I placed an order all at 1 time received 1 item.now the date to receive the rest have changed twice to span until the 14th.fanatics is 1 day promised. That day delivered.all the told me was.well once u receive it we will waive the fee to return it.duhhh who returns what they wait for.useless customer service which makes it a useless company...UPDATE...I don't know who did what but all items arrived today.no company is perfect but I COMMEND WHOEVER STEPPED IN.i don't trust computers but the customer service staff EARNED MY FUTURE BUISINESS.
I ordered Ravens jersey, the website stated it will ship out within 3 business days, still no jersey and the game is on the 21st. Customer service sucks no help they blame it on the warehouse and they tell you the same information from the tracking screen. I'm beyond pissed right now. Received an XL mens sweatshirt for Christmas from my mother. I am 5' 9", 185lbs. The sweatshirt fit fine in length of sleeves and body, but the arms and chest were so tight I could barely pull it over my head. It fit terrible. I sent it with the enclosed return slip indicating the problem, and requesting credit to select another item. Over a week later, I had not received a response. I finally called and was told that they credited my mothers credit card minus a $5 restocking fee. I told them that was not at all fare as the sweatshirt was an irregular and unwearable. So, they said they would provide my mother a $10 credit promo code she could use to select another item. WHAT THE HECK!? Never again... stay away from this rip-off company selling crap!

Ordered a name shirt and when I received it, the name was HUGE across the back. Nothing like a professional shirt for $35 should look. Looked like complete amateur work. Ordered another shirt (same time as name shirt) that wasn't in stock so I canceled that shirt. Ordered it again later and the next day shipping was chosen for me. Once I realized I was being charged 15.00, I tried to adjust my order the same night. The website is set up to be confusing and extremely UN user friendly when you have an issue. I contacted CS the next morning, but amazingly, it was too late to change my shipping method since the order had already been processed. This company is a scam and sells very poor quality merchandise. I will just dispute my order with PayPal and my bank if they want to play that game

NFL shop extensively advertised for the Superbow. Ordered a Superbowl T-shirt on Jan 24th. Super bowl sunday is here and no shirt. Called Customer Service. They took no responsibility and blamed the shipper.
They offered a 30% discount for their FAILURE to deliver a product as promised. I will never order for them again. You've been warned!
Placed order for a Cancer Patient for a Critical Catch Hoodie on 9/17. Estimated ship date 10/10. On 10/10 Estimated Ship Date now 10/31. Updated information to receive text messages on any information relating to the order. On 10/31 new ship date is 11/21. I call customer service who then has an employee CANCEL my order without my approval and hung up on me. I call back and actually stay on hold 1 hour to speak to supervisor who said nothing can be done. The employee that cancelled the order will get spoken to. Ridiculous disappointment and to think they say they support Cancer. A DISGRACE..

I have to say I have never experienced such poor online shopping experience in my life. I have ordered from all over the world and considering this site is located in the US I cannot believe how long it took to get my order to Canada. I will never order anything from this site and I suggest anyone thinking of ordering from this site do not! I placed my order on Wednesday, October 5,2016 and I have still yet to receive my order. Today is October 20. I ordered newborn and infant gear. I hope the purchase arrives before the newborn turns into a full grown child!

Placed an order with the understanding that my order would ship within 5-7 business days. Get my confirmation email shortly after with an estimated shipped date that was just shy of 4 weeks away. Then after trying to get ahold of someone for hours to modify my order I reordered the same items and paid for next day shipping. Received my confirmation email with a shipped date of 3 weeks away. Needless to say I began trying to get ahold of customer service, with no success. Then received my call back 5 hours after requesting it, at 530am. Will NEVER order from NFLshop again. I sure hope they process my refund faster than they process orders!

I placed an order for 3 Broncos jerseys on the 29th of Oct. Its now the 14th of Nov and my status hasn't even changed from processing. Absolutely garbage service, they deducted the $$ the second they were authorized but cannot ship my order within 2 weeks. Do not use this site!

Put an order on Nov 29th for multiple things. Some stuff has arrived other stuff says pending. Asked customer service cause stuff says pending and the response was huh I dont know. Why have customer service if they can't even answer the questions or try to find out. Didnt Even look into it. Good products but not Happy with answers. Might find somewhere else to order if continues

This wad my first and last they misrepresented themselves with shipping date and I was following this order called several times to upgrade shipping. The dumbass CSR just kept asking do you want to cancel your order. Superbowl is tomorrow and hoodie will be here Thursday. Go figure!

I ordered two custom jerseys to arrive by their guarentee (numbers reflected my Parents anniversary). Not only did they not get there in time for Christmas, only one jersey showed up a week later. I called the Customer Service number as i was fed up with what was happening to cancel the second jersey and get my money back. I was told that since its a custom item, they refuse to give me a refund on it. They will however get around to sending me that jersey in a couple weeks. If the item isn't made yet then why is there an issue? The NFL should be ashamed of these practices. This is the first and last time Ill deal with them. I understand mistakes (not arriving before Christmas is easily forgivable) but the continuation of such lackluster service is a serious issue.

I placed an order. Figured out I had placed an incorrect size, this being my mistake. However it had been less than 30 minutes from the time I ordered it. Chat robot was unable to help, I called and spoke to 3 people. First hung up on me acting like she couldnt hear me. Second said it was to late and then the manager confirmed it was just to late to correct the size 30 minutes after ordering it. Know it was still packaged on shelf somewhere. Oh but I got to order a second one and a free shipping label for the other. So now I got 100$ tied up in a bunch of junk

Horrific all around. Ordered my dads Christmas gift early I keep checking the order status randomly one day it says it was delivered. It wasn't. And now it's out of stock and they absolutely won't do anything to help me with it. I am so disappointed in this type of service especially when I paid $100 for a hoodie I would've thought they would help me get another on the way cause it's a GIFT? But no they say it's out of stock and just are going to give me my money back? I wanted the HOODDIE! Terrible
I ordered a jersey and it didn't fit so I returned it. Over 30 days later and 2 conversations with customer service and still no full refund. Apparently the first 30 days they were not able to locate the returned item even though they could agree it was received on the exact date. Then once they found it they refused to return the costs of shipping even though I had to pay to ship the return back to them. Overall i lost about $25 on this purchase before the money I lost due to the exchange rate. Overall terrible experience. I will no longer make purchases through this company.

These idiots tell you seven different things on seven different phone calls. The worst CUstomer Care team ever and you can't get ahold of a supervisor. They will call you! I will never order from them again!
Horrible! I ordered a sticker set that was described to come with 354 stickers. I received 140 stickers and no packing slip to return the product. I contacted customer service and they spent more time explaining to me how busy they were at the holiday season than it would have taked to fix my issue. Needless to say, I never got any resolve and was scammed. I would be very careful giving this company any money. They are not trustworthy.
Do not order from this website. I was perplexed at the policy from this online store. I ordered a $50 gift card. Not only was I billed twice for this item, without my knowledge, but I was told the gift card would not arrive on time for a Christmas gift as stated. Try to cancel? Forget it! Not possible. Though the item never shipped, they refused to cancel the gift card order and billed my credit card for $100 worth of merchandise that I never received. My advice, go to $#*!s Sporting Goods to purchase fan apparel.

Today I'm not happy about NFLshop. I ordered a couple Redskins East Divisision Shirts in hopes of having them by Sundays game. I was able to make the purchase and then later in the day got an emails saying they didn't actually have them in yet. Why couldn't they tell me this when I was buying them? I feel let down!
Ordered a watch November 23rd and have not received any information of tracking. Called customer service and they gave me tracking number that is bad and will not show anything. Tells me it hasn't even shipped. They won't give me a refund and I can't get a hold of a manager. This was a birthday gift and now I have nothing to give them. I'm beyond pissed off
I ordered a hat and fleece jacket for my husband's birthday. Items arrived in a timely fashion. I went to wrap the gifts…they sent me a WOMENS jacket! I spent over two hours trying to get a person on the phone. Finally, spoke to someone and of course they were out of the men's jacket. I asked for a refund for the jacket, and kept the hat. Took the return to the post office. Then, the following week, they sent me another hat! Have to get another refund and take box to post office. I wouldn't buy anything from this site again. They screw up orders and send the wrong merchandise twice now.

HORRIBLE! I order a lot of items online but this has by far been my worst experience. I ordered a pair of boots they guaranteed I would have by Friday as I left 1st thing Sat morning to the game. By Tuesday the tracking showed I wouldn't receive it until Sat (after I left). So frustrated I went to Fanatics.com ordered the same boots and to my surprise they also came from NFLShop. I returned both pairs and yet to receive reimbursement for 1 pair. They confirmed 2 weeks ago they received them now they tell me they just rec'd them on the 23rd. It's 7-10 bus days PLUS 3-4 days to show in my account. Customer service is awful!
