I ordered Ravens jersey, the website stated it will ship out within 3 business days, still no jersey and the game is on the 21st. Customer service sucks no help they blame it on the warehouse and they tell you the same information from the tracking screen. I'm beyond pissed right now. Only thing they offer is refund partial shipping back. If I could give them zero stars I would have
1) The quality of the tee-shirt was nice - good
2) The shirt ran small and was not listed as such on the site - bad
3) As long as I took "store" credit my return was free - mostly good
4) My return was processed quickly - good
5) My gift card did not include shipping or handling - very bad
This mistake was completely that of the NFLShop and they did not credit me accordingly. I will not be ordering from them again.
Post Script: After the NFLShop read my review they credited me the shipping charge - that makes a huge difference in how I view them and I wanted to edit my response to reflect that.

Full refund only if paying for return shipping. Free turn if only site credit but no refund of shipping or handling.

Talked with a rep last week jan 28th and they assured me the jersey would be shipped Friday and they would expedite it since it wouldn't get here in time for the Superbowl. Now it says will arrive the 15th and the last is telling me it was "oversold" so they don't have any to ship to me. Disgusting business practice for a company that can pay one man 50million dollars but not sent one shirt on time

Placed order on Dec 20th. Expected delivery Jan 31st. Jan 25th, notified of delay. Feb 8th. Still no further update. Zero information. Order is still in processing status. Spoke with customer service. They told me nothing. Offered to refund $4.99 shipping on an order over a week delayed. More information on the delay is useful for your customers to feel like their relationship with your company matters.
My wife bought me a Lions hoodie for Christmas. Washed it one lousy time and half the vinyl came off. Mind you I have Lions hoodies that are 20 years old that have held up with no issues. This was very thin material and not good industry standard scissor vinyl. Don't waste your money.

Ordered a custom jersey as a xmas gift for my son in a size M. Arrived in M packaging but an XXL jersey. How this giant discrepancy was made is baffling. Called to have the order redone and expedited, was told no problem and I received a confirmation of the new order. Next day order is canceled and I'm being told the product was oversold and is now out of stock. GREAT. Thanks for ruining the gift my son would be most excited about.

I returned an item and I was given a gift code to use that code never work. After three calls, I ask for my money back, I was told 7 -10 days. This morning I called for the 7th time and was told they now I have a reference number and call back in 48 hours; this is been going on since 12/6. The customer service reps speak poor American English and even though I asked 3 times to speak with a supervisor they were all busy. Worst experience I've EVER have had.
Website claims "Worry Free" Returns. But when I started my return it charges $9.99 if you want a refund. NEVER AGAIN will I shop here. What a joke. My son bought shorts for his Dad, with his own money. I tried to have him order from another store that I know can be trusted but he really wanted to buy these shorts. Now he is learning a hard lesson at a young age about corrupt business.

Not only did you cancel one order and not tell me, you placed fake post office scans on a shipment I ordered 3 weeks ago plenty of time to get here before Christmas. I drove 90 miles to the origin post office and they NEVER had the package. When I called your customer service line and cut the crap by telling them I went to origin and they lied to me, I was placed on constant hold with the agent checking in every few minutes saying no supervisor is answering and doing all he could to get me off the phone.
I will be contacting my card company. And looking into small claims about this. What you're doing is illegal.

Ordered a jersey for the start of football season (week 1) and as of November they say it'll come in December (so optimistically week 14 out of 18). Then they offer "discounts" by way of an apology, trying to get you to spend more money when your original order is still missing in action. Go anywhere else.

I ordered a jersey and paid extra for the shipping. I've tried several times to get through by their chat, calling and emailing. I cannot get a hold of anyone. I spent well over $100 and several hours trying to get an answer. I would like to just have the item resent but after reading some of these reviews it's probably best if I just dispute the charges. If I ever order nfl gear again, it certainly won't be from this company. For how much you charge, you should be ashamed that this is how you treat your customers. If you do buy, hopefully you'll have a better experience. Buyer beware.

Bought a custom jersey for my son's birthday in July. After 3 washes, which were done by the manufacturer's guidelines, the jersey numbers began to peel and the jersey shrunk. Had the exact same issue with 4 other t-shirts. They peel and shrink. Stay away from this company's products. After being on the chat for over 30 minutes, they asked me send back the shirts and then they will determine if they can refund, that is the only reason they get 1 star. The customer service rep was good.
I clicked on item that was listed as 27.99, I paid through PayPal and didn't notice they automatically set it to rushed shipping which was $14, which ended up being $46. I tried emailing them immediately after purchase as I noticed the price difference to fix this saying I was in no rush and to change it to standard shipping for me. No dice, I haven't heard from anyone days later and now I have the item. Please do yourself a favor shop elsewhere, these people are here to nickel and dime you to death. Bad business practices!

Ordered a hat five days ago on 10/28. I get it, they ain't no Amazon. But the order is sitting in a receiving facility 50 miles from my home with a delivery date scheduled for November 10, eight days from now. I could walk there and back before I receive the hat.
Why would the NFL Shop use a service like this? They overcharge as it is with a "handling fee" that makes no sense.
Don't these people understand that time from order to time in hand is everything these days.
I will never order anything from them again. With this level of incompetence I can only hope my hat, if I ever get it, is the real deal.

The quality was horrible it looked like it was pilling when I received it. It looks like the screen print dried with a bunch of lint. The sizing is also off it's huge. Very unhappy with my purchase and because it was a custom I cannot return. DO BETTER NFL. $45 for a shirt that is ill fitting and badly printed just so you can make money before the Super Bowl. DO NOT BUY THE CUSTOM SHIRTS THEY ARE TRASH QUALITY.

So I purchased a gift for my nephew and everything started out fine. Got shipped in a timely manner and got my email update. From there it got not so good. I was told my item would be delivered by yesterday end of day. That never happened and when I went to check the status this morning it's still not on it's way to me. Being held up in Vegas due to them missing the truck according to OnTrac. This is the part that really pisses me off. NFL shop made me pay almost 17 bucks for expedited shipping. I mentioned this to OnTrac and the lady said that they don't offer any kind of expedited shipping or anything of that nature and that i should have not been charged for it to contact the shipper. Upon doing so the rep told me that they will only refund me shipping if I don't receive my order by Monday. How can they charge someone for a service that isn't even provided!?!?
I ordered a Giants jersey and the service from start to finish was excellent. Thank you NFL shop with the prompt service especially during this holiday time. I will be shopping here in the near future.

I bought a Dolphins shirt almost 3 months ago. The shirt got lost in the mail, which it also shows on the tracking information. I've spoken to the online agents SIX times the last couple of months and they keep telling me one lie after another. They've said numerous times that I will get my money back and they will contact me by mail. Never heard anything from them and I still have not gotten my money back. I will definitely not recommend anyone to buy from this shop. Worst service that I've ever experienced!

I never write reviews, but this needed one. I purchased a jersey on December 22 under a promotion that stated "spend more than $65, get item by Christmas". Well, it didn't come by Christmas, which was honestly not the biggest problem, but it was false advertising. However, as of January 3, I still have not received my package and the tracking number has not updated since the day of purchase! I do further investigating, and my package was delivered to USPS without any notification to me, on December 30 and has apparently been sitting there. How was I supposed to know this? Why was it even sent there? Now I have to leave work to go to the post office in order to pick it up, provided it is still there. Why was this item not shipped to my home and in a timely manner? No other company has any problems delivering here.

Signed up about a month ago to take advantage of the 20% code they send new members. They sent me an email claiming I had 20% off my first order but the link was broken and no code was provided. I reached out to customer service who recommended I place an order and then she would discount it after the fact. No thanks. Today, the website claims they are doing Black Friday deals and several of the hoodies I was interested appeared to be on sale, only when you add the items to your cart, the sale price is not reflected. Reached out to customer service again and they refuse to address my problem. The problem isn't with just one item, it's several items.
