I ordered Ravens jersey, the website stated it will ship out within 3 business days, still no jersey and the game is on the 21st. Customer service sucks no help they blame it on the warehouse and they tell you the same information from the tracking screen. I'm beyond pissed right now. I originally chatted with a team member who was extremely helpful in re-sending me a return label because I purchased the wrong size. I mentioned to her I did purchase on cyber Monday would I still get the deal, she said as a 1 time courtesy that they will let that happen and gave me a number to call to place the order over the phone, I called the number I was waiting to talk to someone for 20 minutes finally get through I explain to her what was told to me she said no she doesn't believe she could give me the cyber Monday deal which was 20% off but she put on hold to check I was on the phone for about 40 minutes just to get disconnected! So I called back was told no that they can not honor what the lady had originally told me! So I will be returning the wrong size jersey, and buying a smaller size else where.
The product (military hoodie) your website shows is a nice thick, well-trimmed hoodie. Your actual product is untrimmed and thinner than the handkerchief my grandfather use to carry. It is thinner and cheaper than a Disney see thru shirt. Your company lies more than the politicians that currently run this country. The fact that you put it on a product to show respect to the military disgusts me as a veteran. Never again will you steal my money.
I ordered three hoodies for Christmas gifts. All were customized with names. Well two came with names but were absolutely terrible quality! It looks like a Walmart hoodie that a high school student screen printed. The third hoodies has a Chicago bulls logo with wade going down the back but a patriots logo on the front! I asked for a refund because I paid over $50 for each hoodie and they are absolutely terrible. I was told they don't refund for custom items and I will need to wait to see if the request for it will be approved? I can't believe that the NFL shop will sell this poor of quality to their customers and their customer service representatives not seem to care that they are terrible. Except one saying "what the hell" after she told me The must have sent me the wrong one but when I told her no the patriots logo was on the front that was her response.

Ordered customized Jerseys for a game one week in advance. The site says ships in 3 business days and of course it did not! I orderded and paid for overnight shipping to give it a few days buffer. I live in Colorado and called Monday to verify and they said it should ship that day. It did not! Called Tuesday and they said they would deliver to my hotel in San Diego. I check the tracking and it is headed to Colorado. Now they are redirecting it to my hotel but can not guarantee it will be there in time. This is a contractor for the NFL and should not be! We pay a premium price and as consumers we expect a high level of service, at least do what you say you are going to do! VERY DISAPPOINTED! From now on I will order from a third party that has access to Nike directly! This contract is a joke and makes the NFL look really bad!
I purchased a Demaryrius Thomas Game Jersey for my youngest son's birthday present. The package came and was contained in an unopened plastic bag. By all appearances it seemed fine however; a couple of months later, during my sons birthday party, he opened the plastic package and found the defect. In the middle of the number 88 was a permanent black mark, quite obvious. My son was heartbroken. The mark is permanent and so I called customer service. The clerk told me I was beyond the 60 return time frame and that the NFL SHOP would not replace the defective item nor credit me for sending me a defective item. Then of all things the clerk asked if I wanted to purchase another jersey for over one hundred dollars to replace the defective item her company had sent to me! Buyer BEWARE!

I wish I had read the reviews on this site prior to placing an order. Much like the other complaints on this site, I too ordered a conference championship t-shirt that was supposed to be shipped no later than February 2nd. I sent an email to customer service on the 3rd. The next day (apparently it takes them 24 hours to respond to any inquiry) I received an email saying the order would be delayed. I tried to cancel the order, but they were "unable to accommodate" that request. The t-shirt showed up yesterday (like others, after the Super Bowl was over). The plastic wrapper indicated the right size, but when I opened it low and behold it was not the same size listed on the package. Sent another email to their customer service, to which I received an email saying there was an error processing the email, and that they would be closed for christmas. Take your business to a more reputable vendor.

Ordered and received in a timely manner but the product was awful. They had stripped the former sticker/decal and put a new one on but you can still see the shadow where the old decal was glued. Also the color had faded along the fold lines where it had sat on the shelf too long and/or in the sun. My husband didn't want to return it as he was leaving for the summer and wanted to take it, says he'll use it as a work shirt. Grrrr. I will purchase my gear in person at a store from now on.

Hubby ordered a Cincinnati Bengals Nugent team Football jersey in Womens Xlarge for me for Christmas. After many years I gave in and let him spend too much on me because this could be our last Christmas as my husband is battling stage 4 cancer. He ordered my jersey on Dec 11,2015 we received it Dec. 22,2015. What we received was a Mens Medium Cleveland Cavaliers Basketball jersey. Right state everything else was wrong! And too late to exchange! So thanks NFL shop for the ruined Christmas as I have nothing to open and not to mention whomever got my jersey may not be too happy either!

I tried to place an order using my Nfl card 20% discount online. Could not do it the way my credit card company told me how to! Was extremely frustrated and angry so i called to place my order. Hiw to apply that discount is not on the Nfl website but Kenny took the time and was able to go to Barclay card services to find out how to use my credit card and receive my 20% discount. Kenny went over and above for me as I was having a meltdown! He took the time to get this information! I commend him and his actions! He gave me the BEST customer service! I wanted him to be recognized for that as I was so frustrated I was going to give up and not place my order.

Ordered a Hoodie on Oct.22nd, site literally says ships No later than Nov 10th. Today 16th, nothing. Estimated Date. Nov 21st... Its super embarrassing that NFL shop can not ship my Salute to Service merchandise on Salute to Service month.
I am 100 percent positive that it will take longer than Estimated Delivery date. Also, 100 percent positive, I will never order from them again.

WORST experience I've EVER had online shopping! I would NOT reccommend shopping through NFL.com. There was an error they refused to inform me about with my product shipping. It was cancelled due to "change of mind" when I NEVER canceled my shipment. It was a birthday present for my boyfriend and I was only refunded 1.69$ for an item I paid 30$ for. I was sent emails from them asking to review a product I never received and was apparently "cancelled". They have zero knowledge about their customers or products. However the lady who i talked to through customer service was very helpful.

Watch fine print - every where on site you have 90 days to return. But on the policy page in one sentence "manufacturers direct " you only get 30 days. You really have to search for this information and with people buying early for Christmas and buying early due to covid shipping delays - the company should extend this. Poor customer service. Never use this site again. Want them to call me or write me and apologize and let me return.

I placed a $108.00 on NFLSHOP.COM 12/18/17. The promotion was GUARANTEED BY 12/23/17 OR ITS FREE. After tracking my package I will not receive until 12/27/17. I placed a call inquiring about when I will receive my refund and I was informed that a $65.00 refund would be applied. According to their supervisors (I spoke to 2 of them) who were absolutely rude and insulting my intelligence. They told me under terms and conditions (which were NOT under the promotion, or any where I could find on the website) that it "clearly" states the maximum refund is $65.00. You cannot promote a "Guarenteed by 12/23 or its free!" deal for Christmas and THEN change the rules when you have customers who did not receive their packages. This is fraud and false advertisement.

I ordered a t shirt and the online order form said delivered on Jan 26-27. I also put the code in SIDELINE for free shipping.
When I clicked Order, the total added shipping costs and the delivery date was Feb. 8th!
I called the next business day(Mon) and the guy was super rude & told me I should just cancel order So I DID! Don't order from a company that makes megabucks off of cheap tshirts then lies about the facts!

I bought a salute to service hoodie and a few weeks after my purchase, they hoodie went on sale. I was still allowed to return it or exchange it however I reached out to them asking for a simple refund of the difference since I was still within my window to have the discount applied but the customer service told me to send my hoodie back and re-order another one to get the discount. It was a ridiculous scenario as all that they should've done was credit me the difference between my purchase price and the sales price, I was still within my return date

I ordered a Browns Jersey in December, after waiting and waiting to receive my item, I was told it had arrived in Australia (where I reside) but was returning to the sender and was for some unknown reason not able to be delivered to my location. I called up NFL shop 2 times, and was told the first time once the item is returned to them I'll get an email notifying me and I can get a refund. Nothing happened, I called them again about 3-4 days ago and was told the operator has issued a refund ticket for me and I would get an email about this is in 24-48 hours that my refund is being processed... The email said that the jersey has to return to them first but I was told on the phone that would not be the case since it is most likely a lost item. I am long past my interest for the jersey, for all I know it is lost... I would just like a refund for my product...

Customer service was not helpful when THEY shipping the wrong size sweater to us. I ordered and XL Mens sweater and they sent an XL women's sweater. They won't send me the right size. They said I would have to place a new order and send the wrong one back. As much as I order from them I am very unhappy with there service!

Order an Alshon Jeffery jersey for my son last week 12/17. Confirmation said order would ship in 3 business days. Tried calling customer service twice to check on order. Each time they told me they were "upgrading" my shipping so my order would arrive on time. After hearing that again today, I asked to speak with a supervisor. 40 minutes of "on-hold" later, and 2 supervisors, I was finally told the jersey wasn't made yet, didn't know exactly when it would be made and they were sorry but nothing that they could do. Merry fricking x-mas to them!
Over the Thanksgiving Holidays, I went to the NFLshop.com website hoping to purchase an NFL Jersey for a family member for a Christmas present. As luck would have it, their jerseys were 25% off and they had the jersey I needed in stock, so I purchased it. They immediately charged my credit card and I anxiously awaited the shipping confirmation for the jersey so I could make sure to intercept it before the person receiving the gift was able to. About four days later I hadn't received any notice from NFLshop so I went onto their website and discovered they had completed my order by way of refunding my money. They did not notify me of this beforehand. So today, over a week later, I receive an e-mail stating they canceled my order with no explanation as to why. This appears to be a problem with them. First time and last time I purchase anything from them.

I bought a Washington redskins t-shirt from this site and after calling numerous times about I finally asked to talk to a supervisor they said no supervisor was available and that they would have one call me. Of course I never got a call so finally after six weeks they tell me the order has been cancled and now I am fighting with them because they won't refund my money. The whole process is a complete joke would never EVER try this website again the worst experience I have ever had trying to order something

The NFL responded to my review dated 12/19/16, I was extremely surprised at there response.
Thankfully as promised the NFL shop refunded back 50% of my purchase price for all the troubles I had with the order, shipping and confusion on there part.
They also promised to have a manager call me and apologize "Sara B" that never happened.
The final outcome thanks to the NFL shop for the refund, however I still would Not recommend buying product in th future, it's just not worth the aggravation.

I have had a rough time getting my products this year. To begin with 1 item has been lost completely and on mon I was told they would resend but it will be here in Jan and the other order has been sitting on a FedEx truck for 5 days. The lost product has still not been resent and yes these were Christmas presents. I was on phone with nfl shop worker sat and the attitude that was given to me was unacceptable period. I now have to explain to my family their gifts will be here nxt year and that's just crazy to me. No one from the shop has reached out to me to make any of this right. I have spent alot of money with this company and would appreciate some acknowledgement to their mess up but nope nothing.

According to their website, if an order was placed Monday, December 21, by 3pm Eastern time and you paid for 3 business days shipping, it would arrive on December 24.
I went ahead and ordered the item Monday morning and paid the $12.99 to have it arrive on Christmas Eve. The package was picked up by FedEx the next day and remained in Ohio until Wednesday, Dec 23. The package arrived in California in the evening on Dec 23 and was at its destination facility the following morning, Dec 24, where it will sit until next Monday, Dec 28.
NFLShop is refunding my shipping, but I really wish I had ordered through Amazon instead. In a tight deadline it seems you're better off ordering elsewhere.
