I placed an order all at 1 time received 1 item.now the date to receive the rest have changed twice to span until the 14th.fanatics is 1 day promised. That day delivered.all the told me was.well once u receive it we will waive the fee to return it.duhhh who returns what they wait for.useless customer service which makes it a useless company...UPDATE...I don't know who did what but all items arrived today.no company is perfect but I COMMEND WHOEVER STEPPED IN.i don't trust computers but the customer service staff EARNED MY FUTURE BUISINESS.
I ordered Ravens jersey, the website stated it will ship out within 3 business days, still no jersey and the game is on the 21st. Customer service sucks no help they blame it on the warehouse and they tell you the same information from the tracking screen. I'm beyond pissed right now. If I could rate zero, I would. Placed an order, product in stock to ship within 3-7 days Received email with expected delivery. Following that order stayed in processing status for 10 days even though live on the web it said it was going to be delivered on time (birthday present). When i called they couldn't explain the issue, could not expedite, could not help. Offered me to cancel… but the whole point is I want my order processed and shipped. Evidently no one had authorization to expedite or even figure the problem out. Extremely disappointed with NFL shop.
I ordered a jersey for an upcoming eagles game. Shipping time said 3 to 7 business days. No big deal. I check today and it was arriving September 28th. Never would have ordered if it stated it would take 2 weeks to receive your order. Gave nfl a second chance after getting hit with a previous 9.99 return fee. Unacceptable
The website clearly states "Our Return Process is simple and hassle free. You can return your merchandise to our warehouse up to 90 days from your item's ship date", yet they refused to let me return an item after 40 days. An agent agreed to allow me to return for credit, then another agent refused. They are deceitful on their website and then back out of an agreement. I will avoid this company from now on

One Order FOUR charges on my credit card! Website also said spend $59 get free two day shipping. Charged me 4.99 and 7 day shipping. No customer service other than Chat that doesn't respond. All very shady. I used them in past no issues. Something has changed

7-10 days for shipping huh?! Been three weeks still have yet to receive my items. Need to get a hold of someone there to find out why your stuff isn't here? Good luck! Do yourself a favor and buy off Amazon or eBay. Better selection and individual sellers rely on good feedback from customers so they are more likely to get you your stuff in a timely manner. I ordered a Salute to Service hoodie on October 1st, anticipating that I would be able to show my team spirit and celebrate my own military service, as well as that of countless others, by Veterans Day. Wrong. I got an update saying it was delayed until a week after Veterans Day. Okay. These things happen. I checked the status again today, and now it's delayed until a week before Christmas. Will I get it before springtime when I won't need it? Who knows, because online agents are perpetually busy helping other customers and there is no phone number to talk to a real person. I get that these are difficult times for the supply chain, but if you can't deliver, don't offer me your product. I gave two stars, as previous orders have been pretty seamless. This is pretty disappointing, though.

I just purchased a new Packers sideline hat. I own no less than 15 New Era 39/30 hats. This one arrived and it fits over my ears and half way down them! WTF? No reviews on the NFL.CA page so buyer beware. Also note, none of the advertised free shipping or 20% off codes work. $65.00 Canadian for a hat that's garbage!
I ordered my husband a jersey on Nov 30. Payment came out successfully. Have yet to receive any sort of confirmation email that it has been sent out (this is supposed to be a Christmas present, mind you.) Customer service tells me that not only is my order number 'not consistent with their system' (which seems to be their standard line, reading their responses on here. Seems fishy they would send out a number & then claim it isn't how they do things.) Then I'm told that I need to wait a few more days to see if it processes. It's incredibly frustrating, and absurd, that an item ordered 2 weeks ago still hasn't been shipped, especially considering I paid $15 for shipping.

I purchased two LED light up scarves and one of them failed after the 60 days and now they won't do anything about it. The scarf has electronics inside so must be worth a 1 year warranty alone. The scarf is incomplete without the LEDs.
I don't want to return it, just have it replaced.
Filing a general consumer complaint, but not sure it will help me much, we shall see.

Ordered a $35 hat, didn't fit. Unless I want to get credit in a gift card that must be spent at NFL Shop, they charge a $9.99 return fee. I'm pretty good about reading terms and conditions but did not see this before ordering.

I have never had such a horrible experience ordering online! Keep your money and go somewhere else! I paid for faster shipping, didn't happen. They cancelled half of my order. 6 days after I was suppose to be receiving it. Still haven't seen my order!
I recieved a Nike t shirt (first mistake) from this online merchant. Nike Essential Legend Performance T-Shirt along with other shirts of the same size. All fit well except this one, too tight. Would have been ok but the rubber iron on logo was put too high on chest near the crew neck collar. The tight fit causes perspiration and discomfort. It also looks pretty goofy and knock off like. In order to return this $40 dollar product there is a 25% return free or $9.99. Crap product crap return policy. Their site doesn't even have a way to rate the product or appeal the additional charge.

Our son purchased a hoodie in October for his dad's Christmas present. He ordered XL since that's what my husband wears. Christmas day he opened his present, tried it on and it's too small. Can't zip. We tried repeatedly to return the item since everywhere says 90 day return. Finally found where it states Manufacture Direct items only have 30 days. Would be nice to know [1] if sizes are true or run smaller / larger than normal and [2] it stated on the item it only qualified for 30 not 90 day return instead of discovering that later when trying to do a return. So no they won't let us return it and don't offer exchanges. They should stick to only selling items they have control over and can be returned within their 90 day policy.

I ordered a jersey on 12/8/15 and was told today the item will be picked up 12/16/15 by Fed Ex Smart Post. Since it will then go through the USPS it most likely will not be delivered by Christmas. Good luck trying to get NFL shop customer service. I have been on hold with live Chat for over 15 minutes. I do not recommend this company. Don't waste your time or money. Not worth the aggravation.

You guys purposely ship the lowest possible way and your packages then get lost. I am shocked the nfl or anyone would do business with such a terrible company. I've called 5 times today no one helped or care to help. They lost $350 worth of stuff and just basically told us we're out of luck AND now it's all out of stock! I would rather sow a jersey by hang then order anything from this pathetic company. Do better.

I'm still waiting on an order from January which they decided to randomly cancel... only offered me $10 off my over $300 order... Really? Purchased jersey and needed it right away so had it priority shipped. They don't tell you that it takes them 2 days to process your order. It's websites like this that make Amazon so successful.

Long story short, paid extra for 2 business day shipping and took 7 business days. Paid $100 for a Malcolm Butler jersey that is not acceptable quality. Not even stitched on. It was IRONED! For "NFL" shop you figured you'd get what the players are wearing. And still no email back from customer service about a refund on shipping. I'll take the jersey and the loss. Doesn't seem worth the headache after reading most of these other reviews. Will not be buying from here again.

They have all the correct words and plaster photos all over the web site which makes them look professional. They are not! Please read reviews before you waste your time and money. I ordered two tees the day after the play off games. I paid for quick shipping. I called daily to follow up. My shirt arrived the day AFTER SUPER BOWL 50. And now they want $5.50 to take it back! Shirt was promised to ship on 2/2 and shipped on 2/6. I am hoping that people read this and stop before they enter the web site. Unfortunately the page itself shows a high rating. Not sure where this comes from? Must be the retailer themselves or they have paid for it.

Do NOT shop here. Absolute worst experience ever. I placed an order on November 20. The other shipped the 23. Finally today I get an answer that the package is assumed lost. And sorry, all my items are out of stock. I understand things happen beyond our control, but this was a large order that was for Christmas. Very poor customer service throughout this process! Now my boys will be left with very little on Christmas. Was told sorry we cant do anything.
I have to say. The NFLshop.com is one of the worst on line companies I have ever deal with. I ordered a personalized jersey for my daughter for Christmas. Quite expensive! I understood there were no returns allowed, so I followed the provided sizing chart carefully and as suggested ordered one size larger. When We receive it, it looked more like a childs medium than a women's medium. She could not even get the shirt on, and she always wears a women's small or extra small? I sent them an email. Their response. No returns. Here's a $30 credit? On a $140 shirt... WOW... Do yourself a favor and purchase your goods elsewhere!

I ordered a jersey for Father's Day. When I received it folded up inside a BAG, the numbers were all creased up and there was glue residue all over the number on the back. Unacceptable on an almost $200 Jersey. So customer service sent out another. They chose to use Lasership to ship the product. On the day for delivery, the driver whom NEVER showed up, marks it as attempted to deliver. After reading reviews, I will probably never receive my package. I am utterly disgusted with the customer service of your company. Never again will I order from you. And I will spread the word to anyone that will listen. Might I add there is no way to contact a human being at Lasership to get any type of help. Horrible experience overall, completely dissatisfied.
