I ordered a standard player team jersey as a Christmas gift for my brother. After ordering I realized the size I selected was incorrect. I contacted nflshop two days prior to shipping to exchange for the correct size and was told they could not do that. They told me I had to wait for it to be delivered and then return the package! I waited a week until I got the order in the mail and returned it to them but was not refunded the entire cost of my order. They retained the original shipping fee that was charged to me. I contacted them two days prior to shipping to tell them not to mail it, they did anyways, and then they made me pay for it! The nfl has a terrible business model and I will never order from them again.

I've ordered numerous times with no issue. I will not be ordering again. I placed an order 12/16/2022 figuring I'd still get it by Christmas. Three days later at 3:30 am I got an email saying my order was canceled

Have a problem with an order and cant talk to anyone, every time I try chat no one is available. When I call you can't talk to anyone it's a so called digital assistant that just keeps repeating the same thing over the disconnects you. I never got an order number so when I give them my phone number no order found but they had no problem charging my credit card immediately. I will never use this site again it operates like a scam. You need yo fix you shipping kinks. We order a jersey and a cheerleader outfit on September 30th. It was suppose to ship Oct 9 and apparently never did or its lost some where. But this was suppose to be for my kids halloween customes and now its 11 days before Halloween and they can't find our order. I am extremely upset, because I don't get paid again until after halloween and we don't have enough money to buy 3 new halloween customes for our kids. So I would like to thank you for seriously screwing up on this one and ruining halloween for my 7 year old and 5 year old.
I think you need to stop using fedex as they don't keep track of their packages that well and switch yo USPS because they are suppose to scan the package everytime it reaches a new facility.

I had a problem which was not NFL shop fault, after calling everyone who cause the problem none of the carrier would take fault for their mistakes. Other websites show the arrival date before the order and that's why I was willing to buy. Now you have my money and I have to wait until the 29th just so I can return it? I only bought it because of that date. I don't need it anymore and there's no way to cancel it. My chat assistant said That the order tells you it doesn't ship until later. But I when went and checked it myself and it doesn't. I made a new order to fact check and that never appeared. And if it doesn't appear until I confirm my order(it doesn't), what's the damn point of knowing the arrival date AFTER you already took my money. Literally got ripped for my money and was lied to by the customer service. And they wont even let me cancel.

My son wanted a Gostkowski tshirt - not a jersey - just a tshirt with his name and number. I ordered a Men's medium, which is his usual size. When I opened the package to wrap it, my 12 year old daughter said 'that would fit me!'. For a minute I thought they sent a kids XL, but the label says men's medium. I'll still give it to him since it's Christmas eve and it took 3 weeks to arrive, then my daughter who wears a ladies small will wear it and I'll order another in a much larger size for him. Either that, or I'll just go to Patriots Place and get one from the Pat's pro-shop. It's a bit of a drive and they don't have them online which is why I went with the NFL site instead. Lesson learned!

Like April D., I too placed a $108.00 order on NFLSHOP.COM 12/16/17. The promotion was GUARANTEED BY 12/23/17 OR ITS FREE. After tracking my package I will not receive it until 12/27/17. I placed a call on 12/24/17 inquiring about when I will receive my wife's Christmas present and I was informed that a $65.00 refund would be applied because it was late. Then I received an email notice 12/26 that only $24.99 would be applied. When I called again, I was informed I did not choose the guaranteed by 12/23 option--I only thought I did. Really!? Then how come the tracking info said arrival by 12/23 through several states and suddenly stopped indicating that on the 12/22? You cannot promote a "Guarenteed by 12/23 or its free!" deal for Christmas and THEN change the rules when you have customers who did not receive their packages. This is fraud and false advertisement. They lied twice and blamed me.

Ordered 3 Ravens masks. $25 to get to me. Mask look great and feel great but they are not large enough. They are only 5" high and when you talk they either come off your nose or up off your chin. You have to constantly adjust them. They are returnable but not after you open the package. How are you supposed to know how they fit otherwise?

I got online after the final playoffs and ordered a shirt. It looked like it said it would be received before the Super Bowl-had flashing signs indicating that you would receive it... even on the 24th of January I received emails with "Are you ready for SUperbowl... free shipping... but all free shipping showed that the items would not be shipped until after the Super Bowl. I ordered a seattle seahawks throwback jersey July 21st. I immediately felt bad and tried to cancel. I never heard back from them after sending multiple emails. I went back and looked at it and in tiny letter said it was a specialty item and couldn't be canceled. Fine, estimated delivery was in August, a day before my birthday, so fine. Waited and waited. Nothing. All it says is pending. Next thing you know, I go back in to see if there is any updates on the pending, now it's delivery date is a month later almost. Football is starting, it'll be almost 2 months and not a word from them. No email, nothing! I wish I would have looked at the reviews first. I've never had issues and this isn't really something I can afford, but I was really excited to have it for my birthday. I'll never order from them again. I'm really disappointed.

Purchased a Buffalo Bills Hoodie on NFLshop.ca. Before purchasing I looked up returns to make sure it would be easy to return if it did not fit. The item I ordered was too small when I received it. When I went on their website to do up a return slip I found out I could not return it because it had the teams quarterback's name and number on the back. I understand if I personalized it and had my name on the back but I think it is silly that they won't accept returns that have team players name on it. I have tried to contact them by phone but found out that's impossible... terrible customer service. I feel like I have been robbed. I will never shop here again.

I ordered patriot leggings back in September 2016 and still have not received them! When I try to track the order it tells me order not filled yet! I tried to contact them via Facebook and they blocked me from being able to send them messages and they deleted my comments I left on the page. Do not order from them!

Because of covid-19 i order face my team face mask on 5-22-2020 and after placing order had pay $4.99 for shipping and after that it tell me i will not get my order until 7-20-2020 by than it will not do me any good if i knew before hand about cost of shipping and how long it would be i would have never order from them if i want to wait for ever i would have order from wish and the shipping would have been free i never order any thing from this company again they charge u a lot for stuff that they order from over seas for nothing they was fast to charge my card i do not know why the nfl league let this company represent them

I placed 3 separate orders on 12/14 with expectations of arriving before Christmas. On 12/23 I called because only one sent me a confirmation and shipping notice. This one arrived on 12/27. Exceeding both the processing and delivery date, but I was happy to see they sent me an additional gift card. The other two. One arrived before 12/23 and half of my other order. The notifications were not received due to a typo in my email - which I have to assume was my fault. The last shirt arrived on 22/26 and apparently had a different standard shipping date which I did not realize - so again my issue for not reading each item. Customer service walked me through each issue in a pleasant manner and I am sure they were yelled at all day in the 23rd. Only suggestion I have is a clearer stem entry of guaranteed delivery in each item prior to final acceptance. Perhaps even at Xmas a specific callouy if it will not make Xmas. Ordered a 2X (largest womens size) for my wife for christmas. Went over like a lead life jacket. It might fit a teen age girl. She wears 2x mens shirts and they fit but I thought the womens cut might be a better fit. She was finally out of the house so I could try and return/swap it but over 60 days had passed. No swapping and no returns.
The company's customer service and order fulfillment process are horrendous. Do not pay for expedited shipping, do not expect to receive your order in a timely fashion, and do not expect professional customer service. The item purchased will be returned as this company does not value its customers and it's business practices are deceptive. Horrible experience!

Wish I would have read these reviews before shopping here...$50 for a stupid polo shirt with 2-day express shipping on 12-16-13. Got an order number then a tracking order number for Fed-Ex and everything. Finally got through to Fed-Ex this morning who said they never got the package from this stupid company. Called to find out what happened and after waiting on-hold for 19 minutes, she says "nope, the order never went to Fed-Ex. I can re-process it for you..." Hey morons, I ordered this as a Christmas present for TOMORROW. How are you getting it to me tomorrow? "Can guarantee anything." Yet their site now says order by 3:00pm today and have by tomorrow. Well to start off I was lucky to get Jordan L. To help me with my order she was fantastic she was very polite and very helpful she did not rush me. It's great to have somebody like that that has patience and understanding. As I said she help me place an order. I could be any happier as she help me go through the order process.
