I ordered Ravens jersey, the website stated it will ship out within 3 business days, still no jersey and the game is on the 21st. Customer service sucks no help they blame it on the warehouse and they tell you the same information from the tracking screen. I'm beyond pissed right now. I placed an order for Jerseys, a Men's Large and Women's Large. They arrived and were super tiny. It looked like the Women's jersey was a youth size. Figuring they ran small, I returned the jerseys for site credit to avoid a $9.99 return shipping fee. No problem since I was re-ordering. I re-ordered a Mens XL Jersey and because they did not have Women's XL, I ordered a Men's Large confirming on the website size chart that the measurements were the same for these 2 jerseys. My jersey's arrived and they had "loose fit" tags on them. They were HUGE. I contacted the company to request an exchange of these "loose fit" Jersey's for regular fit. I was advised I needed to return them, wait for my site credit again and re-order a 3rd time with no guarantee of what fit I would get. I specifically asked how do I know what fit is being sent if I re-order and there is not guarantee. I asked if they could credit my credit card when I returned the 2nd set of Jersey's so I could go ahead and place my 3rd order without having to wait the 10 days for the return to be processed. No luck. So, this company has my $200+ and I have Jersey's that don't fit. I am 3 weeks into this process and feel I am being held hostage. VERY FRUSTRATING.

for Jersey's, you don't know if you will get regular fit or loose fit so your Jersey may not fit. There is a site size chart but the Jersey's we received are not aligned.

So I ordered a t-shirt women's Championship Patriots t-shirt, and the automated line tells me that it is still processing although they already took the money $35 + out of my bank account. Tried calling to speak to a representative and was on hold forever, now i'm going to have to call my bank tomorrow and see if they can help me get my money back since I Ordered it on February 5 and their automated line is still telling me it is processing. Spoke to Amanda finally after waiting for 30 minute and they are saying its a special event item. So they are telling me that it won't leave there until February 17,2017, I want my money back and she is telling me that since it is processing I can't get my money back! I want my shirt and/or my money back. I placed an order within a couple hours received an Email my billing information had to be verified. I called to verify only to find out they were going to do my order and the shoes I originally ordered was no longer available and 2 of the shirts were going to have to be charged at higher price because that price was no longer available... yes within just a matter of a couple hours was a big price change and unfortunately the only card I have to make purchases with doesn't not except reloads even if they'd honored the price I was originally supposed to get them at... I Ordered from this site before NO PROMBLE order came quickly... I used the same card and information and now they had questions... I'm disabled and not only was I not able to get the shoes for my son I've waited on for a very long time to come available but the price Gouging is unbelievable... may I add my order was approved and went through when I placed it from the Start gave me Expected delivery date and conformation the order was processed... it got canceled after that
I ordered shirts for the super bowl on January 19th. When I received the email stating they would ship January 28th, I immediately called to cancel because I didn't think they would be here in time. The man on the phone guaranteed my shirts would be here by January 31st and they would be shipped express, so I didn't cancel... well they were not shipped express and they're scheduled to arrive Monday the 3rd, after the super bowl. They also decided to separate my order and ship one shirts a different day. When that happened I called again to cancel the item that had not been shipped and the lady on the phone told me I could not... even though it hadn't shipped. She was so rude and could care less about my concerns. Thanks to the "official" NFL shop, myself and my family will be the only ones without shirts at our super bowl party that we are hosting. And I can't even cancel. Buyer beware! There are plenty of other places to buy NFL gear and places that will let you cancel orders if needed. Attached is a photo showing my shirt that hasn't been shipped that they won't let me cancel. I'll be returning the other shirts once they arrive for my money back. I won't support a business that does this to people.

I ordered my Eric Berry jersey on September 3rd, 2017. That weekend, they were running a promo that stated if your jersey did not arrive by kickoff on Thursday, Sept. 7th, the jersey was free. Unfortunately, I didn't receive my jersey until the day after the game. When I called customer service the next day, I was told something along the lines of "the jersey arrived within the 3 day shipping time, but because of the labor day holiday it was held up, but the jersey arrived within the 3 day time frame."
To me, this is false advertising used just to get people ti buy jerseys, knowing they won't get them on time and still not give them their money back as promised. Here is the kicker... When I chatted a customer service rep online thru their website, I was told that I couldn't get credit because I had to claim it by Sept. 9th 11:59 PM, which i TRIED to do initially but was told I couldn't. Needless to say, this is why so many people order fake jerseys from China. I will not be ordering from NFL shop again.

So this is a NFL SHOP, WELL I ordered for the 1st time, and boy I was taking for a spin. I order a men Pittsburgh Tshirt and pants and a Men Pittsburgh personalized t shirt. I got a RED t shirt with RAYMOND on the back. I right away started a chat with Luis, that kept apologizing for the wrong order. I ask to speak to a manager and got another apology and assuring me that my order will get here by Thursday 12/23. I finally got fed up and ask for a full REFUND. OH BY THE TSHIRT I REC WAS AWFUL, NOT A GOOD MATIERAL NOR THE INPRINT ON THE BACK. NEVER AGAIN

Have you ever heard the expression the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing? Well that is how they handled my issue.
First to be fair, I did order a customize shirt on November 21st.- I misunderstood i assume- yes I know what happens when you assume- by ordering thru their drop down menu I was not customizing a shirt. Customizing to me meant have someone name on the shirt. Also in my defense to read their no return policy, I would have needed to scrod down to the 3rd to last item to see it.
The ordered originally show a 3 day shipping, Then I get an email telling me delivery it would be delay on 12/7. I then get an emailing blaming fed ex telling me it wont arrive to after Christmas. I chatted with customer service on 12/11, who basically said it was my fault for the delay since I choose free shipping, They agreed to canceled the order after I said I was going to call the credit card company and refuse payment. Today, I received an email telling me the order shipped on 12/12 will be delivered on! 2/17. I called customer service today, was told the person I chatted with on line did not have the authority to cancel an order, never explained why on 12/11 they did not know the item was scheduled for shipping the next day, did not know why I was not informed they the agreed to cancellation was not going to happen, refused to get a supervisor on the phone, had no way of reaching someone at the NFL shop to help resolve the problem.

We ordered products after the Super Bowl and chose next day delivery, which was by noon the following business day. There was no warning until the order was actually placed. Nothing could be sent next day so we paid $30 for nothing. Complained to the site and they said it basically just puts us ahead of the base shipping customers. We also orders a special signed mini helmet. The NFL put restrictions on the order so I couldn't sign into my fed ex account to choose a delivery time. After the 3rd attempt the package was returned back to fed ex. I wanted to have it transferred to the facility near me but they couldn't make a change, the NFL had to call to change it. I called NFL and they said they couldn't do anything because it was "smart post" and being delivered by the USPS, fed ex said thats not true and it was home delivery. I had to call NFL again and they put me on a 3 way call with fed ex so I could change the location. The rep I had for the NFL wasn't authorized to make the change (fed ex has a list of names of those who can) so after all of this I had to call fed ex back & cancel ththe shipment. Absolute nonsense & headaches!

Will never order from here again! Placed an order on Nov. 10th. Called back to check on the order as my account stated I was refunded the money a few days later. They said one of the three items I ordered was out of stock and they were going to refund that money but assured me the other two items would def. Be here no later than the 22nd as I explained it was for a bday present. They told me I could keep calling back and checking on status of shipping since all my account status said was refunded. Call back on the 21st the day before I was promised and was told the other two items are on back order and they have no idea why the three different times I called before the people promised me my items would be here when promised as their records clearly said they were on back order. "They probably just said that to get me off the phone" exact words from the last cs person I spoke to. I was livid, I could of ordered these items from somewhere else to have them on time for the bday present! I demanded all my money back on all items and cancelled my order completely. I again was "promised" I would be refunded my money back into my account within 2-10 business days! Here I sit on the phone for twenty minutes still waiting for a supervisor as now it has been the 12th business day and still nothing! I ended up ordering my items from footballfanatics.com and received them in less than a week! NFL.COM BLOWS! I wouldnt of even give it one star but it was the only way I could leave my comment on this site!

I'm not sure where to begin. My boyfriend was leaving to fly out for his very first Vikings game with his dad and brother so I ordered a jersey for him through NFL shop. Right after I placed the order I thought, "oops, xmas season, better call back & get expedited shipping right?" Wrong. The rep told me that either way I did it, the item would not ship out till the following Tuesday. Hmm. Then why do people pay anywhere from $12.95-24.95 for expedited shipping? So I crossed my fingers. The jersey showed up the following Friday (the day before his flight) STAINED. Three orange stains on the "brand new" white jersey. So I'm angry of course and called them. After a 30minute hold time the girl assures me that they will OVERNIGHT a new jersey and that they get there relatively early in the morning. Great! Ha! The next day I'm pacing the floors as he is leaving at 2 for his flight. One O'clock rolls around and I'm one the phone with a rep and she proceeds to tell me that they "Don't Do" overnight shipping and that she's not sure why I was told that because the soonest they could have it to me would be Monday. What?! So the rep lied to me?! I of course was furious and asked to be transferred to a Manager who's apology consisted of "waiving the shipping costs" of the items. And proceeded to basically turn it around on me saying that I called the day before so how did I expect an order to be shipped overnight... Well I expected it A) Because your rep told me so and B) because for a couple extra buck you CAN expedite an order (I have friends in this business)! So here it is Monday, is my order going to be here today (after the game is already over) NOPE! Looked at the tracking on it this morning and they just got it ready for shipping today, hasn't even left the building yet! Incredible.

I'm furious that I can't get an answer as to the status of my order and why it's taking so long to move from NEW status? I have called 4 times this is now my 5th and I have been on hold for an hour!
