My item was ordered August 30 and was told it would item would be shipped within 2 days. With a 3-7 day delivery which would be normal today. Received an email from NFL Shops stating estimated delivery would be 9/12. UPS tracking stated 9/14. My grandsons bday is 9/12. Reached out to NFL Shops CS and this is what they sent me.

I should have checked the reviews before placing my order. Their reviews are terrible, they are so mismanaged after reviewing the reviews they have gotten. I will never order from them again. I am so disappointed. I was hoping to surprise my grandson and figured ordering and allowing 12 days to ship one small youth jersey would not be a problem. I told NFL Shops I would be giving them a negative review and now I see why so many others have done the same. I will continue where ever possible to put this out there. It doesn't matter now as my estimated delivery is 9/18. The site is asking my to put in my order # before posting this review I may not ever get the jersey now. Find another way to get your NFL products.

You would think that being the NFL shop their website and ordering would be the absolute best. On the contrary! NFL shop is the WORST. Please people do yourself a favor and DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. I ordered a large Baker Mayfield jersey after New Year's Day and payed to for 2 day shipping and this scam of a company lost my jersey they didn't know where it at and they use the worst delivery company on earth who ever is working for them are incompetent if i want a jersey for now on i‘ll go on Ebey at least they have more sense then these idiots working at the nfl shop
I ordered a jersey for around $130 in late July that was supposed to ship in 3 weeks. After about a month I checked again and there was no update. A few days after that I received an email saying it would ship no later than 9/15, which was about a month after that. It is now 9/19, and I checked the status again, which there was no update. I decided to cancel the order, but was unable to do so. There was supposed to be a 'modify my order' button which was conveniently not there. I had to go to live chat, which they also made extremely difficult to find. Once I was in the chat, I had to deal with an automated system that directed me to the same pages that told me to click the 'modify my order' button that wasn't there. After a few minutes, I typed 'speak to a representative' and finally got someone who fed me canned responses and didn't answer half of my questions. I asked repeatedly why there was no information to which they told me 'the information on the order is all we have to share', which was nothing. This order already missed 2 deadlines and the best they could say was 'Do you wish to keep your order open?' This company is absolute trash. Avoid them if you can.

Very hard to cancel an order. Customer service was not helpful at all, only wanted to cancel my order instead of trying to resolve the issue and get me my order.

Horrible experience! One item was out of stock and I was promised a refund. After 10 business days not in my account. It took 3 days to get through with many, many hang ups. The first rep put me on hold, came back and said the refund was processed 3 days previous. I said it's not on my credit card account or on pay pal. She then said we don't take paypal. When I said that's how I paid on their website she said paypal takes up to 30 days. I called paypal and they have access to all my account and said nothing had been returned to them. I called Nl shop back. This time I got a real nice guy who would put me on hold and keep checking on me. He got me a supervisor but before I could talk to them my phone call was dropped. I immediately called back and a rude woman put me on hold for 15 minutes, never checking on me and then my call was dropped again! As I write this I am on hold again as they try to find someone for me. This guy is trying to be nice. He is at least checking on me. I have now spent an hour so far today trying to get my refund. I will NEVER shop with them again!

I received this Set of Bears glasses and they are terrible. They put on decals that came off when the glasses were washed. Terrible quality and these sets are offered for each NFL team.

Clearly the ratings for the NFL Shop are abysmal, and there's really no reason for the NFL to change. Why would you when you control the official NFL jersey market?
I ordered a Broncos jersey 3 weeks ago and it was supposed to be delivered over a week ago, but when I would check the status online it was only saying "Processing..." The status never changed so I engaged with the chat support. After an hour I was finally informed that I should call the customer service number. Okay, so I give them a ring and I'm immediately told that the order has been cancelled. In real-time I went to the nflshop portal to resend my confirmation notice, and the email still said "In Progress." The customer service agent needed to speak with their manager, and after being on hold for a bit was told "the order was cancelled on our side, however you can go ahead and re-order the jersey."
That isn't unhelpful. My size was no longer available, and further I'm shocked that there was no apology at all. No "we apologize for not letting you know we cancelled your order," or "we'll expedite a shipment for you immediately." These are the types of actions that demonstrate a company's customercentricity, which is complete absent here.

I ordered a sweater for over $100 and paid for speedy shipping, my order came to $150. Upon arrival the sweater was a very different colour than seen on the website and the material was so thin, I could have bought this for $20 somewhere else. Very disappointing quality. I tried contacting customer service and there is no email, the "chat with us" option was "unavailable due to helping other customers" -I call bull$#*! and there was a phone number. So I call the customer service number on the site and the guy who answered said "i don't work for nfl.ca, my company just takes random calls" -pardon me? He then continued to tell me he has no knowledge of the company, no contact information and had no idea where/if there was a store near by. He said he didn't even know if it was just an online company or not. SO HELPFUL. I got aggravated and asked why he was listed as the customer service contact on the website if he doesn't know anything, he told me himself and his supervisor had no way of contacting the store to discuss my order -again, bull$#*!, he just kept repeating "I have no information ma'am". My next issue was that he told me I had to pay to ship it back to the USA to return it. It was a Canadian website and didn't say anything about this upon ordering. Convenient. I think it is so unprofessional to not have a proper, knowledgable customer service team when you have paying customers, and to have no way of customers contacting the company. Overall, horrible service, horrible experience and waste of my time and $150.00. I do not recommend.

I ordered on Dec 14th and was shown a delivery date of Dec 18th, I tracked my package on Dec 18th and all it said was in transit, no new date was shown, its now Dec 24th and still no new delivery date, still says in transit, I know Dec is a busy month but so did they when they gave me a Dec 18th delivery date, I've ordered items shipped from China after Dec 14th and have already gotten those items so I'm a little confused and wish I could get some kind of update instead of seeing "in transit"

Right of the top I had never seen the style of jersey in question. I own a few authentic jerseys made by Reebok and Nike. This was a Pro Line jersey with an authentic marker pictured on the lower corner. The price was pretty much the same as some of my other jerseys, so i can't complain. The jersey arrived in a decent amount of time and I was ready to wear it during Super Bowl weekend, si I can't complain about delivery. I opened the package and my heart dropped. The jersey doesn't have any inner tag, NFL symbol, team name and the pictured Pro Line tag on the lower corner wasn't there... not removed, it was never there. I returned the jersey and was sent a replacement jersey that was exactly the same. All in all I have returned both jerseys and I want nothing to do with any sport item that looks counterfeit. I have filed for a refund and I will gladly walk away from the deal a little wiser. Even if the jersey wasn't fake, every time I wore it I would have had to defend it! Every jersey I own has at least 5 markers that make it authentic; inner tags, NFL symbol, team name, Player's Association tag and even the lower tag with the sizing. This jersey had none. Very disappointed!

My boyfriend placed an order on Oct 9th 2016 for some breast cancer items for our annual breast cancer walk we do in honor of his mother who passed away and it is now October 25th and till no shipping date, I have called in numerous times and everytime I am told 'We are not sure when your item will ship"There is an issue with the warehouse\se, blah blah well my opinion is they should have better communication with the warehouse and their customers to at least make them aware of the delays! They have not been helpful whatsoever and most reps have been extremely rude, needless to say i will NEVER shop here again I will buy from fanatics.com like I usually day because their items are never delayed. The best part is I received an email that my order was cancelled when I DID NOT approve a cancellation and I had to call back again and complain!

I must say that i am PLEASED with how NFL shop handled my issues. I ordered 2 items for 2 day shipping. Well, after waiting 3 days it wasn't shipped. I called twice and the 1st lady called and she said that they would take off the extra shipping charge and refund that to my account. She also said that she would send a direct shipping message to the manufacture so they can get it out to me as soon as possible before Christmas. I called a little later and waited another 15 minutes and the second lady said that they were experiencing an influx and my order was affected by it. After that i sent an email to the management. The next day when i woke up, I had a shipping confirmation number sent via email with a tracking number with overnight shipping! Then the next day after getting my tracking info, i received my package and my items were correct. I also got my $12.95 shipping charge back into my account, that happened in one business day.
Overall, my 1st experience with NFL was not that bad. I was expecting them to have the shipping excellent since this is the NFL we're talking about. I notice there are a lot of bad reviews, but I will not be ordering anything else from this website just to stay on the safe side. I am happy that the people followed up with everything, refunded my money, and that i received my order just in time before Christmas!

I ordered a jersey from NFL shop using the "3DAY50
" promo (free 3-day shipping over 50$) and it shipped friday Sept 2nd. I should receive it Wednesday Sept 7th (Before Friday-my brother's birthday). Turns out I won't receive it till Monday the 12th. I contacted customer service and they basically told me "tough luck/go f yourself". I had a screenshot of the promotion details that guarantee arrival before the 9th of Sept of 65$ back, and they said I'm not eligible for it when I USED THE 3DAY50 PROMO. Wish I read the reviews first.
They also charged me 140.17$ instead of 135.12$...
Honestly the least I can ask for is a 30% refund given they "accidentally" over charged me and for how rude the person on the chat was.
