They have shown me time and time again they don't care about my business and they don't want my business. It's no wonder their stock price has declined 99.9+ % since their IPO. They will probably be closed in less than five years so karma sometimes comes late, but it's always on time.
We made a digital purchase for Microsoft and NordVPN subscription. The digital product key didn't work so, we contacted Newegg immediately with screenshots. They refused to offer us any help or compensation. Told us to go check with Microsoft. It's not Microsoft's problem, they didn't sell this key to us! Even then, we contacted Microsoft and they said that the product key Newegg sold is fake. Newegg simply stopped replying and is not giving us a refund.
Newegg basically scammed us with a fake key.
We lost $70 without the digital product we paid for.
Newegg is my go-to for all my tech needs. I've purchased a number of items from them over the past several years, from monitors and keyboards to USB hubs, adapter cables, and even Bluetooth speakers. I've never had a negative experience with them; their prices are always fair, and the items always arrive in a timely manner with no issues.
Placed an order on NEWEGG, they billed my credit card and without any notice they canceled my order 7 days later. I only found out after I went to my PayPal account and saw it was canceled. I will never buy from them again. They also allow resellers on their site so you never know if the merchandise is legit or new. Buyer beware...
Company scammed my wife out of 650$ of computer parts and components. She ordered 9 items, recieved 1. Box un opened, after contacting new egg, they blew it off for 2 months until we disputed the charge on our credit card. Avoid at all costs. Read reviews. They do this to hundreds and hundreds of people. It's not unheard of, please avoid doung business with them as you'll be left stolen from.
I ordered a computer mouse 07/26/2022. Shipping label was created 08/01/2022. Status still states waiting on pickup from carrier. I have no way of emailing them about this problem or asking for a refund. Will not buy from again. Total rip off and wasted money.
The platform is pro-seller and anti-buyer. I had an issue where the seller shipped a completely wrong item. Newegg sided with seller and denied my claim. Thanks Heavens that I had Paypal and my Visa credit card in between and they are still working on the case. The outcome is awaited but overall, Newegg did not own any responsibility and closed the case as such. Despite of me having provided with all relevant pictures (right of the time item was received). I will NEVER EVER buy stuff again from newegg.com.

I've bought three laptops from Newegg, and I really regret it. Two of the three were defective to such a degree that, after running diagnostics, the manufacturers told me to send it back for a replacement and not even bother trying to get it repaired. At this point I am suspicious that they just take refurbished or factory reject computers and sell them as "new". In any case, this is not a business to be trusted. If you do buy something from them, make sure to test your product thoroughly before the window for return closes to make sure they didn't sell you a defective item.

My daughter purchased computer parts from Newegg. We were out of town when it came as it arrived earlier than the time specified. UPS returned to item to Newegg and I have documentation that it was returned. However, Newegg refuses to give us a refund of the money or send us the items. Multiple calls have been made. Initially they said they would send the item, but after multiple calls told my daughter no. I called thinking they were not helping this 18 year old who had spent her graduation money on a computer she so desperately needs to have for an engineering major, but no they said they never received all of the parts back. I have proof from UPS and I told them I could provide but they tell me the same thing each time. So we are out almost 2 K for a computer we could not build. Lousy customer support. They really don't care at all about customer service. I would not recommend this company and heaven help you if you need customer support.
Cleared outbound customs. Now in a shipping container and "in transit". Expected delivery unknown. This is not the service I expected. It has been several years since I ordered from Newegg. I guess it's my fault for not checking the current reviews.

It's been 10 days since I placed the order and shows as label being created but still waiting pickup by shipper.
I have used and trusted Newegg for years, and ignored their recent negative reviews. I must warn buyers from ordering from Newegg. If your package is reported as delivered and isn't they will send you emails asking you search your neighborhood for your delivery or to withdraw your charge-back claims with the payment company in order to receive a refund. Ultimately I had to depend on the payment company for getting my money back on Newegg's failure to deliver my under $100 purchase.

Bought some pc parts and it said shipped all of the items and once I got one of the product, they added a new tracking number for the others that will come another week later. Very misleading, if I knew they were going to pull something like that, I would have of just purchased at Amazon and get it the same week with prime. What a piece of sh*t company, never again

Newegg sent wrong items (funny how nobody ever gets shipped a nicer item than they paid for). Charged me the full amount and sent 5 of the complete wrong item. These are big and in clearly labeled boxes. I dont understand how anybody could get this wrong. Now I have to take care of shipping back to them and they wont process return until they receive items. Please avoid this company! They are trouble!

Be aware that returns are not easy. In addition, they deduct all the shipping, taxes, etc. and you still have to pay return shipping. The shipping is over priced. I bought and returned a $478 item and I only ended up with $400 refund.
I'm never ordering from these guys again. I received a non-functioning product, so naturally I try to return this item. Originally I wanted to exchange for another, but noticed it is now out of stock. So then I go through the return process. I get my shipping label no problem, and send it off within a few days. When they received my return I got no notification whatsoever ever from Newegg. The only reason why I know they even received it is because I'm tracking it myself with UPS. It has now been NINE days since they received my return and no refund still. I find this unacceptable for this kind of business. They have lost any business they were going to receive from me and I will highly recommend anyone I know and care about to never do business with Newegg either. Never again will I be making this mistake of transaction
I had not used Newegg in many years because it seemed Amazon was the go-to place for electronics. But just recently I realized how much more variety of items Newegg has.
I've been getting my computer parts & other things from newegg for about 8 years. Never had any problems what so ever. Customer service is great if you have a question or something else. I tell all my geek friends about newegg!

Newegg is everything an online tech site should be including first rate phone support. They know their products and can help with technical questions. They carry things that I cannot find anywhere else. They've shipped everything I've ordered within 12 hours of the order being placed. Their prices are better than or competitive to anyone else on the web. I'm a VERY satisfied customer!
Great selection, good prices, great customer service. I've bought tons of stuff from them. You can't beat their database of attributes for finding an item, much better than Amazon for that. Amazon barely give a description at all, but Newegg lets you narrow down your search. Like: monitor: resolution, type, portrait, etc. Love it.
Answer: The reason why i gave a bad review was because i ordered a phone for my wife, An I-phone 5 and NewEgg.com only sent a box with the manual and a charger for the phone. I called NewEgg.com and explained to them and they stated i needed to wait while they investigate, they never got back to me so i called them again. The person i talked to put me on hold then came back to me and stated she was checking this what was going on and kept putting me on hold for a total of 45 minutes to only come back and tell me that i need to send them a picture of the box and contents. I have no clue what my wife or children did with the box now i am screwed. 219.00 down the drain. This was the first and last purchase i will make until the get this straight.
