Welcome the the NFL's side hustle - a store that takes your money but doesn't give you your merchandise. At least that's what happened to me. The order was supposed to arrive in one week. It's been three weeks and I've never heard from NFLshop. I call and they can't give me an updated delivery date and they REFUSE TO CANCEL or REFUND my order because, well, because they're just awful. Also because we're past their self-imposed cancellation time period. What? I tell them we're also beyond the promised delivery period which is exactly why I want to cancel. They are unmoved. This shop is horrible.
Order package, post office failed to deliver and sent it back to nfl. Nfl tells me I will be getting a refund. I got it on a deal no longer available so I would have to pay more money to get another and they are out of stock. UPDATE: My order arrived on Jan 13 more than 20 days after I was supposed to receive it. When you try to contact them they just say "We apologize for the inconvenience..." I think they just copy paste it because they dont mean it and it's all they do. They responded my messages and gave me a number so I could track my order which was useless because I was able to do it myself. And that's it! It's all the did. I paid 40 dollars to receive my f* order on Dec 23 and it arrived on Jan 13 so far no refund. DO NOT TRUST these bastards. Just take a look of how many complains they have.

I placed an order online received a confirmation and shipping date. I received half of my order after about a week or so and had a shipping date for the rest of my order. Today 3 weeks later I received an email saying my items were cancelled and a refund was issued. I called customer service to inquire about the order and was advised the items were oversold and the warehouse was unable to complete the order. I was advised there was no restock information available and I could not purchase the shirt from Fanatics as they share the same inventory. I was offered a 25% off coupon in the cancellation email I received but was advised it would expire so use is soon. So I'm supposed to rush back to the site to spend more money and there is no guarantee this issue won't happen again. This is super annoying and I probably won't order from them again. Buyer Beware!
Paid $16 extra dollars to have it delivered in 3 business days. And when I called customer service when it didn't show. 1st they said the order wsmas cancelled because of its verification system (but took my money). Then I was told that it wouldn't have been ship out to the fourth day after the 3 day order rush. Finally after all that they said my money won't be refunded for 7 to 10 days. Will never order from this site again.

Website stated 65% off site-wide and delivery before Christmas. I continued the purchase even after I only got 25% off and after they got my credit card information and completed the purchase they informed me of a January 17 expected delivery date. I called customer service and cancelled my order. They said they cancelled the order and will get my refund in about 5 business days. I went to a local store and purchased the same product. The next day the NFL shop said my package was on its way after they said it was cancelled. They never cancelled my order! I will never buy here again.

According to my system, the previous agent put in a request to cancel your order but we were not able to cancel the order before it shipped from the manufacturer's warehouse. You are more than welcome to return the item for a refund. We have already emailed you a return label and waived the return label fee of $9.99 so that you will not be charged to send the item back to us. If you choose to send the item back to us, please keep in mind that it takes about 10 business days for the item to get back to the warehouse and then an additional 2-7 business days for you to be refunded back to the original form of payment that was used at checkout.

I purchased a top and then remembered the sizes being very small from an order a long time ago. I tried to edit my order and couldn't find anywhere to do this as the live chat said that everyone was busy and didn't have a queue system... So I went onto Twitter and contacted the store that way and they said that someone would respond to me by email within 24-48 hours and I have still not had an email almost a month later. The package then comes in the size that I had originally ordered which is absolutely tiny for a large and I have now realised that I have to pay to return my items as well. Not really sure why it is even a separate store for NFL Europe as it is literally no different from just ordering from the American store itself and makes you think that you are buying it from a European based place where you can easily return your items... I mean they don't even give you a returns label to print and stick onto the parcel, it's just embarrassing.

The ordeal I went through with these guys would fill a book! They guaranteed a shipping date, then after that passed, cancelled the order because the item won't ship in time! Okay, I spoke to them, they weren't very helpful, but I ordered a different item and asked for the expedited free shipping they promised. They expedited it by placing it in an "overnight" shipment with FedEx. Who will not deliver it in even 2 day shipping days because of the discount on the price! After a lengthy discussion with fed ex, I found out that they don't actually ship next day for nflshop due to price! So I called, and after an hour on hold was offered a discount on the item, and the refund given was less than what was promised! They are getting all of this stuff back, with a demand for full refund. I'd rather buy from an honest merchant!
I ordered a pair of shoes for my mom. I had a 40% coupon. The shoes were too small so I had to reorder one size up. I waited on the phone for 45 min only to get hung up on when placed on hold while she got me a 30% coupon code. There is no exchange policy. So I had to just do a return and then repurchase. What is infuriating is that customer service would not honor my original sales price and only offered me 20% and no free shipping during the 2nd phone call. I won't be shopping here any longer.

Cyber Monday deal. 30 percent off your order is what it said. Put items in cart. Still showing each item at the discount. Pay for items and only 1 of 3 received the discount. I thought I erred so I canceled and reordered. Same lack of discount on 2 items. Went to cancel again and the option is removed. I'm also out 12 bucks for ordering wrong size. Of course they don't do exchanges and will charge me 5.50 to return it. Then will only refund price minus shipping, hence 12 dollars gone. Since no exchanges would have to order again and pay shipping again. While I wait for them to receive my return, was told takes 2-10 business for them to receive. Another 2-10 days to process the refund and then 2-7 for refund to show up. So basically it takes them a month to process a refund. Needless to say I will never ever order from nfl shop.com again.

I ordered 3 Dallas Cowboys items the week before Thanksgiving. They were supposed to ship in 1 business day. I contacted customer service several days later when I never received a shipping email. I was told they would ship in a few days. The next day I received an email saying one of the items was out of stock and cancelled from my order. When the order finally arrived it had 3 Tampa Bay Buccaneer items and NOTHING that I had ordered. I used their live chat service to try and resolve the problem, but he lady told me I couldn't cancel my order and be refunded because they'd already shipped my order! So I asked for a phone # to call and today I spent another lunch break dealing with this. I now have to spend my time taking this package back the the Post Office to be sent back to them!? Supposedly my items will ship on Dec 2. I was offered no apology or partial refund for my troubles. Will never shop here again!

Ordered a Superbowl item Jan 21st, spoke to customer service asking if I would receive this before Feb 2nd. When viewing their site, all their promos list that this item would arrive with plenty of time. I have reached out three times and each time they tell me that my item will be shipped the next day. Its now Thursday before the Superbowl and I won't have the item that I specifically ordered because of the superbowl. This company gives false promises. If you want your order to arrive on time, I suggest putting it in months in advance.
I ordered my sister a grey Green Bay pull over hoodie. I was embarrassed to hand it to her because the picture on the website shows a grey hoodie with green font and I received a grey pullover hoodie with what looks to be faded black font. Its so faded and not even the right color. Not to mention it smelled gross. She questioned the authenticity of the hoodie which made it worse. I had to show her I actually bought it from the NFL store. I paid $70 bucks for something that looks like it's been worn for 5 years all while eating Chinese food off the sweater itself. Very disappointed. I unfortunately have another order pending delivery and I'm so scared I'll encounter this issue again. They're gifts, and it's quite embarrassing that the company's products aren't being made with quality as they're promoted

I ordered my wife an outfit through nflshop.com from her favorite team. I ordered it and paid extra for shipping to make assure it got here before Christmas. Christmas has come and gone, and it is still not here. I called customer service to find out about this, and their only response is "oh well, sorry". If they guarantee shipment before Christmas, they should honor it. Not take my money and say oh well. Very disappointed with the service from this company. While ordering their product it states 3-7 days shipping. Check back 2 hours after ordering and it states 15 days for shipping. Live chat and calling the company with no resolution. I can't cancel, they say it's too far into processing. Was informed they have 30 minutes after ordering to cancel the order, but they didnt update the shipping date until after that 30 minute period. Bad business on their part, this will be the last item I order through them.

Bought a framed picture from here and it came so broken the package was holding it together. Tried numerous times to reach customer service and they have completely ignored me. This was a gift for someone and I had to buy a new frame for it. I would never buy anything from here again and would recommend anyone who thinks of buying something here to buy it ANYWHERE ELSE. First time ordering. Ordered a jersey and a logo mask together. Advertised to arrive before Christmas. Mask shipped separately, but jersey was due to arrive the 24th still. Then it got moved to the 28th of December. Now it is saying January 28th. Was a little disappointed but can understand not making it by Christmas. But over a month and the only thing they can offer up is a return? Can't believe this place is affiliated with the NFL. Will stick to the local shops or Amazon going forward. All of the posted reviews seems to be coming from Sitejabber when I did a Google search which had it listed as a 4.5. They must be aggregating with product reviews on nflshop.com itself. Someone should probably look at that or notify Google because the reviews on here don't live up to that rating.

Placed an order on 12/6 said shipping was 7-10 days. Come to find out I won't get my order till 1/17 called for cancel it so I could order somewhere else since it is a Christmas gift. Said bc I didn't call within 30 minutes they can't cancel it but they sure as hell took my money. Most companies won't even take the money till it's shipped. I am beyond pist. My order status still says "pending" so the fact they can't cancel the order is beyond absurd. I am considering calling my bank to cancel this charge. This company needs to get their $#*! together, I wish I read these sooner. I guess they don't notice a trend of unhappy customers. I ordered a pro line jersey last Sunday night and picked 2 day shipping hoping it would arrive by Friday for my sister's birthday. When I didn't receive shipping confirmation Tuesday night, I called NFL support to see when the jersey would arrive. The rep, Christian, said it would only arrive Monday b/c the pro line jersey takes 3 days before shipping, Thursday was a holiday, and then the 2 day shipping applies. In the end, he was able to overnight my package free of charge and I received it by Friday. I've worked in customer service before and appreciated how professional and considerate the rep was. I may not receive the same satisfaction in the future, but I wanted to share that not everyone has a bad experience with the nfl shop.

Christmas is a big holiday- I ordered $150 gift card to be mailed. Nfl sent this via ups with no insurance, no tracking number, no way to locate it. 21 days later with holiday approaching I have no gift and no way to remedy this issue. I did receive a refund that will arrive after Christmas, so now I'm out a gift and funds to buy said gift simply because the nfl shop couldn't bother to attach tracking to a gift over 100$. I will no longer be doing business with this company when I have been a loyal customer for years. This shipping issue shows complete lack of organization and left me hanging for weeks with no ability to track my order and no ability to address the issue in a way to have a satisfactory resolution

I ordered a women's Jalen Ramsey Los Angeles Rams Jersey and they sent me a kid's Cleveland Browns Jersey instead. This cost $190.00 and when it was in the cart and in my email it was a Jalen Ramsey Los Angeles Rams Jersey; so who made the switch? I can't talk to a live person. This is some bull crap. I wish I would've read the reviews before purchasing. How are you a NFL website and you don't send the proper product and it's made of cheap material? You expect me to give the return to the mailman or take it to the post office. How about you send my actual purchase and then I'll send this other Jersey?
