I placed an order all at 1 time received 1 item.now the date to receive the rest have changed twice to span until the 14th.fanatics is 1 day promised. I ordered Ravens jersey, the website stated it will ship out within 3 business days, still no jersey and the game is on the 21st. Customer service sucks no help they blame it on the warehouse and they tell you the same information from the tracking screen. I'm beyond pissed right now. I ordered a Pittsburgh Steelers shirt on 12/13/2020 and the good news is that it arrived today on 12/17/2020 however when I opened the package I was extremely disappointed in the quality and design and look of the shirt. It looks faded and it looks like very cheap material and it has an awful smell to it. I am extremely upset because it was a gift for someone and when I tried to return it the virtual assistant pops up saying I cannot return it because it was customized. This was my first time using the NFL Shop and it will certainly be my last time ordering anything from this company. This shirt was a complete waste of my $58 and it looks nothing like the picture it shows on the website.

I have ordered from the site on the 17th of Dec well in time from Christmas, but received nothing. On the 29th of December now and the order is still being picked, this website is absolutely useless, you would be quicker making the product yourself from scratch
I have ordered and still order from the website and have always been happy with my purchases as a Lions fan. I have also gotten stuff from the Oakland Raiders and have always been content with my purchases. This a great, legit, but slightly expensive site.

I called 6 times this week and kept getting the same answer, my order will arrive by today 2/3. I placed my order on 1/22/18. Why did NFL.com place my order and wait until the 31st to ship it. The hats are no use to us now.
Literally ordered a jersey that said in stock and ready to ship - ordered stayed in processing for two weeks and no email or anything. Finally I contact the customer service and ask whats going on and they tell me that it isnt in stock, they have no idea when it will be but, the site let me order it and took my money - no one followed up and if I didnt say something then they would have just kept my money and never sent me anything - terrible site, terrible products and customer services. After I got in touch with someone, they said that they couldnt cancel my order and 'made a ticket'

I will never shop at this store ever ever ever ever again. I ordered a "Saints" watch from this store and they mailed me an "Eagles" watch. When I called them, first I had to wait on hold for 45 minutes, then once I finally spoke to someone and told them that they had mailed me the wrong watch, the rep said that they ran out of "Saints" watches So if you ran out or is out of stock for a certain product, how can you continue with the order and just mail me a watch of your choice and not the watch a paid for. What makes them think I'm an Eagles fan. How can you mail me something totally different from what I paid for! This store is a rip off and I will stay away from their website.
I just received my Vikings hoodie and it is perfect! Very soft, fits like a glove, and looks really cool. Just can't say enough about the quality and how soft this hoodie is... thank you for taking the time and attention to quality products! I'm really excited to wear it! O yeah, and the price was amazing, I really did my research, you have the very best prices!

I placed an order in May and received an email in October that I could cancel the order, if I wish due to an unknown delivery date. After waiting 5 months already. I decided to cancel my order, I spoke to customer service and they assured me the money would take 2-7 business days. I still have not received my refund, each time I reach out to customer service about this, they close the chat without telling me why I still don't have my refund.

Was said it was shipped and delivered. Called my local UPS and USPS, never got the product. Called the NFL line, and they said it was never shipped, false label and they had ran out of the gear. Ordered a week ago. False advertising, false shipping label. Will never go thru them again.

Took two weeks to get a t shirt and they charged $6 to ship it. Placed my order on a Tuesday evening and it didn't ship till the following monday and didn't get delivered until 8 days later the following Tuesday. Unbelievable

Upon review, the item that was purchased is considered to be a made on demand item which doesn't go into production until after the order is purchase. It can take up to 3 business days for the item be complete. Because it fell on a weekend, FedEx doesn't pick until the next following business day Monday. The shipping method that was chosen was for 3 to 7 business days standard ground. The package will be delivered on that 7th business day on 10/15/2019. I ordered a jacket. When I got email confirmation, the price was wrong and shipping date was 2 months away. I called to cancel the order and I was told the order could not be cancelled. I asked for a supervisor and I was told they would give me the same answer. I was not able to speak with a supervisor or cancel the order. I purchase Cornhole boards, bean bags for the boards and a carrying case for the board. Two weeks later receive everything but the boards. I call customer service and they told me their system canceled part of my order because it was out of stock. No one email or notified me.
Plus this was a gift for my husband's bday now, I'm suck w/the annoying task of returning bean bags and a carrying case for the boards that I didn't get. NFLSHOP sucks 1st and last time I will be ordering from them!

The worst service ever I ordered a cowboys jersey and a Tampa bay buc jersey in early September an I have no yet to receive it. Then I had a supervise advise me that I was gonna get a refund and still receive the jersey that was a lie. I finally receive the Tampa jersey but I'm sending it back due to bad customer service. Fan Rdge is a better company with speedy delivery.

I ordered a shirt. I tried it on, it fit. I cut the tag off, I start wearing it and look at the back and there's a sticker on it next to the sticker there is a hole. I contact the company they let me know if I send it back I will charged for shipping and since I cut the tag off I will not get a credit. What a scam!
So now they sent a supposed replacement which was actually a completely different product, so now I have returned the defective merchandise, the newly sent replacement which was a sweater, not the original t shirt I ordered. They informed me that they will NOT send a replacement t shirt and I need to reorder a new one, but I will not as I did not get a refund yet!

I ordered a hat on Monday the 6th of Nov. And chose 3 day shipping because its a birthday gift. The order didn't arrive until Friday the 10th. I want a refund for the 3 day shipping that you advertised.
Ordered a Super Bowl Jersey and the day after it was supposed to ship I called and they had no idea why it wasn't shipping and offered no assistance. Later I got an email saying it was out of stock, after a two week wait. Ridiculous.

On 12/10, I placed an order at NFLShop.com for a hoodie. I needed the item in 6 days, so I paid extra for 3-day shipping. It has now been 7 days since I placed the order. The hoodie has not arrived. What's worse, FedEx, after initially stating a delivery date of 12/15 on their tracking website (5 days for 3-day shipping?), now will not even state a delivery date.
My item has been pending for over a week.
The worst part of all is that after emailing NFL Shop several times, I was told Rachel (fan advocate) that my item had shipped and was due to arrive on December 16. That was a complete LIE. How do I know? I contacted FedEx and NFL Shop by phone, both of which told me that my item was never shipped. Please don't lie to me about my item being shipped. At least tell the truth to your customers. I can only hope that my item eventually arrives and I will NEVER order from the NFL shop again.

I ordered a manning jersey and when I got it, decided that I wanted the stitched one. I sent it back and was told they gave it to charity and cannot refund me because it was customized or damaged. It was not customized and it only hung in my closet, I only tried it on. Very upset customer. I don't splurge on myself very often and the one time I do, I guess I gave it to charity.

I "pre-ordered" the new nike Jersey and a customized plague for my boyfriend's birthday. I knew the customized plague would be late; however, the Jersey said it would ship 24 hours within being released. I wanted him to be one of the first with the new Jerseys.
