I ordered Ravens jersey, the website stated it will ship out within 3 business days, still no jersey and the game is on the 21st. So the delivery driver made a delivery just not to my house twice, the first time they had a picture of it and the 2nd time didn't. I've ordered 2 times already the same item and they were quick to respond and reorder and the 2nd time didn't have a picture or address just said Tampa which is a big overall area. I was looking forward to these gifts because they are really big fans and it sucks because it's not the nflshop it's whatever delivery service you use that can't read or take direction very well. I'm getting a refund which takes 10 days which I get but this waiting game and not knowing where the package came be. Now 2 people are jerseys for the free and no clue who

It has been over a month and I'm still waiting for my order. I didn't think I had to order our Christmas presents back in November to assure delivery on time! NFL customer service has been no help putting all responsibility on Fedex and directing me to contact them. In today's age a month to receive an order is inexcusable. Get your DC in order NFL shop! I will never order again from them and would advise to stay far far away.

I ordered a jersey and received the worst service when I was wanting to return it. They would not allow me to put my total onto a different payment method than a gift card. I was forced to buy cheap and terrible quality clothing. Not to mention, they do not put the total amount when checking out until the last step. I ended up spending a lot more then I would've wanted to. I would not recommend this place to any single person. Instead, I would go to Rally House. Their customer service is absolutely awful and wish I never went here.

I ordered a Eagles jersey for my husband's Christmas present on 12/7. Not until after I submitted the order did the website tell me it would not ship until 12/19. Once it actually shipped the tracking information says it will be delivered on 12/26. Since this is a Christmas that does not cut it. I feel this website misleads the consumer. The website's live chat option has been unavailable. A picture of a jersey is definitely not as exciting to open as an actual jersey. Will not order from this site again! :(

Terrible experience shopping on the NFL Shop. How a major organisation can provide such abysmal services is beyond me.
Purchased a jersey and paid for expedited international shipping. First package didn't even make it to transit and was not informed of this until delivery date rolled around and I had to email to clarify. There is also no easy way to contact customer service - I had to dig though these overwhelmingly negative reviews where a customer service agent provided an email address to contact them.
While the customer service agent was very nice and patient, this was not the end of my disappointment. They offered me a replacement WHICH GOT LOST YET AGAIN. So much for 'Expedited international shipping'.
Now they're processing a refund which will take up to 7 days. Absolute waste of time. Shop here at your own risk.

On September 23 2022... I ordered a Miami Dolphin jersey of tyreek hill and paid extra money to get it shipped the next business day. It never got delivered and they changed the day to 9/29/2022. When I spoke to them about it they offered my shipping amount to be in a gift card. Then the next day I received a massage that my order was pushed back again to get delivered on October 10 2022. So I called them again and requested a refund, they only wanted to return my funds as STORE CREDIT! I paid with a debit card!
This was my first purchase from them and it already started with a bad experience. Hope this won't happen to the next customer.

A little over 2 weeks ago I purchased a team shirt ( veterans). In the photo it appeared that the logos were embroidered. When I got the item it came with vinyl, iron on logos and was stuck to itself in the package. It was cheap merchandise! I called within 10 days to get return instructions. I was told that I could return it but it would cost $9.95. There was nothing in the advertisement that said anything about a return fee. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was rudely told that I could wait on hold for someone but it could be an hour or two. I asked if I could have someone call me back and again was rudely told No! I will never purchase another product from the NFL again! No wonder they have a less than 1.5 stars for customer satisfaction rating!

First of all their products are for so off. I had to return a youth shirts that were too small because their super short long shelved t-shirts. I had two of them to return and they automatically charged me double on the return shipment. What a gimmick. Never buying from them again.

You order something and they will send you something else.When you call customer service them they will say the item or the size out of stock and if you want to another size return the order and re-order from website again. What a pathetic way of doing business. They just shove unsold items to your throat

When I called to ask what was going on with my order, the representative told me it was my fault for having selected the wrong box when I placed my order and indicated she had taken many calls with the same complaint that same day. Placed order for a jersey with free 2 day shipping for my grandson's birthday 1/2/18. It did not arrive in 2 days and when I checked the tracking, I discovered they had not shipped it 2 day but rather FedEx SmartPost. When I called to inquire, I was told I had checked the wrong box in the order, which I know is BS. Why would anyone ask for slow delivery when 2 day delivery was free? It was a scam. If anyone wants Saints gear, go to the black and gold shop in Metairie. They at least care about their customers.
I have since removed myself from their mailing list and will not do business with them again.
Been waiting on my Kansas City Chiefs rug to arrive for two weeks now after paying for 2 to 3 day shipping. Check my bank account the next day from ordering and they received the full payment. But here two weeks later my tracking code is still saying processing.

We had a problem with an autographed football helmet that we bought as a birthday gift. Christen went above and beyond to help us get this situation corrected in the short turn around time that we had to present it at the party. She kept in constant contact with us and always excepted our questioning phone calls even when she was on her lunch break. She always reassured us that we were in good hands and she would take care of everything. She definitely provided 5 STAR customer service! I order a Christmas gift from this website, paid for expedited delivery and the low grade delivery company they use failed to deliver, stated they did but I was home and stated 2 attempts prior that they needed more info to deliver which was a lie. Now I have to wait up to 7 days for my refund and pay more money and rush to find another gift. Calling customer service was a joke, they told me to contact their delivery vendor and track my package. They were rude and could care less about the hardship they caused!

I had to returned 2 items. They received them back on February 3,2023. I've called 4 times asking when will my money be refunded back to my credit card, every time I'm told give it 72 hours. It's February 24,2023 and I still have NOT received my refund back to my credit card.

In the picture, from which I bought a LV Raiders sweater, it looks a lot thicker and the letters are spread throughout the chest. The one I received is like a thicker shirt with relatively smaller font. Only good thing was a decent price, and shipping. That's why I didn't give it only one star.

Don't order from them! Their website says easy 90 day return policy, so I did a lot of Christmas shopping with them. When I needed to return 2 watch bands that were too big, they said that I could not because I was past the 30 day window. But it said nothing about a 30 day window on the website (all over it says 90 days). So now I'm stuck with two big watch bands and no gift for two people. They lie and are not helpful (two phone conversations). Don't order from them!

Ordered shirts both extremely late and shipped a football shirt with a basketball platters make and number on it, want me to ship it back also notified me that I have to pay another 6 dollars to return it.
The other shirt has remained in transit for over 4 days in the same location.

I placed an order on Black Friday. After about 2 weeks, I finally received a tracking number. But, that has been a joke. When I entered the tracking number in the tracking link, it tells me the shipment does not exist.
After many emails, some nice, some begging, and some ugly, I still do it have a delivery timing for my shipment. Matter a fact, I've received no response at. I have about decided that I should have just tossed my $200 out the car window and I would have been much better off.

The Jerseys are extremely cheaply made and overpriced like crazy. You are better off buying knockoffs which not only cost much less but are wayy better quality. All numbers and lettering were heat pressed which will fall apart very quick and looks incredibly cheap and it was $125, yet if you want actual stitched they want you to pay over $300. This has been an ongoing problem with the NFL showing they do not care about the fans, they just care about the money. And they have a monopoly so they will get the money no matter how poorly they treat fans.
Tip for consumers:
Don't buy official, buy knockoffs. You will be more satisfied and won't be a suckered for that monopoly

One came today and the other two come tomorrow ( they are in my post office box already just have to pick them up tomorrow) I ordered them not even a week ago and they are already here! I was genuinely surprised after reading some reviews. The one I got today, looks great! Like I said, I was skeptical to order after reading the reviews. But my packages came within a week, so I had great shipping time and the sweatshirt I received today looks great! All my items were special custom orders too. I was worried, but it turned out great
