That day delivered.all the told me was.well once u receive it we will waive the fee to return it.duhhh who returns what they wait for.useless customer service which makes it a useless company...UPDATE...I don't know who did what but all items arrived today.no company is perfect but I COMMEND WHOEVER STEPPED IN.i don't trust computers but the customer service staff EARNED MY FUTURE BUISINESS.
I ordered Ravens jersey, the website stated it will ship out within 3 business days, still no jersey and the game is on the 21st. Customer service sucks no help they blame it on the warehouse and they tell you the same information from the tracking screen. I'm beyond pissed right now. Purchased 2 jerseys on Sunday morning and paid for next business day shipping. When Monday came around and it said that my order still hadn't shipped, I called customer service. She advised me that I still had to wait the 3 day processing time and then I'd get it the next business day. Annoying because hey don't really specify that at checkout but ok, fine. My fault for not doing better research. I get an email last night(Tuesday) saying my order shipped and attatched was a tracking number. When I checked the FedEx website, it said it was standard shipping and my estimated delivery date was Friday. Confused, I called customer service once again and explained what was going on. All she could say was "for some reason" my order was shipped for 2 day delivery. She offered to refund me my shipping fee which was great. But it's just the fact that the order being messed up and paying that extra money is frustrating. Just the whole situation itself is annoying. I chose to order from the NFL website because I thought it was the safest route to go with all these fake websites stealing people's information. But I really wish I had read the reviews before. I definitely would've taken my business elsewhere. Fingers crossed that my order is complete and accurate when it arrives.
I ordered a jersey that I needed as a gift within a week from the time of order. I selected the jersey and opted for what NFL Shop calls "2 day shipping" and was charged an extra $18 for the supposed expediting. After placing my order I got an email 2 hours later that told me my order would arrive in 6 days (?). I went to their online chat to inquire why I was charged the two day shipping. The rep told me that the 2 days was basically from whenever they feel like sending it and not today which is obviously not the impression they give nor is it standard business practice. The rep in chat told me I could not cancel the order despite it only being less than 2 hours from placing it. I could return it (and lose $10 they deduct as a fee). I asked for a phone number to talk with a manager. I was given a number, called and assured my order was cancelled and would not be shipped. 6 days later I received an email that my order had been shipped! I called the customer service phone and was on hold for about 20 minutes and was hung up on. I called again and again after roughly 15 minutes was hung up on. I believe their policies are deceptive and they shipped the canceled order anyway to get their $10. There are other places to buy this merchandise, do not buy from them.

I bought my son's jersey on December 7 thinking 3-5 business days would be enough to be here by Christmas. However, when 12/19 hit, and we didn't have a jersey we called Customer Service to get an update, and they said it wasn't shipped until 12/14. When we asked why, the customer service rep Erica accused us of lying that we didn't pick the right shipping, and it will get here by 12/27. When we kept talking, Erica kept accusing us of lying and said there was nothing more she could do. When we asked for the item to be shipped again in time for Christmas, she said that wouldn't be possible, even through they were running a promotion to be delivered by 12/24. On 12/27, when we didn't have a jersey, we called again and they said "it must have gotten lost in shipping." And they sent another jersey right away. Hopefully my son will have his jersey in time for the playoffs or next Christmas. I completely understand that not everyone is Amazon and ships within two days. However, accusing customers of lying, not delivering items, and causing stress isn't good customer service. We understand things happen, but learn from your competitors.
So I placed an order for a jersey that I've been wanting for years they say to me that it's going to be shipped out into my house November 1st 2019 wait a week and then check my spam emails to find out that they never sent it or they cannot fulfill the order in the meantime I turned down multiple opportunities to purchase elsewhere weather that be eBay Craigslist or personal sellerI was literally waiting every second as soon as I place the order to receive the item and thought it was all good especially after they confirmed the delivery expected date it was a huge letdown and really ruin my whole day I will never purchase from them again they did refund me the money but the money wasn't the issue I wanted the product.

The was a made on demand item which doesn't start production until after the order has been placed. Usually, there many components that go into making these items. I order a Dallas cowboys hat and a dak Prescott t-shirt and i paid $25 for one day business shipping it was Thursday 1/12/2017 it was a delay in Memphis i have nothing to do with that but my package is now an hour away from me since 6:22am 1/14/17 it's now 7:51 pm and they say i won't get it until Monday. That's four days not. Onr business day Friday is a business day and fedex ships until 9-10 at night so why is it not here WON'T BUY FROM NFL ANYMORE UNLESS IT'S IN A STORE

Ordered sneakers - they refunded my order and never gave me a reason. I ordered again figured it was a mistake. Refunded and cancelled again, this time they never even emailed me. So I called, after 15 minutes of waiting I was hung up on. Called back, finally they said they needed to qualify me cause I failed to be qualified, when I asked what are the qualifications they said they couldn't tell me. She says I can qualify you and repurchase, give me the total amout of your purchase. I give her the subtotoal, tax and, shipping which is what the order details show and she says No you should know your total. I said I can calculate it. She says you should see it. I asked where, she said I can't tell you that. What is the big secret here. She puts me on hold. I had to hang up, it was taking to long. What is the matter with these people. Anyway found the same pair on sale at KHOLS. WTF

I cant recommend nflshop for a Canadian costumers. They " delivered" my first order went i was in work and they return it to the shop... they refund me with a gift card instead on my credit card account. With the amount 8 try again with a burrow jersey ( not the one i wanted in first place...) and the order is now frosted, without moving and with no update and a month late. Trying to contact a person again but say no one is up on 3pm sunday...

Shipping is very slow but I am receive it. Price is good so I am okay with the slow shipping. If you need it fast then maybe look for a new place to order the jersey.
I order a tee shirt put the wrong players number on the shirt. Place order Saturday night called Sunday morning I was told sorry can't change order rather they start making shirt or not. All I wanted was number 22i stead of 23 and nasty about it well I told them to keep shirt I have no use for it all the money they make I can understand them. Okay first of all the shipping? Really? I ordered greenbay wrapping paper with a greenbay jersey for my bf. THEY HAD MY $100 JERSEY IN THE BOTTOM OF THE BOX. WRINKLES AND ALL. Then I need an exchange because the jersey is too big. THEY DO NOT DO EXCHANGES. They just give you your money back. I got this jersey on sale and now it is $50 more. No I will not buy it for $50 dollars more! They will not do an exchange with us. I AM SO MAD. I have shopped here many times before. All good experiences. I WILL NEVER BE SHOPPING HERE AGAIN. If I am going to spend $50 on a shirt I expect it to be exactly what I ordered! After 6 calls they promised me to refund my money since I never receive the product on their own f+@ked up. I called again and ask where was my money, they told me that no one processed any refund and that they ll escalate it to the accounting or whatever people and that it should take 2 to 5 days, they even gave me a ticket number. 15 days later well guess what, no money on my account, they never refunded me my 62 US dollars. In my country we call that thieves, seems like the NFL like to have its name affiliate with a band of filthy robbers.

Edit: called them again (announced 5 minutes wait, waited for 32) and was told the refund was done and if it s not on my account it s because of my bank. Called my bank and told me no transfer was on hold and that online shop usually lie like that because they screw up... lies on top of thievery, well done!

NFL Shop sent me the wrong item that I ordered four times! I ordered a Mitchell and Ness Reggie White jersey in green that was displayed on the website, but I got the white one four times in a row.
The chat option on the website didn't help solve the issue, I just got a lot of automated messages and the runaround when I was talking to a live agent that I got the wrong item due to a "system error" and the guarantee that it would not happen again after the second attempt. One agent was persistent that they had the green colored one in stock, but wasn't able to provide any proof or physically see the item and I was transferred to different chats to other departments. I also spoke to an agent on the phone and there were no answers or clarity either.
It looks like they finally updated the image to a white colored one now, but it took long enough for them to do so for others to also purchase the wrong item. They apologized and kept sending me vouchers for a discount on my next purchase, but I will never purchase anything again from NFL shop, just a terrible and upsetting experience all around.

I got my boyfriend a limited alternate Jersey. I wanted to pay the extra money for the quality of course and was hesitant at first but glad I did it. What a difference and it shipped the next business day and got the Jersey 3 days later. Not bad BUT they packed it like I ordered a $5 t shirt from walmart or something. I paid over $150 and they folded it in half... they folded the numbers in half! I live in an apartment and the mail lady stuffed it in our mailbox. I have not been able to get the kinks out but he loves it! HEY NFL SHOP IF WE ALL PAY THE EXTRA MONEY TO GET A BETTER QUAILITY ITEM! PUT IT IN A BOX!

Ordered a saints jacket for my wife on dec 2 2018. On the page it says it will be shipped on or before dec 17. Waited for confirmation, never got one. Called customer service and was told it was being shipped and i should receive it wed 26, just wait for the confirmation email. That was dec 19 2018. Thought i would call customer service on dec 21 2018 to check the status. They couldnt find my order at first but finally showed up. Was told it has not been sent out, wasnt even ready to package. But, at least the lady made a ticket out (what good does that do?)and told me i should receive a confirmation email soon. Still waiting. I call today dec 22 was same story. I spent a hundred dollars on a jacket that i was promised to be shipped by a certain day! Figuring it would be here by christmas. Every time my wife wanted to buy herself a jacket i had to talk her out of it because i wanted to surprise her. Well its getting colder and she couldnt wait any more. She got a jacket behind my back and i was upset. Im so pissed. I have never had this much troubl with nfl shop in the past. Guess whenever i do get this jacket ill be lookin g to buy my nfl stuff else where.
I ordered my eagles shirt(dri-fit).
1st... it was a regular cotton t-shirt.
2nd the Superbowl label on the front was not centered, it also was not leveled.
3rd... the Eagles logo on the back of the shirt was high and almost touching the neck line of the shirt.
The shirt was super thin cotton and seemed as if it was stretched out already.
I'm not trying to write this review to influence others decisions but the shirt was crappy.
And I'm just stating how it is.
I'm forced to keep a shirt that's not going to be worn bcuz of how it looks.
I wasted $65 on it.
It's not alot of money but at the end of the day... it's my money and now they have it and in exchange, I got something that is not worth it..
I placed an order for a jersey on October 18th, and was supposed to receive it the week of October 28. Instead i received a generic email saying the item was delayed with no explanation. After waiting another week I called customer service and the only thing the rep said she could do was put in a request that my item be expedited when ready to ship and I would receive and email within a few days with new information. I received another generic email today saying my jersey is still not ready to ship and they have no idea when it would be ready. I proceeded to read reviews (lots of negatove) on nflshop, and I saw an email address for customer service. So i wrote a nice long detailed email, only to have a return email from nflshop saying that was not a valid email address as there was no one on the other end to receive it! When I read responses from other reviews, all the customer service reps said to message them directly. But how? If my only other recourse is to call again and I will not put myself through that aggravation.
This is not right at all! You already took payment from my credit card for an item that was listed on your website as available. This is inexcusable.
