I ordered Ravens jersey, the website stated it will ship out within 3 business days, still no jersey and the game is on the 21st. Customer service sucks no help they blame it on the warehouse and they tell you the same information from the tracking screen. I'm beyond pissed right now. If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I had such an upsetting order issue with this company literally 9 days away from Christmas. They sent me the wrong items and then told me the items that I did order are out of stock?! Why would they send me random items?! Now they are making me send back the random items and then I'll get my refund? This is there fault that I don't get my ordered items. Worst experience ever with this company. I misunderstood something involving my shipment and my rep. Misty cleared it up for me WITHOUT making me feel like an idiot for not noticing the info that was right in front of my face basically. I appreciated her tenderness and kindness and willingness to get things solved. I also had the pleasure of dealing with her supervisor TJ and he was just as awesome. I wish I would be able to deal with more people like these two for other services. It's because of these two I will continue shopping from this company and if anything should go south with an order I at least know I will have GREAT customer care that will help me with it. 50/50 gamble when it comes to dealing with this trash. Don't waste your time or money. All around service is no good. This was my very first purchase with this company and my very LAST! After 1 month, I finally received my product in the mail. I took it out of the package and out comes a folded, wrinkled, jersey with the packing paper stuck to the ink on the sleeves! When I removed all the packing material, the ink came off of the jersey with it! I was disgusted because it costs me $50. Additionally, there was no order #, no email contact, no customer service phone number, and the website didn't list a return method. Sincerely disappointed!

Ordered December 1st. Not heard anything since despite emailing. Also been informed from several people that I shouldn't expect to receive my item and if I do it will be horrible quality. So upset this has happened as I used all my money on what I hoped was going to be a magical Christmas present.

I ordered three items in May 2020. Two came but I am still waiting on the third item. I keep being told it will be another month. Now the delivery date is 8/18. I know Covid is creating issues but this is ridiculous. I just chatted with someone and they didn't seem concerned. I'm afraid my grandson has grown out of the jersey already. Not a happy shopper. Spent a lot of $$$. Won't order from them again if I can't get someone to talk to.

I ordered a 59fifty New Era Salute to Service hat on November 17,2016 as a Christmas gift for my husband. The website says this item ships in one business day. As of today, November 21st, I still had not received notification of shipment so I researched my order number. Come to find out they 'refunded' my order. I understand the hats are probably a popular item and might possibly have sold out in the size I ordered. Regardless of the reason they should've at least notified me of the cancellation.
After all of the consumer complaints I've read about NFLShop.com today I'll definitely keep an eye on my credit card statement for the refund I'm due in the next 7-10 days.

Ordered several products to give as Christmas presents back in October. Received only 4 out of 5 items, with one having a really bad printing. Contacted customer service immediately to get it fixed. It has now been three months of emails, communicating with different customer service employees every email, trying over and over to explain what happened and what the previous guy wrote, and still it is not fixed. It has actually been no response for a few weeks, so I am probably beeing ignored. Stay away from this shop.

When I spend $170 on an "Officially licensed game Jersey", I am expecting a real NFL field jersey with sewn on letters and numbers, but all I received was a garbage silk screen jersey that I know will fall apart after a few washes. Not only that, but the sizing is so bad. According to the website, based on my 47" chest, I ordered the XL size, but when I tried it on, it was incredibly tight in the shoulders to the point where I couldn't comfortably raise my arms without the entire shirt significantly lifting. Also, my chest and midsection is swimming in it. I could gain another 60 lbs and still have tons of room... anywhere but the shoulders. What a horrible purchase! I won't be ordering any other product from this site going further.

Ordered 12/13/2022 and promised Christmas delivery. It's 12/27 and I've received nothing. NFL shop promised UPS delivery. UPS took package to the US Post Office. At one point my order got as far as my local post office but instead of delivering it, they rerouted back to an office in Ohio!

Can't cancel order or request a refund online. I'll dispute this purchase with my credit card company.
In the interim, stay FAR way from this merchant. They are the worst I've seen in close to 30-years of online buying.

My 11 year old son bought a 30oz Pittsburgh Steelers Tumbler for his dad for Christmas using his own money. Within 4 months the black coating is peeling and the tumbler has rust on it. I called customer service and was told I am past the 90 day return window and they couldn't offer any refund. I will never purchase from this company again and would not recommend to anyone. This was a waste of $47.00.

Folks, Save yourself the stress and anxiety! NFLSHOP.COM is a brand that one should but CAN'T trust. They sucker you to do the 2 day shipping for a premium price, and then say the item is on backorder or some other lame excuse. I had to call them 8 times, each explanation (excuse) different. It is sad they have the NFL as part of the company's name. I would never ever do business with NFL.com even if they paid me. I am now trying to find a jersey for my daughter a day before a planned event. They flat out do not care. Do not patronize them period.
I ordered two jerseys for my two kids on Sun. Morning, January 29. At the time, the site said they would both be shipped BY February 1. Thus, to ensure they were here for my kid's school spirit day, I paid for overnight shipping, ensuring they'd arrive no later than Thursday. Well, one did arrive on Thursday (J Jones jersey), but the other has yet to arrive. And worse, they don't know when it will ship. They "upgraded" my shipping to Saturday delivery on the off chance it will ship today, but given its 220pm on Friday, I doubt I'll see it before the Super Bowl. Just awful. Made me even angrier to see all the complaints and 1-star reviews.

I am SO disappointed by the customer service I have received from this company! I ordered a jersey on November 21st and upon checking the status of it was informed fedex could not find my address I have had multiple packages delivered to. I was not contacted by NFL shop or fedex about this. After calling NFL shop I was told my item was no longer available and that they would process a return. I can't believe I would have to call for them to refund something they were never going to send! Customer service has offered no solution to this issue except to wait until more are in stock to order. At this point I almost think this is a scam to get people to order items with no intention of sending them in hopes they don't bother calling for a refund. Thinking about spending $150 on a custom jersey? DON'T. They decided to ship this jersey in a cheap plastic $1 mailer. Amazon does better than this. Not a cardboard box or anything decent. Now I got a gross wet jersey. Then check out the custom name, it has imperfections. Black marks over white letters. Good luck trying to reach someone, once I did it was a chat but then it glitched. I want a refund. Thanks for ruining a gift I thought would have been great.

This website is full of items that are not in stock! I tried ordering a few different things but my order would not process and when I called their customer service was no help at all. They couldn't even find the item numbers in their system and they told me that everything must have sold out. Extremely unprofessional and from the looks of their other reviews, I am not the only one with a problem. Took my business to $#*!'s Sporting Goods and I'm much happier!

I ordered a Dallas Cowboys helmet for my husband and they sent a Seahawks helmet instead. When I called customer service the woman was not professional. She didn't use correct grammar and just sounded ghetto to be totally honest. She said things like "you is" and said "uh uh" instead of no maam. Being told that I had to wait 3-4 business days to hear back from them and have a return label sent to me is absolutely ridiculous. This was my first experience and I will never order from nflshop.com again.

49ers women's tights. $40 for the poorest quality of pants I have ever held in my hands. Super thin and are short capris not pants like in picture. Barely there "elastic" band at the waist. Getting a refund and sending them back immediately. What a disappointment.

I ordered two jackets from them in early November 2020 to give as a Christmas gift to my wife. Total order was over $200. After giving the gift the size was too small. I called customer service and they said the items could not be returned or exchanged for a larger size since the return was outside their 30 day return windows for manufacturer direct items. Unbeknownst to me I had no idea that my items were manufacturers direct item. I gave the jackets to Salvation Army and vow to never order anything from them again. Their customer service is THE WORST and they should put in BOLD PRINT which items are manufacturers direct.

I ordered 2 shirts. Paid $14.99 for shipping (ouch) but the items were on sale so the total cost seemed reasonable. Neither $#*! fit correctly AND I noticed one was made in Pakistan and the other in South America. I was shocked! The is the official NFL website for shirts, jerseys, etc yet the products are made in the USA? So I return the shirts and realize I have to pay $9.99 to return the shirts. Note: small plastic bag, extremely light weight and shipping label was USPS. I don't believe actual shipping charges were anywhere near what I paid. So $25 in the hole and no shirts! I will never purchase from this site again. I will buy my gear from local stores and make sure my products are made in the US or at least in countries who don't oppress their people

My husband ordered me a custom jersey after our wedding, which was 6+ moths ago. First they sent us a jersey with the wrong last name. Now 6 months later they are just now billing our account, saying the last charge we had seen was a authorization but they never fully charged us. My father and I tried 3 cards each and about 10mins after we order it gives us a generic cancellation message. No other site has given me this error. Not sure what they are trying to validate. Happens when I use paypal too which they shouldn't have to validate a damn thing since Paypal already did it.
