Truck driver delivered my car before in time from Calibration to Minnesota and again we are bringing back to Minnesota
So far so good I need to contact them to confirm. The pick up time but that i will find out tomorrow.
My experience was very helpful. I was called to verify some information on pick up and delivery date. The customer service guy Mike was helpful at giving me the estimate dates of pick and arrival. He was friendly patient and kind.
Was very easy to book what I needed. I found this company through Google, and when I went to the website it was very easy to navigate and I was quickly contacted by a customer service agent to walk me through the process.
Booking online was easy, only issue is that I have not heard back from anyone concerning the date my car will be picked up or when it will be delivered.
Was quoted less than final price which is lame, but it's been easy so far.
Damon has been excellent to work with and his follow up was great so far.
Smooth as silk so far though I am not sure why I am being asked about my experience when the actual transport has not yet happened.
I had a traveling on vaca incident, needed to transport my Hummer home back to Fl from Ky. Leo arranged for my pickup and drop off location, was soooo amazing nice and really sympathetic to my situation, and while sure he talks and with MANY CUSTOMERS, I felt like I was his own only concern getting me home safely. I thought I would have to pay personally for all my arrangements getting home after incident, but next day after arranging my transport back home, my Insurance company informed they would be paying for and arranging my transport home back to Fl. I called Leo, now 24 hrs later to cancel my pick up, and he was just as amazing canceling my pick up as he was the first day I called to order a pick up to go home.

Generally it is good. It is, however, repetitious and sometimes confusing. It would be better to provide ALL relevant information in one page.

So far everything has gone smoothly. Still waiting to hear about a pick up date, and needing to pay in cash/venmo is not what I prefer; however, it is understandable
James won't answer my call back at all, texted him numerous times and still nothing, had to call nexus and speak with someone else to get who's actually shipping my car and get their information. He's terrible.
Leo was very helpful and answered all our concerns.
