Have not been able to track the order as implied. Tracking goes to customer service via email on site, then CS responds and says truck is on time and will call when arrives.

Setting up the order with Nexus was very simple. There was no wait time to speak to an associate and book over the phone. They have been very accommodating so far and have communicated everything punctually.

I still don't know how much I will pay for this vehicle transportation, cause there is no final summary before I confirm everything.

I just received a call and was told the price after I confirmed my order with Nexus. Your business model definitely tricked me.

I did not understand the process of broker / transport / scheduling. I assumed that if I was quoted a price, it was firm. But alas, that is not the way it works. Transportation brokers have to then source for carriers. Understandably, to remain competitive you have to be on the lower side to get business. Michael, handled my questions professionally and I am scheduled!

Overall has been a very good experience setting up shipment. The only issue I have is most of these companies use software that saves keystrokes so you get a call the moment you input your phone number in the form. This is fine, except that the call comes before you even finish filling out the form, thus have to explain everything to the representative who didn't wait the extra two minutes for all the needed info.

Nexus transported our car from Seattle to Denver. The driver arrived on time to pick up the car. When in-transit, he kept us well-informed of his progress. When he was a few hours away from Denver, he gave us an estimated delivery time. He delivered the car exactly on time. I was impressed by him: he was intelligent and very helpful. Before choosing Nexus, we researched other companies. Nexus was, by far, the best value. We shall definitely use them again.

From the initial call to pickup to delivery the service was great! They are a good company with fantastic workers. What more could you ask for? I highly recommend them.
