I ordered Ravens jersey, the website stated it will ship out within 3 business days, still no jersey and the game is on the 21st. I ordered some Carolina Panther Gear for my husband on Tuesday 02/02/16. I paid an extra $24.95 for "NEXT" day delivery only to find out that my items were shipped "ground" the cheapest option. (Arrival date projected for Monday, 2/8/16 -AFTER the Super Bowl.) This is very Fraudulent & quite Misleading! You (NFL shoppe) owe me & every other person who has paid EXTRA for overnight service a FULL refund of the cost! S-E-R-V-I-C-E! Nobody wants to SERVICE any more! My experience has been negative two out of three times so I am done shopping with them. Be careful about "order today for Christmas Eve delivery" types of adds as they are false. Not only won't you get your items but you won't even get an email telling you you won't be getting them by Christmas, or that certain items are unavailable until AFTER you pay. AND, don't fall for the "free shipping if you spend $100 because it's a waste of your time and $$. You either won't get it when expected, or you won't get it at all and you'll get an unexplained credit on your account. Wrap all of that up with EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - both phone and on line. Just don't waste your time ordering from this site.

This is absolutely the worst quality polo shirt I've ever purchased. The NFL Shop site says the shirt has embroidered graphics. This is absolutely false. They are screen printed and look like they will wash away after a couple washings. The material is so flimsy you can practically see through it.

They screwed up my order, I never received the second item, they dodge your calls from the third party customer service platform, you will never hear from them, they promise a refund but over a month later I have yet to receive it. Don't let the official NFL logo and affiliation fool you! Don't believe the "Hassle-Free 90 Day Return Policy." This policy doesn't apply to all items on the website, even for exchanges. Some items can only be returned within 30 days, but you can't easily find that out because NFLShop.com has carefully buried this information deep within its website. Your order acknowledgment email won't include that information, either.
To make matters worse, NFLShop.com has only one customer service number, no way to contact management to ask for redress, and a Facebook customer service system that is slow and powerless to help. People who plan ahead and shop well before Christmas, like me, may find themselves stuck with items that don't fit and can't be exchanged even when the size chart for the item is inaccurate (I measured a shirt we already have to be sure I ordered the right size... but the size chart measurements are incorrect). This isn't customer service, it is deception.
NFLShop.com should redesign its website so that items with this restrictive return policy are clearly identified upfront, with a link from the item page to the return policy for that item. This would help customers decide whether buying in advance for the holidays would be the best option for them.

I ordered a jersey for my son on September 2,2023. Everything was great untill it wasnt delivered. I called them, they rep stated it was running late and would be delivered the next day. No problem. Totally understandable. It didnt come the next day. Waited another day still nothing called back and spoke to a lady. Explained we never got it and we needed it the following weekend. She said I would have to call back on sunday, 3 days after thia call to report it missing. They would expedite it for free. I was happy with that. Called back. NOPE. Will not expedite. So I was lied to twice. Said it would be shipped today sept 21. No email about it bein shipped. Called back. Still not shipped. The absolutely worst company. Order from Mitchell and Ness. I will NEVER order from this company again!

We purchase our Xmas Eve Pajamas here normally, but this will be the last year! I purchased my sons on 12/3 and was scheduled for delivery on 12/9. I was delayed on numerous occasions and after several phone calls to track the package, we found out it was going to be late on the 30th. I was bummed because it was going to be late but that turned to anger when it was returned to sender. They phone rep used his address as the unit number :(.
After a lengthy call to talk to a rude representative.he tells me the "Problem is fixing itself". It is being returned and once they receive it I will get my refund 2-3 weeks later. I asked them to return the package and they refused. No offer of a gift cert for my troubles nothing... and the attitude on top of that.

I almost feel a little guilty giving NFLshop.com a one-star rating because they eventually did ship my order and even upgraded my shipping so that it would arrive within two days. Furthermore, they did not mess up my order like they did for many others.
The rating stands, however, because it took one e-mail and two phone calls to their customer service department over a period of 10 days before my order was finally processed (this despite the fact that they stated in bold & red text that my order would ship within 3 business days). On the flip side, they charged my credit card within 12 hours after my order was placed.
NFLShop.com, it is very bad form to charge your customers before you ship their orders. Take a leaf from Amazon.com's book: they never ever charge their customers' bank accounts or credit cards until AFTER the orders have been shipped. Their customer service department and return process are also outstanding.
Surely you cannot have the audacity or arrogance to hope for repeat business if your customers are this dissatisfied with you. In case you are not already aware, the Internet is a very powerful medium.
Scam website, NO ITEMS RECEIVED! Try to contact them before you buy, see what happens... nothing. THIS IS A FAKE COMPANY DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! ZERO customer service! Fake everything! Fake shipping and never received items.

I ordered a pullover hoodie and some infant booties on 12/16 for gifts and got 2 day shipping. Got an email the next day saying that my items were shipped and got a tracking number and it said that my items would be delivered on 12/19. I check the tracking number on 12/19 and it says that the package was never received by the shipper. So i called the company and the customer rep tells me that the pullover hoodie is out of stock so the items were never shipped. Why in the hell wasn't i notified about the item not being in stock and why would you guys send me an email saying that my items were shipped when they weren't? That is BS! I'm requesting a refund and i better get my money back!

Ordered Women's Seahawks shirt ******* on Sunday 26th. NFLShop.com website said shirt would ship latest Tuesday 28th. I paid for next-day shipping to ensure I would have it for my daughters birthday on the 30th. Product did not ship on Tuesday, I called customer service and she said it would for sure ship Wednesday. Again product didn't ship Wednesday and this time Brice in customer service said he could not tell me when it would ship. He would not transfer me to a supervisor, give me a supervisor name, tell me the name of his employer or even the city of origin. I have no answer and no Seahawks shirt to give my daughter tomorrow.
Although their customer service agents are pleasant they are not equipped to provide any service. The company processing this order is damaging the reputation of the NFL brand!

At first I had a bad experience with a agent and saw no real solution, so I called back a second time and got a lady named Morgan. She was fantastic, she solved my problem within two minutes and changed my view of NFLSHOP.COM. I now know they have excellent customer service. I only wish all companies had people like Ms. Morgan. People can make or break a company and she certainly is a huge asset and I have no doubt she makes NFLSHOP a better company. FANTASTIC is what Morgan is.
I initially was disappointed by my experience, having chosen expedited shipping so I could ensure I would receive the items in time to give them as a gift. When the package arrived, I was surprised to find it was missing 2 of the 4 items that were ordered and paid extra to ship on time. I was upset because I had not been notified when the order was fulfilled that there would be any issues with my package or any items' stock and by the time they arrived it was too late for me to do anything but show up partially empty handed to visit my son who is away at school. When I notified NFLshop.com of the situation, their customer service exceeded my expectations. I was shipped the 2 missing items overnight and then refunded for both of them. There was extensive follow up and a real sense that they cared about my frustrations and wanted to make it right. This type of customer service is hard to find with some of these larger companies, and it really struck a chord with me. I appreciate the hard work by their caring customer support team and would recommend ordering from them to anyone, they truly do care to make it right if something goes wrong on the order. Thank you!

I placed an order over $100 so that I could use the promo code they had offered to receive my items by today (NFL first kickoff) promo code kickoff85, and I used it a few hours prior to the expiration (it has a countdown at the top of the website so ensure you placed on time) anyway, I got to checkout, entered the code, selected free next day shipping and submitted payment. Fast forward to today, my tracking number states I'm getting my items the 15th! I only spent the amount I did to ensure I would get my items on time. I contacted customer service and told Terrence what had happened. He stated I had standard shipping, I explained to him no I know I had selected next day shipping and has done my order specifically to get it on time! His reply to that "standard shipping". What a terrible customer service agent. No apology for the system mess up, NOTHING! I guess going forward I will just have to buy from FANZZ. What a load of crap, so so disappointing.

I ordered my shirts for the superbowl in well enough time to have them arrive by Friday the 31st. I called when one of the shirts was shipped out and saw the delivery date of the 3rd of Feb. I spoke with an agent and he gaurenteed my order would be delivered on the 31st. I called back today and the other shirt was delayed and they said that they would overnight it to me. I was happy with that, however, I needed the other shirt as well. I spoke with a "supervisor" who was very rude, spoke over me, and argued. She said that tracking can change all the time and I would have to wait to see what it does for the shirt that will deliver on Monday. I told her that I have checked it each day and it still has not changed. I will not order from the nfl shop again due to the rude supervisor. I still will not receive one of my shorts by the superbowl and that was the point of ordering them.

I ordered my boyfriend a cowboys alternate jersey in early November for Christmas and when it arrived I received a panthers youth size small jersey. The first person I talked to told me that they would immediately ship out the correct jersey and email me a return label for me to ship back the incorrect item. That was over 3 weeks ago. We are now 11 days from Christmas, I still don't have my jersey. I have spoken to about 5 or 6 different fan service members and they all do the exact same thing, which is create a new ticket number and issue number and tell me that someone will be contacting me shortly to handle the matter and no one ever does. To top it off, no matter how much I URGE to speak to a manager/supervisor there never seems to one available. I will NEVER be ordering from this website again. They're absolute trash and do not care for their customers. I still want my jersey because I was super excited to give this gift to my boyfriend and it's really ruining the holiday spirit for me being so stressed out about this gift. At this point I think I should also receive a refund with my jersey for the incompetent service and dealing with this issue for almost a full month now. It's ridiculous!

NEVER SHOP HERE! My order wasn't going to ship before Christmas, though the site said that it would, my follow up discovered Jan 4th. Customer service said 'it's too far in the shipping process to cancel' and 'it will be released for shipping tomorrow'...? Whaaaaa? I work in a warehouse myself and our customers can cancel orders up until they leave the warehouse, we don't hide behind some "the order is too far down the process line to be cancelled". I seriously don't get how a company that just takes jersey off of warehouse shelves has this much trouble filling orders. After reading reviews all I wanted to do is cancel my order, but guess what, they could not do it. I'm actively telling my friends not to use this site unless I get my FULL refund.
