I placed an order all at 1 time received 1 item.now the date to receive the rest have changed twice to span until the 14th.fanatics is 1 day promised. That day delivered.all the told me was.well once u receive it we will waive the fee to return it.duhhh who returns what they wait for.useless customer service which makes it a useless company...UPDATE...I don't know who did what but all items arrived today.no company is perfect but I COMMEND WHOEVER STEPPED IN.i don't trust computers but the customer service staff EARNED MY FUTURE BUISINESS.

I ordered Ravens jersey, the website stated it will ship out within 3 business days, still no jersey and the game is on the 21st. Customer service sucks no help they blame it on the warehouse and they tell you the same information from the tracking screen. I'm beyond pissed right now. I placed an order for a jersey. No problems until I gave the jersey to my son as a Christmas gift. It fit, but would have been better one size larger. That's when the problems begin Apparently NFLSHOP.com has no exchange policy in place So the jersey must be shipped back (and there's a return label fee but they at least offered to waive that) which takes 5-7 business days. Then the refund (minus shipping costs) must be processed. Another 5-7 business days. Then 5-7 business days for the credit to be released by my bank. Then the item must be re-ordered and another 5-7 business days until it is received. So not only does the customer have to pay double shipping but a process that should be easily handled within 10 business days max (if customer could return the item and it be exchanged and shipped back) takes well over a month. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!

This helps with their inventory count that is posted on our website. When a label is created and printed, it assist with making sure the right item is being shipped back to the correct warehouse. The total process can take up to 10 business days to receive and process the return. However, if you needed the item prior to being refunded, you are welcome to place a new order for the correct size to save time on receiving the item. Once received, it is automatically refunded to your financial institution and can take them up to two to business days to process. We received the shirts purchased from NFLSHOP.COM and shirts looked like someone wadded them up and stuffed them into an opened plastic bag. $120+ spent on 2 shirts and this is how you send them…?

I purchased a hat I really liked but was not sure if it would be a comfortable fit. I went ahead with the purchase figuring I could return it easily and at a fair price based on their return advertisements. My trust in the NFL Shop was misguide. With return shipping cost of $10 it a makes it hardly worth the trouble. Unless you know the exact size and product details any purchase is a gamble, Which is why I won't be purchasing my Dad's Christmas gift through this sight.
Update: NFL shop resolved my issue in a timely manner.

I ordered a Tua Jersey for the first time on this website. I ordered it size Large it's on the confirmation receipt and they sent me 2XL. This was a gift for my dad and now I can't even get in touch with anyone to fix this issue. I'm not using this site again. Terrible.

I order a gift for my granddaughter on 9/26 with the expectation it would ship in 5-7 business days. It has now 10 business days, my order still has not shipped and they can't tell me when it will ship, but they also said they cannot cancel the order either. I need the item before this weekend and it will not make it. I now have to go out and buy something else. I have called 3 times and written 3 emails. I have received the same canned response from all 6 inquires "the warehouse is working deligentyly to fill your order". They did offer me $10 off my next purchase, but they have to be insane if they think I will ever do business with them again. The 4 jerseys I will be buying for Christmas gifts will be bought elsewhere. Of course they FINALLY cancelled the order after multiple emails and phone calls.

Slow shipping (5 days to ship, then another 5 days to arrive) and over charged my paypal account by the 15% of my coupon code despite the correct totals appearing in my card and the live on-screen pay-pal approval. Needless to say I won't be buying anything from there again.

I placed an order with the NFL shop and they automatically signed me up for expedited shipping which cost close to 15$. Then nobody answered my messages in the live chat and the order was shipped without me being able to change it. THEN the tracking noted 5 days before my order would arrive which is much longer than expedited shipping was said to take. So I was automatically charged for a service I didn't want and then didn't even get. When I did reach a person, I was told it was too late to get a refund for the shipping and was given only 10% off my next purchase... which I won't be using as I won't be ordering from them again.

Sent me the completely wrong item--which was an item 1/3 of the price of the actual item that I ordered. Could not reship the correct item because it was "out of stock." This item was a gift, now I have to wait approximately 17 days before the funds are returned to my account. The only consolation they offered was a 20% off coupon for my next purchase... why would I ever make another purchase? Such a hollow and futile gesture. This was a horrible experience.

Don't buy from this retailer! They are impossible to contact, returns are really difficult to navigate and there is no way to contact them to seek a refund. I sent a jersey back that I purchased for a family member, to request a different size and they haven't responded. They received the returned jersey AND kept my money. I would not recommend buying from the NFL Shop.

I received a box with Redskin hip flask. It was damaged, the cup was detached. I wanted to make a gift for my son who is a fan of the team. I asked exchange the flack for the good one and wrote an email with pictures of the flask, the order# but nobody responded, offered anything or even apologized.

Though it took several weeks for the gator to be shipped, the end result is the issue. The gator is very thin. Certainly not insulating. The logo placement is poor and it can't be seen while wearing. Worst is the size is more like a child's. WAY to tight to be worn by an adult. Looks like a bank robber with panty hose over the face. Tried to start a return only to find out NFLshop will gouge me $9.99 for return shipping. This item can literally fit in an envelope with 2 stamps. It's not more than a handkerchief in size. VERY disappointed and won't be purchasing again. Buyer beware!

So i purchased a Mccoy jersey on Nov 18th and I figured it would take 7 to 14 days. Hoping it could wear it to the game but no its been 29 days and tracking it says it still processing in China. This is insane. Very aggravated.so I guess I'll just get when ever it decides to ship. Great

Bought two jerseys this week one was a Brock Purdy. The other was Samuel Deebo $174 for purdy for Samuel 129.00 letters were not stitched on. They were heated or iron on these are not real jerseys is very poor quality for the PlayStation should be real. How does this company get away with fake stuff when was made in Honduras, the other was made in Indonesia This is what I was not looking forward to. Fake jerseys there is no numbers at the bottom where it says Nike it's written in there so you can tell it's a fake jersey. The pretty jersey was supposed to be a men's small. It looks like a kids youth

Guaranteed Superbowl delivery means nothing because I ordered 12 days before the Superbowl and within 5 days I called because I could not track the order and was getting nervous. They told me it was a warehouse and would arrive 1-2 days later--Saturday at the latest. I got a tracking on Saturday from Fedex saying it was arriving Wednesday after Superbowl. So we still don't have item. They did not offer me a refund and said I could have 20% off next order. I will never order from them again. There's no consequence for them so what's the guarantee?

First and last time. This is a total rip off company. Slow shipping and item torn and frayed on arrival. There " customer service" is totally worthless. Charged me $9.99 to return a torn, ragged shirt. This company needs to be shut down. I cannot emphasize it enough... avoid this company. Again, the item I ordered and received was torn and frayed. Despicable!?

Order has not shipped and going onto the website is will be 6/11/2020 before it will be shipped. This should have been called out? Terrible customer service. The BOT will not put you through a human person. I would not recommend anyone buying from this site... I order something from a competitors website and the product is already on it way... One of the worst sites to order and receive product... I cannot think of one positive thing regarding a pleasant experience dealing with this site... Buyer Beware! #NFLSHOP

Awful. Sent late. It has already taken 6 weeks and nowhere in sight. I couldn't track it.
I will be shocked if it is even what I ordered. I can get something in one day from Amazon. I can't believe this site is the one I was directed to by nfl.com. Do not use nflshop ever.

Shipping on the web site when you order says 3 to 5 days, but as soon as you order, that turns into 2 weeks. Then it actual takes 3 weeks to arrive. Contacting NFL Shop and you get more lies and excuses, no help. NFL Shop uses the cheapest delivery method they can find and then lies about when package gets shipped. Fedex didn't receive package until 4 days after NFL Shop said they shipped it.

During the draft I ordered 3 jerseys, a Greg newsome for myself and 2 micha parsons jerseys for my mom and dad. At first it said I'd have to wait a month or 2 for the jerseys to ship. No biggie I'm not in a rush. I proceeded to wait a months before my parents jerseys came in but for the last 2 month my Greg newsome jerseys keep getting $#*!ing delayed, instead of it coming July 24 it got pushed to August 9, and now when I check to today it says it won't come in till $#*!ing September 15. I ordered my $#*! on may 29, so please $#*!ing tell me why it takes 5 months to ship 1 $#*!ing jersey when it only took the other ones a month to get here. And I'm not tryna hear bs about it being too far when I also ordered an Odell jersey in the window I've been waiting for this $#*!ing Greg newsome one and it still $#*!ing arrived before it. $#*!ing ridiculous man

Ordered a jersey two months ago, still hasn't shipped! Had to waste my time calling and trying to figure out where it was only for them to tell me it was a special item and was going to take longer. What a joke, you should tell your customers it's going to take two months to ship before they buy. That way they can shop else where, which is what I plan on doing from now on

Bought a tailgate toss ($249) from the NFL shop and it arrived with gouges in the wood in several places. Received a refund, re-ordered, hauled it to the post-office to return it and waited patiently for a replacement. So excited when it finally came until we saw it and again--wood severely damaged in several places. Their answer? Refund. Haul it to the post office to return it. Reorder. No extra effort to expedite or make it right for us. They said someone will contact us in a few days. Very disappointed because this was a Christmas present that the family was going to use over our holiday break. The first return was a bummer and now a second? Maybe when they contact us they will make things right. If so, I will update this review. But for now, I'd say, stay away from ordering this item - they don't ship it correctly and they don't do anything to correct the problem quickly.

I ordered a Steelers jersey Dec. 17,2014. When placing the order, the website indicated that orders over $75 would arrive before Dec. 24,2014. The jersey was $99. After many chat sessions I was promised expedited service on Dec. 23,2014. The jersey still has not shipped from NLFSHOP.com Never again, will I attempt to order anything from this company. Too bad I can not give zero stars.

Never buy anything from this website. I ordered a Panthers BCA shirt last Saturday. It said it would ship between 3-7 business days. It has been at least 5-6 business days and still hasn't shipped. I'm really pissed off. I can't even contact customer service because of the Hurricane that's going on and they've been closed the past 3 days because of the Hurricane. What makes me even more angry is that my brother orders his Patriots BCA shirt and hat from LIDS' website and he got it on Thursday. He place his order the same day I placed mine. So it isn't the Hurricane. It's NFL shop. Don't ever order anything from them because NFL shop couldn't give a damn about their customers. I just wish I didn't order from them because now I don't know if or when I'll receive my shirt.
