I ordered Ravens jersey, the website stated it will ship out within 3 business days, still no jersey and the game is on the 21st. Customer service sucks no help they blame it on the warehouse and they tell you the same information from the tracking screen. I'm beyond pissed right now. They took a whole week to answer my question. They do not fully refund your money if you return an item. They say they charge you 5.50 for returning an item but that's not all they take away your whole shipping costs. So they only return the price of the item; not what you really pay for it! I'd give them negative ratings!
I ordered a phone case, paid for it, and paid for shipping. Got the case and it was a piece of cheap plastic. The description of the phone case was durable with a bump case and rubber edges. It was not at all that as described. So now I am returning it and NFL is charging me $10.00 for a return? Are you kidding me? And we lost our first shipping charge as well. We will never order from them again.

I ordered a custom made hoodie. When it arrived, it was made using a cheap paper iron-on transfer. It looked like something someone made in their basement.
I had to go back and recheck who I ordered it from because I thought maybe I ordered from Etsy by mistake.
The design is way high up on the front, and right under the hood in the back so that you can't even see the logo eith the hood down.
It doesn't look like the advertised product to me.
My fiancee hates it. It's rough and crackling.
They won't let me return it.
Be warned. It's an inferior product.
Do not order your team clothing from NFL shop. The t-shirts are made of a thin fabric and their hoodies shrink! Customer service basically said "tough luck". Just wait a little and Kohl's will have the same products in a few months. And Kohl's has excellent customer service.

Every single year I order apparel for the superbowl as soon as the NFC/AFC championships conclude. I have learned after several years of my items not arriving until after the superbowl, that I need to pay for expedited shipping regardless of the fact that I don't need them for 2 weeks. So I put in my order this year, chose next day air (at a cost of $25) and clicked submit. I get an error stating that one of my items is no longer available, but the rest of the order was processed. WHAT? Why would you not prompt me again to submit, giving me the option to choose a different item? TERRIBLE customer experience. I sent an email and got no reply.

I am a Patriots fan from Vancouver Canada and right after their super bowl win I went online to order the championship gear. I waited two weeks for purchases without any notifications from the NFL shop. I then decided to track my own order and found out they had refunded my purchase... didn't let me know why or when it happened. I called the NFL shop customer line and spoke to representatives which were awesome. I followed the NFL shop instructions on what number to call which is different than the USA number. All was fine until I got my phone bill only to realize that when I called the number for outside the US the NFL charges you but if you call the US number you pay nothing. Surface customer service for international fans who are already paying more... Will be looking to other places to buy my gear in the future.

Duplicitous as they come. This is not an American-based company. Product comes comes from China. Ordered a shirt for my Son in early November with a clear expectation it would arrive by Christmas. As of this writing, it's been sitting in Shengdu, China for 26 days and hasn't move one bit. Company basically says: "Well we've given the product to our currier, there's nothing we can do. Their direct quote was: "We can't control logistics." After several back and forth angry emails they had the nerve to tell me to "be patient" when my Son clearly won't receive the product by Christmas. They don't give 2 sh*ts if the product moves or not.
I told them I will be retuning for the product for a full refund as soon as it gets here (Springtime?). But that also seems like a big hassle as well based on the other reviews I saw. Sounds like their products suck as well. I told them they were a shameful and dishonorable company.

Ordered my boyfriends hoodie as a Christmas gift from my kiddos on 12/10. Was told in the email that it would be shipped by 12/16. That date came around and no shipping info. To this day I STILL never received a shipping notice from their website! Finally on 12/23 (obviously not coming by Christmas!) I checked the order number and saw it shipped. Estimated 12/26 (Today). Now the tracking says 1/04! Seriously? It takes almost an entire month to process and ship one item? Even when stating I would have it by Christmas when ordering? And god forbid you try to call to actually speak to a human being! Can't get through there automated service to speak to a rep! Thanks NFL Shop! I'll stick to EBay or Amazon from now on. At least I'd get it quicker then this! Who knows if it will even be here next week like it states.

I ordered a Buffalo Bills AFC east champion shirt on December 19th, 2020. 3–5-day shipping. Item arrived January 10,2021. Wanted to wear for playoff game. Received day after. Shirt was to be XLT. The sizing is horrible. Looks like an XXXL. Shirt uncomfortable. Price paid for shirt, shipping, tax now way worth it. Horrible product. No way to contact site. Online help always busy. Waste of time and money.

I had the worst experience with nflshop.com. They had all over their website "Guaranteed by Friday" and the promo code to have free shipping in three days. I ordered on Monday, and it did not come on Friday or Saturday --- when the playoff game that I wanted the jersey for was on Sunday. They have no customer service/contact number on their website so I emailed and they gave me $10 for a future order... which would require me to buy one of their ridiculously overpriced items and give them future business when I already hate their company. I later googled and found their customer service number and called and they misunderstood me and canceled my order and never gave me a discount or a refund. I have hated using this company and suggest no one ever use them as their advertising is completely misleading and their customer service is horrible.

They lowered the price 3 days after I bought a jersey, and due to their "policy" they would not refund the difference to my credit card. In Massachusetts it is the law that within 30 days they need to honor it. They said they are in Florida and don't need to. They do not care that their customers are unhappy. Buyer Beware!

Ordered on 21th a custom-made shirt for the Superbowl. Pretty sure that it said 2-day free shipping plus 4 days to make the shirt. Item will arrive after the Superbowl. Worthless waste of money. They still advertise with must-haves for Superbowl and free shipping. Why bother if you know it won't make it on time. I'm beyond disappointment, and will never order again.
Ordered a custom Indiana Colts shirt for my sons 16th birthday on 04/03/14. Payment was taken from my account within a couple of days but still no shirt! Have phoned and emailed numerous times and have never had a response. Why aren't Trading Standards or some similar organization not investigating these Cowboys?
I am not sure nor can I believe that this is a legitimate business. I ordered a holiday sweater in XL and that and the other item would barely fit a child both were so small. There is no way that any of these items would fit an average adult. That wasn't all of the story though and I am not the only person with this experience. I went to return the items and received the label stating that I should take it to a UPS location. I drove several miles out of the way to do this, waited in a line, only to be informed that the label was for USPS and NOT UPS. Then, I was charged approximately $3.00 for their trouble. I found FB reviews stating the same experience. This is almost comical if it wasn't so tragic. I would NOT recommend purchasing anything from this business. Shame on the NFL for lending its name to this type of hack business!

Ordered item on 17th Dec for a family member stuck in hotel for christmas, didn't make christmas. Tracking stopped on 21st, 3 wks later guest is gone. 2 calls to CS w\ diff stories, told call back, made me call fedex/usps. Embarresed and no item. Never again.

I placed an order for an item on 11/28/16 & received the e-mail confirmation noting that the item would ship in 6 business days. As of today, the 14th, my order is still "processing" & a call to a customer service representative provided the same information as to the status of the order. This was a Xmas gift for my boss who will be out of the office after 12/21, so I really need it by then. Maybe I, a rabid Jets fan, created a hole in the universe by purchasing a NE Patriots product. I would have expected more from the "official" NFL site & After reading other reviews, I'm a bit disheartened to say the least.

I bought my brother in law a custom made Raiders hoodie with his name on the back from the nflshop.com. I received it pretty fast. When I opened it, I was so disappointed in the quality. It was so cheaply made and had a horrible smell. The raiders logo was even blurry. I can't believe they sell merchandise like this.

I ordered a customized jersey with my name on the back with a number that was already taken as a player. (99) Not sure how it happen but when I went to pay for it with PayPal I noticed that the name I had pit wasn't there. Realizing my error I tried contacting customer service but the live chat was not available because of the time I ordered. So I sent inquiry hoping it would be enough time to stop or change the order what I originally wanted. I was told that because production started as soon I placed the order there was nothing they could do. I read their policy and understand that it was my fault on not double checking before I placed my order but if I wanted a jersey that they already sell, I would've selected the customize Jersey option. I'm still hoping they fix it somehow because I'm a huge football fan and do plan to buy more jersey's in the future.

Ordered a Seahawks SuperBowl beanie off of Amazon thru this site on Jan 20th and it took me till February 6th to find out it was lost. No explanation and no compensation! Ruined my opportunity to express camaraderie while my team was winning. Could of/should of just went to local sports store and bought one, but wanted to give opportunity to nflshop.com earn my business. They do not seem interested in that and thankfully gave me back a full refund. Do not give this company a second thought, you won't save time or $$ with them, just a chance for them to hold on to your $$ and collect interest. Very surprised that with a title that has NFL in it, that a company can be so inconsiderate. Looking forward to getting my gear from some other company.
I ordered a Jersey and December for a Mother's Day gift. They received it on Mother's Day it was too small need it to return it for a larger size. Sent in a request for return I was told it was after the 60 days it could not be done. But after speaking with Laquarius, Whitney and Sarah the NFL Representatives they were very helpful in assisting me throughout this situation. I'm so thankful and appreciative of this. It allowed me to get the perfect Mother's Day gift.

If I could I'd give a negative rating! Ordered a custom swearshirt in November for Christms. Promise delivery date was 10 December. Date was pushed back multiple times. I never received any updates even though they could send me an email when the immediately took my payment. Eventually they canceled my order, yet again with no notice. I spoke with customer service and asked if they had a problem with selling items that are out of stock. They responded it was not out of stock, and that they oversold the item. That shows all the intelligence they have right there! Trash company!

I ordered a black jets Jamal Adams jersey, back in april for 99.99, said it would ship end of may. Then they pushed it back to june 14th. Its now the 17th and no updates. And its impossible to get in contact with their customer service team. It is ridiculous that the site just loupes you back to the customer service line, no way to email anyone. At this point i would never another jersey from NFLshop again. It seems like multiple people are having this problem with the black adams jersey. It also says on their website that a black jamal adams jersey would ship within 1 business day. How have i not gotten mine.

Received an XL mens sweatshirt for Christmas from my mother. I am 5' 9", 185lbs. The sweatshirt fit fine in length of sleeves and body, but the arms and chest were so tight I could barely pull it over my head. It fit terrible. I sent it with the enclosed return slip indicating the problem, and requesting credit to select another item. Over a week later, I had not received a response. I finally called and was told that they credited my mothers credit card minus a $5 restocking fee. I told them that was not at all fare as the sweatshirt was an irregular and unwearable. So, they said they would provide my mother a $10 credit promo code she could use to select another item. WHAT THE HECK!? Never again... stay away from this rip-off company selling crap!

I orderd a jersey 11/30/20, the site stated they had several in stock. Customer service lied over an over stating it would be at my door by 12/21 even though it hung in the processing staus for three weeks. Then they have the balls to blame it on a snow storm when the package was never shipped. NFL shop, do not try to dispute my claim, I printed the transcript from every conversation.
