I placed an order all at 1 time received 1 item.now the date to receive the rest have changed twice to span until the 14th.fanatics is 1 day promised. That day delivered.all the told me was.well once u receive it we will waive the fee to return it.duhhh who returns what they wait for.useless customer service which makes it a useless company...UPDATE...I don't know who did what but all items arrived today.no company is perfect but I COMMEND WHOEVER STEPPED IN.i don't trust computers but the customer service staff EARNED MY FUTURE BUISINESS.
I ordered Ravens jersey, the website stated it will ship out within 3 business days, still no jersey and the game is on the 21st. Customer service sucks no help they blame it on the warehouse and they tell you the same information from the tracking screen. I'm beyond pissed right now. The ordering and customer service from this site is worthless. I made an order on December 4 and waited for the shipping information. It was never sent so I called them 4 times. I got a run around 3 times and then a customer service person named Ashley. She conned me by saying a refund and purchase would take a while so cancel and do a store credit which is immediate. She canceled the original order while making a new order with the refunded store credit. The next day, I get an email saying the order will not be processed because of the volume and no product available. WOW! The customer service representatives do nothing to help and you go in cirlces after hours on the phone. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR EFFORT shopping here.
Ordered from NFLshop.com and tracked the order along the way and they claimed that it was delivered to my front door and it wasn't. Tried to contact the shipper which was Laser ship with no success. Finally got a hold of a rep for NFLshop.com and he stated he would reorder my item and ship with a different carrier but couldn't guarantee it for Christmas which I said was fine. He also stated that the item was out of stock and that they would wait to see if they would get another shipment in. If they did not receive another shipment in a timely manor they would credit my account back and I said that was fine. Received a email from NFLshop.com the same day stating they were refunding my money. I feel that they lied and they never had any intentions of making this right.
THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO BUY FROM. I bought a jersey from here, and they took my money, and I got nothing. I never got a conformation email or anything. I checked my banking, and they just took the money and were done with me. I called them multiple times about it, and they said they had nothing in the system for me and just to wait till the package came. The package never came, and they just took $100 from me. The person I talked to online was very rude to me. They are a total scam. Do not buy from them. It is a total scam.

So we ordered several items back in Febuary after waiting and waiting only one item was recieved took 3 calls to to be told oh yeah, sorry those items are no longer available. Great so now what... well they said here is a refund plus something for all the inconvienence. So we recieve an email for gift certificate for 100 only its not really 100 its only 24.95 not even enough to cover the 75 in missing merchandise. So multiple calls and promises later I am now told. This is all we will are willing to give you. 2 months and countless time wasted talking to them for nothing, cant even get the full refund of merchandise never recieved. Forget NFLSHOP.COM I will never ever ever purchase from them again! I sure hope this steers others away from them as well, as my research shows not just my bad experience but countless others who have been done wrong!
I had ordered an xl hoodie and it fits more like a xxl. I have ordered the same salute the servixe hoodie for the last 3 years. Same size prior fits perfect. This years is way too big. I contacted customer service and due to me no longer having the tags that were attached to it they will not exchange the item. I have the order number, emailed receipt and the item and that is not sufficient. You would think that they would be about taking care of the customer. They are only about taking your money and leaving you with items that don't fit. Very very poor customer service!

Bought stuff 8 days before Xmas from NFL shop and got extra stuff to qualify for "free guaranteed shipping/delivery BEFORE Xmas" - My son and I are flying to Arizona for the Cardinals - Patriots game on Xmas Day and I wanted him to be able to wear his new gear to the game. Now, I get an update saying this stuff won't arrive until the 27th... Will be returning! No point! - If the order somehow does show up on time I will amend this review.

I ordered an item and rushed it using 2 day shipping. When I chose 2 day shipping, the site said the item would be here on or before 08/19. I then got another email saying they recieved my order and it should be here on or before 08/19. An hour later I recieved an email stating that my order was confirmed and I would recieve my item on or before 08/22! I needed the item for an event on 08/21... I called the company 50 minutes after they sent me the confirmation of my order to at least change the 2 day shipping to regular shipping because I no longer was going to need it quickly after the 21st and they told me they could not do that! I then asked if I could cancel my order and they said no! The customer service rep did not care and was rude... I will never use NFL.com again!

I ordered 3 things in hopes they would be here by Father's Day in May 13th. My bags arrived, and the first initial email said one would arrive by May 27th the other said July 9th! The knife set says pending, and the masks what the hell!? 2 months for some freaking masks!? I want answers on my shipment.
Trust me, do NOT waste your time ordering from here. I ordered a Hoodie for my daughter for Christmas in a size Youth Medium (which is a 10), but I received it in size 6/6x. They told me to send it back and they would overnight the new one. I called on Thursday, received the shirt on Tuesday. That is obviously NOT overnight. And on top of that, they sent me ANOTHER size 6/6x! AND the customer service rep was not friendly at all. I will never buy from there again.
I ordered a jersey for the Super Bowl for my son, early enough where the Jersey was expected to arrive prior to the super bowl. The shipment date was no later than January 30th. The shirt has not yet shipped as of today, January 31st, which I can now assume that my son won't have the jersey for the game which is highly disappointing.

I purchased a woman's Green Bay Packers tee. It arrived and didn't fit. I had to pay shipping it back. Then I never got a refund. I called NFLshop MANY times and they always gave me an excuse of why I haven't been refunded. So they got the payment, the shirt back and I had to pay shipping BOTH ways. HORRIBLE company!

My wife ordered me a Seahawks onesie for my birthday my birthday is in December it is now February unacceptable! She has called the number she was given wasn't even a REAL NUMBER! I ordered my first jersey may 20, it is now August 27th and I was supposed to receive it August 14th. Called customer service and was told it would now be arriving September 15th, after the start of the season. Their excuse... it is a special event item! No it is a regular jersey you jack hole! The second jersey I ordered (don't ask me why I went with these guys again) was ordered August 1st, and expected to arrive October 6th!?!?!?! To top it off it doesn't even show up in my orders history. Is someones little old grandma sewing these from scratch!?!?!?! Don't buy from these guys take your business elsewhere!

For Christmas I ordered a customized raiders sweater, I received a plain sweater not customized and it looks like GARBAGE it literally looks like someone wore this and put it in the package instead of my customized sweater There were issues from the get go, the sweater was supposed to be customized with Ruelas 01. The email receipt showed Ruelas 13. :( I'll never order from this site again. Also when I called the woman would not help me with a refund, just told me she's submitting a ticket. I should've just went to the fle a market or mall. I don't understand how any of this could happen through an official NFL shop?! I tried to upload pictures and video, the site won't allow me. Wish I would've seen this site before I ordered if I could put 0 starts I would.

Wish I'd seen previous reviews before I bought from this shop. Ordered a medium SF hoodie from the EUROPEAN NFL shop to be shipped to a EUROPEAN address. Was sent an Asian medium which is actually small in European size so it's tiny and doesn't fit. I would have said that this could be a once off but the same thing happened a few weeks ago when I ordered a t-shirt from the NBA shop so they're obviously the same company. Worse than that there was a horrible smell off it. The material and quality is absolutely shocking for the price they charge. Went to print a return label on the website and when I entered my order details it kept saying it wasn't recognised. Will send an email to customer service but god knows when I'll get a reply. Please do not waste your money on their horrible products.

The worst! Don't order from this company. I ordered 2 youth jerzees on 12/11 for my son for Christmas. One came in about 6 days later and was filthy. The other one still has not arrived. I called on 12/20 and was told it should go out by 12/23 and they upgraded to next day. I called on 12/23 and was told it was going to be shipped that day. I called on 12/24 and was told that it was on backorder. What a joke!
My wife ordered a 49ers custom George Kittle jersey for me for Christmas last year, since a 5x wasn't offered in the regular Kittle jerseys, I had worn it a few times but had not washed it because I was worried about the numbers messing up on it, I finally wound up spilling something on it so it had to be washed. After the first wash the numbers have already started cracking and red is showing through the white numbers. $150+ wasted on a jersey that I could only wear until I washed it once... pitiful quality

I bought my jersey, custom, they took my money. I then changed my mind and asked if I could cancel and they told me they can't, for one, it was a custome design I wanted and they can't cancel those and two, they had already started making my jersey. I was totally fine with that too so I was excited. A week later when it should've shipped, they sent me an email saying they canceled my order because they ran out of jerseys! WTF?! But I was told three different times that it was already getting worked on, getting my hopes up! I called numerous times, trying to make fix it, every single time they were ride and said there's nothing they can do and basically "oh wel, deal with it". I'm pissed!

I ordered a couple of items with this company for the first time. I was satisfied with the first one. However, I admit that this was my fault, I accidentally ordered the Eagles Blue Ray when I should have ordered the DVD. They refused to do an exchange and even shipped it despite me telling them to cancel it. I want to return it and they did not get back to me to fix this. Furthermore, they are expecting me to pay the return shipping fee. It is not right! Shouldnt we as costumers have the right to cancel or exchange if not satisfied?

I purchased a philadelphia eagles "sterling silver" helmet pendent in December. I noticed while wearing it the pendent was getting tarnished. I purchased a jewelry cleaner n tried to make it shiny again. I did not wear it anymore n placed it in the jewelry box. The pendant was still getting tarnished just sitting in the box. I took the pendant to a local silversmith and he told me the pendant was not sterling silver but actually nickel silver. That was why it was getting tarnished. Why do they advertise sterling silver when its not? I called customer service about the problem and they told me it was too late to get a refund or exchange. I ordered jerseys well over a month ago and they got paid the same day and I STILL don't have them! I was told it would take up to 2 weeks, well that was back on Sept 26th and it is now Nov 8th and still no jersey's! I bet they don't even offer any type of compensation!

I ordered a Minkah Fitzpatrick Jersey on the 19th of September with a delivery date on the 5th of October, it is currently the 18th and I have received nothing. I thought maybe it hasn't shipped yet, checked emails and it says it has shipped... I check the tracking and it says it is in transit in New York (has said this since the 23rd of September!). I thought this was a trustworthy site as it an official website, guess I lost my money, which is a damn shame as the jerseys are not cheap and I only work part-time and saved for a while for this jersey, awfully upset right now.
