I purchased an Eagles super bowl hat for my husband in February 2023. It was gray. After wearing it a few times it faded around the brim where he had sweated. He has many other solid color hats he had worn many times and they have never faded. He has had them for years. I paid. $41 for this hat, much more than Any other hat I bought. I will not buy another product from your company.
I ordered Ravens jersey, the website stated it will ship out within 3 business days, still no jersey and the game is on the 21st. Customer service sucks no help they blame it on the warehouse and they tell you the same information from the tracking screen. I'm beyond pissed right now. Only thing they offer is refund partial shipping back. If I could give them zero stars I would have
I placed an order all at 1 time received 1 item.now the date to receive the rest have changed twice to span until the 14th.fanatics is 1 day promised.
That day delivered.all the told me was.well once u receive it we will waive the fee to return it.duhhh who returns what they wait for.useless customer service which makes it a useless company...UPDATE...I don't know who did what but all items arrived today.no company is perfect but I COMMEND WHOEVER STEPPED IN.i don't trust computers but the customer service staff EARNED MY FUTURE BUISINESS.

I bought the GBP personalized ear buds for my husband for Christmas & the case looks nice & I know he'll love them. It was also delivered 3 days earlier than expected. My only suggestion would be to find a way for your site to be accurate as it only shows processing but had already already received an email confirmation that the package was shipped & at the time when I received it(the package) it still showed processing. But I'm super happy with the way it looks.

Ordered a $35 hat, didn't fit. Unless I want to get credit in a gift card that must be spent at NFL Shop, they charge a $9.99 return fee. I'm pretty good about reading terms and conditions but did not see this before ordering.

I purchased a hat I really liked but was not sure if it would be a comfortable fit. I went ahead with the purchase figuring I could return it easily and at a fair price based on their return advertisements. My trust in the NFL Shop was misguide. With return shipping cost of $10 it a makes it hardly worth the trouble. Unless you know the exact size and product details any purchase is a gamble, Which is why I won't be purchasing my Dad's Christmas gift through this sight.

Put an order on Nov 29th for multiple things. Some stuff has arrived other stuff says pending. Asked customer service cause stuff says pending and the response was huh I dont know. Why have customer service if they can't even answer the questions or try to find out. Didnt Even look into it. Good products but not Happy with answers. Might find somewhere else to order if continues

I ordered a jersey for my fiancee on 12/5 and the payment came out of my account the next day. I have emailed twice about getting an update if this will ever ship, and the person who answers just says that it will be updated soon. This has been 3 weeks now and I am pissed that I will not have his Christmas present for christmas much less any hope that it will ever really come. UPDATE *** Apparently I ordered from nfltops.com which is NOT the nfl shop site, it is a scam site. I ordered from the ACTUAL nfl shop on 12/20 and will hopefully be getting that by tomorrow 12/23. Sorry for the confusion. The real site was fast and easy to use and will definitely use it again as long as I remember to get to the correct site.

I ordered my items the day after the conference championships. Looks like nothing will be here by the Super Bowl on the 2nd. I can't believe the NFL and its suppliers weren't ready for the immense rush of orders. This happens every year, I'm sure, that a flood of orders come in after the conference championships. So disappointed.
Edit: We got some stuff on the morning of the game! My husband's 49er shirt, his 49er flag, and the flags that had both teams on them. Guess it was the demand for Chiefs stuff that's causing the backlog. I think the NFL Shop got it expedited; the fed ex driver said it wasn't on his truck so they had him make an extra stop to get it.
Thank you whoever did it! It's my husband's birthday as well as the Super Bowl day, so I'm super excited he got his stuff.

I made a purchase long ago and the products never arrived, at first I was'n very happy with the resolution because there's no way we, as overseas customers, are able to find or track the lost package but after I made an inquiry, in a couple of days the NFL gave me a refund and a coupon for future shopping.
In my experience, the NFL Customer Service played "First Class" style and I can't wait to made another purchase of gear from my favourite team.

Conference or super bowl merch. They advised it BUT IT CLEARLY STATES ITEM WILL SHIP WHEN ITEM IS IN STOCK. WHICH MEANS THEY DON'T HAVE THE INVENTORY YET... $#*!s

I initially was disappointed by my experience, having chosen expedited shipping so I could ensure I would receive the items in time to give them as a gift. When the package arrived, I was surprised to find it was missing 2 of the 4 items that were ordered and paid extra to ship on time. I was upset because I had not been notified when the order was fulfilled that there would be any issues with my package or any items' stock and by the time they arrived it was too late for me to do anything but show up partially empty handed to visit my son who is away at school. When I notified NFLshop.com of the situation, their customer service exceeded my expectations. I was shipped the 2 missing items overnight and then refunded for both of them. There was extensive follow up and a real sense that they cared about my frustrations and wanted to make it right. This type of customer service is hard to find with some of these larger companies, and it really struck a chord with me. I appreciate the hard work by their caring customer support team and would recommend ordering from them to anyone, they truly do care to make it right if something goes wrong on the order. Thank you!

Edit: I received the items in time and am very happy with NFL shop. Believe it was a problem on the UPS site.
I ordered items immediately after the Conference game as the NFL advertised to use them for authentic Conference championship gear and that we would receive them for the "Big Game". The next day, I saw some other items at $#*!'s Sporting Goods that I also liked. Today (2/6/2023), I will be receiving my $#*!'s items. Checked with NFL shop and the UPS tracking number states that they haven't received the items into their system yet. I guess the Big Game to NFL Shop is Super Bowl LVIII? Also, contacted them by chat and wasn't given an arrival date and then they signed out. No help at all! Never again.

But some of the women's clothing run small. I bought a 2X Green Bay Packers shirt and it fits like a small. Maybe they should look into actual women's sizes.
