Was very excited to gift this jersey to my father. When I opened the package and held up the jersey I was disappointed to see that it was very thin and the letters on the back were completely slanted and crooked. Looked completely fake. A $130 jersey should not look or feel like this did.

I paid for two business days shipping, and two business days had gone by and NOTHING. No email, no shirt, no text. I go and look at my order status and it stated it was going to take another NINE MORE DAYS on top of the THREE days I have been waiting. I received ZERO emails about how it was going to take longer than I paid for. I tried to call their phone number and I couldn't even speak to an actual person, it was only an automated system. Extremely unhelpful. As I am writing this I am waiting for a service specialist to join their online chat, its been ten minutes and still no one has helped me. Overall I would HIGHLY DISCOURAGE anyone using the NFL shop for any gifts or items for themselves.
I ordered 2 KC shirts, 1 on my VISA, 1 on my debit. The debit one I never received! There is no way to contact a live person for refund. They give you 45 days to file dispute over undelivered merchandise, but then they say you have NO orders to track. Absolute RIP OFF of my money!

I am very disappointed in the iron on numbers and Custom name ( Which I may add is much smaller/ Thinner than what is shown on the web site.) I spent $189.00 ( yes I know, sucker) having a hard time with this. The jersey doesn't feel or look like its worth 50.00

They are two days late with my delivery, no update on ups delivery. They are just not professional to me at all.
My order has been delayed nearly a month and I want to cancel, however, their website gives you the run around and you cannot cancel. It says you can chat with a customer service rep, but there is only a chat button for the system to answer with a bot. They also own many other sports websites, so be careful who you purchase from.
I ordered a full-size Philadelphia Eagles helmet off a NFL shop Facebook add. They took my money, but never delivered the helmet. Sent an email that said it was delivered and I should check with my neighbors, blah blah. I checked the tracking numbers with USPS, the tracking number came back as invalid. Nothing but dissatisfaction! STAY AWAY!
My order (superbowl jersey) was supposed to arrive on 02/09/24 as stated before I made my purchase however it did not. It is no point in having it delivered one day after the superbowl. The only resolution was a discount which makes no sense because the sole purpose of placing the order was to receive it before the superbowl. False advertisements.

Reach out to the shipping agency to oversee if the consumer’s product is being delivered on time as stated in its advertistment. If not, the customer should have an option to cancel the order before it finally arrives so he or she doesn’t have to pay any shipment fees in returning the item that wasn’t delivered as promised by the company.

I ordered a jersey and, upon receiving it, washed it per the instructions. The number on the front cracked and peeled - have never worn it. Customer service was a joke. The item is now out of stock and they cant send a replacement and wanted me TO PAY to send it back for a refund. HORRIBLE! Buy directly from your teams shop. Do not buy from their site!
I placed an order in January 2024 where item displayed "in stock" and "ships in 1-3 days"
I purposely chose an in stock item which shipped in 1 to 3 days.
This item was NOT in stock nor would it ship until after the Super Bowl and they just informed me 5 days before the Super Bowl and gave me a $10 coupon off my next purchase.
They lied on the item description by telling me it was in stock and ships in 1 to 3 days. So now I had to order from a different vendor and pay for expedited shipping. I also asked NFL shop/Fanatics to cancel my order immediately and refund my money.
I was so excited for this purchase and they ruined it for me by deceiving me with incorrect item information.
I will never order from this website again and I'm warning other purchasers not to make the same mistake I did.
I ordered a jersey listed as "in stock" on Jan 4th. It hasn't shipped and today is Feb 10th. I've called and they've don't nothing to solve the problem. They admitted it wasn't in stock, as they had said. They now have it listed as "in stock" and "guarenteed shipping by tomorrow if ordered today," but haven't shipped mine. The "back office" just sends me the same regurgitated email every day "we are sorry for the delay, once we have an update, we will let you know more." It's literally all lies all the time. Do not order from them. You won't receive your items.

Ordered jerseys for Super Bowl with guaranteed delivery before the game. Tracking showed it was not going to be on time. Philippine Customer service repeatedly told me they had spoke t UPS and it would be on time. Nothing could be done until after 2/9.2/10 I called, asked for. Supervisor and told they were busy with other duties. Advised I would wait. Next the rep came back advising the Supervisor was gone now and I needed to call back Monday, then hung up. I was hung up on at least 4 times, lied to at least 3 times. Received the jersey after the Super Bowl

Shirt that I originally ordered did not fit but I would have to pay shipping to have it sent back so we opted for complete refund and a gift card. After waiting 3 weeks with a "shipped status" showing in my email confirmation I found out the order-my grandson's Christmas present was out of stock and not coming. Customer service was helpful only to the point of telling me that the item was out of stock- and I was out of luck.
Absolutely unacceptable! I kept requesting shipping info updates and kept getting the same answer- it's been shipped- contact the shipper-UPS, only to find out the UPS had never received the order. If they'd only let me know it was out of stock I could have found something else. Crappy company!

I recently had an experience with the NFL Shop during their Manic Monday promotion. Unfortunately, the information displayed regarding item prices turned out to be inaccurate. Despite showing products with a 25% discount, these discounts disappeared once added to the cart, reverting to the standard cost.
Contacting customer service with screenshots of the discrepancy, I was disappointed by their response. While expressing regret for the site's display error, they refused to take responsibility, stating the item was excluded from the promotion.
This unforeseen discrepancy and lack of accountability cast doubt on the site's reliability. It seems only fair for them to honor the original offer as published and address the misleading information.

I wish I would have read the reviews! Ordered a Panthers golf bag on 12/10 for a Christmas gift. Here it is 12/28 and still no bag! Tracking showed originally the estimated delivery was by 12/20 by 9:00 pm. Since then, the date just changes to the next day! Now it's showing 12/28 by 9 PM. I guess it will be changed around 8:00 tonight to show 12/29 by 9 PM! Hell, I could have made my own by now! Or ordered it directly from China! And one other thing, I can't find a phone number to call on their site!
I should have known better than to order from them after what happened last year. Last year, they messed up both of my orders. They sent me two of the wrong things. This year, I tried again, against my better judgement. First, I was told my order was shipped and would arrive by December 10th. That day came and when, and when I went to track my order, it said an order label hasn't been created yet, even though I got the confirmation that my order had been shipped. When I called to ask about it, I was told my order got lost and they would sent me a replacement. I then received my order with missing pieces and had to call again to get another replacement. This order is going to come late. Their customer service is fantastic, but the company itself is horribly disorganized

I made two orders about three days apart. I never received a confirmation for either of my orders. I tried calling, but can't never get no one one the phone. The automated keeps giving me a tracking number, but no details. Then I try to get information on my other order and it transfer me, but no one picks up. Ridiculous. Will stick with Fanatics or Lids for now on. I see the money was taken from account already. I can't post an order number because I never received one for both orders.

I ordered a Salute to Service hoodie on October 1st, anticipating that I would be able to show my team spirit and celebrate my own military service, as well as that of countless others, by Veterans Day. Wrong. I got an update saying it was delayed until a week after Veterans Day. Okay. These things happen. I checked the status again today, and now it's delayed until a week before Christmas. Will I get it before springtime when I won't need it? Who knows, because online agents are perpetually busy helping other customers and there is no phone number to talk to a real person. I get that these are difficult times for the supply chain, but if you can't deliver, don't offer me your product. I gave two stars, as previous orders have been pretty seamless. This is pretty disappointing, though.
