I placed an order all at 1 time received 1 item.now the date to receive the rest have changed twice to span until the 14th.fanatics is 1 day promised. That day delivered.all the told me was.well once u receive it we will waive the fee to return it.duhhh who returns what they wait for.useless customer service which makes it a useless company...UPDATE...I don't know who did what but all items arrived today.no company is perfect but I COMMEND WHOEVER STEPPED IN.i don't trust computers but the customer service staff EARNED MY FUTURE BUISINESS.
I ordered Ravens jersey, the website stated it will ship out within 3 business days, still no jersey and the game is on the 21st. Customer service sucks no help they blame it on the warehouse and they tell you the same information from the tracking screen. I'm beyond pissed right now. I had to return a sweatshirt because the sizing was terribly small. I tracked my return and can see that they received it on Jan. 8th. Today is the 22nd and I still have not gotten my money back! In this digital age it should not take this long to get a refund!
I ordered an item from the NFL Canada shop, and it became delayed during the distribution process. I reached out to their online customer service team and the person I spoke to said she would make a note on my file that I could return the item for free since it was delayed. It finally came so I tried to initiate the return. Ended up speaking to a supervisor on their online chat (since they did not have a North American 1-800 number, it was US only) and she told me that the agent I spoke to before made an error and there was nothing she could do about it. She couldn't print me a return label since I'd be mailing it from Canada, which is fair, but I didn't understand why she couldn't have offered to refund me for the cost to ship it to them. She really did not care to help me at all and now I am going to be out the insured shipping cost to mail it back to them.
Don't buy anything custom made from them. Their customer service makes you hold for several minutes and then tell you they aren't allowed to help you with anything customized. Don't waste your money buying anything customized from them. Their customer service is the worst!

On our site it is advised that once the order has been placed it would be a final sales item. After 30 minutes the order goes into production to guarantee the product is made properly. It takes 3 business days for our warehouse to make this item. When item is added to the cart a message will appear letting customer know that by adding this item to the cart you can not make changes and will be a final sales item. Really bad service.On Dec. 8 I place an international order for a Jersey and after 60 days I have not yet received my purchase. Now they say that Is my responsibility to pay for the taxes and even worst that I need to go ancd claim for my package at the post office. Hey Guys! In mexico we dont even have post office, that´s why when you place an order you asked for the final destination address. You dont even tell me with which company did you sent my package (UPS, DHL, FEDEX, etc. Really sad about your service.PS************** or PS**************

Wish I had found this review site before I ordered. Same issues as everyone below. Ordered 2 jerseys, did not ship in the 3 day period, and I needed on a specific date so I had paid for overnight delivery as well. They debited my bank account before any merchandise had shipped (6-7 days in advance of shipping) and they debited for THREE jerseys, not two. Three phone calls later I am supposed to get my money back on the mistake, but as of this writing I haven't. I requested speaking to a supervisor or manager and customer service refused to transfer me.
DO NOT BUY ANY MERCHANDISE FROM THIS PLACE. No retail establishment charges you before shipping... that alone is a huge red flag. And it won't be going out in 3 business days so don't plan on it arriving in said time. I would love to comment on the quality of the order, if I ever receive it.
I ordered a hoodie for Christmas. They used FEDEX and they got it here in my city on Dec 16th. They did not deliver it and in fact they sent it to USPS for delivery Jan. 1st. I won't buy from them again.

I found a jersey that said it was 25% off with a code. I click on the jersey and it, again, says the jersey is 25% off with a code. So, I add to cart and go to checkout. I enter the code it says and it doesn't apply. I called customer service and I'm told it doesn't apply to that jersey because there is limited supply. After several minutes of going in circles, I ask for a supervisor. No supervisors available. The agent tells me that he'll give me free shipping if I pay full price. The item already qualified for free shipping! Or, so they said. I may be crazy, but if you advertise a certain price or discount, you honor that price or discount. I see why they have 1½ stars.

I ordered a specialized shot glass and I saw where it said it would be shipped within a few days of my ordering it. But when I got my confirmation email it said that it wouldn't be shipped until a whole month later. I called customer service and they said since it was a special item the manufacturer would be shipping it. So I asked to cancel the order and to give me my money back, they said they can't do that since it was a special item. Now I can understand if I could not get a full refund but to not get any refund! That's crazy! I should at lease get half of a refund. I thought customer service was to help the customer and if the customer is not satisfied then you would do what you need to do to make it right. I wish I could give negative stars because I would. You don't deserve 1 star!

I bought a new england patriots jersey for my son and when it arrived it was too small. I followed the return details and requestes a swap for a bigger size that was in stock online. I have since checked were my order is and it states refunded. I have rang nfl who states i have been refunded by paypal and i most certainly have not. I now have one disappointed boy and am £44.95 out of pocket.

A package arrived but 5 jerseys that I ordered weren't in it. Also one of the jerseys was damaged. I also received a hat that I didn't order. Customer service says I received my order but I only received part of it.

You can waste hours ordering a jacket and going through the painting process only to find out in an email if you research it yourself that they've canceled the order they don't tell you they canceled the order it's up to you to find that out for yourself

Ordered game day attire over 2 weeks before the game after reading their guidelines of 1 day processing time and selecting 3-7 business days shipping. Here we are 5 business days later, one of my items has NOT EVEN PROCESSED yet, one is sitting in Indy, and the other has been sitting at some random city in CA. The kicker? The item that has not processed and my jersey sitting in another state are set to not be here until after game day! Might want to update the online shipping policies since it is definitely not "Worry Free Shipping." I had been told to not order from here before because it's a terrible experience and now I know why.

Purchased a hoodie for my son for the holidays. Ordered a few sizes up so he would have some room to grow. He is 11 and I ordered a size 16. Received today. There is no way that this item was the size listed. It is ridiculously small! He couldn't even wear it now! Wanted to return and replace but was told that I would have to pay a $10 shipping fee to return. $10! I could see if I just didn't like the product but this is an item that is NOT the correct size as listed. They promote that their shipping is "worry free and safe" and also "simple and hassle free" but they DO NOT mention the ridiculous fee associated with it. I could pay way less than that to ship back on my own. Plus... I will then to have to reorder AFTER the sale date has passed and pay even more money. Guess I learned my lesson... I will head to $#*!'s Sporting Goods or even Kohl's from now on.

Ordered a KC Chiefs Pro Line Super Bowl Champions Luxe Foil T-Shirt in XL for my brother. He wears a L or XL usually, this thing is smaller than the the kids L that my nephew wears, and the material is so thin you can see through it. I ordered another shirt in the same size and they're totally different sizes, like for father and child, even though they both say XL. I almost want to try to order another size but its so off from the listed size, I feel like its not worth wasting another $10 return fee. Don't waste your time or money on this junk!

I pre-ordered a Jay Cutler Chicago Bears jersey on the 12th August which was due to be released on the 15th August and also paid for one day delivery. It has now been over 3 weeks since it was due to be released. It is getting to be a joke now waiting for my delivery. I for one will defiantly not be using this service ever again.
Bought my dad a $100 sweatshirt for Christmas. Website says it was delivered, which it wasn't. When I explained this the agent on the phone who argued with me telling me that it was delivered and it's my fault for not tracking it. Thing is I was tracking it, and it was not delivered when it said it was. Ruined Christmas for me. Really disappointed.

You paie for a 3 to 5 Day delivery but it only the tire when they decide to ship your ordre there not way to know the real time before you paid and then there is not cancel possible. So your 3 day delivery could be in 1 or 3 Month

We ordered a month ago, they told us that we would receive it in 3 business days maximum. 2 weeks ago I called back because when I tracked my order it was still in Ohio to be shipped. They told me at that point that they would ship another one right away because they would take in consideration that it was a lost package. Today I called back because with the new order ID my package was AGAIN in Ohio to be shipped... I called back they told me that it was a lost package AGAIN, and that they would refund me... REALLY? How can you lose 2 packages for the same person it's a real joke.

InconvenienceOn Sept. 3 I ordered two items that were in stock to get free two day shipping. One item shipped on time. The other item never shipped. On Sept. 26 I get an email saying the item was delayed shipping(well no $#*!) and that it would ship out Oct. 5. and I would get a confirmation email when it shipped. It is now Oct. 11 and I check my credit card and have a refund on it from nflshop.com. I contact customer support and tell them what happened and they first respond with I cancelled your order you will be receiving a refund for $40.23... mind you I never asked them to cancel my order, let alone my missing item was a jersey so that dollar amount would be incorrect. She then tells me to ignore her previous message and that my order got cancelled Oct. 5... yet I never received any email saying it was cancelled and on my account on NFLShop.com it says nothing about the order being cancelled. She told me there was nothing they could do for me and it was just and incovience.

I ordered a jersey for my Grandson on December 8th, money was taken from my bank account December 10th. I was told I would receive an email to let me know my order was processing and would include tracking numbers. I have yet to receive one. I contacted customer support and was told there was no order. When asked how they got my bank info and why they took the money the reply was "Dear we didn't get your money we don't know what your talking about". Really?!?!?! Nothing but a scam! Will be contacting my bank and turning them in as a fraudulent site!

I ordered a Christmas gift for my husband on Mon Dec 14 for an item in stock and paid extra for 3 day shipping. Today Dec 19th I get an email stating it still has not shipped and will not receive till after Christmas. I just canceled the order and now with 5 days left for Christmas I have to go fight the crowds and try and find this jersey for my husband and there's no telling when my credit card will get refunded.
