I placed an order all at 1 time received 1 item.now the date to receive the rest have changed twice to span until the 14th.fanatics is 1 day promised. That day delivered.all the told me was.well once u receive it we will waive the fee to return it.duhhh who returns what they wait for.useless customer service which makes it a useless company...UPDATE...I don't know who did what but all items arrived today.no company is perfect but I COMMEND WHOEVER STEPPED IN.i don't trust computers but the customer service staff EARNED MY FUTURE BUISINESS.
I ordered Ravens jersey, the website stated it will ship out within 3 business days, still no jersey and the game is on the 21st. Customer service sucks no help they blame it on the warehouse and they tell you the same information from the tracking screen. I'm beyond pissed right now. I ordered my items the day after the conference championships. Looks like nothing will be here by the Super Bowl on the 2nd. I can't believe the NFL and its suppliers weren't ready for the immense rush of orders. This happens every year, I'm sure, that a flood of orders come in after the conference championships. So disappointed.
Edit: We got some stuff on the morning of the game! My husband's 49er shirt, his 49er flag, and the flags that had both teams on them. Guess it was the demand for Chiefs stuff that's causing the backlog. I think the NFL Shop got it expedited; the fed ex driver said it wasn't on his truck so they had him make an extra stop to get it.
Thank you whoever did it! It's my husband's birthday as well as the Super Bowl day, so I'm super excited he got his stuff.
I ordered a "Tennessee Titans Fanatics Branded Women's Stacked Stripes Pullover Hoodie - Navy" for my mother last year around this time. It was too small so I returned it. I received an on-line eGift Card number and PIN as the refund. I have tried for almost a year to redeem it, to no avail. I can't even get in touch with anyone to help. Looks like I have been scammed.

Super frustrated that I ordered a custom jersey, followed the sizing instructions to a T, to include taping myself to make sure my measurments were correct, and the jersey is huge. I'm drowning in it. It says if you want a looser fit to go up one size, BS! I'm assuming if I didn't go up the extra size like it says for a looser fit in the abdomen that it WOULD HAVE been perfect. Now I'm stuck with a jersey that doesn't fit and will never be worn and out $150.

I made a purchase long ago and the products never arrived, at first I was'n very happy with the resolution because there's no way we, as overseas customers, are able to find or track the lost package but after I made an inquiry, in a couple of days the NFL gave me a refund and a coupon for future shopping.
In my experience, the NFL Customer Service played "First Class" style and I can't wait to made another purchase of gear from my favourite team.

Order a jersey with EXPEDITED 3DAY shipping on 11/15/2021. No jersey as of 11/20/2021. FedEx states was shipped using standard and NFL shop states expedited. When asked if they could call FedEx or their own warehouse to rectify the situation all I get is sorry were aren't able to make outbound calls. This is from a Supervisor. I wanted to clarify even to their own warehouse and he stated no outbound calls. And then states we will refund shipping. Ummm forget shipping the jersey was for the Cowboy v Chiefs games 11-21-2021.

I don't even know how to begin to explain what I've been through the last few days for an order I placed A MONTH AGO... telling me 4 times that the order was on its way and to call back if I didn't get by December 28th (after Christmas lol) only to learn it was cancelled the whole time... "accidentally" disconnecting me on the phone, not crediting me back the full amount until I called back to point it out. It goes on and on. If this wasn't bad enough, when I asked them to credit me back $8 (the amount I am out of pocket due to exchange rate differences on the purchase/return) they told me they wouldn't do it and I should take the issue up with my financial institution. So basically, I paid money for the privilege of having them put me through a horrible customer experience and have nothing to show for it and they think that's fair. LOL.

I ordered a customized Eagles jersey and was sent a Dolphins jersey instead. Ordered it on November 21st in order to get it before Christmas as it was meant to be a gift. After I contacted them about their error, NEVER heard back from them - I had to keep contacting them to get information on the status. Short story - got ripped off, didn't get the jersey, didn't even get some kind of gift card or anything to make up for their STUPIDITY! They offered me 25% off my next order - WTF? NEVER going back to this site again! Their customer service is pitiful.
I am so friggin' PISSED! NFL Shop.com showed their online gift cards get sent out within a few hours. Yesterday morning for fathers day, I order one to be sent via email. After I place the order and pay, it states it could take up to 24 hours to be sent via email. So more than 24 hours go by and I still don't get the promised confirmation email that the egift card has been sent to the gift recipient. I check the order status to see that the IDIOTS mailed it to my billing address!? So now I have to wait for it to get here then ship it out to another state for the gift recipient.
Never order from NFLShop. Unless getting your package 3 months later is ok with you. It's 2021 we can ship things around the world in a week or less but NFLShop might ship it in a week, then give it to the slowest vendor ever. It will touch 25 cities, sit in 2 for a week each time. A hot air balloon has travel around the world by wind in less time than it took my package to go from Florida to Chino(where it still sits, still not to Hawaii.) PLEASE ORDER FROM ANYWHERE ELSE!

Everything I ordered was wrong
The shirt fit ok but, the sleeves were 8' to long. Their sizes are twice the size of any shirts I have ever ordered or bought.
Returns, they send a bar code for ups, it isn't for ups. You have to print out the label and take it to the USPS. The bar code doesn't work at UPS or USPS. NEVER AGAIN WILL I PURCHASE FROM NFLSHOP!

I ordered a Tom Brady Super Bowl Jersey for my Father who is Legally Blind. On January 23,2021, it told me 7-10 Business days which means he would have it to watch/listen to his Bucs, they now say it won't deliver it until February 19th. I wish they would of told me that I would have ordered from elsewhere. I will never order again from NFL.ca if you can't deliver in a timely fashion as you advertise than don't advertise it, don't mislead customer.
Update: look at your advertising as of today the NFL Shop is advertising Gear up For The Big Game, knowing full well they can't deliver for the Big Game, they sent out this email this morning. False Advertising, See Photo

I contacted NFL Shop live chat when my order was still in processing. I was connected with a representative who assured me that my order was canceled and that I would be getting a refund. Upon checking, I realized I did not get an email about it and my order was still in processing. I contacted them again through live chat. I was connected to another representative who told me that they checked my order and it was NOT canceled and that they CANNOT cancel my order because it is now in the shipping part. I thought everything was fine but apparently, they lied about canceling my order and now I am the one getting penalized for it instead of their representative. They just kept spamming the same words. They have really bad customer service. They're unclear and unapologetic. I saved both transcripts of the live chat for future references. Dissapointing.

On Tuesday 8/8 I received my package which was 14 pictures of David Tyree, which was for an event that Friday at which David Tyree would be attending. When I opened the package there was only 1 inside! I was transferred to Cristin, she listened to the story and heard the urgency in my voice. She thought of a solution but couldn't promise anything. She followed up with email after email for 2 days keeping me updated on her interaction with the warehouse. Thanks to Cristin's hard work on 8/10 I received the remaining 13 pictures. I can say enough positive things about my experience with her! She wouldn't sign off until the package was delivered to my house and in my hands! An event for children was even more special thanks to her dedication to her job, kindness and the willingness to go above and beyond for me! I can never thank her enough!
Being upset is clearly an understatement! I ordered one of my father's Christmas gifts a pair of REDSKINS slippers! The package finally arrives on 1/8/20 and guess what?!?! The are NOT true to size! However that isn't even the worse part... NFL SHOP sent me CAROLINA PANTHERS slippers! Now I have to find somewhere probably off market to get what I simply asked for! #lostacustomer #wastedmoney

Use cheap and very delayed means of delivery namely ups innovations. Unable to speak to customer svc only get automation. Higher prices than other sites. Would not recommend at all.
This site is a scam. Promise 3 business day delivery-Took 30 days. Not sure why the NFL would associate itself with a company of such poor quality. I guess it took the lowest bidder?
