I placed an order all at 1 time received 1 item.now the date to receive the rest have changed twice to span until the 14th.fanatics is 1 day promised. That day delivered.all the told me was.well once u receive it we will waive the fee to return it.duhhh who returns what they wait for.useless customer service which makes it a useless company...UPDATE...I don't know who did what but all items arrived today.no company is perfect but I COMMEND WHOEVER STEPPED IN.i don't trust computers but the customer service staff EARNED MY FUTURE BUISINESS.

I ordered Ravens jersey, the website stated it will ship out within 3 business days, still no jersey and the game is on the 21st. Customer service sucks no help they blame it on the warehouse and they tell you the same information from the tracking screen. I'm beyond pissed right now. I ordered a jersey gor my son and it was bigger than expected! I order thst same size in all brands without a problem. Wanted to exchange it but they said because it was customized they couldn't. It is Mccaffrey ftom the Panthers of course they can receive it amd sell it without a problem. Sadly I later noticed Amazon has same jersey same price, free shipping. Do NoT but from them look for the product elsewhere. Will NEVER but from them again. $120 in the trash!

Update: NFL Shop did contact me and allow me to return the jersey. So I changed the rating from 1 star to 3 because in the end they were fair but took a lot of work to get them to allow the return. Still I'd like to thank them for allowing it!

I was shopping for my father and I and I ordered one Dallas shirt for him and one eagles jersey for me both men. But when I got the shipping info it said youth so I talked to customer service which is horrible because it took almost 30 mins for them to connect to chat. They told me since its customized we cant do anything about it but it was customized as far as its the black eagles jersey with Brent Celek's name and number on it which I dont get because I'm pretty sure that's a regular jersey.

Tip for consumers:
Don't shop at the site.....go to your local sporting store or even amazon which is more customer friendly then this excuse of a shopping site!

Worst business to buy products from. They do not hold up their end of the deal when paying extra to ensure item is available before Christmas. I have bought several items in the past and every single time they do not ship item out in timely manner and never delivered on the original estimated date range supplied when shopping. It sits in the store forever in transit status before it is shipped out to the delivery service used. I was hoping this time would be different by selecting the option to guarantee delivery before Christmas. Needless to say, that was WRONG! To me that was a scam to collect extra money and not deliver! Not only that but now the delivery time is expected for 12/29 which is AFTER the guaranteed date set for 12/19-12/20 for an order placed on 12/17. They will not even refund and cancel bc they claim the items are already shipped but when a lable has been printed for UPS it means it is still in NFLshop.com facility still. They also charge you $9.99 for a refund of the item to be shipped back. You can get an ecard refund for free but why after all this, would I ever want to buy anything from them again and get an e-card? Another scam and not take responsibility for thier inadequate service!

Tip for consumers:
The dates of shipping are not at all even close to being accurate. If you request a refund, unless you want an e-card with NFLshop.com you will have to pay $9.99 which is insane when they can not even provide what they promise!

I ordered a jersey for Super VI on Thursday 2nd and paid for the next day by noon delivery. I check FedEx tracking today and it says it won't come until Monday 6th. They said that next day shipping is from the time that the order is recieved to FedEx... they didn't say that when I put next day shipping and they said had I done Saturday shipping it could have been here in time. I'm beyond furious. They need to more clearly state that next day isn't really next day.

I ordered three Seahawks nfc champs shirts on 1/20/2014. I got two of the shirts two weeks later and I am still waiting on the 3rd shirt. I have emailed them at least 5 times and every time I get the same response. The last on said they had a problem getting the shirt in stock. But they said it would be shipped on before 2/18/2014 and as of today it still hasn't been shipped out. I cant get ahold of a real person to get this taken care of. I am never buying from them again.

I ordered a jersey on a Monday thinking it would come for the games the following Sunday. But NOOOOOOO. I get a confirmation email and it says expected delivery is the 27th, of November! It is currently September 16th and i never got a heads up that it would take that long to ship. The site said 3-7 business days. But i understand if it was like a week or a week and a half late because of the events happening right now but over 2 whole months is unacceptable.

Do NOT order from Nflshop.com! You will NEVER get your order or if you do get it, it's 3 weeks later! If you have to return an item it takes 4 weeks for Refund. If you're lucky! This company has went straight to HELL! #you've been warned!
*UPDATE*I talked to NFLSHOP 11-8-16 and I was told that my RETURN was received 10/20/16 and I WON'T get my refund until 11/17! WOW! Totally unacceptable!

I find it hard to believe this is really an official nfl site first of all it showed a discounted price for the fitted hat I purchase rite up until I chose complete purchase and the price went rite back to full retail 43$ which I was not even that mad about but then I choose 19$ 2 day shipping and they didn't even fulfill that part of the order it's now been 5 days I check and the tracking shows 3 day business select lol if this really is an official nfl site they should be ashamed for handling fans in this manner should be a 0 star option cause that's what they deserve for my experience I'm really thinking about being super petty and returning the hat just to order it from somewhere else lol pathetic website all around

How is it that NFL shop can charge you a ton of money for cheaply made products? I spent over an hour trying to deal with customer service online because the phone number they give you don't get anybody they tell you to go back online SMH. I spoke with two people first one told me I can get a refund no problem if I already washed the towel and washed the silicone glasses I got in this package. So when she sent me the refund email, on my instructions it states that I can't send anything back that's been washed. So I went back on there and talked to another representative and this person told me that when they get stuff that have been used they just give it to charity and that's that. No refund no nothing SMH. If I wouldn't have read it I would have sent all my stuff back and not received a refund at all even though I was told by that customer service representative online that I would. So this one tells me I can give you 30% back which was a little over $15 SMH! What a joke! The advice I give everybody here that reads this don't buy the beach towels they are very cheaply made and very thin. It is definitely not worth the money that you're paying. I've bought a lot of things off NFL shop and I have noticed that in the last several years their quality of products have dropped down immensely. Shame on you NFL shop!

I ordered a GB MENS PRINTED SHIRT, and received a GB WOMENS V-NECK PRINTED SHIRT. They put the blame on 'the manufacturer' because it is a 'manufacturer direct item'. Um... I didn't purchase from the 'manufacturer', I purchased from your site, you should back up your products and service. Take a lesson from Amazon. It's not like the NFL is running out of money.

Their return policy is shady and deceptive. They say 90 day returns, but if it's a customized item, you must report the problem within 30 days. I think I contacted them at 34 days. Either way, their customer service is highly inflexible and does not favor the customer. I will never do business with them again! I got off lucky as this was under $40. I highly recommend everyone should stay away at all costs!

Avoid!!!!! Complete garbage retailer. Worst on the internet. Highly inflexible towards customers. Will never do business with them again.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I'm always having issues with this site. Don't trust whatever they tell you for shipping. They take your money then you won't see your product for months when it is advertised as "7-8 business days". I ordered 2 items I was planning on gifting for Christmas on 11/25 it is now 12/13 and one package says it's getting delivered tomorrow (hasn't even shipped) and now the other isn't estimated until 12/27 AFTER CHRISTMAS literally a month after I purchased. Very quick to take your money though… Called customer service and my order is delayed because my items are out of stock at the warehouse… WHY DID YOU LET ME PURCHASE AND TAKE MY MONEY IF IT WAS OUT OF STOCK. It is crazy. Just want our money back and now have to wait 72 hours to see if we can. DONT BUY FROM HERE.

I ordered a jersey nov 27 for a christmas gift. Wow here it is dec 29th still hasn't shipped. Oh after several communications with them on the last try the rep said he doesnt know why this hasn't shipped it shows in stock 3 days later i had a tracking number. Guess what no movement on the tracking number. This is a nightmare of a company. No one knows anything and ive been told lies after lies. I just want this gift to ship after all this time, I will never orderfrom this place and I will tell people not to.

I understand it is the holiday season but not everything is for Christmas. I ordered a birthday present on the 12th for my husband, the free shipping would have been after his birthday so I opted to pay $10.00 to have it by the 18th. I checked the tracking today and it is not coming until the end of day on the 21st? I contacted customer service and they did refund the shipping but I do not have a birthday gift. The entire point is that I would have ordered something from Amazon Prime instead, I never have had an issue. Do not offer something that you cannot deliver.

I placed an order on 12/15 for a Seattle Seahawks pullover hoodie for my guy. Received an email stating the order would be received on 12/18/2019. I should have known better because the hoodie was a customized order, however, I took the company at its word. I called customer service to find out where the package was on 12/26, was on hold for 44 minutes. The Customer Service Rep informed me that the package never had a label on it and would have to marked as lost. The order was placed again, was informed would not receive until 1/7/2020 because it would have to shipped from manufacturer because it is an customized order. The order was not delivered before Christmas, will receive a refund; will take up 2-7 business days. I WILL NOT order from NFL Shop ever again, definitely would not have used them had I read the reviews.

Ordered a Seattle Seahawk Thomas Rawls Jersey for my girlfriend on October 15th and the numbers were starting to come off by the end of December. I called Customer Service at NFLshop, and they said they could do nothing for me after the 60 day return policy is up. So just a heads up for all that want custom jersey's made at a rediculace price... Don't do it. They don't stand by their products with any kind of warrenty pass 60 day's.

I bought a custom jersey last week it was suppose to be next day shipping. And they sent it Standard shipping :( I called to fix it they just wanted to give me $10 credit for my next purchase. They couldn't fix my order this is really bad cuz I had to call to get my shipping fixed to next day and they still sent it standard.

I placed my order, and was told it would ship in 3 biz days. Over 10 days later I still had not gotten a tracking number so I contacted them. I was told with no care whatsoever that the order had been canceled because they 'ran out' of the item. I suppose that if I had not contacted them they would have continued to jerk me around. I have never had a company cancel and order, and not bother to tell the damn customer. Ridiculous. The CSR was a daft jerk who couldn't care less. I'll NEVER use again.

Support hard work individuals who actually provide customer service and try to fulfill orders. Don't support the $4billion NFL and their mouthbreathers who can't ship the stuff you order. Do the world a favor and purchase stuff from someone who needs your money and won't screw you over like the NFL

Package never arrived. FedEx said they "attempted" a delivery which they never did. I contacted the company as they are the only ones who can put a change on the shipment to pick it up from a fedex store. They wouldn't do it and said that since I "refused" it, they would process a return when they received it back and that I would have to reorder in 10 days. That will never ever happen. I caution anyone not to order from this site. I have had great experience with Fanatics.com. I doubt I will ever even get my money refunded and will be filing a claim with the BBB.

I read horrible, atrocious, terrible reviews after I made my purchase. I ordered a Jersey which wasn't exactly cheap. So I was just knew/ and was worried that my order was going to be wrong. I'm from Jacksonville, Fl. An affected area of Hurricane Irma. So I knew that with the hurricane approaching it was going to cause more confusion and then with the delays I thought the shipping (since so many said shipping was horrifying) was going to take a long time.

I placed my order on September 6th. My item shipped the very next day. Had a small delay due to the hurricane but my item was promptly delivered on the 15th. The jersey was exactly what I expected. I am extremely satisfied with my order and will be a returning customer. Thank you for prompt shipping and handling and great product.
