I ordered Ravens jersey, the website stated it will ship out within 3 business days, still no jersey and the game is on the 21st. Never buy anything from this website. I ordered a Panthers BCA shirt last Saturday. It said it would ship between 3-7 business days. It has been at least 5-6 business days and still hasn't shipped. I'm really pissed off. I can't even contact customer service because of the Hurricane that's going on and they've been closed the past 3 days because of the Hurricane. What makes me even more angry is that my brother orders his Patriots BCA shirt and hat from LIDS' website and he got it on Thursday. He place his order the same day I placed mine. So it isn't the Hurricane. It's NFL shop. Don't ever order anything from them because NFL shop couldn't give a damn about their customers. I just wish I didn't order from them because now I don't know if or when I'll receive my shirt.
I would have Never ordered from this site if I knew it would take this long to ship. I still have not received my one item. I ordered on 10/4/20 and delivery date said December 4th. But now it says November 24th But still this is over a Month for one face mask! I have been ordering online with other stores and have not waited this long. I ordered two different personalized shirts, one for Christmas and one for a birthday present. The Christmas present one arrived and was perfect. The other shirt in my order was incorrect. So I contacted them and they pushed through a replacement. Well that one came wrong too. It was a repeat of the Christmas shirt, and printed incredibly crooked on the back. In the meantime, my sister's birthday has come and gone. And the game that she went to as part of her present, and was supposed to wear the shirt to, has also come and gone. I followed up today to find out where the shirt was in process and when it would ship, and was told that I would need to wait another 3 days to even hear back. This is ridiculous. I work in customer service, and if my company makes an error we do everything in our power to make it right to the customer. Including expediting production and making sure it will not be wrong again. I understand that mistakes happen, but this is totally unacceptable.

I ordered 2 size medium shirts for Christmas presents. They arrived as promised on 12/22/16, but they were size LARGE. I promptly returned the shirts, following the return directions, and called customer service. I got the apology thing, they offered to get the correct size sent to me, with a special deal on the shipping, and I fell for it. The second order just arrived, and you guessed it... size LARGE again! I now have around $140.00 on my credit card for two $27.00 shirts that cannot be worn by my sons. Be aware that you are shopping with an incompetent and dishonest company. Will be disputing the charge with my credit card company as I don't trust them to credit the charges.

I purchased a jersey for a game well ahead of Christmas and I still haven't received it. No jersey for the game, and this was a gift for who I was going with for Christmas… never showed up. I found these reviews unfortunately after I had already purchased the jersey.

I ordered a jersey they sent the wrong one. After contacting them the said they would send the correct one out to me at no cost to me they played the return shipping. I waited 2 weeks no sign of the jersey. I called them again said it was already shipped and I should receive it in a few days waited almost another week I was so mad at this point I called them once I received the item and told them I just was not happy with their service and just wanted my money back. The sales rep then made me aware that I would be charged a 20% restocking fee plus $5.50 return shipping. I asked why I should have to pay a restocking fee and return shipping he said since I had received the correct item and there was no mistake on their behalf and I was requesting a full refund I must pay the restocking plus the shipping. So I just kept the jersey. But never again will I order from NFL shop.
Long story short, I ordered a custom jersey on Nov 17th. Promise date to be delivered was Dec 20th. My order is still "Processing". I've called multiple times to try to get answers on why my order wasn't being made. NFL shop took no responsibility, they blamed the "3rd party warehouse" that makes it for them. I spoke with someone today and she told me "They always ship out late". WHAT!? So if NFL shop is aware that they ship late. WHY would they make a "promise date". I'm so frustrated. My order is lost. But they were so quick to take my money. NEVER ORDERING WITH THEM AGAIN
I ordered sweatshirts for my husband and son on Dec 8th and paid for express shipping so they would be here by Christmas. Here it is Christmas Eve and now tracking says Jan 3. The shipping company changed to USPS so now it starts all over again. Why offer before Christmas shipping and only offer express if you can't hold up to that! I would of gotten them by now even with normal shipping. Change who the shipping company is!

It's 2023, returns shouldn't be this hard. The generated UPS return label didn't work. It sent me to a link to "create a label." I talked with a lady for 30+ minutes where she wouldn't let me speak to a manager. She kept insisting he was "engaged with another customer." After 40+ minutes, she offered me a refund on 1 item. Horrific service, send me the return label so I can reorder the correct size. Lost business for zero reason. If a company hires people to work customer service, step 1 is teaching how to create a return label. Will NEVER order from the NFL shop again.

I ordered a NFL Elite Jersey customized on Sat. Jan. 3 2015 it said 4 to 7 days but below it said ship by the 19th so I figured 4 to 7 days after that. Well I received it on Jan. 9 2015 in only 6 days after placing my order. I have read a lot of bad reviews about shipping and mistakes but I got mine earlier than expected and it was exactly what I asked for. Hope everyone else has good luck with their order as I have. Received a hoodie as a gift for Christmas. It was too small so I sent it back and marked the box that said "Return Gift" It says if you received item as a gift please provide YOUR name, email address, and phone number. Your return will be processed as a merchandise credit for use on future purchases from us. It has been 20 days since it was delivered to them and have not rec'd email or call. I did online chat which was no help so I called. I was told that unfortunately they do not give credit and refunded the money to the original buyer. I asked why they even have return gift as an option. I was told that since I used my name instead of the buyer's name, they had to refund the buyer. Even though it clearly reads If YOU received this item as a gift, please provide YOUR name! Thanks for nothing NFL Shop! Looks like you have yet another UN-satisfied customer!

Ordered a salute to service hoodie for my spouse. Ordered on 1 Oct 23. Said it would ship on 27 Oct. Which I thought seemed delayed/long. Then on 26 Oct I received an email saying it wouldn't ship until17 Nov. Something about the popularity of that item. Said nothing about that when I first ordered. Now the expected delivery date is 28 Nov. Almost 2 months after I ordered? Really? They say they care about customer service but they really don't. I have been reading the same negative feedback from 2019, if they truly cared they would have fixed this. What they are good at is emailing me. I have received 104 emails from them since 1 Oct pushing their supposed sales, etc.
I ordered a jersey (Doug Baldwin #89). Little did i know, i accidentally selected the Pro Line Jersey instead of the Nike Jersey. Upon receiving the item, there was a snag on the jersey. I immediate put the return label on the package and gave the package back to the post office. It took almost 2 weeks for the nfl shop to receive the item back. Now they're telling me to waiting another 7-10 to be reimbursed! WTF! My credit card payment is next week and my bank statement is still counting this as a purchase! You are better off buying the jersey in person.
This place has no concept of time when it comes to delivering items. My team won the AFC championship and I would like my AFC championship shirts prior to the Super Bowl yet they can't get them here until after the Super Bowl who wants to order from a company that can't deliver efficiently. It's completely unacceptable and very disappointing from main stream Sports apparel dealer. Good luck getting in efficient and timely response from them that explains why they can't run their business this way

I placed the order and had to exchange it. I had to buy the second shirt and wait for a refund for the first shirt. Just a fair warning if you have to exchange anything, you lose your fan cash. When I called, they gave me a coupon for 10% off but I already had 30% off so it didn't matter. Fan cash was NOT retorted even after they received the return.

I felt like I got scam on shipping. I paid extra $9.99 for 3 day delivery. I placed my order on 12/14 Monday early morning and hoping I can get the jersey I ordered by Friday 12/18 like what other online stores do. I received a tracking info from fed ex and it was a fed ex home delivery not a 3 day. It says my order scheduled to be delivered this Saturday 12/19 and I was okay with it, now I just checked the tracking again and they moved the delivery day to Tuesday 12/22! I am so pissed and I probably won't be ordering from this store again!

Sister and I place an order for our dad for the holidays. Received confirmation email. Enough time passes to realize order should've shipped, so I log in to check the order status. Order is canceled. Received no email about the cancelation of the order, so we had just been sitting waiting for a gift that was never going to arrive. A belated google search indicates we've far from the first this has happened to. How does a business operate like this? Would not use the NFL shop again.

Do not be fooled by the NFL Shop response of concern. I responded to their fainthearted response and to no surprise - NOTHING. They want you to think that they have some sort of caring customer service. It is fake, a fraud. As I stated in my original post - Stay away from this store, Do Not Shop with them.
How convenient that they respond publicly with personal information. When you DM them as they request all you get is crickets. What a cowardly company. The NFL should be ashamed.

Do not shop with them. Been customer for years but recent experience is extremely unsettling. Ordered to items with expected delivery of November 30. They promptly charged my card for for full amount. Unknown to me (they never send an email update) they canceled one item since it was no longer in stock even though it stated it was in stock at time of purchase and then changed expected delivery for other item to December 31.
They did provide a refund for canceled item but refund was $37.50 short. Called customer service and reps were no help, refused to transfer me to a supervisor and hung up on me. Next call was to credit card copany to dispute charge.
Extraordinary customer service. I had a problem with my order and a 10% discount that was not applied. All I had to do was respond to the survey they sent me and action was taken to solve my problem. You can trust the NFL to do what is right and keep customers happy. I will be back shopping on line soon.

We purchased a jersey from NFL shop last Christmas. Because it was a specialized item, my husband wore this jersey one time to a game. He put it away for the season. When the season began this year, he took it out to wear it for only the second time. He decided to wash it first so it would smell fresh. When he removed the jersey from the washer, half the letters of the name on the back had fallen off. I contacted NFL shop and the employee was actually laughing at me when I insisted upon speaking to a manager. Several "floor" managers, "Adrian" and "Mark" were totally unconcerned about the quality of the merchandise. I was only told it was past 60 days so I was basically SOL. They offered 10% reimbursement but did not address the quality of their merchandise. I will never order from them again after spending thousands over several years! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!

I ordered two t-shirts. They are both Nike Dri-fit XXL shirts. They actually turned out to be XL in size so I can't wear them. They won't exchange them so my only option is to return them and be penalized $9.99 per their Draconian return policy. My wife gave me 3 Nike Dri-fit t-shirts from our local $#*!'s Sporting Goods store for Father's Day. They are XXL which is what I always wear in Nike Dri-fit t-shirts. I am uploading a photo with the red NFL Shop XXL overlaid on one of my new $#*!'s Sporting Goods teal XXL shirt. NFL Shop's mis-sized apparel become obvious when you look at the photo. Both of these shirts are brand new and have never been laundered or worn, so no shrinkage from those factors.
