I ordered Ravens jersey, the website stated it will ship out within 3 business days, still no jersey and the game is on the 21st. Customer service sucks no help they blame it on the warehouse and they tell you the same information from the tracking screen. I'm beyond pissed right now. I placed an order on 1/7/23 today is 2/6/23 where I got an email my orders cancellation request has been processed. I never ever requested to cancel my order.
Since I got my order I've been contacting the chat for updates. I even sent a letter out to Fanatics Retail Group, Inc. 8100 Nations Way, Jacksonville, FL ******* Regarding an update on my order on Feb 2nd.
On the 16th and 18th of January I got an email stating, "We appreciate your patience and will notify you immediately of any shipping updates. If you choose not to wait, you can cancel your order at any time online. Simply click here for further instructions".
Since I did NOT want to cancel and still wait patiently I did not "click" for further instructions. When a rep told it got canceled because I did not respond to the email. There is no way to respond to it?
A rep from the chat or a staff member who received my letter must've canceled it out of an emotion.

A live chat agent told me today Feb 6th there was an accident that occurred.
I placed my order on September 21st, not really paying attention to the 6 business days processing before my order actually will be shipped. I called on the 28th and I was told my order would ship on the next day which was a Thursday. The CSR told me to be expecting an email to confirm that my order had shipped I waited Thursday and Friday no email was received. I call the next week and was told that there was no information about my order at that time. So to make a long story short after calling about 4 or 5 times and even right before I wrote this review I called and my order has still not be shipped and there is NO INFORMATION available and there is no way of the CSR finding out when my order will be shipped. ALLLLLLLL I want is my order NFLShop.com. I am highly pissed. I going to call corporate office as well as report this company to the BBB. I placed my order way before this hurricane. I will never refer anyone else to this company. The sad part about it is I wanted to do a portion of my Christmas shopping with them. WHY ME? And their communication between their warehouse and call center is not good at all I would love to come perfect the break down in communication. Customer Service is very important; when you have consumers spending their money it is always important to keep them happy so that they will continue to come back and buy more. A CSR response should never be "I don't know." it should always be "Let me find out and get back with you."

[Update] I got a hold of an NFL shop associate who actually worked hard to figure out the issue and find a solution. After having a terrible experience NFL shop associates finally made their mistakes right. I will give them a second chance assuming my 2 orders come in without issue. They finally made me feel as though they actually valued my business.
I ordered a Salute to Service Jersey in mid-November and my order was cancelled abruptly without warning. That should have been my first warning sign. I reordered the jersey because my other order of a $100 jacket went through. When the second order was also cancelled I figured there was an error with the stock so I ordered a $294.99 Elite Matt Ryan Jersey. I thought I was lucky when my package arrived faster than expected. I opened the package and in it was an XL soccer shirt. A cheap soccer shirt was sent to me in error when I should have received a $295 jersey. NFL shop sent me an email saying they would refund me 85% of my purchase if I sent them my jersey back. I did not even receive the jersey! I returned the soccer jersey and the jersey I wanted was now out of stock as they had shipped it to some other lucky person in error, so the only option was to refund my purchase. I called NFL shop again and was supposed to receive a callback from a supervisor within 24 hours. Its been 5 days and nothing. They still have not refunded my store credit and now the promo code period has passed. Because I needed a jersey for a birthday that was approaching I went ahead and reordered a different size and charged it to my credit card (I was not able to use my in store credit because it had not been refunded even though the associate said it would be available in a few hours). My new order has still not shipped and I have still not received my store credit refund. After all is done I may end up with a jersey that doesn't even fit if it ever ships. This is the best they can do after 2 emails and 5 phone conversations including a call with a supervisor.

Placed an order of two items, one hoodie and one colour rush jersey on the 9th of Oct.
The hoodie was shipped out one day after the order, the jersey had to wait.
More than two weeks went by, and not a word about my jersey. I then contacted them about this, I was told they didn't know the status of the jersey, and they didn't even have an estimate shipment day.
I ask them to cancel the order, as I was fed up with their awful service. They refused to do so because "the order was too far down the track to make any changes."
Finally, they gave in and cancelled it. BUT, they only sent me an email saying they'll only refund me partially, instead of a full refund for the jersey, for something I never received, without any sort of explanation.
As for the hoodie, it's been two weeks since the shipment date, and nothing on the tracking system for my order has changed. I don't even know where it is, let along when I can expect it.
And now they have stopped replying to my messages and I'm robbed of 240-something dollars.
Seriously, if I don't get a FULL REFUND ON EVERYTHING, a lawsuit will be in order with all the other people they've screwed over!
UPDATE: After their response on this website of my previous review saying that they'll give me my money back, I have yet to receive any email regarding the refund. All I have, is the order cancellation email of the jersey I got two days ago, the one they only partially refunded me. I have included a screenshot of the said email below.
I'm only making another review to grab their attention. Because apparently, they'll just give you an automated response, take your money, and hope they can wear out your patience and give up on chasing after your money.

I order my Jersey that says it's in stock & ready to ship out the next business day. Perfect. It defaults me to "expedited" 3 day shipping $13.99 at checkout... you know what? Ya sure I'll upgrade it. I'll have my Jersey by the weekend for the game. Next business day I get an email that it's shipped, great. Friday I get home... nothing... no package. I click on the email that said it had shipped and click on tracking. It's sends me to some janky 1990's website of a shipping company I've never heard of called Ontrac. Ok... fine lets click the details. Nothing. No details. It says "shipped" and some random thing that says "data entry" in the status. Ok... lets call NFLshop. Huge hassle to get through the robot system and get a human but I wait on hold for 25minutes and get someone. Nice enough lady apologizes and says "Sorry that's really common to think It will arrive in 3 days but it actually means it leaves the warehouse in 3 days. Customers misread that a lot it's very common" Ok... maybe I did misread it, I'm done for the night we'll see if there's a late night delivery. Saturday afternoon nothing. You know what? Let me actually check out that 3 day shipping where I might have misread it. I pick out a jersey, go through the checkout process. The lady straight up lied to me... why? Terrible. It says right there, jersey is in stock, ships out next business day, pay $13.99 for a 3 day delivery. I ship out product daily. I know exactly how much a 2lb priority package flat rate package costs to ship to me through USPS. I also know exactly how much a 2lb USPS priority mail costs to ship to me EVEN if it's not flat rate. Guess what? It's still under $13.99 & your business will still make profit off your "shipping" side - which is lame but whatever, at least the product arrives here in time right? Why even use this other company "Ontrac". I looked them up and their reviews are beyond terrible. I feel completely ripped off and worse off just straight up lied to. Terrible you guys, you should be ashamed. I hope someone reads this in time, unlike me who found the site after the fact.

Ordered a jersey on 11/5/20 and was given a delivery date of 11/19/20 - yes, a ridiculously long time, but it is for my son's birthday so I went with it. Went to track the package yesterday, 11/17, just to make sure it was on its way, and it hadn't even made it to the FedEx facility! Chatted with rep online and they returned that jersey and sent another one out and told me that it has a, "Promise Delivery Date of Thursday, November 19,2020." So, logged on this morning to check the tracking of the new package and low and behold it has not been sent to the FedEx facility and now I have an 11/25/20 expected delivery date! Called customer service to find out what can be done and I get 2 choices: Refund and no jersey or wait for it to be delivered and now date is between 11/25 and 12/01. Can't talk to anyone else - Can't contact the warehouse - no supervisor, NOTHING! BUYER BEWARE. Be prepared to WAIT for anything you order from them. Oh and the COVID excuse for not shipping is really getting OLD!

I was getting everything together for the Christmas season, buying gifts. I figured one thing I ordered for my dad would be a NFL shop gift card for $75. I ordered this gift card on the 18th of December and it was supposed to arrive at his house by Christmas. Not only did he not receive it by Christmas, but he still, 2 months later has not received it. I figured I would wait awhile to see if it would ever get there until finally I called customer service. A very friendly representative apologized and said he would have another shipped immediately. About a week later I checked my bank account and saw I had received a payment from FFL shop as a refund. I called back today and she said they were never going to send the replacement gift card, as if my order hadn't happened. I am EXTREMELY disappointed by NFL shop for not following through on their promise to send another card and the poor manner the situation has been handled with these people. I was hopeful but this situation has completely overwhelmed me, all it was, was a gift card. I am very let down by this company. I will NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THE NFL SHOP EVER AGAIN.

There is a reason everyone is posting 1 star reviews. I took the time to read their Faqs carefully regarding "special event items" because the entire reason I placed the order was to have SUPER BOWL gear and not a single item is arriving until after the Super Bowl. I made sure to choose only items that were labeled "in stock" including 1 that said "only 1 left", assuming that "in stock" means the item is already there and made, and ready for processing and shipment (like every other single website in existence). To play it safe, and in an attempt to rep my team before the big game, I made sure to pay for faster shipping, an additional $20. Stated the item would ship in 2 days on the order confirmation page. It was not until AFTER fully placing / paying for the order and expedited shipping that the confirmation email stated that none of the items will arrive until Monday Feb 8th... The day after the super bowl. I am sure many other people are experiencing the same issue right now considering I placed the order Monday 1/25/21 (the first day the Super Bowl related gear was posted), paid for expedited shipping, and they can't get the order here for 2 WEEKS, and not until AFTER THE EVENT TAKES PLACE... If you literally cannot get "specialty event items" on your website to consumers for 2 weeks, that should be stated very clearly BEFORE CHECKING OUT. Items should not say "in stock" unless they are there and ready to be shipped. Its literally false advertising.
