I ordered a jersey around 2 months ago, put all my proper information and everything, order never got shipped to my house but got shipped to a place 7 hours away from where i live. I just got an email today saying the return is over their return policy of 60 days and that my jersey was donated to a charity. I NEVER EVEN RECIEVED MY JERSEYS. I bought a stemless wine glass for my fav sport team. It came, was a small cheap glass with a foil like decal on it as if someone made it in their garage. Called, CS said he can ship me a new one or return it because sounds like a mistake in manufacturing. I said well then send me a new one if you think that's all it is. I get the new one days later and same thing. The foil eagles decal literally comes right off as you touch it. Don't need to do much more than rub on it and it's off and now just a plain cheap smaller size wine glass. For $9.99. When CS offered the new one he said if that one isnt good we will refund you and you can keep the item as no reason to return. So I call them for my return because I'm not paying $9.99 for a blank wine glass. Dollar stores have more solid glasses for $1.25! The CS rep this time tells me there is no refund until I package and mail back both blank glasses lol. It is insane. So basically they just steal your money. Selling junk and refusing to refund me my money back for defective items.

Good afternoon, this time I don't have a question, I have a complaint, I ordered 3 items 20 days (14 business days) ago and I received 2 of them because the other one is an special event item that supposed to be sent no later than August the 20th, however they haven't shipped yet.
What is more concerning is that i contacted several "fan advocates" and one of them called Tawanna R lied to me telling me that on the 20th was going to be shipped so I can check next day in the morning the tracking number, and obviously I didn't receive any confirmation email.
Friday morning again I contacted one agent called Carolyn W, who helped me by creating a ticket #******* and now once again I'm asking for a resolution why this item hasn't been shipped.
I'm requesting assistance so anyone can help me and let me know why this hasn't been shipped and when its going to be shipped.
Now they are telling me the item will be shipped until September 17th, one more month after the original timeframe.
As a new customer my first impression is really bad because the commitment set by the company wasn't completely filled.

Prices are everything you would expect from the NFL's official namesake merchandise seller. Not cheap.
The selection of stuff you can get is okay, but there are others where you can get your favorite team's couch, recliner, pajamas, bed sheets and slippers for those critical playoff days. But not at this site.
Reason I'm giving them 2 stars is because I'm not happy that you can't have them customize authentic jerseys of certain players, mostly retired players jerseys. However I just went and was able to preview Mark Duper 85, Mark Clayton 83, Jason Taylor 99, Zach Thomas 54, and John Offerdahl 56 jerseys, but I was unable to reproduce a Dan Marino 13.
They charge $150 per customized jersey. I think if I'm playing that kind of money for an Alfred Morris, or RGIII jersey (currently playing) for $100, I should also be able to customize a Joe Montana, or John Elway jersey for the extra $50 they charge for customization.
I find this utterly absurd!

I used the chat service and was told they could only fix one of the errors. I was told they would refund the other one. I advised that I didn't find that acceptable, however they proceeded with their solution. I accidentally had closed my chat and had to start a new one.
That process was even more frustrating and did not resolve my issue of simply stating I would keep one of the error items. I decided to contact the call center who reversed the refund as my preference was to simply keep it rather than have nothing. The process to get the return amended was cumbersome and downright painful. In addition to not getting what I ordered because of their error, I have to make a trip to the post office to return.
To be honest, I've dealt with other companies who would have simply shipped the 1 correct one and told me to keep both of the incorrect ones as a token of customer experience gesture based on the price point. I've certainly had better experiences with other companies.

The worst Customer Service I have ever experienced in my life. Ordered MANY items on 9/17/2016... at that time the NFL Shop website stated that the items in the order would ship within 6 business days. Unfortunately, the items did not ship within 6 business days. In fact, they haven't shipped at all (So far 12 business days have passed). Since then, I have spoken with customer service on four separate occasions and have been given three different ship dates (confirmed on the phone as well as email)... As of today, the NFL Shop has no idea where the order is in regards to the order process and has advised me that the problem/discrepancy is due to "warehouse updates". Even more peculiar is that the very same items that I ordered are magically listed to "ship within 5 business days" on the NFL Shop website... Additionally, the supervisors that I spoke with could not give me a definitive ship date, and could offer no further appeasement. Their advice to me was to "wait for it".
For a multi-BILLION dollar company, this is a complete and utter disgrace. I have placed many orders from businesses originating in THIRD WORLD countries that have done a 1000x better job at fulfilling orders and shipments. This is 2016! If Amazon can ship an order in one day, hell even SAME DAY, why can't the NF-freaking-L do it in 6, let alone 12?!
Do yourself a favor and please stay away. You will thank me later for it.

Alot of people said the shiping isnt great the quailty isnt good the shiping is not the greatful but it was in less a month from the US to the middle east (israel) which is great for israel i dont know about rest of the world quailty isnt like high end clothes like tommy or armani but very good quailty the very good before you order check you size chart this is must cuz its a little smaller then nike size chat i really liked it (a little tip wait to 25% cuz it happed every week)

I ordered 2 different jerseys - got 2 of the same jersey. Wrote customer service and 3 weeks later no response. Wrote them 2 weeks ago - no response. Decided to keep both jerseys and ordered another on 2 weeks ago and received fake tracking info - and no jersey. Wrote them twice and no response. Zero customer service. This company takes your money and doesn't fulfill the order. Wish I could rate it zero stars.
UPDATE: While I still have never received any response from this company after numerous requests, I do have tracking information... finally. It seems that over a month after ordering one shirt, I will be receiving it. It's supposed to be leaving Chicago today so I'll get it some time this week. I thought that ordering it a month before the Super Bowl would have been plenty of tine. I suggest you provide at least 2 months to get a jersey from this company... if you dare order from them.
Update: Just got the jersey. It wasn't the one I ordered. I even left a remark on the website about getting the right jersey. I'd tell them about it, but it wouldn't do any good. IT's a ripoff site.

I placed an order on October 4 for a pair of socks and a tee shirt. The shirt was listed as "In Stock - this item will ship within 7 business days." This is a gift that I need to arrive by a certain date, so I contacted them via chat today because the order is still showing as "Processing" only to be told that the shirt would not ship (ship, not arrive, ship) until the 25th of October. The socks are allegedly on their way, but they have been in "Shipped" status for days with no way to get an update because the tracking number I was provided by NFL Shop.com results in a message saying "Status is unavailable at the moment." When I asked for the portion of the order that had not been shipped yet to be canceled and refunded, I was informed that they could not issue a refund, "the warehouse" would have to issue it and it would be 48-72 hours from when the warehouse gets the cancelation order, which apparently is not the same as 48-72 hours from me actually canceling the order. The whole experience has been terrible. I would never have placed an order if I didn't fall for their statement that the items were in stock and would be shipped in a timely manner. Don't make the same mistake I did; don't order from here if you actually want to receive your items.

I have read all the angry reviews AND I echo "Something needs to change"... 1) Items not shipped on time should be shipped free 'Express' 2) Dump current carriers that won't deliver on weekends 3) If package changes carrier in route (why?) then provide new tracking info, so when FedX takes the wkend off and dumps package at post office I am not being told "that isn't our tracking #, I can't help you" 4) If I email customer service, then respond 5) STOP the blame game! 6) I have seen more feedback on this site than on NFL Shop; merge NFL ShopJabber! 7) Where is my SB50 package that says it will be delivered today by COB? I'll start by saying my entire family are football fans, and we own plenty of gear, but this is the first time I tried purchasing online (usually we would get items through retail). It was a mistake to give this a try, they are not Amazon in ability or service.
The story starts with me seeing great deal on Black Friday for a nice bag and salute to service hat, which I decided would make good holiday gifts for my sister and father respectively. Unfortunately, they shipped the items to somewhere other than my house, as I have camera evidence to show no package arrived on the day it supposedly was delivered. After many calls to both the nfl shop and fedex, who both blame each other, I was finally told by an nfl shop representative that they would do their best to make it right. Unfortunately, due to the bag now being sold out, their best was to say sorry an issue a refund, that's it. One agent told me that they would assist in finding a replacement item seeing as these were holiday gifts, and would try to price match something comparable (which I found), but unfortunately the next agent would not honor that and simply said she can only replace the item with the exact item (which is now sold out). You cannot wrap refunds and put them under a Christmas tree, less agents forget. And then on top of that, the discount price from Black Friday has come and gone, so with the refund they do issue, I would now have to buy the item at full price. It's just sad business practice to be honest. When it's the holidays you should go above and beyond for your customers, because they will remember those salient moments, unfortunately all I got were 3 weeks of headaches, phone calls, and absolutely nothing in return. Will not be ordering again through this vendor, and will advise others to steer clear as well.

Phoned later & asked for manager, who came to the assistants phone. Would call me straight back from his own phone. No chance. Called again & asked for him (Andrew), gone to lunch.
Phoned next day, (day before game), hoodie at depot could not guarantee delivery that day, (5 days after order). Asked for refund. No. Asked for manager, told I would get call back monday. Continued to insist on manager & got one, (5th time of asking), got apology and immediate refund. No chance. 5 days later no money. Called again,, told I would get refund when courier had returned item. Asked for manager, told I would get immediate refund. Sent E mail complaint via their site. Now 4 days later no reply & guess what no money. But their site does insist that customer service is their 100% No. 1 priority. NO CHANCE. Bunch of thieving f**kwits
I placed an order for a Parsons jersey on Dec. 11,2022, as a Christmas gift for our adult son. We only buy one big gift for him as he is an adult and the cost of everything is so high. The website said that it would arrive by Christmas. I have been waiting for it to arrive. Yesterday, Dec. 21, I finally received an email from NFLShop.com stating my order had been processed and was shipped. It took them 10 days to process my online order for one item! I tried tracking it yesterday and it would not give me a date. Today, it now says it will arrive on Dec. 29. That's days after Christmas! I called customer service and the first woman I spoke with offered to return my $4 and change I paid for shipping. I told her that was unacceptable. She put me on hold to "see what she could do" and after sitting on hold for seven minutes, she hung up on me. I called back. The second woman said she could return my shipping and I told her that wasn't acceptable. She also put me on hold and then came back stating there was nothing they could do and that they could give me a coupon for 30% off on a future order. I won't order from them again so this was worthless to me. I asked them to overnight me a jersey and call back the one they sent by snail mail. She said they couldn't do that. This company is not worth its salt and failed to keep its word. If I had known that they wouldn't deliver by Christmas, I would have gone elsewhere. DO NOT waste your time ordering from this company. Save yourself time, money, and headache and shop elsewhere.

I ordered my boyfriend a jersey and a sweatshirt. I was a little worried after placing the order because of all the negative reviews, how much I spent, and the fact that I needed the items before a certain date. I placed an order on 10/23 and received it on the expected delivery date, 10/27. The order was packaged the day I placed the order and it shipped out the next day via FedEx; I was provided the tracking number. The hoodie did not fit so I will update my review if I have issues returning/exchanging it but I have had no issues thus far. Not sure what all the negative reviews are about... I'm guessing a decent amount are not for the official NFL site as there are many, many other sites named something similar selling both authentic and fake merchandise. I do realize experiences vary from customer to customer but I had a great experience ordering from NFLShop.com.
I also just placed an order for two more sweatshirts yesterday, 10/31, and received a tracking number for it this morning. I will update this review if something goes wrong with the original return or my new order.
Update 11/11:
I received the second order on time, on 11/3. I believe I dropped off the return on 11/2. They received the return on 11/9 and I received my refund the same day.
I am happy this is who I bought the sweatshirts and jersey from, I had a great experience. I am glad I didnt experience any of the negative things others described.

I have spoken to 2 people (one via chat and one over the telephone) about an order that came with 2 different sizes when I ordered the same size on both items (they were both for the same person). Both "customer service" representatives told me that NFLshop.com would ship the correct item; however, the replacement item shipped was a duplicate of the first incorrect item. I called NFLShop.com immediately to have them stop that shipment before it was picked up and save everyone time/money. The order was still shipped and this morning I received an email from NFLShop.com telling me that they could do nothing as the error(s) (both of them) were my fault. They said I will need to return both items (which I'll be debited shipping for) and re-purchase the item I originally purchased. There is no reason for this. This was an internal website error, followed by an employee error. Essentially, NFLShop.com makes their customers jump through hoops to rectify a situation that they created. I would have continued to purchase these items from NFLShop.com had this issue been a seamless transaction. Now, I will make my NFL purchases elsewhere. With the amount of money made, there is no reason that NFLShop.com could not have exchanged an items that I received in error. Only one NFLShop.com employee was friendly and seemed like he was actually trying to help me; however, ultimately they still put the responsibility on me to repurchase the item rather than exchanging an item that they shipped incorrectly. So, if you'd like to be charged twice as much for shipping (which also does not happen immediately) when the error is on the seller, by all means purchase through this terrible company.

I wouldn't recommend purchasing NFL gear through this website, as they do not accept responsibility when they make errors and they do not make clear their return/exchange policies until an issue like this one arises. I had purchased a jersey for my husband as a surprise for the Seahawks game on the 13th. I paid extra shipping to insure it was here on time. I received it on time just to find out it's the next size down. I contacted customer service and got ghosted during the first attempt. I waited until the next day and reached out again. The customer service lady was excellent and sent me a replacement Jersey right away and refunded the extra shipping and handling. I received the new Jersey yesterday and even though the packaging, label and white tag on the Jersey states 3xl, the actual Jersey was still a 2xl! How does a company mess up twice back to back. They should have been more assertive and took extra steps to make sure the second attempt was up to customers standards. I contacted customer service today and the best they could do for me was refund me, send me a return label and would be up to me to re start the ordering process. I am highly unsatisfied that after a couple weeks I've had to deal with this unnecessary headache and this back and fourth and come out empty handed. I am not pleased and I will not be ordering through your company again.
