside the US for YOUR margin, YOU should also front the problems. Old trick in the book... we will take your money, but you have to go "over there" if you want a refund. Horrible. I've used Newegg for 20 years. No more. No wonder they are almost going out of business.

I ordered a cyber monday deal on a new 40" TV through newegg via ebay.
I get the delivery notification, but there's no TV. I contact newegg and they say it says it's delivered. They close the case. I ask if they can help me resolve the issue with the shipper, no response.
I do a dispute through ebay because of the "Money Back Guarantee". They do the same thing and close the case. So here I am with no TV and both newegg and ebay not helping at all resolve the issue.
So not only did I miss out on other possible deals, but I get robbed of the money.
I go to the UPS web site for disputes and it says I should have the seller start the case for the dispute since they have all of the pertinent information. I relay this to newegg and they are unwilling to help me resolve.
Don't purchase from these guys. If anything goes wrong with shipping they will not help you with the issue. This is the worst customer service I've ever received in my life. I've been ROBBED.

Order to monitor less than a year ago so it still had factory warranty the monitor started acting up contacted them they find every reason not to fix it or to use their warranty on it I had to use the extended warranty I paid for and they helped me but this company here is a joke. Most recent follow-up 1 month later - Newegg.com claimed shipped to different address, yet shippers have no record of item being shipped. Supervisor says they cannot do anything.

I ordered a computer case on Saturday and paid extra for three-day shipping as it was to be a gift the next weekend.
The following Sunday I was updated by their system that the time was packaged and a tracking number was issued.
On Monday, the package never left their facility.
On Tuesday, the package never left their facility.
On Wednesday, the package never left their facility.
On Thursday, the package never left their facility.
Now I have filed a shipping claim and I'm waiting on them to refund my money as I scramble for a last minute gift. Without those particular funds of course as their system says it can take up to 10 days to give me my money back for an order that still to this day sits in their warehouse.
The words "Shipment ready for UPS" will be haunting me for a long time.

I build our graphics computers. I've always purchased the parts from Newegg. I tried doing it with parts from a large local electronic chain store, but that just never worked out. The help at the store didn't have the same expertise or parts that Newegg has. You'll be happy shopping here.

I just purchased a $670 gpu on Black Friday. The website indicated it was in stock. After I made the purchase they held my funds and said it wasn't in stock. Now I don't even have the option to purchase another since my bank account has the funds on hold. Now I miss out on a once a year timeframe of deals. They did not offer me any options of replacement cards, or anything. Just wait. SO FRUSTRATING.
I received a cyberpower PC. I am very pleased with the product, the computer runs very well and is actually in very high percentile's in all the benchmarks that I run. However, new egg has not been good to work with. They delayed my shipment, and with all the problems they've been having, I just thought I'd make a review.
NewEgg should be more careful with their organization. I can only speak for delayed shipping, but that's probably just the tip of the iceberg.

I bot a computer from them. It ended up being so cheaply made that within 2 months the wires connecting the keyboard to the computer were exposed. I get a 'free' headset bundled with the computer. It didn't work and calling customer service was a total nightmare. One person hung up on me because I asked if I could speak with a supervisor. I ended up sending the headset back in at my expense only for it to go into a black hole. Looks like I will never get the replacement headset I was told I would get.

I had an issue with a damaged packaged, which really was not properly padded inside, and I had to schedule a call back for 32 minutes later just to report the issue. When someone did finally call me back they told me they would send a replacement. The price has gone up on the item so now they want me to send the damaged memory back to them at my cost for a refund. So of course to finally get my memory I would have to re-purchase at the higher price. This is really bad business. With a retailer like Amazon for instance, this process would have taken 5 minutes and a return shipping label would have been provided at no cost to me. I used to use Newegg.com exclusively for new computer builds but will no longer.

I contacted newegg.com to let them know about fraudulent charges on a stolen card. The co. Rep told me that the orders had not yet shipped so he would cancel the orders. The order was not cancelled! I contacted them again later that afternoon to make sure I had not been misinformed. Co. Rep informed me that all (6) fraud orders had been shipped that day. It'a shame that now they will be out $1200. 00 for allowing this to happen.

They have a horrible customer service. I ordered a computer U build kit and the parts came definitive. This was annoying but things happen. I sent them back a week latter got them back. New parts were damaged sent everything back. Then the said they were not going to refund money and that is what they did. Do not buy from them.
Bought a new camera only to find out it was used. A month later I'm still trying to get a refund. Newegg tells me their waiting to hear from Amcrest and Amcrest tells me to contact Newegg. I've spent way to much time screwing around with both of these companies. If you want something buy it from a company like HomeDepot where you can take it back and have your refund within minutes not months if ever...

Newegg has the best prices most of the time, items are also of good quality but one must read the buyer's reviews, not just the number of stars. I really appreciate having the opportunity to read reviews that have not been edited or completely removed by the seller, at least you can decide to buy, or not, really knowing what you are getting into.
Do not trust Newegg.com I ordered an ASIC miner and had connectivity issues from day 1. Around 30days the unit became extreme loud during operation while using 40% more power than the manufacturer specs and hashing 35% lower than manufacturer claims; in other words 1 of the boards has failed.
When I presented the issues to newegg for a refund or replacement, they responded with "after 30 days they don't have any responsibility". When i questioned about it failing before the 30 days and how I had issues from day 1, they responded that the seller isn't willing to offer a replacement or refund.
Newegg should not be in business with business practices like this. Please do not support a company that has policies in place, making it acceptable to sell defective hardware with zero liability.

dont buy on newegg. Amazon, ebay, bestbuy, office depot... basically shop anywhere else. A cheaper price doesnt mean anything if it doesnt work
