I placed an order all at 1 time received 1 item.now the date to receive the rest have changed twice to span until the 14th.fanatics is 1 day promised. That day delivered.all the told me was.well once u receive it we will waive the fee to return it.duhhh who returns what they wait for.useless customer service which makes it a useless company...UPDATE...I don't know who did what but all items arrived today.no company is perfect but I COMMEND WHOEVER STEPPED IN.i don't trust computers but the customer service staff EARNED MY FUTURE BUISINESS.
I ordered Ravens jersey, the website stated it will ship out within 3 business days, still no jersey and the game is on the 21st. Customer service sucks no help they blame it on the warehouse and they tell you the same information from the tracking screen. I'm beyond pissed right now. I purchased 3 jerseys and didn't receive them for 6 weeks and when I receieved my order 2 of the jerseys were the wrong ones and I emailed customer service and they just said keep them as a gift and will not give me what I ordered it is ridiculous and they are now avoiding me so my advice is to stay far away it is the worst way to say NFL they shouldn't even be able to use it in their name
I purchased a jersey. I have washed it twice by instructions and it is falling apart. I was told to bad not their problem. They sell junk and they do not stand behind it!

I purchased a Christmas gift early enough for it to be delivered before the 25th. I am still waiting to receive it. I've emailed customer support indicated on the website several times and am still waiting for a response. I've called the number on the site, and you get a message saying this caller isn't accepting calls. I want my item. Now I will have to dispute the charge on the card because I believe this is a fraudulent site. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE - DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

I ordered an NFL jersey for my wife for Christmas paid extra shipping to make sure would have it by Christmas it arrived in Orlando Florida on the 20th which is about an hour and a half away from where I live on the 24th called the NFL shop and they said there was nothing they could do told them that I wanted to refund of the money I paid for extra shipping and they refunded me all my money back and now I'm not getting my merchandise do not do business with this company they used E H L & D H L sucks

So disappointed in this website. I ordered a Raiders long sleeve & beanie deal they had going & was so excited to be able to wear my new Raiders gear. My package showed up fairly quick & as I opened it, I saw red! Literally, they sent me a 49ers long sleeve! No beanie just a shirt. You have got to be kidding me right? So I reached out to the live customer service chat & they tell me "sorry about the mixup & the item you ordered is out of stock, If you would like a refund please send back the shirt". I was like what about what I ordered? I want a Raiders long sleeve & a beanie? Again was told "no that's out of stock". I ask if they had anything similar to what I purchased & again was told "no" but they could offer me 30% off next time I ordered. So now I have to deal with returning the shirt on my time & then they will refund me once they get it back. Terrible way to treat a customer. I did nothing wrong in this situation but it's still falls back on me to return it & then wait to be refund & I hate having to deal with mailing anything. I would of accepted a replacement of what I ordered, but no that's not a option. All they kept telling me was I need to return the shirt for a refund. Could not care less about the inconvenience it causes me. Be very careful ordering anything from this site you might get something else, then be told your only option is to return it yourself & get your money back, when they receive it. Amazon does a better job a keeping customers happy. They always send out a similar item at their expense. Not NFLshop.com

If your merchandise doesn't fit, they charge you $10 to return it. They boast a 90 day return policy but that doesn't mean crap when you get $10 back for a $25 hat that doesn't fit.

I ordered $170 jerseys and got $90 quality jerseys! Ordered stitched jerseys and got painted jerseys instead! We pay more for less these days and it's ridiculous! Never shopping on NFL shop again!

Ordered a customized Raiders sweatshirt on Monday 12/02/2013 for the game on 12/08/2013 and paid for 2-Day shipping. I was told it would ship in 3 business days (Thursday) and be here by Friday, wonderful! Checked my order status on Wednesday and it still said my order was new so I called and they said it was still being processed but that it would still be shipped on Thursday. I called today, Thursday and was told my order would not be shipped until Friday but that they would upgrade the order to next day shipping. Just to double check I asked if that meant it would arrive on time for Sunday's game, they informed me that they don't ship on Saturdays and Sunday and that their next-day shipping meant it would arrive on the next business day which in this case would be Monday.
This is the second time I've had a terrible experience with nflshop shipping but it's the first time its been this blatantly stupid. My suggestion is to buy NFL merchandise from other vendors because you'll never get your order in time from these guys

Please do not order from the nflshop.com especially if you are buying an item for a gift! I originally placed my order the first week of November to get my 6 yo son a personalized Saints Jersey for Christmas. It was the only item on his Christmas list, and I thought I was ahead of the game and ordering it in plenty of time for Christmas. Boy was I wrong! I have had it on order now for 2 1/2 months (nflshop.com didn't get it here for Christmas, so then we were aiming for his birthday in February) and now the order has been cancelled as of this week. Nflshop.com has been horrible to deal with, the website will say the item is available and in stock, but then you never hear from them about the order. The availability will change from 3-5 days, to 8-10 days, but was never listed as unavailable or backorderd as it should have been. After multiple emails and phone calls, they said the item remained unavailable, and suggested I order a similar personalized jersey which was in stock, but when I tried they wouldn't allow me to cancel my other jersey, saying it was being shipped. Of course, we never received it, and now 2 weeks from my son's birthday, I have ordered a Saints jersey from another website. Unfortunately, it will not be personalized, but at least he will have a Saints jersey with his favorite player. Worst experience ever! Beware, they falsely advertise items as being available when they are not!

I ordered a Xmas present jersey on the 9th of December, plenty of time to get here by Xmas (especially with the "ship next business day promise on the websit")and what happens is I am on the phone 3 times only to discover today... 11 days later that my order will not actually ship until the 12/30. I would NOT have ordered from this website had I known about the 3 week lead time. They really have to be breaking some kind of law here by being so misleading.
Taylor and Shea were both amazing both times I had to call. They took her time to help me out and we're both very very friendly and pleasant to speak to.

Ordered my SB50 gears on 1/25/2016. The items I ordered would not ship out until 2/2/16 the latest so I upgraded my shipping to 3 days. I did not get an email/shipping confirmation on 2/2/16 so I chatted with Cindy. She apologized for the delay and she said it would ship overnight and I will receive my order on 2/5/16 the latest. I also sent an email to them about it in order to help speed the process.
So today, 2/5/16, my order did not arrive. I was so disappointed. I received an email notifying me that NFLShop shipped it out overnight. Ok cool, not! I checked the tracking number and It said it won't be here until 2/8/16! I called FedEx and the rep said that NFLShop knew that standard overnight shipment does not include weekends. I was upset as hell with NFLShop. I spent over $200 for nothing. The Chat and Email did not help and their customer service number was not listed for easy access.
I was freaking mad about the whole situation that I was able to find their number after I did some digging in their website. I got a hold of a representative and he said they dropped the ball on this matter and they are willing to give me $10 back in order to make up for this. Really?
I will be returning my order and I expect a full refund!
I will go to D-I-c-k's tomorrow and buy my gear for SB50.
Lesson learned.

I ordered a Nick Chubb jersey on May 2nd, this was shortly after the new uniforms dropped so I expected a delay. It said it would ship on October 15th at the latest. Recently I checked the website and if I ordered one now it still said it would ship on October 15th. I tried tracking my package thinking it might be closer than that since I ordered 2 months ago. However, to my surprise it wasn't. I contacted customer service and our chat is pictured below. Apparently with back ordered items they wait until they catch up to all the demand and ship them all out at once. They don't send out the jerseys as they are made. I was told it doesn't matter if I ordered on July 15th or May 2nd they will ship on October 15th. What kind of "policy" is this? How can someone order a jersey over two months before another and receive it at the same time or even later and still have to pay for shipping? This is absurd, they have jerseys sitting there made and don't send them out and instead wait for a later date to send them all...

I seen this ad on the FB advertisement, thought hey this is great. I used my phone to order and filled in my card information. For some reason, it took longer for it to process and didn't think anything of it. I then tried to look at my status on my account and found I had none. But then I received a confirmation on my email that my transaction was completed and I when I should be expecting my shipment. I have had a long, delayed conversation with someone over emails from a Kathleen. Almost a month later, and several emails going back and forth I find out that the items that I purchased were made in China and that my merchant receipt on my statement said I purchased from 22dollarsdeal shang hai... huh! Also, the items that I purchased arrived and they are total knock offs. How and why did this happen? I am so confused as to what happened from the moment I chose my items to the purchase part. How did a Chinese organization get my info and claim they were the company that I had ordered from. I am now disputing this charge on my credit card. The website is not secure and I don't feel I can trust this company. Are they the real deal... I won't be the one to find out. My trust has been compromised.

I placed an order on Dec 9th, plenty of time for delivery by Christmas. Yeah right! I spoke to live chat 3 times and on the phone 4 times. They just keep blaming Fedex their shipper for any delays. Now I have 2 boys that will not have Christmas under the tree this year thanks to this horrible company. I was told it shipped on Dec 11th, then another told me 12th, another said the 15th. And today I was told the order wasn't due to ship until Dec 20th. One told me oh its been delivered to the local post office in Wasilla AK, they can pick it up there even gave me the number to USPS office there. Its not there, was just put on a barge in Washington and could take up to 2 weeks to even reach Alaska. Shame on you for taking peoples money then give them run around and cause nothing but disappointment in the long run. BUYER BEWARE!
In 2/19/23 and 3/24/23 I purchased Chiefs Super Bowl trading cards that they said would be shipped out on May 16th only to find out they canceled the order on May 9th and refunded my money. However they didn't include interest charge. They held my money for 2 1/2 months and didn't supply what they said. How many other people did this happen to and how much money they made of if all of us. I was told by Donna at Nfl they were oversold! And with no apology or anything! WHAT A RIP OFF! IF THEY DON'T HAVE IT ON HAND IT SHOULDN'T BE SOLD WITH THE INTENT TO DELIVER. POOR BUSINESS!

I ordered a sweater from this company and it took 3 weeks to arrive. I ordered a Large and what showed up was a 3XL. I get that these things happen, but when I reached out to them about it, I was told that they couldn't re-order the item for me, that I had to ship it back, and that it takes "10 days for us to receive the parcel and 2-7 business days from then for the refund." Even after I sent the attached picture showing that they had labeled a 3XL shirt with a Large tag. The service agent who helped me said this when I expressed my discontent with this service: "What I have done for you, is to add a note on your account, so that whoever serves you has an understanding that you are displeased with this. The problem is you are requesting for a procedural change so even my Manager will not be able to give you a solution. However we hear you and value your feedback, so I'll give you a number to call and speak to a supervisor if you still wish to speak to someone. " What a joke. I won't be buying from them again.

I ordered a Jersey from them on the 5th of July. I have constantly been tracking it and it has been in Secaucus, NJ since July 7th. I called UPS several times to see why it hasn't moved and they told me that I had to contact NFLSHOP.com. When I called NFL.com, their customer service WILL NOT allow you to talk to anyone. It is totally automated. This is HIGHLY unsatisfactory. I sent them an E-Mail and they told me that if I don't get it by July 19th to send them another E-Mail for an investigation. My credit card has ALREADY been charged for this item since it has already been shipped and this is all of the HELP (if you can call it that) that I have received. This is a very asinine, lackadaisical and insipid way to do business.

No question, This site and company are a COMPLETE SCAM. They have all sorts of merchandise supposedly ready to ship in 3 days, or will gladly take your $30 for shipping next business day, when in fact, they are special order items made to order. I ordered 2 jerseys on Dec. 17th. For the next two weeks told they would ship in a couple of days. I had paid the expedited $30 charge. These folks WILL ALWAYS SAY WHATEVER IT TAKES TO GET YOU OFF THE PHONE. It is SAD that the NFL allows them to use the name. Must be lowest bidder. I cancelled my order when a supervisor finally admitted to me that the order would be several more weeks. The whole time i was waiting, the items continued to show "In-Stock" ships in 3 days on the website. Even though they have no inventory. You call in, wait on hold for 30 to 40 minutes, all along an obnoxious recording keeps encouraging you to go online to thier help desk. If you do that, the only response you will get is a copy of your order. I had to threaten legal action and notifying better business bureau before they started telling me the truth. This company is teh lowest of the low. Thier entire business model is predicated on lies and false promises. RUN from this company. DO NOT waste your time.
