I placed an order all at 1 time received 1 item.now the date to receive the rest have changed twice to span until the 14th.fanatics is 1 day promised. That day delivered.all the told me was.well once u receive it we will waive the fee to return it.duhhh who returns what they wait for.useless customer service which makes it a useless company...UPDATE...I don't know who did what but all items arrived today.no company is perfect but I COMMEND WHOEVER STEPPED IN.i don't trust computers but the customer service staff EARNED MY FUTURE BUISINESS.
I ordered Ravens jersey, the website stated it will ship out within 3 business days, still no jersey and the game is on the 21st. Customer service sucks no help they blame it on the warehouse and they tell you the same information from the tracking screen. I'm beyond pissed right now. I ordered an Odell Beckham Jr. Cleveland Browns Jersey two days after the trade.
I did not see an Authentic Jersey available online and just went ahead and ordered the $99.99 jersey, believing it to be the authentic jersey.
Turns out this is the replica jersey and the quality is so terrible it would have been more than embarrassing to wear it in public.
The jersey was not opened as I could see through the plastic how terrible the quality was, and I started the return process.
Nflshop.com is just about the only company I've dealt with that charges a fee to return an unopened item that is well within the return period.
I spoke with a customer service representative and they said they get complaints a lot but they must charge the fee, or you can mail the item back out of pocket.
To mail the item back without their pre-paid return label requires you to print their return label, and mail the item back by any means you choose.
Of course the fee through all shipping services is more than their $9.99 fee, so you are practically forced to use their shipping label and take a $9.99 loss due to their poor quality products being unwearable.
Then you of your supervisors by the of Mr Chris got involved then AWSOME! I sure hope he will be noticed. By your company feel free to contact me if you wish.
I have had the worst experience ever with NFLShop.com they are not a good company purchase anything from. I placed an order in early December and not only did I not receive the products before Christmas but I did not recieve the products at all. After an email with no response, I had to call several times in order for them to request a refund for items that I never recieved, which they said would take 7 to 10 business days YEAH RIGHT! It took them 3 weeks to refund my credit card and I still did not recieve the full refund from them. I called again today which makes now makes it 2 months later and they said they would have to make another request, because the original lady did not put the request in which is BULL. They are not apologetic and they do not have answers. DO NOT USE NFLSHOP.COM THEY DO NOT HAVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS. I have called more than several times.

Buyer beware! I can kick myself for not reading the reviews on this site before I ordered a Christmas gift. I received an email that said my jersey had shipped. Two days later I receive a "sorry, the item you ordered is out of stock due to it is popular by our customers. Please make a new choice then we will know how to do with your order". How to do with? Who are these people? In other emails the rep signs off by saying "Have a nice day. You are the best". These people are so unprofessional.

I placed an order in October, it contained 3 shirts. Each shirt was shipped separately a couple weeks apart. That is 2 of the shirts, the 3rd shirt never came, I gave it time I knew there was shipping issues going on and since I couldn't tell where my item was coming from I was patient. But I kept checking the status and it never changed. So I started checking in, November they can't tell me anything. Again I'm still checking online. I really want this shirt! And it was on sale! Call again still get nothing can't tell me anything check back, I guess I should mention I'm calling NFL shop, so here we are December and I still don't have a shirt but, also no one has contacted me to say we are refunding your money! So I look online again still status hasn't changed, waiting for pick up, it has a tracking number as it has the whole time but doesn't show where it is located. So I call again, this lady tells me basically they have no idea where it is! What isn't that what a tracking number is for?! She tells me she is canceling the order and refunding my money, doesn't give me any options or offer anything in place and now they are out of the shirt I wanted. Thanks for nothing, she wasn't rude but definitely not concerned with my issue or wanting to help correct it and have a happy customer in the end.

I ordered a gift for a friend's daughter who is a huge Pacheco fan. I ordered through NFL shop as their ETA for delivery was slated for delivery before the Super Bowl on Feb 6th. I reached out to customer service on Feb 8th as when I tracked it the order hadn't even been processed. I asked them to expedite the shipping and they said they would get back to me in 72 hours. It turns out they weren't going to be able to get it to me until Feb 15th. It's the 15th now and when I go back to track the jersey it still hasn't even been processed.
They overpromise and severely underdeliver and their customer service is composed of people who couldn't care less about their job or customers. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Do not purchase from them if you need the product soon. Their ETA's are way off and you could be waiting months to see your product.

This is by far THE WORSE place to order from... I ordered a Jersey on 12/15/14 payed the $9.99 extra for a 2-3 day shipping because i wanted to ensure i received it before Christmas. 5 days later still no email or anything so i contact the customer service chat on 12/20/14 and was told "Sorry for the inconvenience" that they would rush my order and overnight ship for free and credit me the 9.99. I then received an email saying my order was shipped that i could track my order, which i waited the 12 hours they said to wait before tracking and when i did it read LABEL CREATED my order was on that status for two whole days. I then contacted the Customer Service Chat one more time on 12/23/14 and was then told that i would receive my order on the 27th?! And that they would give me a $20 store credit for the inconvenience! Sure enough i told them i wouldn't be needing that store credit because i will NEVER order from them again. They don't even get one star from me, they force you to click at least one. I never have issues or concerns ordering online let alone from getting help from Customer Service. I will most definantly never order from them again, and i regret not reading the reviews before i spent my time and money on NFL Shop. People be wise and listen there are hundreds of unsatisfied customers just like me, and all because of the same issue!

Ordered an Eagles soft beanie hat on 22 January, they said it shipped on 27 Jan and as of the Super Bowl it had not arrived for the pre-game party. Today I get an e-mail saying it was shipped on the 29th, not what was originally said and that it would arrive today, one day after the Super Bowl. What a waste! I would advise anyone who even thinks about ordering something from this site to go elsewhere. When I called the women said it would be delivered express shipment on Saturday, the 3rd of February and that they did not expect the amount of orders they received. They need to get a clue this types of victories happen every year... Super Bowl is an annual event. I would really like my money back since it was a gift to my son for a Super Bowl party and it is not suppose to arrive until today (5 Feb - a day after the Super Bowl). No where on the site when I ordered this item did it say they were out of stock, but the day after they sent an e-mail saying it would be shipped before the 31st of January... which didn't help getting it to my son on time.

Same as the other hundreds of complaints. Ordered 2 items, one sent, one probably not but both charged to me. The one we never received was addressed to the town only - they left out the house number and street and then insisted it was delivered. The other was returned, tracked and signed for by them but NO refund issued because they say they cannot find the tracking. TOTAL SCAM. See the hundreds of complaints on ConsumerAffairs.com and here. Also the NFLShop.com Facebook page is buried in complaints daily. They just roll along denying responsibility and posting nonsense saying that they want to be helpful while all along ignoring their incompetence. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN & WILL CONTINUE TO TELL EVERYONE I CAN TO AVOID THEM.
2017 update: nothing has changed at nflshop.com, I groan at their ads while watching the games because they stalk honest people to rip-off. Avoid the nightmare that is bound to come with an online order and go to your local store - they will appreciate you!

They do not offer exchanges at all! The "credit" after money is deducted gets sent to the person who placed the order.
Bought mens pajamas and womans tshirt on Nov. 2nd. Received items and was extremely disappointed in the quality. The man in my life wanted to keep his jammies. Fine. Started return process for tshirt and sent item back. My account shows it's been received and that a refund would process as of Dec 10th. I gave them far longer than the 10 business days they said it would take to process and never got my refund or a store credit. They have zero customer service and the "live chat" is a virtual assistant that is useless. Finally filed a claim with my bank to get my refund. Almost 2 months now since I returned my item and they're disputing my bank claim. I have had to go through two bank calls and now FAXING in my very clear photo evidence of NFLshop confirming my item was returned and confirming my refund. I've included photos of their $50 tshirt that was flimsy see through fabric. Even with their "discount" it's overpriced. I've seen better quality from Walmart and Old Navy.
