I ordered Ravens jersey, the website stated it will ship out within 3 business days, still no jersey and the game is on the 21st. Customer service sucks no help they blame it on the warehouse and they tell you the same information from the tracking screen. I'm beyond pissed right now. My father and I tried 3 cards each and about 10mins after we order it gives us a generic cancellation message. No other site has given me this error. Not sure what they are trying to validate. Happens when I use paypal too which they shouldn't have to validate a damn thing since Paypal already did it.
Now this is really one of the ONLY places you should be shopping for Officially Licensed NFL Merchandise. I'm sure that once in a great while there might be a "deal" somewhere out there, but for me it has never been worth the risk to save a few miserable dollars.
This site is the NFL's Official site. It has all the jerseys, caps and other apparel and accessories that I like to buy. For myself and for gifts. You can even buy a Gift Card to the site if you don't know exactly what your gift recipient would like. I have had great success shopping their outlet area and closeouts too!
Excellent customer service, prompt shipping with tracking, I recommend them for all things NFL.

We are Seattle Seahawks fans and ordered over $200 worth of shirts and hats immediately after the Conference Championship Game. It has been 10 days, and we have received 4 hats! None of the 7 shirts have arrived. One item (scheduled to ship in 2-4 days) has yet to be shipped. We called and the rep. Said, "I am so sorry, your order got bumped... yada, yada, yada". I could have purchased all of the items at the local Sports Authority the day after the game! They have terrible customer service. Do not get involved with this online merchant. It has been a lesson in frustration!
I will never again order anything from this place. On the site it said free shipping with orders over $30, well that's a big lie! And these folks seriously need to check the sizes! XL is really a XS! I tried contacting customer service and explain the shipping fee issue and it made no sense what they said! Lesson learned. Do not buy from these jokesters!
Was my first time and was really impressed had the pleasure of speaking with NFL customer service in FL. With both Alexis and her Supervisor Robin. They explain everything to me. Went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I will ordering more Patriot gear in the future.:-)

Item was supposed to be here 12/23 or it was free. Item never arrived and FedEx says it will be here the 12/27. So I was told when I made purchase it will be a full refund if not here by Christmas but now NFLShop says no only up to $65 is refunded. Horrible service and waited over 30 min on phone 2 separate times because first guy didn't wanna give me my refund then started telling me all the orders they got in the entire year like I'm supposed to feel bad for them they can't keep up with orders.

I wished I'd looked into all of this prior to purchasing a Conference shirt. I doubt I'll see it before the Super Bowl, altho the rep said it would ship before Friday (it is Wednesday). When I asked her for a tracking number she was all 'oh it's still processing so I don't have that information'.
If it's still being processed, how am I going to get it in 2 days?

I had ordered some apparel for my son for the football season, not only did it take them over two weeks to actually ship my package but it took over a month for it to actually arrive in my mailbox. When I called customer service they were no help in regards to their slow service and was not willing to work with me as the customer. Not only that. Ordered kids larges for Christmas and they were huge. Had my wife try the items on and they fit her (She wears a womens medium). Asked if I could exchange and they said I could return and reorder. The problem is that everything is now full price. Told customer service rep they had quite the scam going and she hung up on me. I will not be reordering and will return the whole order to these scammers. Also was promised a certain delivery date and as the date approached the date of delivery kept changing. It was delivered in time for Christmas, but over a week from promised date.

This shop had shipped my order internationally without tracking. Though it's said about tracking option on their site, but while making an order it was impossible to know that it will be sent without tracking.
Knowing how slow the post service works in my country, I just waited for my parcel.
Now, after chatting with their assistant, I am absolutely disappointed, because they can't make a request to find the parcel. And they can't resend these items, and they even can't return money! They can nothing after 90 days, and I asked for help few days later :( And it was said that I should find this information somewhere at their site.
Now I received no help and lost my money. There were lots of apologies instead - nice :(

I placed my first 3 orders last week. The first 2 arrived within 2 days and were perfect! I was so happy! Then the second order arrived two days later (in 2 pieces as expected). The "customized" sweater I ordered (Tom Brady #12, selected from a drop down menu on the site) was a large and was the exact same Brand as the previous order. There is NO WAY this sweater was a large. I couldn't get it on! I checked the label and 1 large was made in China (fit) and the other large was made in Mexico (doesn't fit). I called the customer service number (Florida) and spoke to A. J. and explained my situation. She said there are normally no returns on "customized items", but due to the circumstance and it was a manufacturer directly shipped item, it could be done and I would receive my shipping label to return within 3 days. She was very helpful. Instead, this morning I received an email stating that if I tried to return this product, no refund would be given and it would be donated to charity! I don't even want a refund, I want a bigger size! This was close to a $100 sweater with tax and shipping. Review would definitely be upgraded pending this issue. Please help!
Ordered a Travis Kelce Super Bowl Jersey at the beginning of February. Received it yesterday finally and the logo on the right sleeve was melted together, red ink/dye stains on the back and the collar in the back was burned almost flat. Logos, lettering and numbers are what you would expect from a mall T-shirt store back in the 80's. Over 100 dollars for a jersey that isn't anywhere close to the quality of even a high schooler l team jersey.

I ordered a Jacksonville Jaguars tee shirt for my son on December 15th, money was taken from my account the same day. No confirmation email was received as the web site indicated it would be. As of today, I have received nothing, nor even responses to emails I have sent them. My login tells me they are processing my order, but nothing.
Please don't make the same mistake I did. Will be contacting Trading Standards to ask them to look into this company, to see if I can get my money back.

I order a bears hat that came in with the logo sideways. My sweater has a bears logo that is wash out almost like if someone burn it with a iron. After trying to reach out I see that there is a return fee. Anyways stay away from this place and I sure will too bad that I was taken for $100 dollars. If you want to buy real gear just pay the full price instore I notice that Macys now sells NFL gear. I'm sure one day someone will have enough money to take this website/company down.

I ordered 3 items on Jan 23,1 was to ship in 2-3 days and the other 2 by 2/1 as they were preorder. 1 shipped and one is no where to be found, neither will be here before the Superbowl and customer service was quick to point out the shipping was my fault due too choosing the free shipping offered and it was stated several times in the order. This company is an embarrassment to all retail and will never use or refer them again.

I ordered my desired merchandise. Moments later I was sent an email stating that the merchandise would be delivered after the Super Bowl game. Denote the shipping date on photo. I phoned as well as emailed to stop shipment of the requested merchandise. I contacted my bank to reverse the charges for the transaction. My bank reversed the charges.
After the Super Bowl game I received some merchandise, " that was not remotely like my requested merchandise. I then contacted nflshop.com, I instructed to print a return label, then take merchandise to Fedex or they will recharge my card.

I ordered a SuperBowl jersey with 2 day shipping. The NFL site says it will ship no later than Feb 11. However it does not say that it will not ship sooner assuming that I paid for express shipping. Two days later it hasn't even shipped. The customer service rep I asked about it basically treated me like i wasn't smart enough to read and clearly was just reading off a book and was beyond useless. It is now 2 days to the Superbowl and I just ordered a Jersey that will be here tomorrow. There are so many other companies that are willing to fulfill their orders in a timely manner don't even waste your time with these pricks.

My order was placed on 12/01/2015 for two jerseys. After two weeks with no update or jerseys I decided it was time to email. After maybe a week with no response I emailed again, finally getting one tracking number which stated it was delivered. Yay! Went to mailbox, my package was there. Opened it, only ONE jersey. So I decided to email the same lady who emailed me in the first place on 12/20 and still have not received an email back. Where is my second jersey? Tried to purchase a hoodie advertising free next shipping and nflsave25 20%. When you purchase online it automatically charges 15 dollars for shipping. They double charged me and I'm told too late to cancel. I get 10 refund for the supposed free shipping which is no longer next day but standard. Buyer beware!

I ordered 2 Dallas Cowboy shirts for my grandsons to wear on game days. I went to track the order and they shipped it to an old address of mine, and it is NOT where I requested the order to ship to. In fact, the default shipping address on my account is my current address in Texas. They shipped it to arkansas to an old address where there's no mailbox, no home. Just 3 empty acres. I first spoke with someone via chat but they were no help, so I called. I was informed when the company receives my pkg back, I will receive a refund. If they don't receive the pkg back, I guess I've just lost $45. They refunded $4.99 for the shipping which will take 2-7 business days to receive back. Like $4.99 is really going to make a huge difference in my account! Lol I wish I would've read the reviews before purchasing from this company. It would've saved me $ and stress too!
