I placed an order all at 1 time received 1 item.now the date to receive the rest have changed twice to span until the 14th.fanatics is 1 day promised. That day delivered.all the told me was.well once u receive it we will waive the fee to return it.duhhh who returns what they wait for.useless customer service which makes it a useless company...UPDATE...I don't know who did what but all items arrived today.no company is perfect but I COMMEND WHOEVER STEPPED IN.i don't trust computers but the customer service staff EARNED MY FUTURE BUISINESS.
I ordered Ravens jersey, the website stated it will ship out within 3 business days, still no jersey and the game is on the 21st. Customer service sucks no help they blame it on the warehouse and they tell you the same information from the tracking screen. I'm beyond pissed right now. This company has the worst customer service in the world. I ordered a LA Chargers alternative Justin Herbert Jersey in July. I received the jersey just fine, but when I opened it, it wasn't even the jersey I ordered. Since then I have sent numerous emails to their customer service department (trying both by live chat and to to their support email - no response from either, not one). Does anyone actually work at this company, or do they only respond to messages that they want to? I was told I could get a full refund and that a prepaid label would be sent to me so I can send it back for the full amount. I want a return label sent to me immediately. I really hope that some actually sees this and can help me out. This experience has already been horrible, don't make it any worse!

Honesty I'd give zero stars after hours of hearing "thats not our policy" the NFL really needs to pull contract... nothing resolved, only vowed to take my business else where after five days of my shipment in limbo I called the shipper, who where helpful to a understandable point, suggesting I have the nlfshop put a tracer on my packages, received repeatedly "thats not our policy" you have to wait seven to ten days then we consider it lost... buyer learn from my mistakes buy elsewhere
I ordered a jersey on Dec 5, my payment posted on Dec 7, this was supposed to be a Christmas gift but I never received my order.
I have sent 3 emails to the address that was given to me and I have not heard anything. I am beginning to think this website is bogus and they are in the business of just taking peoples money.

Logged into their web site. Found a hoodie for my wife, said it was instock and that shipping was two day on all orders over $50.00. Ordered the hoodie, and three days later it still has not even left their facility. Now my birthday gift to my wife will not be here by game day. Hopefully they win so she can wear it for the SuperBowl.
Don't shop here if you need something by a dead line.

Horrible experience. Hope you get the right item the first time because their customer service staff is the worst I've ever dealt with, they do nothing to try and help you. I ordered a customized shirt and it was shipped in the wrong size. They told me they would expitite my order 4 days ago. The order still has not even been processed. It will not come in time for the party.
My first 45 minutes waiting I had a representative who claimed she couldn't hear me but every time I finished talking she started to talk. How did she know I stopped talking if she couldn't hear me then phone miraculously cut off. Anyway I called back and was helped by a very courteous and attentive rep. He apologized for my other experience and assisted me with my problem. He solved my problem so well. I brought another item while I had him on the phone. All representatives should take a page from his book.

I ordered a jersey from the NFL Shop on 7/1/2020 and today it is 7/24/2020 and still no jersey. When I looked up the tracking information they were sending it to the wrong country after they "forgot to send it" the first time. Absolutely the worst and most unprofessional company! Will not be ordering from here again!

I ordered 2 personalized bills shirts with number and name on the back and a onesie for my lil dude for the playoffs. They showed up 2 weeks late (but not the onesie) so never got to wear them. Also the printing was terrible. Looks like a toddler made them in the darkest room they could find to ensure they didn't notice how terrible it is. Cracked/faded lettering and im pretty sure the outline on the bills logo is red and not pink, this is due to the poor quality of printing. My lil dudes onesie looks better than the customized shirt! Look at the difference. Over 135$ spent for complete garbage. You would think it being an NFL product you would guarantee quality fabrics and logos but NO you get a big ol piece of poopie. Take some of that money from the over-priced tickets you sell for games and apply it to your products your selling. Never again.
I made a purchase of a t shirt and a jersey. The Jersey was ok but the t shirt was way too small, even though it was the same size as all the shirts I own! I sent it back for a refund, they would only give store credit even though it still had tags on. I used the refund to purchase 3 other shirts. They looked ok so my wife took the tags off and washed them. When I put them on, all of the shirts were made of thin, cheap material, we're way too long, and the one had the numbers on the front put on crooked. I spoke to customer service who said I can return the shirts but again will most likely receive store credit for more low quality, junk that is way off sized! Save your time and money and buy elsewhere!

Refunds are only for store credit even when sent back immediately, with tags on! Quality is very poor, thin, cheap material, cheap iron on numbers…and horrible sizing!

The shirt I ordered came in the standard plastic ( not see thru) bag. It was folded over and sealed. I cut just at the seal line and felt the blade hit something other than plastic. Sure enough the shirt was caught there and I cut into it. Beware- the shirts are not inside a clear bag. They are just shoved into the mailing pouch.
If you don't pay for the higher shipping they use FedEx Smartpost. No guarantee when, if ever, you will receive your merchandise. My order has been stuck in a location about 20mikes from me for over a week. I could have walked there and back by now. NFLShop using them to save a buck. I will go elsewhere to by my fan gear from now on.

I have recently order some items that I had to return due to product issues. One issue that is absurd are the Brady hats I purchased. I spoke to someone in the chat and these started the pictures are the same and there might be a slight difference. If you look at the pictures below the lettering and the goat are black on the website. The black matches the black outline on the number 12. The hats I received do not match the color. I don't know what the support agent and her supervisor were looking at. I was clearly disregarded and they wanted to give me 25% of code. They give me 25% off via email frequently. This is a huge slap in the face.

Placed an order on 9/14/16, my credit card was charged for the 7 shirts I ordered. I received an email saying there was a delay in the shipment of my items. On 10/16/16 I received email notification that my order had been cancelled. I phoned the 800 # and was told a system update had taken A MONTH to complete and after completion my items were no longer available. It will take 2-10 business days before I receive a refund. So the NFL SHOP charged my credit card for over $200 and deposited it in their bank, drew interest for 1 month and are now going to refund when they see fit. What a scam of a company and business!

I ordered a Jersey on my son on Sunday, paid for 2 day shipping hoping to get it to him on his birthday - 6 days later.
Tuesday I get an email that it is shipped and it will arrive in 7 days (which would be 9 days total).
I call and they explain that their warehouse doesn't get the orders for 2 days, and that because the particular non custom jersey was in a warehouse that does custom Jerseys, that it could not be shipped 2 days. They give me $14 off my order.
So I guess I'll put a picture of his present in his birthday card? Ya, that would be a good idea their customer service rep responds...
I ordered a black Jamaal Adams Jersey on April 15 for $99.99. It was expected to be delivered May 20 but it never even shipped. I called their poor excuse of a customer service line to only be told they are pushing the date to June 14 at the latest just to ship. The most they could give me was a 20% off coupon to compensate. Well today is June 14 and the item never shipped. Crazy how this is what the National Football League passes off as their merchandise site.

I placed an order for a jersey Friday last week, and I paid for 2 day shipping to make sure that I had it for the upcoming game this Sunday. The website claimed that the item would be shipped within 3 days, so 2 days shipping should have guaranteed shipping to me by Friday before the game. WRONG. I never received notice that the product had been shipped, so I contacted NFL Shop by chat on 4 occasions. Each time, I was told it would be delivered by Friday. Wrong. I just learned that their processing is behind.

Where to start.
First off to make things unnecessarily confusing, there are team stores, the NFL shop, and the Fanatics site. They are all the same store, products, and back end, but different logins, order tracking, and customer service. (If I could get some)
I placed an order on NFL Shop in multiple sizes and needed to initiate a return.
First off, the order status is wrong... showing "in process" yet it has been delivered.
All instructions to submit a return point to an order page where my order simply does not show up and there is no way to search for it.
The "customer service" chat does not work (no agents avail) and there is a 20 minute wait for a call (if you can reach someone... its my 3rd attempt).
There are $9.99/item restocking fees unless you want to exchange for credit.
I won't even get into the quality and fit of the items I ordered... just bad.
Tip for consumers:
Do not buy form Fanatics sites....just go straight to Nike.

I also wish I had read reviews about this site before placing an order for a Christmas gift. I placed an order on the 10th of December and have still not received my order. I have tried ringing and emailing customer services multiple times but not once has anyone gotten back to me. They have no trouble taking peoples money but cannot seem to follow through on their orders! I have made a complaint to my bank and they will open an investigation into what seems to be a fraudulent site.

I order a jacket for my boyfriend for Christmas, site said 3-7 days. Came weeks after. BUT TO NO AVAIL NOT THE JACKET I ORDERED! It was supposed to be the one with the helmet on it! (I'll add that it was nearly impossible to find the correct web page to actually track an order.) I can only assume that the same folks that run PR for the NFL also manage the web store. I've been kneeling in protest for 10 days. And, guess what... NO ONE CARES!

Welcome the the NFL's side hustle - a store that takes your money but doesn't give you your merchandise. At least that's what happened to me. The order was supposed to arrive in one week. It's been three weeks and I've never heard from NFLshop. I call and they can't give me an updated delivery date and they REFUSE TO CANCEL or REFUND my order because, well, because they're just awful. Also because we're past their self-imposed cancellation time period. What? I tell them we're also beyond the promised delivery period which is exactly why I want to cancel. They are unmoved. This shop is horrible.
Ordered a jersey 9/11 for a game 10/1. Jersey expected delivery date was 9/27. After 10 days of order still saying "processing" called nfl shop and was told a ticket was submitted. After another week with no update, called customer service again to inquire and was told the ticket was closed. When I asked why the ticket was closed if there was no resolution, I was told I would receive an email in 24-48 hours. When I asked to speak with a supervisor I was told there was none available and when I asked when one would be available the call disconnected. 48 hours later, arrival date has passed and still no update. Jersey is still "processing"
