That day delivered.all the told me was.well once u receive it we will waive the fee to return it.duhhh who returns what they wait for.useless customer service which makes it a useless company...UPDATE...I don't know who did what but all items arrived today.no company is perfect but I COMMEND WHOEVER STEPPED IN.i don't trust computers but the customer service staff EARNED MY FUTURE BUISINESS.
I ordered Ravens jersey, the website stated it will ship out within 3 business days, still no jersey and the game is on the 21st. Customer service sucks no help they blame it on the warehouse and they tell you the same information from the tracking screen. I'm beyond pissed right now. Highly recommend not ordering anything from this site, I paid extra for two day shipping for a gift, and low and behold it won't get here until 9pm. Sites sponsored by fed ex but they use "lasership" which delivers until 9:30pm... should've done my research but you'd think a well respected site would use a well respected shipping company and not some fly by night hacks coming to your door at all hours of the night. Never ordering from this site again seeing that I paid extra to wait up all night for my package.
I ordered 2 items on Cyber Monday for Xmas presè ts. They arrived 2 weeks after I ordered, perfect right? Wrong. One item was correct, the other was wrong (Strike 1). When I called customer service they said they could waive my return shipping fee and then send the right item back with no guarantee it would be here by Christmas (Strike 2). I'm upset but I could live. She then puts me on hold and comes back and tells me my item is now out of stock (Strike 3). Her next move now is to try and sell me a different item that is "similar"! Sell me! Why would I want to buy something I never intended to buy?! I want the item I originally ordered at the punctual time. I am still upset about this. So inconvient and the best "they" could do was give me a 10 dollar credit in my account (my time is worth way more than that). Thanks but no thanks. This place is done seeing my business due to poor and incompetent workers and I would never recommend buying from here.
Ordered two items (hat and a shirt) and was offered Saturday (next day) delivery at a higher cost and selected it. Received email confirming order then nothing else. I contacted customer service when my item didn't arrive and was told I'd get them in a few days. When I asked why I didn't receive the order onSaturday I was told only certain items are eligible for it. She couldn't explain why it's offered on non-eligible items. I'll never deal with them again.

I wish I had read these reviews here before I placed an order. I waited 3 weeks for an order that never got past the label created stage. I wasn't contacted in any way and was offered a whopping 30% off which is totally unacceptable. I can't even reorder the item I wanted because it is now out of stock. I could have ordered this from several other sites. The arrival date of the item was almost 3 weeks which I waited and I never got anything. And it's also funny how you get a refund but it takes two to seven days to go back on your card but it takes less than two to seven seconds to go on your card. So at this moment I don't have what I ordered and I don't even have my money. But I am out 3 weeks plus the hour I just spent trying to get a hold of customer service. Chatting with a stupid robot who is of no help whatsoever finally getting customer service only to be completely dissatisfied. Never ever ever again!

Not only was the shipment details false on serval occasion, but the representatives were bad as well. Unfortunately, the only thing I have received are lies. This should not be an official NFL shop if they cannot do something as simple as tell the truth. I would rate this site a zero but the option was not available

My daughter returned 2 jerseys that She received as a gift. Instead of processing the return as a gift and issuing a merchandise credit to her they processed it as a return and credited the senders credit card. She did not want this person to know that she returned the gift as she did not want to hurt their feelings. All they could say at customer service was that it was processed as a return. She has a copy of the return form but they could not care less. They made a huge mistake and could not care less about it. I am giving them one star as it won't process with 0.
Upon posting the above, NFL Shop customer service contacted me within a few hours and offered to resolve the issue. They were apologetic and professional and made me feel like a valued customer. The issue was resolved in a day and I want to thank them for this. My rating is now a 5 for their customer service. Thank you again for your assistance in resolving the issue in such a courteous and professional manner.

While I write this I'm still on hold to ask a billing question. After my husband ordered me a GB game shirt that didn't fit he was not refunded the shipping charge that wasn't supposed to be there in the first place. When he printed the return label he was charged $10 for the return. So basically he paid $20 extra for a shirt that was never worn. What was sold for $80 became $100 because it didn't fit. I finally just got off the phone with them to see why I was again being charged $9 and they answered after 37 minutes! I cancelled the order literally 1 hour after I placed it and I have to wait 7 business days for reimbursement. DON'T BOTHER WITH NFL.COM! We all know Amazon is better faster and cheaper. Also I would submit a photo of the order but their photo upload won't allow emails or screenshots. They are pathetic.

I ordered a Tim Tebow New York Jets Jersey the day after I had the pleasure of meeting him. This site had the best prices I found on any site including amazon. I placed my order and it shipped that night. It came in less than a week and the quality of the jersey is amazing and I love wearing it. I really do not understand the negative reviews because the price, ship time, and quality were all amazing.

I typically do not write reviews but I am very upset with nflshops.com. I ordered a jersey on November 17th and received an email with confirmation of my order. It said the jersey would be shipped within 1 business days. It is now 10 days later and I have not received a email about shipping or my shipment. I decided I would go and track the package on their website. It said Status "Refunded" I did not know what was going on so I called their customer service. I was told that they were out of the jersey I had ordered so they cancelled my order. I was told they were sorry this happened. It would have been nice of them to have emailed me and asked if I wanted to wait for them to receive a new shipment or get a refund. Instead they just cancelled my order without telling me while I wait to receive a package that was never going to come. I guess it is a good thing I only waited 10 days.

Another Brady Jersey fumble. Purchased my SB Brady jersey on January 24th. Expected date of delivery is Feb 15th I just find out today. This is extremely slow shipping and ill make sure everyone I ever talk to is aware of it. Wish I would have known so I could have canceled right away and bought somewhere else. Since when is 3 weeks shipping within the US ever even close to staying competitive? If you respond to this, the only way I'll shut up about it is if you overnight me a jersey and I'll send this one back on Feb 15th when it finally arrives... we all know you won't pay out though to save your reputation will you? I ordered a shirt on the 10 of Dec. It said it will arrive in 5-10 business days. I am still waiting and I'm getting anxious that I have been scammed. First clue, I never got a tracking number to track my package so I have no idea how to know if even has been shipped. I tried to email but still no response. This was suppose to be a Xmas present and now I'm worried I have been gyped. I just want to know what the hell is going on?

I ordered a jersey for the 49er v CRYBOYS game. It said 3-7 days shipping here it is 17 days later and I still don't have my jersey! I called and the customer service rep tells me the item is just now back in stock and the jersey will ship November 1. This is 100% unacceptable, why on earth would they accept an order for a product that is out of stock! This will most definitely be my last order from NFL shop. If I can't find it at my local store I'll order directly from the 49ers store!

NFL really screwed me in this. I place an order on 12/16 for next day delivery and on 12/22 NFL emailed me to tell me it is delayed and they didnt know when my order will arrive. I placed two calls into NFL customer service center and one rep told me that according to her and her supervisors system that the order would ship out on 12/21. I called on 12/21, in the evening, and it still didnt ship.
So now on 12/22 NFL sends me an email saying my order is delayed and they will let me know more when they no more.

I have been looking for my package ever since I ordered on 9/7/23. I am going to the Chiefs and Jets game on 10/1 and loe n behold my hoodie and my fitted isn't here. Right after I ordered my items I went back to get the order number and it said no order history. I went into my email and no confirmation email. I have been calling for information and updated and every time I call it's either they don't see an order, they're telling me about orders I never placed or they're giving me a date that comes and goes and still no package. I spent $148.93 and I want my items. How am I even supposed to find get a refund if I don't even have an order number. And when I call I get a person who doesn't speak proper English so it's like pulling teeth and pulling my hair at the same time. I'm so annoyed because I don't play with my money and now I have to find something else to throw on for the game on Sunday. I am NEVER shopping here again.

I already wrote a review on the NFL shop and gave it 1 star wanting to only give it no stars and now I'm rating it 3 stars and here's why; I was VERY unhappy with the product and the original 2 supervisors I Spoke to were very unprofessional. Then the 3rd, Lauren, took care of everything. She emailed me my return label free of charge and also refunded my money. Unlike a lot of other businesses, she kept her word. I am very pleased with the NFL shop customer service after speaking to Lauren. Can't say the same about the custom jersey though.

Ordered January 31 and tracking shows arrival February 21 which is after the Super Bowl. They are misleading people that the merchandise will ship prior to the Super Bowl. Currently on the website the shirt I ordered shows it will ship no later than February 10.

I ordered a hat, it arrived crushed in the box. Not the box, but the hat itself inside of the box. The cardboard support for the hat wasn't even inserted into the hat. I returned it and had a new one sent. SAME EXACT THING. Hat completely crushed, box was in perfect condition. This is a packing issue, not a shipping issue.

I was given a jersey as a holiday gift, however it was a size too big. I returned the item and followed the instruction for a gift return in order to receive credit to purchase a jersey of the correct size. After mailing in the item I never heard anything for over a month at which point I emailed the customer service and was told they had refunded the purchasers card instead of contacting me about a gift card due to a system glitch. It now being march, I was not going to ask the purchaser for the funds to purchase a correct size jersey. I had a jersey, mailed it in to get a new size, and was now out a jersey. After emails back and forth the customer service center issued me the credit for the jersey. Although I was not happy that I was never contacted and the system refunded the wrong account, I am satisfied that the customer service center resolved the issue.

I ordered a shirt with our name on the back and a number, a beanie and a 30 x 60 beach towel. I was pretty surprised at the quality of the shirt and the beach towel For the price it's an absolute waste of money. The shirt and the towel are extremely thin and will not last long, I expected it to be much higher quality for the price. It is a gift and I'm a little bit embarrassed to actually give it to the person because it seems so cheap. The beanie is nice.

Horrible quality. I ordered a Broncos AFC Championship Hoodie and it was printed off center and crooked. And I'm not convinced it's the right color orange. I ordered a Navy Manning Super Bowl Jersey - same issue "Manning" was crooked and off center and the "18" on front and back were the same. I will never order anything from this website again. One Monday, 1/25, right after the NFC championship I ordered a Cam Newton Super Bowl bound jersey for my son, and I paid extra for expedited shipping. Guess what? It didn't ship until today, 2/4 and says it won't arrive until next week -- after the Super Bowl. My son has been asking about this jersey all week. It's lame that the NFL would promote a Super Bowl product then ship it late. I called customer service, was on hold for 20 minutes, and then got a rude person who told me it was my fault for not getting FedEx overnight and that the NFL got a lot of orders this year. Really disappointing. The NFL should not promote Super Bowl branded gear if they are not prepared to fulfill orders. Either have the jersey in stock or not -- but don't take a customer's money and then not follow thru. I wouldn't care except it's for my kid.

Attempted to get the number on a jersey changed one day after purchase and was just told all sales were final. No attempt to see if the jersey had even been printed yet. Couldn't they have just made the request to try and get the number changed before it printed? I would have understood had the item been printed or shipped already but no effort was made. Just unfortunate.
No where on the page does it tell you there is a charge for returning an item. It says only "hassle free 90 day return policy" They don't tell you until you have to return something they charge for returns. I bought a 29.99 item and had to pay 9.99 to return it for a different size. It wasn't even like I wanted my money back, I wanted to exchange it and they still charged that much. This will be the last time I buy something from here.
