I placed an order all at 1 time received 1 item.now the date to receive the rest have changed twice to span until the 14th.fanatics is 1 day promised. That day delivered.all the told me was.well once u receive it we will waive the fee to return it.duhhh who returns what they wait for.useless customer service which makes it a useless company...UPDATE...I don't know who did what but all items arrived today.no company is perfect but I COMMEND WHOEVER STEPPED IN.i don't trust computers but the customer service staff EARNED MY FUTURE BUISINESS.

I ordered Ravens jersey, the website stated it will ship out within 3 business days, still no jersey and the game is on the 21st. Customer service sucks no help they blame it on the warehouse and they tell you the same information from the tracking screen. I'm beyond pissed right now. Paid 23.99+tax for a hat that was too big so returned it after reading "free returns" on the website. A couple days later I was refunded only 15.50 and was told that even though shipping is free on returns they charge 9.99 for a "return label". They must think their customers are pretty stupid advertising free returns and then deducting 10 bucks behind their backs. Needless to say I was refunded only about 60% of the purchase price and will be buying my NFL merchandise elsewhere in the future!

We do charge a return fee of $9.99 if you want to use our pre-paid return label but you are not required to use our label and can return items on your own. As a courtesy, this time only, we have issued a refund for the return fees deducted from your refund when you used out pre-paid return label to return your item. 508 1 star reviews pretty much says it all. What comes around goes around I hope. Can't believe that the NFL actually endorses this site... oh wait, now that I think about that I guess I'm not surprised. Add your name and email to this post, I'm certain there is an attorney out there waiting for an opportunity to put together a class-action suit.

I should have read the reviews before ordering from this website. They are very deceiving with their shipping times. They indicate it's 3-7 business days and then after you have paid for your order they give you a completely different deliver date. Now I'm getting my order after Christmas. I chatted with the live chat and mid conversation they left and I was unable to write any further messages. Horrible customer service!

Bought an AFC championship shirt. Paper thin material and way too big. Return order item using the web page, was surprised to see that there was a $9.99 fee for me to use the return label it generated. Pretty sure I could have mailed it back for substantially less.

I should have read this site before placing an order with the company out of Shanghai. Placed my order, money was transferred but no confirmation e-mail and no responses to multiple e-mails regarding this order. Do yourself a favor and avoid this website like the plague!
This is straight from their website--what a joke!
11. Why do you charge my card more than your product price?
We only receive the product price. The extra money may be charged by the blank as the blank fee. Hope you can understand.

It been over 2 weeks and I'm still waiting on my refund. Firstly they don't pay for shipping when I purchased the item, secondly, they don't so prepaid shipping for international customer. I paid a little extra and registered my shipment for returned. Received an email from Canada post over a week ago that the warehouse has received my package. Yet, still no update, no confirmation for a refund. I was really wanting to replace the jersey I purchased for another size, but now I think I will just purchase elsewhere. Consumers beware! There's are many other places that will pay for shipping and returns are hassle free! I am an un satisfied customer and will never shop on this website again. The wait time for a refund is absolutely ridiculous!

Tip for consumers:
SCAM! One rep tells me the refund has been process while the other said it hasn't! They blatantly lie online just to show other readers this issue has been rectified when it clearly has NOT been fixed.

I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK!

I ordered the Kansas City Chiefs Pat Mahomes Superbowl jersey the day they won this year. I received it just last week. I tried to return it due to the cheap quality and was told it's unreasonable. Website says return within 90 days of receiving merchandise. Not so. Don't waste your money. It's compatible to a cheap made in China junky knock off. Superbowl "patch" is a piece of plastic sewn.

Tip for consumers:
I haven't had any issue with other orders in the past. Just this one, but this one will keep me from ever ordering again.

Products used:
I ordered the Superbowl cap(is nice) and the Superbowl Mahomes jersey. The Jersey is junk and am not allowed to return even though it took 4 months to get it(last week).

For people considering making a purchase from this website I would recommend going with a different website. They have poor quality product for high prices. They will fall apart around the 30 day mark which is when their return policy ends and they won't have any interest in helping their customers out.

Customer service is non-existent at NFLshop.com.
Most of the employees have less than a high school education.
"Customer Service" function is to get rid of any customers who complain or try to return merchandise.

I ordered with enough time to receive before Christmas (12/23 promise date)
Order "shipped" on 12/19... tracking has not updated since the label was created. Called, stated I only ordered because I was promised to arrive before Christmas. Was told they have to wait 3 business days to do anything. Site still claims you have 8 hours to order for Christmas shipment... BS! I will not be getting my order what a joke! The manager did nothing for me at all. Neither person I spoke to sounded as if they had any compassion for what I was going through.

Ordered a jersey for my son and it was huge -- simply wanted to exchange for another size, but not an option so returned it for credit. You have to wait like 10 days to get the gift card credit which means we wouldn't be able to reorder in time for the holidays. Their customer care is super outdated. As much as I try to shop at sites other than Amazon, hard to compete with their stellar customer service. This process with NFLShop.com was super annoying and now I'm going to be stuck with a gift card AFTER the holidays.

Ordered a jersey for my son for Christmas on 12-10-19 never got to my house then the tracking says that usps took over shipping. It's 12-30 today and nothing yet, ruined christmas for my son. Tried calling... 45 min hold nobody answers. I will never order anything from this place. To make matters worse, it was never a deal the jersey is actually cheaper a our sporting good store here.

I placed an order from nflshop.ca about a month ago, the items still haven't shipped. I cannot get a hold of customer service through their chat. It constantly says the "fan advocates are busy assisting other fans" I received an email saying I could cancel my order, but when I look up how to cancel you need to talk to an assistant which seems impossible. I don't want to cancel, I just want to know why my items are taking so long. By the time I receive them NFL season will be over.

Placed 6 orders for corporate Christmas gifts. They don't offer any gift option (to send a gift note) & 4 of my 6 orders were cancelled at various times after placing the orders. Their support line is fairly responsive but their advice to the items cancelled were "we don't know why they were cancelled. Just reorder". So I did. & they were cancelled again. No explanation. Don't waste your time.

Do not buy from this company. I bought a Saint's blanket for $45. The first time we washed it (in a big laundromat washer to be safe), it totally unraveled and split at the seam. I was told refunds and returns were not allowed. Really strange ethics.

I bought a Darius Leonard Colts Jersey the other day and upon receiving noticed the jersey was extremely big. I Decided to start the return process and was disgusted when I saw the results something I had paid $77.59 for I was being offered $60.00. First they charge you $9.99 to ship it back which is $4 more then what it cost to get ship. But thats not what makes me mad, what happened to my other $7.59? I guess they think that can be pocketed? Nope I'll be sending back, they can have there $9.99 but I will be getting my $67.59 otherwise its just getting disputed. AVOID them at all costs.

I ordered an Antonio Brown jersey for my bf on 12/1/16. Today is 12/9/16 and my package is still considered processing! This is ridiculous, each time that I call customer service they give me the run around basically telling me to keep waiting on something that should've been here. I promise that I will never order from nflshop.com again. I will advise others not to shop there as well.

Your money will be taken. You will not receive the product and if you will it will not be in a timely fashion. No phone line can reach these horrible business people. And the online agents have 0 to limited capability nor the mental capacity to perform their jobs. Either your refund or your product will be help ransomed... as per my picture. F nfl shop for their sub par crappy business model and low hanging fruit expectations

Was called ma'am in chat, explained this to numerous reps without one apology. Immediately after I was referred to call the Customer Service line to change my order to find out 45 minutes later that was not possible until the next day (was on hold for over half that time to find this out). To even responding back if I could get in touch with management then immediately getting a "refer me" response neglecting to read what I had requested. Overall this has been a horrid experience, and almost feels there are smoke and mirrors when purchasing a product from NFL.com to find out later it's coming from someone else (which is why the chat or customer service line could not cancel the order). I will be sharing this experience online with others, as well as tagging the NFL as I doubt they would deem this acceptable customer service.

Ordered shorts, winter has come here already but wont be seeing em for the next summer it seems. 3+ months and 5 mails later I get answer that they have refunded the product. They say 3 buss day to ship, I ordered on a Monday didn't print a shipping label until late Friday and then didn't receive a tracking update until Tuesday 8 days after it finally started moving. Never again!

I have ordered this shirt twice!
The first time paid 18.95 for 2-3 day shipping, after 3 days called them and they said they would credit me.
They didn't show any movement on the shipment….Did not get in time for event…… Decided to order it again and this time paid for expedited shipping to think this would be shipping priority.
Still don't see any movement on shipment the last 3 days so I will need to call them Monday and they will probably give me credit and I still won't have the shirt.
I really don't know hat is wrong with this company but maybe they should go out of business since they are not really a good reputable company.
I am only saying this due to the other reviews also……….

Ordered a soccer jersey and returned it for exchange for different size.Returned the item.Filled out the exchange form with tracking info,etc as requested.USPS tracking has the item available for pick over 3 weeks now.No one has answers the phone nor response to messages left. Very frustrating

Ordered a shirt weeks prior to superbowl,
Its now been 4 weeks since, still no arrival and expected delivery date was 18 days ago.
Tried to make a complaint, got a bot answering online who just keeps stating, expected 18 days ago,
Other option is send a letter, or call them...
On hold for 2 hrs (on international call costs) no answer, dont really give you any option.

Placed an order from Australia which said it had been shipped on 1-15-2018, said it would take 4-10 days with international expedited shipping, still has not arrived and when I go to put the tracking number into landmark global it says 'Could not find shipment with package reference...' but it was working the day it shipped. Not happy with super bowl only 6 days away.
