Received a bottle of shampoo leaky + incorrect product. Want me to have 20% discount to keep it? I disagree, then asked me to book a courier with their contracted courier, who never pickups. Then asked me to post at at my own cost, and redeem the cost as their voucher to shop from them again in 6 months? Again, I refused. After that, they promised to contact their courier themselves, email after email, said they would follow up with the courier, now over 3 weeks, they started ignoring me. I am sure NZSALE don't believe there is a thing called LAW in NZ. Will try to use social media and organise as many purchasers as possible.
I bought a product $148 from this site which turned up faulty. I was expected to spend another $70 to send it back. When I complained about this NZ sale said they woudl contact the vendor. I keep on getting the run around from NZ sale.
They sell you promises of products they do not actually have and will not get. The delivery estimate keeps changing and changing until you complain enough that they admit they can't get them.
They always say it's "unforeseen", but considering how often it happens, it is pretty much their business model to hold on to your money by lying and selling non-existent products. They say they ship from Australia, despite being called NZsale, and you have very little way of knowing where you products might actually be, if they exist at all. They also keep advertising products they say they don't have, which surely is false advertising and misrepresentation.
They should not be allowed to operate as they have become a complete scam! Don't waste your time and never order from from them as there is a high likelihood you will never see what you ordered. Avoid especially if you are trying to get presents as you will inevitably be disappointed.

Ordered 5 items on 27 December (******* ref) - all are now overdue. One has tracking which says I picked up the item (which I did not). Tried to follow up with "customer service" - took over three days for someone to get back to me, and the response was "tracking says this was delivered"... disgusting. I've had previous orders come through okay but I won't be using the site again - except to demand a refund (don't expect them to do so, though, they're clearly not interested in their customers).

Customer service is non existent. Paid for an item that never arrived despite tracking saying it had been delivered. No replies to emails messages txts and requests via their contact us page. I'm shocked and appalled they are still in business. Avoid these people
I'd buy more if you had more promos on delivery cost, which gets in the way of smaller purchases. Maybe even having 24 hours instead of 1 hour to get a subsequent item or items for free delivery would be an improvement.
I love bargain sites like this, but I'm also a savvy shopper, and this isn't where I want cheap low quality clothing with even less detail than it'd have on their own manufacturer's site. If things that won't have reviews are listed, then perhaps they should actually be described.

Ordered in May 4 (invoice *******) but "finally" received a reply in August 5 saying it is no more available.
One star is even too much for rating.

I am a regular shopper with NZsale and so far have loved everything I brought bar one or two hair products which were not the best but this still hasn't stopped me from shopping with them.My only gripe is that the shipping/delivery takes way too long and it feels like forever for your items to arrive.
I love nzsale for its high brand and designer clothing & makeup at affordable prices. Awesome daily deals, the only fall down is shipping can take a while for certain products. Overall one of my favourite go to online shopping sites.

I have shopped with NZsale for years now and to be honest I love it, I've never had any issues and everything I've purchased has been great. Yes delivery can take a while, but they do give you an estimated day etc. Just recently things have changed to $9.99 nz shipping BUT free if you spend $100 on that same site :( It's a shame as I really appreciated the cheap delivery fees which in turn has stopped me shopping as much, prob not a bad thing lol. The other annoying thing is now when I log in a stupid grid of pictures comes up and I have to pick the squares that don't or do have certain pics in them! Why? My once guilty pleasure of online shopping is ruined. Miss the old NZSale.

I received the wrong order and straight away messaged them, not a single reply to date after my third message. It was meant for a Christmas present, now looks like I'll have to spend more money buying something else instead.
Really bad service - I paid for a product upfront that I haven't received and they can't even do the right thing by amending their mistake, let alone replying to my messages.
I do like their products, however I'm concerned to make anymore orders if this is what happens.

I have been buying from NZ Sale for years and on the whole I'm pleased with what I get. However my last order was for a rose coloured knitted cardigan boho style, looked fab in the photo. After paying on 3 March and waiting it arrived on 8 April from China. Open packet to find a baby pink ugly thing that looked like granny had knitted it! It was nothing like the photo but a cheap rip off copy. I did not expect this from NZ Sale and complained - they immediately refunded my money and said no need to return which makes me think they have had lots of complaints, but they are still selling this brand on the website. Ordered a a kids tablet for my 2 year old god daughters Christmas present. Requested a return a few days later as it does not set up properly. I got denied. I have been trying to return this now since the 27th of December and just keep on going around ion circles. Never again will I be buying of NZ sale. I a prop buyer for Film and TV and have never had such difficulty returning an item.

They will answer you promptly when it suits them but if you send a message querying an error made in their behalf they either don't reply or will send a unhelpful reply that is in no way related to your query. They will send you in circles worth their replies sometimes sending the same reply within the feed three+ times. I have even caught them lying about placements of orders. One will tell you it's on the way so they won't refund you but then next day they will say they are still waiting for suppliers to send the items to their warehouse. Too many lies, dishonestly and unhelpful customer service team. Might as well deal with robots, hang on, you pretty much are!

It is now 3/01/20 and still nothing has arrived. Online booking states this was dispatched on 23/12/19. I have had no response to the email I sent querying the status of my order. Will not be shopping here again.

These guys try to do everything right but delivery or maybe choice of deliverer let's them down. My latest item has been in my town and with courier since 9.30 Saturday morning. It is now Wednesday morning and not yet delivered. Huge let down and very disappointed in the level of service - again.

They have taken months in delivering my order with one order which is still missing. I have contacted them multiple times as it says order dispatched a month ago and still no tracking details and I haven't received my parcel yet. They are coming back with standard reply saying it's been raised with warehouse and logistics team but haven't heard anything back from them. It's me who email them all the time to get an update and they never contact me on their own to let me know the progress of my order.

NZ sale are thieves! My partner and myself bought Samsung S7 Edges, turns out they are fakes. We continually get pop up ads. I took mine to a phone repair place but the repair didn't work. When I took it back he inspected it closely and said it's a fake

Placed the order. 2 weeks later was informed it had been cancelled as they don't have stock. Advised that I'd get refunded in 3 to 5 business days. Day 5 no refund. Queried and told another 3 to 5 business days. Now I'm on day 5 with at least 10 messages sent to them and still no refund. I'm going to the NZ police as I'm now considering this as theft.
