I placed an order all at 1 time received 1 item.now the date to receive the rest have changed twice to span until the 14th.fanatics is 1 day promised. That day delivered.all the told me was.well once u receive it we will waive the fee to return it.duhhh who returns what they wait for.useless customer service which makes it a useless company...UPDATE...I don't know who did what but all items arrived today.no company is perfect but I COMMEND WHOEVER STEPPED IN.i don't trust computers but the customer service staff EARNED MY FUTURE BUISINESS.

I ordered Ravens jersey, the website stated it will ship out within 3 business days, still no jersey and the game is on the 21st. Customer service sucks no help they blame it on the warehouse and they tell you the same information from the tracking screen. I'm beyond pissed right now. Ordered a Matt Ryan jersey on January 22,2017. Website said it ships in 3 business days. Of course it didn't ship on time so I contacted customer service on Wednesday evening. Customer service stated it would ship that evening. The next morning I received an email stating my order was cancelled with no explanation of why. I called customer service again and was told it was out of stock. I am like "What the heck"? It takes you four days to tell me this. That's pathetic customer service in my opinion.

I ordered a hat, it cost roughly around $33 including shipping. Hat is too big. I want to exchange. But I lose the shipping cost which is somewhat understandable but then they want to charge me $10 to send it back? So I end up getting returned less then $14? WOW! Even the cheapest sites I dealt with don't do this. I will never buy from them, First and last time. I'll stick with Amazon and you should too.

My wife bought me two items from the store...both XL. One felt like a Large and one felt like a Medium. We ship to Canada and so lost duties plus an extra fee if you return and get it back on your credit card. Not worth the risk in the future.

Tip for consumers:
Don't use it, especially if shipping to Canada.

There's no proper way to get customer service since they use a bot for chat. I wanted to talk to someone about the service…glad I looked up reviews since I see much negative ones. Dog $#*!, I ordered an item as a gift for someone else's bday and it just now updated giving me a later date than expected, saying it will "arrive" 2 days later than originally. Don't give a f about what carrier they even use and making satisfied customer experiences. Last time I'll ever order again, it better be the correct item. Still spent well over 100.00 + and spend even more on shipping for one item. Extremely disappointed, dissatisfied customer. HORRIBLE service, just shut it down.

I have purchased I believe 6 items there and of them 3 have been of poor quality. And for each the fabric used was like transparent. Like the material used for Halloween costumes you buy your kids. But the price sure didn't reflect the poor quality. That's what makes it very difficult to determine what you will get. Add to that how they try to stick it to you on shipping or there special offers that never seem to be usable and I would stay away from this place.

First of all I should of known $34.99 jerseys were too good to be true. I ordered 2 jerseys 12/3. Never got an email for a receipt. I tried contacting customer service. Never heard anything. I get an email stating one jersey is out of stock. I pick a new one. Apparently they don't understand English or something. Cause they were having a hard time understanding which one I wanted as a replacement. So, I email them and telling them I wanted a refund. The lady emailing said it's going to be a 10% service charge. I explain to her that their website says if I'm not satisfied I get a full refund. Then on 12/17 I get an email from her saying she had to fight with her boss to get my refund. But I should have it in 7-15 days. Here it is 1/19/16. And I still have no refund. So anyone thinking of ordering from this site. DON'T DO IT! You'll save yourself in the long run.

(5'11", 165, male) Please beware. I got stuck with these guys because of a gift that was a size large (which I wear in everything) and this was extremely small, tight, and short. No problem right? Just exchange it for a different size. That doesn't exist. Your option is to return the item and get a gift card. If you got it on sale, you are out of luck, no exchanges. Now I'm stuck with a tiny hoodie that I will never wear and my only other option is to return it for a gift card and pay $25 more for the exact same hoodie in a different size. Makes zero sense. Go elsewhere, what an embarrassment.

I placed an order the day after Kansas city won the AFC Championship game. The order was supposed to ship out on 2/4/2021 so I could receive it on 2/5/2021 in time for the Superbowl on Sunday. I called the NFL Shop and my order was still being processed after 2 weeks of ordering and never shipped out. I even had the NFL shop say would overnight my item. Terrible customer service. WE as fans pay top dollar for a jersey so that we can wear it for the big game. I could've ordered a plain jersey had it shipped to me bought the superbowl patch and sewn it on myself in less than 2 weeks, which is what I'll do from now. Complete and total bull... on nflshop.com. I will never order anything from them again. If I could give them a ZERO star rating I would.

I made a christmas order on 12/6/13 and NEVER received any feedback on expected shipping date. After wasting a LOT of time on the phone with them 12 (!) days later and trying to escalate the problem they finally said that some of the items were not available and were holding up the shipping! Apparently there was no intent of notifying the customer of any of this. Of course with christmas coming up you can imagine the frustration. I don't see how these guys stay in business.

Absolutely worst experience. I placed an order on December 21st, requesting priority overnight delivery. Today is January 4th, and I still do not have the item! I have spoken to Customer Service 3 times and have gotten the same answer. They are requesting information from the warehouse. The item "has been located" is what is listed on the website. It seems that customer service can't get any kind of appropriate answer, and the warehouse can take their sweet time in responding. Never - Never order from here.

I have been ordering items from NFL for over 8 years. I have two young men who played football and my husband who played and loves football! The items are always quality and Fit! They are big guys! The customer service is amazing! I never have to pay for more shipping! Thank you for all you do and well trained staff! I am so sorry to red other reviews with problems. Maybe its your mail service? I am in the Midwest and rain sleet or snow you all rock it. I am also a last minute shopper and you all ship and deliver right on time!

I paid for two day shipping on items that they said were in stock. After I paid they then send you an email and say some items won't ship for 5 business days. Why would I pay for two day shipping if the item won't come for 7 to 10 days. Dishonest and deceptive. ALSO try to talk to someone about it... good luck with that. Don't order here. Better deals and better service at many other suppliers.

I will not ever order from NFL Shop again. I ordered four jerseys on a 25% off promotion, all of which were in stock according to the website (One woman's jersey and three men's jerseys). Two days later I receive an email that my order was delayed without an explanation. I called and the customer service rep told me she would put in an inquiry. The next day they shipped one of the jerseys per an email sent to me. After contacting them again I learned they cancelled my order for the other three since they were out of stock and charged me full price for the one jersey they shipped. No communication at all and then charge full price.

Tip for consumers:
Be careful when ordering, the website may say in stock and you will be shocked to learn they are out of stock and cancel your order without an explanation.

I ordered "Men's Las Vegas Raiders Davante Adams Nike Black Legend Jersey" for $69.95. What I got was a cheap screen printed t-shirt not worth nearly what I paid. The person I gifted it to took off the tags before I realized it was not a real jersey, so I cannot return it. Really wish I had read reviews. I ordered a Jersey for my wife on Outfitters Adventure for the exact same price. It was an NFL logo high quality jersey with stitched on numbers and names. I highly recommend Outfitters Adventure. Shipping took 2 weeks, but I got a real NFL jersey.

Tip for consumers:
Wish I had read the reviews for this company. Also, the tags and labels have to be the original attachment.

Ordered an Eagles jersey for my husband on January 21 - guaranteed delivery by Super Bowl. Called customer service a week before the Super Bowl; again guaranteed delivery by Super Bowl Sunday (2/4). Here it is, 2/3 and no Jersey. After holding on the phone for 15 minutes was told order had not yet shipped because warehouse was backed up, so no Jersey for the game tomorrow and now its too late to buy one elsewhere! What is wrong with these people?

Don't pay for faster shipping. After paying for two day express, two days later I found out the order was still being processed and the delivery date was still two weeks away. I canceled this order and will never order from them again. I'll let you know if they try to still charge as one of these reviews advised.

I purchased a jersey for my son for Christmas well in advanced on Dec 3. When I open the package there is no jersey, only a NBA t-shirt, which I didn't even order. The packing slip lists the jersey on it. I call customer service and they say they are going to send me the jersey expedited shipping. A couple hours later, I receive an email stating that it's out of stock and I will be refunded in 2 to 10 days. So I call them back because the exact same jersey is available on their site, only difference is that they say it's a special event item. I tell them I just want that jersey instead and I don't want the refund. They were unwilling to do this. Same exact jersey, same price. They made the error and didn't send me what I ordered, they should've fixed it. Will never shop with them again.

I ordered a tribute to service dri fit shirt and was informed the order was accepted and given my order number below. 3 weeks pass and I get an email today notifying me my order is cancelled. Terrible business practice here. To make matters worse the email says I paid $40 and will be receiving a refund of $0 to my card. So basically NFL shop took my money, took 3 weeks to determine they didn't have any stock, and finally that they will be keeping my money.

Ordered two jerseys, both said they'd ship in four days. A month later and many back and forth with different customer services I get told one jersey is on backorder and the other is in stock and they'll make sure it ships asap. Needless to say almost two weeks ago by and nothing. Website still says in stock and ships in 4 days. It was easy to cancel my order.

Update- They did reach out and offered me a discount and said one of the jerseys was in stock and they could help get it out faster. I will not be ordering again until they go back to the great store they used to be.

I bought multiple item from NFL Shop but the way they treated me for my fan cash money around $75 which got expired and called multiple time but they dont talk at all.
I will never shop anymore to this site. Hopefully someone looking to this comments and help out.

Used NFL shop europe. Thought that would make it quicker,

Could not place an order. Always got "failed order initiation.", but got never told why. I want to fix the problem but if i dont know what I am making wrong i cant change it.
Tried to contact them, but the service just hanged up. I will now have to wait and see. Hope they dont charge me for the item I will never get.
So in short:
-cant place order
-wont be told by service how to fix it
-might still be charged

I paid an additional $9.99 for 3 days shipping so I could receive my order in plenty of time before I needed it for a Sunday game, 6 days later I received my order. Then to make things even better one of my shirts wasn't in a plastic sleeve so the receipt printing bled on the logo of my shirt! The shirt is ruined and now because it took an additional 3 days to ship I do not have time to go get a new shirt before the game now in less then 24 hours. Do Not order from Nfl online store. Horrible customer service and packaging people who obviously do not care.

do not order from nfl shop online. save the frustration and use a different website like amazon or something.

This company is a joke! I purchased 3 items. 2 of the items were out of stock & they arbitrarily substituted basketball jerseys for football shirts. I cancelled the 2 items. NEVER got my money back. I was told several times that I would get a refund. Refund never came. The quality of the one item I did get was so poor I just laughed when I saw it! What a joke. You know that saying ‘if it's too good to be true...'DO NOT WASTE YOUR $!

I order a T-Shirt on NFL.com, payed $36 approximately. The size was too small, so I returned it. They would not do an exchange, and only reimbursed me $24. They told be the initial shipping cannot be reimbursed, and they charged me $5 to return it! So, in the end, I spent $12 and have nothing to show for it. What kind of BS customer service is that?
