I ordered Ravens jersey, the website stated it will ship out within 3 business days, still no jersey and the game is on the 21st. Customer service sucks no help they blame it on the warehouse and they tell you the same information from the tracking screen. I'm beyond pissed right now. I checked 3-7 business days thinking that my package would be shipped by this week. I found out that it technically won't be coming for another two weeks? Based on the reviews sounds like I won't be getting my package until next month. I wish I could cancel my order but my nfl account says there are no orders? What a scam... stick with amazon.
Terrible shipping information when order was placed, was lead to believe it would be received by Xmas, it is not and now shows delivery on 12/28/15. The order was placed on 12/15 but didn't ship until 12/22, I'm now wondering if it will even be the correct item... very disappointing. On top of this, the site displays the FedEx logo, but doesn't appear to use them as my item was shipped by a different company...
The company did respond to my issues, I appreciate that but would strongly suggest anyone considering this site to read all the fine print...

I ordered a hoodie from US store to Hungary. The delivery time was quite accurate, but unfortunately, the quality of the sweatshirt was not up to expectations; it felt more like a disappointment for the price of around 60 euros.
I had my AZ Cards hat stolen from my front porch. The shipper's claims process was not helpful, and was definitely a long shot. Even though the hat is now sold out, they were able to give me a full refund. Bummed about the out of stock, but Finely was super helpful through one of their social media platforms.

Ordered jersey for super bowl. Item suppose to ship three to four business days. Well I tracked my order to find out I would receive on 02/05. I was told that nothing could be done and no refund. I ordered my Husband from Pro shop the same day and his customize jerseys arrived yesterday. Do not order from NFLShop!
If I could give 0 stars I would... I ordered a jersey for my husband's birthday and it was the wrong size and was definitely not authentic as advertised! They do not offer refunds, for well any reason. I will take accountability I should have done my research! Do not buy fromm this "company"

Delivery time takes too long (more than a month and still waiting), there is no easy way to contact them (live chat doesn't work, contact phone on the website doesn't work and I had to come here to finally find an email to contact them). A month later after I placed an order, I'm pretty sure they just messed up the delivery address.

My advice is avoid NFL shop. No one has a handle on anything and you continue to get passed on. Ordered something at the beginning of November, it has been a month and not even an update. Joined the chat 3 times and no resolution or information. Very disappointed

I ordered 2 items from this site on 11/25 hoping to leave myself plenty of time to wrap everything and have it under the tree by Christmas. One of the items arrived but the other one's shipping date has been pushed from 12/05 to 12/16 and is expected to arrive on 12/27. I'm extremely disappointed that it is going to take over a month to receive my item and I'm now scrambling to get the address changed as I'll be out of town when it arrives. To add insult to injury as of 12/08 the website is advertising on banners that TODAY is the last day to order an receive by Christmas. What a joke. Only saving grace was the customer service rep I chatted with who opened a ticket to MAYBE get the address changed on the order so that my friend can get their gift late.

Make sure you order your items well in advance of when you want/need them. If you need them within a certain timeframe apparently you need to order more than a month ahead of time to even have a chance at getting it on or before your event.

Not sure if I'm spelling her name properly, but Champagne was awesome. In four attempts to address the same issue, she not only swiftly resolved my issue, but she did it with patience (unlike anyone during my previous calls), and great professionalism. She actually appeared to care about fixing my issue, and that's priceless. Because of her, I'd gladly purchase again from the site.
I placed an order for long sleeved t-shirt at 2:10 pm today and then realized that I had ordered the wrong thing. I called to cancel the order at 5:45 pm the same day, knowing that it was no where near ready to ship. When I spoke to the customer service desk I was told that their "buyers remorse" policy only allowed me 30 mins to cancel the order. No where was that disclosed prior to placing the order I might add. This is such a crock! I've never experienced this level of rigidity and inflexibility with any other online store and I will never shop here again! Buyer beware!
I ordered a jersey it arrived damaged (numbers scratched and dented) so I contact support they agree to replace it. I send it back get my replacement and it is more damaged than the first one. This is ridiculous! Now they wont send another replacement some cs reps say it can only be reshipped twice (it's only reshipped once) other tells me they have to check it in the warehouse and that's why it cant be replaced. Now they tell me to send it back again for refund only then reorder it, but cant tell me when the damage will be taken care of so I could end up going through this all over again. This has been a terrible shopping experience and I am very disappointed. Customers should be given what they ordered, not have to pay for the company's mistakes. I've provided pictures of both jerseys I received.
My problem has been resolved I guess. I was told i'll be given a 15% refund and just kept the damaged jersey. I think the refund was lower because I bought on sale already.

Depending on how they fold the item during packaging may have a crease through the numbers. Because all of their products may have the exact same crease through it, it would've not resolved the issue if all of the items were folded in the exact same manner. I ordered a package on black Friday and ever since have been getting the run around about why my package is Now being sent back to sender. I receive ups. & fed ex every day and now no one knows exactly where my package is, and or why it was sent back. Then when they finally do receive my Mother and Fathers gifts. I ordered a jersey for my sons birthday on 8/24 with an ETA shipment date of 9/24. Ok, I get it. Jerseys are in high demand. Then came 9/24, no jersey, no shipment, no communication. Then it was pushed out to 10/3 in which I patiently waited, waited, waited. NOTHING! Still says 10/3. No update again, no communication and charged me month plus ago. Season is already 1/4 the way through.
I reached out to customer service and they had no clue, just told me the date which was generically listed, no help.
My son has been looking forward to this jersey for so long. I promised him the one date, then the next and now I have no words. I reached out again today to customer service, NO ANSWER.

One of the worst on line experiences I have ever had. Been dealing with getting wrong order for over a month. The do not credit shipping on return items even if they sent the wrong size. This is a horrible company with terrible customer service!

First time ordering here. Ordered a customized NHL jersey. Expected to get a stitched jersey instead I get a cheap replica I don't even think they customized it. Store near me had stitched jerseys for 149.99 I paid the same for a cheaper replica. Contacted them to accept my return but didn't help. This is the first time I used nflshop.com. The reason I did overnight, is I wanted it the next day. Not 10 days later! But just called them to get reimbursed for that charge. I then say why do you even have that option. I asked about the free shipping on orders over $29. They said they would not honor that, and I would be receiving the same things the same time as overnight charges. 2 weeks later. Can't believe this company is affiliated with NFL!

Many items are ship direct. I had a $280 item that was shipped separately as part of a larger order. It was Christmas and I forgot about it. When I remembered and called (on hold for 55 minutes - chat would not work all day). They agreed it had been sent to the wrong address (on the other side of the country). Every other item on the same order was sent to the correct address. They apologized and refunded the money. While I received a shipping confirmation email on other items, I didn't for this portion. Had I not remembered on my own and called, I'd have donated $280. Now, I have to watch for the actual refund.

Doesn't matter what you are purchasing, their sizing charts are incorrect 3 different caps, and 2 jerseys?!? Charge restocking fees for their mistakes. Lastly, I felt that I was bait and switched when the counter on their site told me if I made my purchase in the next 4 minutes it would be 2-day shipping, 6 days later, I was told it was business days and offered a discount on my next order. Stay away.
