I placed an order all at 1 time received 1 item.now the date to receive the rest have changed twice to span until the 14th.fanatics is 1 day promised. That day delivered.all the told me was.well once u receive it we will waive the fee to return it.duhhh who returns what they wait for.useless customer service which makes it a useless company...UPDATE...I don't know who did what but all items arrived today.no company is perfect but I COMMEND WHOEVER STEPPED IN.i don't trust computers but the customer service staff EARNED MY FUTURE BUISINESS.

I ordered Ravens jersey, the website stated it will ship out within 3 business days, still no jersey and the game is on the 21st. Customer service sucks no help they blame it on the warehouse and they tell you the same information from the tracking screen. I'm beyond pissed right now. Both my wife and daughter ordered t-shirts for me for Christmas. Both were too small although they ordered the same size as the other NFL shirts I own. My wife shopped early (in Sept) and the NFL shop will not accept a return or give a refund at all. Their return instructions say that after 60 days they will donate the item to a charity of their choice. I'm sure that "charity" is the NFL! My daughter is just a teenager and proudly did her own spending and shopping getting me a wonderful shirt. However again the size was too small even though it it the same size as my other NFL shirts. Furthermore in this case the printing was crooked on the front as well! After creating a return they are deducting the price of return shipping from the refund and I have to wait for it to process before I can order a replacement. So she spent $32 for a t-shirt that was defective and will receive a $19.99 credit. A replacement shirt will cost another $32-35 after incurring another shipping charge! So currently I have no new shirts to wear and my family is out $50! The NFL are thieves! I stopped going to games because of the insane costs and will not buy merchandise anymore either. Cut your nose to spite your face NFL, you should be ashamed!

Edit: I received the items in time and am very happy with NFL shop. Believe it was a problem on the UPS site.

I ordered items immediately after the Conference game as the NFL advertised to use them for authentic Conference championship gear and that we would receive them for the "Big Game". The next day, I saw some other items at $#*!'s Sporting Goods that I also liked. Today (2/6/2023), I will be receiving my $#*!'s items. Checked with NFL shop and the UPS tracking number states that they haven't received the items into their system yet. I guess the Big Game to NFL Shop is Super Bowl LVIII? Also, contacted them by chat and wasn't given an arrival date and then they signed out. No help at all! Never again.

Ordered 154.00 worth of items two hoodies and two hats. Let me say the hoodies are PAPER THIN may as well have ordered two shirts and the hats came folded and wrinkled. If I could give 0 stars I would but I will never order from here again it wasn't worth the money I spent

First I order from this company after my order it was a lot hidden fees like high shipping and other things nice they tell me it going be a month before I get my order now I waited only to get three plan face masks I could brought from my location hardware store also learn why it to so long to get my order only to learn it come from China guess I could order the same thing from wish at lease wish is up front with things now I am out my money because I tried get in touch with customer service with no luck you been warned

I ordered a toque and it wasn't what I thought it would be. I requested a return. They were helpful however in this day and age most places give you a full refund. I paid to have it shipped to me (12.95 USD) and paid to return it back to them.(18.48 CD) I lost my shipping both ways. I also find it weird that it is in USD and yet I had to return it to Burlington ON Canada. I live in Canada so why couldn't I order and pay for it in CDN. Won't shop there again. If you don't like it or there is something wrong with it you are on the hook for both of the shipping costs.

I ordered a jersey on Dec 11th and was told it would ship in 3 days. After 10 days I never got a shipping confirmation and called. They said it was delayed but would ship overnight on the 23rd in time for xmas. I then got an email 12 hours later that said the jersey would not ship until Jan 6th! I called back, again, and they said they would upgrade my order so it would arrive on the 24th. It never arrived. I called back for a 3rd time and they said it was still delayed until Jan 6th and that they were confused why the website *still* says it will ship within 3 days. The only compensation offered was $10 off my next order - unacceptable. I'll never order from them again and would strongly suggest others avoid it too. There are too many similar stories all over the internet

(Dec. 22) I clicked on their promotion for the saturday deliverey on the 24th and pick my item out from the selected, to only recieve the dam thing in January. Their customer care people didnt sound like they give a $#*!. I guess when you call and say my package is a week late, its the norm. I asked for my money back (this was before I even got the package) and they said I would have it in 2-10 business days to only find out on Jan. 16 that I have been rejected because it wasnt an eligible item. HOW? I will never use this stupid vendor ever again and I will make sure no one I know will use this vendor again. Scum of the earth people.

I bought a Dallas Cowboys Apple Watch band and it was cheaply made.
The band parts were all extremely thinner than the apple bands you buy from apple and the loge was crooked and seemed to be coming off already.
With shipping handling and taxes and fees the band costs more than a real Apple Watch band ($50.98).
I contacted the returns department and they want to charge me an Additional $10 dollars to ship it back so the final cost to me would be $17 after they refund me $33 out of the original $50.98 (plus the additional $10 for return shipping)
To make it worse the SAME EXACT WATCH BAND IS BEING SOLD ON OTHER SITES FOR $30 less.
What a scam!
Don't buy from this site!
They are selling cheap stuff from china!

They charge you shipping for returns
Their Merchandise is poorly made.

I purchased a jersey as a birthday gift for my husband 11 days ago. When I ordered the jersey, the information said it would ship no later than 3 days ago. There was also 2 day free shipping advertised with this product. I called them yesterday when I saw the jersey had not yet shipped. I was told they are still "within their time" (whatever that means) and that I should know 7 days have to be added to the "ship no later than time." Essentially, their bottom line was I should not be worried about this unless it hasn't shipped by Oct. 30. She did mention the item is in stock. So, if the item is in stock and if I was told at order placement (Oct 13) it would ship no later than the 21st, it's my opinion it is completely unacceptable I should have to wait until Oct 30 to be concerned it hasn't shipped. I will not order from here again. I also requested they remove me from their e-mail list. I have since received 3 additional sales emails from them after my request. I'm considering reporting this company to the regulatory commission for commerce in MD for false advertising and harassment at this point.

The item purchase was a special event item which would've shipped on or before 10/21/2019. Unfortunately, it took the vendor a few days to have it delivered to our fulfillment center. At the time that you spoke to the Advocate, the jersey was being processed to ship to customer. You requested to cancel the order and was fully refunded back to the method of payment used to make this purchase. Please allow two to seven business days to reflect on your financial statement. The two days shipping is a program ran through another company named Shoprunner. You would've had to have had signed up through their program if you haven't already done so to get the two days shipping and free return. I've been trying to reach customer service for an hour. I want to either get a refund or an exchange so I can get a larger size. The order history on my account says I have no history, but the menu on the phone can detect that I ordered one item at the very end of November, which is also the item I need to exchange. This is very frustrating!

I ordered 3 items October 17th and each item was said to be shipped out within 5 business days, I received 2 out of the 3 items November 7th and still waiting for the 3rd item, that's a whole month and the order hasn't been shipped!

I ordered a hoodie on the website for my boyfriend and he tried it on and it didn't fit. I took the tag off because it was was a gift and I didn't want him to see how expensive it was. I sent the hoodie back, with the tag inside because I kept it in case of anything happening, and it's been over a month and I still haven't received a refund for my order. I WAS planning on getting my refund back (since they don't do exhchanges) and get the same hoodie for my boyfriend but I haven't gotten anything back and I don't know if I'll ever order from there again if they don't take care of this. I don't understand why I haven't revieved my refund but I understand why the ratings are so bad.

I placed an order for Xmas gifts on September 26 with a FULL ON GUARANTEE from a person in their customer service named Keisha Kent that they would definitely have an extended Xmas return policy. I am at day 92 of their regular policy to return 2 items out of 8 that I bought because they don't fit the recipients. I had to hold for 55 minutes, be put on hold 5 times, for them to dispute with me returning these two items. Despite what I was told by their customer service, they are saying that person shouldn't have told me that. So what they are saying is don't trust their people and believe me I will never trust this company again.

Ten days ago ordered 2 NFL Jerseys for my grandchildren 2 day shipping to get them in time to wear the to school the Friday Prior to the Super Bowl and the day of the Super Bowl. Long story short I called Your Customer Service and was told they would overnight the package and it would get there Friday. Today, Saturday, called again to Customer Service and was told the package was "17 minutes away". Four hours later no package. Called again to your Customer Service and was told "the package was still "17 minutes away" but added "in a Fed Ex sorting facility". The package won't be delivered until Monday. AFTER the Super Bowl. Can't pick it up. Never mind the untruths about being told it would be overnighted and then then original 2 day shipping 10 ten days ago, but there are two grandchildren who won't have the jerseys for the Super Bowl.

Never ever order from these crooks. I order two jersey's in October for a Christmas gift. They were too small returned them In January and since after 30 days return policy they donated them to charity and took my 125.00. This is the worst place ever. Please DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE CROOKS!

I purchased the - Women's Dallas Cowboys Fanatics Branded Heather Gray Personalized Icon Name & Number Long Sleeve T-Shirt -- DO NOT purchase. The quality of the material is cheap cheap cheap - like a $5 T-shirt you would buy in a back alley. I called and advised the material made us itch and wanted to return and also the sizing is not correct. AT ALL. I looked at the size chart and bought accordingly - I wear an XL - I ordered a 2XL and it was too tight and, as previously stated, the material was itchy. So because I put a players name on the back of the shirt, it's not returnable.

HORRIBLE service! Ordered a gift guaranteed to be here by Christmas and just found out today (3 days BEFORE christmas Eve) that it won't even makeit by New Years!
NO RESOLUTION or any help when I called... would not even guarantee they could cancel the order? GO ELSEWHERE, unless you don't mind waiting 3 weeks+!
