I placed an order all at 1 time received 1 item.now the date to receive the rest have changed twice to span until the 14th.fanatics is 1 day promised. That day delivered.all the told me was.well once u receive it we will waive the fee to return it.duhhh who returns what they wait for.useless customer service which makes it a useless company...UPDATE...I don't know who did what but all items arrived today.no company is perfect but I COMMEND WHOEVER STEPPED IN.i don't trust computers but the customer service staff EARNED MY FUTURE BUISINESS.

I ordered Ravens jersey, the website stated it will ship out within 3 business days, still no jersey and the game is on the 21st. Customer service sucks no help they blame it on the warehouse and they tell you the same information from the tracking screen. I'm beyond pissed right now. Placed an order for a jersey on 1/22. E-mail confirmation said it would ship no later than jan 31. Still hasnt shipped, wont be here for superbowl. I wont do this again.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I will NEVER ORDER from them again! I suggest you don't either!
There is no communication with the CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM and Production. I noticed a mistake on my order 1o minuets after I submitted it- called/emailed them to correct it which was on a Sunday. I received an email minutes later that they will contact me on Monday am-they didn't so I contacted them again and they told me sorry its too late - cant make the correction even though they still have not started making my customized Shirt. I spoke to the Manager his response was one who read off a scripted response- same response they tell all of their customers. POOR Excuse!
THEY LACK COMPLETE CUSTOMER SERVICE and DO NOT CARE if the customer is not HAPPY!. BTW- Im only giving 1 star so I can submit this review!

Hello Maria, thank you for your feedback. We are truly sorry for the frustration you experienced. Unfortunately, our system simply will not allow cancellations or changes to customized items once the order is submitted. Since the system will not allow it, a ticket has to be created to request for the change to be completed, but in most cases no changed are allowed. Unfortunately, your order was produced and shipped before our custom warehouse could stop the process.

We do try to clearly outline the service agreement for customized items in their description pages:

“Customized items are final sale and cannot be cancelled, changed, returned or refunded after order has been placed.”

As a one-time courtesy we have processed a partial refund of 20% for your purchase, in hopes of making this right. We urge you to carefully review your order before submitting it in the future when customized items are being purchase. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY
DO NOT CUSTOMIZE. THIS COMPANY IS AWARE THAT 99% OF THE ORDERS ARE BEING LOST YET BECAUSE OF THE 1% THAT ARE STILL GOING THROUGH THEY ARENT WARNING THE PUBLIC OR EVEN REMOVING THE OPTION FROM THE WEBSITE. NOW I HAVE TO DISPUTE THE CHARGE WITH BANK AND SHOULD BE RETURNED IN 10 DAYS SO I WAS TOLD. I SPENT TWO HOURS TO GET THE TRUTH. $630.00 WAS MY BILL, ANYONE KNOW WHO TO CONTACT TO REPORT THIS FRAUD?

**Update- I did receive my order prior to Christmas, however two of the sweatshirts patches were applied crooked. Lesson learned, wont customize again.

Ordered a Dallas Cowboys jersey on October 3rd. Paid an extra $24.95 for NEXT DAY BUSINESS shipping. Today is October 11th and I still do NOT have my item. UPS customer service rep said LABEL CREATED for item, yet they haven't received it, which means the item hasn't even been shipped out. I should of had the jersey LAST WEEK, no later than October 5th at least, since I paid extra to have it to me by a specific time. Completely and utterly dissatisfied with this company and I'll be seeking a FULL REFUND!

Tip for consumers:
I would advise people to THINK carefully about shopping on NFLshop.com, especially if you’re paying extra for shipping and items aren’t delivered to you within that timeframe. Companies in the U.S CANNOT keep trying to blame the pandemic for lackluster service or results, when I’ve ordered things from overseas and received it in a more timely manner.

One I received a Dwayne haskins jersey when I ordered a AP jeresy. Two, the quality is trash. Plastic numbers and logos. WHY IS NOTHING STITCHED ON?!? I realize it may be because of the reebok to nike switch but real jerseys should be stitched. I ordered a Joddan Reed Jersey a few years back from aliexpress a chinese bootleg site and its WAY more authentic in material, stitched, cut, etc... just curious is it because of the switch to nike?

I order a tailgate gift boxes and for how much i paid for it is not worth the money. I do order based on what was in it cause the person will love cause they a big fan of the team. But they could put better stuff in it for almost 85 dollars. They could have done a hoodied that like 60 dollors which i see online and still have all the other stuff in the box. You could take the garden flag and put in a wool hat and still left the towel and the shirt and 4 covers for beer or pop. Little disappointed on the prodects. They could do so much better for they boxes and still make money. I will never buy from here again. I could buy alot more for 85 then what i got from the site.

I ordered a hat and jersey for my terminally ill father. I paid extra to guarantee it's delivery date. 4 days past delivery still NOTHING. I called NFLSHOP they said they have no uodates call Fedex. Fedex says it was spotted using SmartPack meaning no one knows. As of this morning he passed away still waiting. NO ONE AT NFL SHOP WILL HELP.

I ordered a Tyler Lockett jersey for my husband's birthday and paid for overnight shipping at $19.95. Their site said that they would ship it within 3 business days... I ordered in on a Sunday and somehow that turned into 9 full days. Not a single email except thanks for your order, no updates on any delays. I called them and they said Sunday doesn't count and Monday doesn't count, oh and neither does Tuesday so now Wednesday is the first day and of course even though I ordered FedEx overnight shipping (yes they deliver on Saturday) I wouldn't receive my order before Monday. After reading other reviews, I see that would actually be lucky because their track record for delivering anything as promised isn't so great. They provide their own reviews giving them nearly 5 full stars on another site. I will never order from this shop again, and if you decide to order from them I wouldn't waste your $20 on overnight shipping. Cancelled my order, thanks NFL shop, I have no gift for my husband now

My mom bought me a customized jersey in September that she was giving to me for Christmas. I opened it Christmas but didn't wear it until the game on January 15th. It is defective because the shoulder length is for a small child, yet this was a women's xl. I have contacted them ten plus times. Each time they say "defective products must be returned within 30 days." Any logical person would realize this gift needs to be replaced, not because I don't like it or because I ruined it, but that it is defective and they should fix their mistake. I have gotten no where with them. They won't even pass me to a manager. They just create a ticket under my mom's email and refuse to respond to mine. Seriously, worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will NEVER buy from them again and hope others stop to avoid a similar issue. Football Fanatics for me!

I sent a private message to Sarah B. Stating something along the lines of "surprise, you 'can't help me'. It is a customized white Bell jersey. Regardless of how long it has been or what the product is, it is still a defective product. Make it right and send me what was purchased (and I will gladly send this crap back for you to "donate to charity") and do not send me another worthless apology."

I have been trying for two days now to try to contact through phone, chat and facebook regarding my order. It says delivered but it wasn't delivered. I know, I work from home and I did not receive it. When checking the tracking, they didn't even deliver it to my door, it says it was left in driveway in front of garage. THERE WAS NOTHING THERE. Why would they not deliver it to my door like everyone else instead of dumping it in a shared driveway in a townhome community. So now I have nothing and out money because I can't get a hold of anybody.

CRAP TOTAL CRAP! Apparell seems fine but the shipping is CRAP! Ordered to Jerseys 2 weeks before the super bowl. 1 was shipped a day later and took 7 DAYS to arrive on the slow boat from BFE. The other was not ready and was going to ship no later than 8 days after my order. The Super Bowl is on 2-2-14 and my Jersey will not arrive until 2-3-14. WTH! Why did I spend 120 + dollars for something that I probably will not use until next football season!

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. I ordered two hats on 06/10/13 for father's day and even paid for expedited delivery. I received an e-mail telling my order should be to DELIVERED "ON OR BEFORE JUNE 13,2013". Today is the 14th of June and I called first thing this morning and was advised that it has NOT even left the warehouse. When inquired of them why I did not receive an e-mail advising me of this the person answering the phone had no answer. All she told me was that she would put in a "REQUEST" to cancel my order. I advised this is not a "request" but rather a demand. I was given a inquiry #. When I finish typing this I am calling my credit card company with regard to cancellation of this order. NEVER AGAIN! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE DEFINITELY NOT RELIABLE IF TIME IS AN ISSUE EVEN IF YOU PAY FOR EXPEDITED $15.99 FED EX SECOND DAY!

Unfortunately I found out there is no returning even damaged unworn wear after the 90 days. I made the mistake of not looking at a $79.00 Jersey over well enough when it was received before I wrapped it as a Christmas Gift. The tags are attached and still in the original packing which shows it was not worn. I have a very disappointed young man who can not wear his Jersey due to red lettering bleeding onto the yellow shirt Jersey. I have reached out 3 times and only ask for a store credit to purchase another item as this one was out of stock. All 3 times I got "So sorry but we have a return policy and it is past that". I have ordered for many years during the holidays and I just expected the quality to be better and for NFL Shop to stand behind the products they sell. I would have hoped that they valued the customer more than the policy in this saturation as we are all struggling right now and this was not a cheap item to not be able to wear. They did offer me to send it back w/o credit and they would donate it.

We ordered a personalized hoodie and a t shirt for my 13 year old son on the 12th of December with the guarantee that it would be here no later than the 23rd or its free. I've called them every day since the 19th and been given the run around every time. They knew on the 19th that it wouldn't be here before Christmas but said they couldn't do anything to expedite the shipping since it had already been processed. I explained every time how this was my sons big gift and it means everything to him but here we are three days after Christmas and we still have no package and no refund. I have never had any problems in the past with NFLshop and I can assure you this will be my last as I could have had easily avoided this by going directly to his teams website and ordering it there and probably for cheaper or even went to the mall and had the hoodie made on the spot. I just cannot believe how heartless this company is especially given that this is the Christmas gift for a child.

IF I COULD RATE 0 I WOULD.

WORST ALL AROUND SERVICE EVER. Close out your browser on nflshop.com NOW, and use ANY other place to buy your jersey, hat, t-shirt, socks, whatever.

1 - I ordered a jersey. They sent the wrong one.
2 - They were supposed to next day Friday deliver the correct jersey. It never came.
3 - They were supposed to Saturday deliver. It never came.
4 - They were going to overnight deliver for Tuesday. They shipped to the wrong address.
5 - They had Fedex p/u and overnight to the right address. It showed up.

IT WAS THE WRONG JERSEY AGAIN.

So much for "red-flagging" the order for someone to manually pull the right jersey at the warehouse.

6 - They offered to ship the "right" jersey... how can you not laugh? Their "red-flag system" between CS and the warehouse is non-existent.

It's going to be a miracle if a "Supervisor" or their "Supervisor" can actually send the right jersey.

NEVER AGAIN.

I order cowboys stackable 4 feet tower, but writing was only on 1 side, also the washer toss, be nice had logo on all 4 sides, and the tic tac toe is really small for the price

I paid for my order to be shipped 2 days early we are now on day 4 of my order is not here by the 19/December/2020 it will be day 5 and customer service can't even tell me where my pack is SOME KIND OF $#*!IN HELP THEY ARE! I will never buy anything off this website again

Adding insult to injury... I sent the email below to the customer service email address listed above and received an email back stating "YOUR EMAIL HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED!
Email messages to this mailbox do not reach a person, but rest assured, we are here to help!"

To NFL customer service,
Kayla asked what I returned and it was the Flight Crop long sleeve shirt. I returned the shirt about 3 weeks ago and 10.00 was subtracted from my refund. Per Kayla (see below) she is refunding my 10.00. Please let me know when this refund has been posted to my credit card.

Then I tried to online chat and they said "Sorry we can't help you". If you call the number... you are on perpetual hold! I laugh at Chastity S being committed to customer service! It is shocking that this company stays in business! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY... AND THEY NEVER RETURNED MY 10.00!

Terrible Quality / Terrible return policy

I bought a long sleeve T shirt because I loved the design. The price was 41.00 so I expected the quality to be exceptional. Wrong, Wrong and wrong again. The shirt had no hem in the bottom. It was literally cut off with scissors. The cut was crooked and they cut it off to short! Because there is no hem, the bottom of the shirt rolls up. I went to their return policy and realized I have to pay 10.00 to send back a shirt that was not made properly to begin with. What a scam! Do Not Buy from them. I will never buy from them again!

I placed an order on December 10. I received a shipping confirmation that my order had shipped on December 13. According to the tracking information, delivery was attempted but the item was sent back. This is unusual as I have had many items delivered to my address in the past without any difficulty. I tried following up many times and was given various conflicting answers. First I was told that the item would come back to NFL Shop and then be sent for delivery with a different carrier. Nothing happened. I was then told that the charges would be refunded and I would have to submit a new order (with no guarantee that it could actually be delivered). I was also told that NFL Shop would not process the refund until it received the items back; however, that could take weeks. Then I was told that a refund had been processed but no one could provide me with anything in writing to this effect and it does not show up on my statement. In short, I have never received the items that I ordered over a month ago and have not received a refund for them. I have never had any problems with online orders from other merchants. This is the first and last time I will ever order anything from NFL Shop and I would strongly discourage anyone else from dealing with them.

They take forever to ship, and when the product comes damaged they don't refund shipping / handling. This is supposed to be the only place to get 100% NFL products. BS!
