Ordered 8 Buffalo Bills cornhole bags with carrying case a month ago. Never received a order confirmation email which I found was strange but kept utilizing the tracking system on their site and it appeared they were on their way. Order was placed August 9th and estimated delivery was August 26. Come August 26th nothing arrived and the site tracker still said "processing". After some searching for their customer service number I contacted them this morning September 3rd and the automated voice recording stated my order had been cancelled and a refund would be sent in 10 business days from date of cancellation. Again, I was never alerted that they had cancelled my order and here we are a month later and still no refund. Terrible customer service practices and terrible confirmation/cancellation practices. I will not be using this site again and have placed a new order through Amazon for the same product. I don't know how to proceed to get my $65 back but this site is a scam.
I ordered face mask the end of March or beginning of April. It says it won't be delivered until June 25th. When I try to check my account with my email it says I don't have an account. Have talked to the stupid bot but can never speak to a human to fix the email issue.

On my birthday, November 27, I placed an order for an Emmanuel Sanders jersey. Was told it would ship in 4 days. When I hadn't, I contacted customer service. Said the website was just behind and it probably already shipped. Ok. Then received an email saying my order was delayed and they had no idea when I would get it. My credit card was charged! I contacted them via chat and they said they could not cancel it. I called, and they said my jersey was out of stock. So they were just going to take my money and never tell me? They said they would cancel it and I would receive a refund. I did not receive an email from them. I will NEVER order from these people again.
Fedex tracking for all 3 packages says delivered with a timestamp. I live in a luxury high rise that does not lose packages and it was clearly not delivered. On nfl website it says shipped. Talk to customer service and they gave a $40 refund... out of $520... wtf? This company needs to be sued and shut down by the BBB. Absolutely disgusting and incompetent company, always losing packages

Ordered 2 items on Dec. 6th and they were shipped using Lasership delivery service which has the WORST ratings I've ever seen. The site finally stated they were delivered yesterday, 12/18 at my front door at 8:54 am. I have cameras outside my door and no shipment was made. Canno get an answer from deivery company and no one at your shop has time to "CHAT ". Will be calling BBB on both companies and my payment will be stopped through my credit card agency. Will never order from this site again and I'm sure my team would like to know how poorly it's merchandise is represented.

My first order with NFL shop was for face masks. I ordered them in March 2020 and they did not arrive until July. Pretty pathetic especially because there was no indication during my order process that there would be any significant delay of any kind. Once I finished paying, I received an email a few days later of the estimated delivery date in July. Ridiculous. I tried them again, and unfortunately, awful again. This time they estimated my delivery date to be November 11th. As November 11th approached I received an email stating that bc of Covid 19, my delivery would not arrive until November 17th. Yesterday I received another email stating that they would not send my order until December 10th and if I still wanted it I would need to log on and request it again or I would receive a refund for my purchase. How does anyone stay in business being so terrible? I highly recommend shopping elsewhere. This is my final nfl shop purchase ever. Infuriating.

I placed an order on Dec 12 2022 and received a shipping confirmation on the 16th. Well fast forward to the 29th of December and my package never left their warehouse! Finally got ahold of customer service and they tried telling me that my package was "lost" how could that be if ups never picked up my items from their shipping facility? Basically they created a label and that was it. Waited NINETEEN days for nothing! Seriously this company is the worst. Never again and I will be telling everyone to avoid this site!

I ordered a jersey Jan 30th, paid for next day shipping, and only to find my jersey undelivered without notification! I ordered my husbands jersey from fanactics due to size. His order shipped 2 days later. Im still waiting on mine. Anyhow, I cancelled the order but Im pissed I dont have time to order from another site! God I wish I wouldve read these reviews first, seems shipping is an ongoing issue with Nfl shop. I will never do this again and Ill tell all the sports fans not to order from nfl but rather try FANACTICS. They're better at customer service and shipping.

I order two jerseys for my wife and I on 10/21/15 at 8am I paid the 19.95 for next day shipping. So I checked to see if they sent me my tracking information and they didn't send it to me. I got on the live chat to ask why I haven't been sent a tracking number and the lady told me that I wont get them till the 10/27/15. I paid for next business day no where did it say that it will take that long and to top it off they charge you and you'll still receive it like regular shipping bad customer service. I wouldn't recommend NFL shop again. Billion dollar company and the have bad service very disappointed.

I ordered two Jersey two weeks ago upon arrival one of the jerseys was to small. However, I immediately sent it back to receive a refund and its been two weeks and I have not received my full refund. I placed a call on Thursday September 29th and I was told that they would credit my account no later then Monday October 3rd. Nevertheless today is October 5th and I still have not received my credit I asked to speak to a supervisor and all I being told that my return has not been processed. The same way taken the money the same way it should be returned. I will never ever order anything else from them. Their customer service is the worst. I ordered 1 Raider sofa cover and 2 recliner covers on April 5th and paid $20 for 2-3 shipping. Order said sofer cover by April 12th recliner covers by April 19th. I haven't received a damn thing. Not even a tracking#. Order is still in pending mode but $ has been taken out of my account. Automated customer service is a damn joke. Phone customer service is worse. I haven't been able to get through on either. I'll never shop that site again

Elysha was a pleasure to work with. I ordered a Barry Sanders autographed helmet for my sons birthday. When it arrived, I was not happy with the quality as the stickers on the helmet were creased and put on improperly. I informed Elysian I needed a replacement in time for my sons birthday and she went above and beyond to make sure I received the replacement in time.
I placed an order on 11/13/2016 but received an email shortly after that my Paypal account was refunded. The email had no explanation as to why the order was canceled. Had to call customer service to find out the item was out of stock. Placed an other order the same day and received that item, but it was too small. Used the return label to send it back for refund. The item was received in their warehouse on 11/30/2016, but still no refund. Called customer service and they said they have 10 days to even start to process your refund and then another 10 days to actually get the money credited back to Paypal. So 20 business days from after they have already received the item to give me credit back. Terrible service

NFLshop.ca ran a TV Ad during Monday Night Football offering free shipping on orders over $49 with promo code CANADA. The site states free shipping like in the TV AD in several places. Placed order of in-stock items over $49 and used advertised promo code of CANADA. The site states "a shipping discount has been applied" but at checkout they put on a shipping charge of $24.99I have contacted customer service and they are unwilling or unable to fix. Total false advertising in my opinion. Beware
Ordered a cap for a discount price, and order was confirmed and then it was cancelled by the shop. I thought they were out of stock. Then the 2nd day when I check, they do have it but price was change to full price. Anyway, that is it for me.
I ordered a shirt the weekend before the Super Bowl that said it was guaranteed to be shipped by 1/28/2020. I was then told it was guaranteed to be shipped by 1/30/2020. I was then told that it did not ship today (1/30/2020). Customer Service has been accommodating by upgrading my shipping to ensure that it arrives by the Super Bowl but I am concerned that it will never ship out before the game. The shirt is for my 5 year old son and this is the first year he has expressed any interest in football or the 49ers. At this point, it is too late to order a different shirt for him and I am fearful that he will not have the shirt for the Super Bowl. I am disappointed and frustrated with this experience.

Do not order from them! I ordered 3 things, all shipped separately and paid for shipping to be here in 3-7 days, 2 weeks later still hadn't received 2 of the items so contacted them and they said they were lost yet no one contacted me to let me know this, i asked for these to be reshipped and sent overnight since needed them before the holidays and was told they would do that. The next day received notice that one item had been shipped and would be here in 9 days! The other item they cancelled and when you try to contact them it is only an online robot that is zero help! They don't have any actual person to talk to about issues. Wouldn't buy again and told everyone in know not to buy from them.

I ordered an "official" Nike NFL jersey to add to my collection and all I can say is what the hell? I'm compairing the quality of this jersey to the Nike jersies I've purchased off the rack over the last couple of years, and I'm feeling cheated to say the least. The numbers are small and they are actually ironed on! Are you freaking kidding me?! No stitching? No embroidery? How can you justify charging the same $100 for an inferior product? More and more these days the NFL is being accused of being concerned with profit over product, be it games or merchandise. I have to say, I'm in agreement with that assessment. The worst customer service possible. They don't read your questions fully and then do what they think is right. On more than one occasion, they just exited the chat so they wouldn't have to deal with my questions. Check this out, they dont' have an email to send inquires or complaints either LOL. It's 2022 and they don't have an email to send in the transcript of the horrible chat i had. They mentioned on Twitter to screenshot the whole 3 hr convo and send it in. Where am i LOL. How is this even a legitimate business? Funny thing is, on the 3 orders i placed, which was for a large, large and XL. We received small, small and medium. Too funny

I ordered a jersey for my fiancee on 12/5 and the payment came out of my account the next day. I have emailed twice about getting an update if this will ever ship, and the person who answers just says that it will be updated soon. This has been 3 weeks now and I am pissed that I will not have his Christmas present for christmas much less any hope that it will ever really come. UPDATE *** Apparently I ordered from nfltops.com which is NOT the nfl shop site, it is a scam site. I ordered from the ACTUAL nfl shop on 12/20 and will hopefully be getting that by tomorrow 12/23. Sorry for the confusion. The real site was fast and easy to use and will definitely use it again as long as I remember to get to the correct site.
