Nykaa Fashion worst customer service. Nykaa is a Customers worst nightmare. I have purchased a pair of US Polo shoes against order No. NYK-************** on 28 May 2022. Order was delivered on 03 Jun 2022 two days late as promised. The size is not fit to me. So I raised a return request on the same day. The return request was approved on 04 Jun 2022. As per their policy return item is to be picked in 3 days. Once the item not picked on 3rd days I raised a ticket *******776, in return I did not received any response for the ticked. Once I called the customer care to know the status, customer support person replied that the item will be picked up in next 48 hours. Again item was not picked in next 48 hours again I called the customer care, again I received the same reply, once I asked to customer supports person let me talk to your senior person. He replied me that we don't have any upper level, give a email on support. I have given an email on 7 Jun 2022. In response I only received the same reply that item will be picked up in next 48 hours. But they didn't picked item. On 10th Jun 2022 again I gave email to support but the same 48 hours reply I received. 11 Jun 2022 I called to customer care to find the ticket status. He replied the same answer as they were trained to reply the same answer and also told me that he will raised a request and you will received a call from the support team. Till today 12 Jun 2022 I didn't received a call not the item picked.
If there is a possibility of giving negative star I would do that right away. I have never seen an e-commerce website which is so rubbish, inept, deceiving. I am not sure how this website is gaining so much prominence in this country. Please don't use Naykaa Fashion for shopping.
Due to such type of rubbish e-commerce service by Indian companies. Other country e-commerce companies are growing in India. And some people are thinking for Make in India.

Can anyone help me with how to contact Nykaa officials other than their call center number? The ordeal I am undergoing is given below. As per tracking the item has delivered. As far as I know, I have not received any package, neither have my neighbors did.

This is the order I had placed with Nykaa. Initially, I had a problem with my contact no. My wrong phone no. Has been registered which was told to me that it was updated by one of the call centre people after N-number of conversations. Later the next day I got a notification that the parcel has been delivered which was not received by me or any people concerning with me. I have raised a query regarding this but there was no repose by any concerned authorities now my money is not being refunded niter I am getting any response by any of the concerned people.
SO FRIENDS DO NOT FALL PREY TO BIG SALES OF NYKAA AND GET FOOLED LIKE ME.

I have been seeing Nykaa around for many years now. But this was my first purchase with them ever (last as well). I ordered around 20 products. When they arrived I found them in poor packaging that was first turn off. Only some products were in their proper company package and sealed. Rest were just wrapped in bubble paper. Going through them all one by one I concluded 5 of them needed replacement and 2 return. Reason of replacement was broken item, very old (2years), nearing expiry item, not sealed and properly packed in company packaging/seal. Any ways I raised return/replacement request to which they responded positively. I was hopefull that I will receive good quality products this time around as I had made very clear what my issue with the delivery was and I was looking to have a long term relationship with Nykaa. But to my great disappointment when my replacement items arrived I was stunned to see same products being sent back to me which I had rejected previously. What a waste of time I can not tell you. E-commerce in India is mostly a fraud and mostly a waste of time. I believe its our mutual responsibility to bring forward such incidents to alert innocent buyers. As here I am talking about Nykaa a cosmetic ecommerce I would say be especially careful with Lakme products. Many times I have found fake (low quality) Lakme products circulating in market. Around 2 years back I ordered a Lakme lipstick from Myntra which on delivery I found to be broken from inside. Straight away 100% wastage of money. As far as I remember it was not on return and replacement. I did not take any action that time as I was busy with relocation and all. I have blacklisted Nykaa as well from my list of ecommerce sites as for me whole idea of online shopping is to save time by being at convenience of home. But if I have to go through this tedious process of selection > product verification on delivery > if issues found return/replacement email which requires photo of each product and invoice > return process > waiting for next delivery > verifying again on receiving replaced items (if still you find problem you are doomed). Better then this is whenever you go to mall buy a genuine product from authentic stores thus saving you the entire hassle.
Nykaa products are genuine, but they need to change their courier,DELHIVERY. Courier is pathetic.I will no longer order from Nyksa for this reason.
THE COMPANY DOESNOT EXCHANGE OR RETURN EVEN FOR WRONG SIZES SAYING SORRY WE CANT HELP. THEY DONT REVERT ON CALLS OR MAILS AND GIVES EXCUSES LIKE
1) Company has some backend problem we are sorry i request you to consider this time
2) the delivery partner is not available in my pincode
3) My reason for returning is not valid and rejected
4) we cannot help further sorry well help you next time
5) you have returned 4 products so they rejected this one
6)We have provided the resolution for every incident in the past and to help you further we forwarded your account details to the investigation team as there are sequential complications with your past orders.
You see all the above mentioned reasons are simply an excuse to harass me and not return my money which is utterly shameful

1) It's your duty to resolve issue when there is some reason for return i am not the one here giving sorry for what i only paid
2) yesterday only one person delivered near my home my home pincode is very very accessible
3) my reason is the most valid reason of all the size issue its large for my foot
4) Again it's not my job to tell you what your job is you are in a customer support department
5) As per the the nykaa return policy I have the rights to return exchange the product within 15 days of order confirmation but there is clearly no mention on the no of returns that can be filed so still doesn't make sense
6) Again it's your job to solve an issue and even if you have resolved it in the past, don't give the right not to resolve it this time. Also the sequential complaint is for this order only because I was doing your job of informing you that so far even after confirmation of return more than 5 time it got rejected and nobody informed me TO BE CLEARLY MENTIONING I HAVE ONLY RETURNED 3 ITEMS ONE OF WHICH WAS EXCHANGE

Answer: I had order for almost 10k and above, on hot sale from 24-27th July 2020. Two items where delivered to my location and I could not pick the calls as it arrived at 6:30 am on Saturday. Later I got up around 10am and called the delivery guy, he said he called many time and he couldn't reach me. So he left, and he also said that the order will reattempt again on Monday (27th July 2020). I kept waiting and called delivery guy on Monday evening. For my surprise, he says the order has been sent back. I called customer care, Mr. Lohit took the call and din't address any of my questions. Because of the delivery partner Nykaa has chosen, why should I suffer. CC agent says he can't send the items, order is cancelled and he can't give the offer on which I bought the item for. Instead he is offering 100rs worth coupon Unethical behaviour seriously. Worst agents, worthless customer service and cheap supervisors. The whole Nykaa team is useless. Very disappointed. If you guys can't give service which has been promised, then why the hell you guys throw offers. Seriously assholes. Never ever buy anything from Stupid Nykaa app.
